Abstract

This research aims to find out which variables most influence user acceptance of electronic payment systems. Researchers used a quantitative approach in their research. The students who used motorcycles and electronic payment methods made up the study's population. sampling strategy that combines purposive sampling with the non-probability sampling technique. There were one hundred responders in the study's entire sample. Researchers used observation, interviews, surveys, and related literature to gather the information they needed for this investigation. The elements that were demonstrated to have an impact on users' acceptance of electronic payment systems were behavioral intention, use behavior, social influence, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions, according to the research findings. The variable that most influences user acceptance of electronic payment systems is facilitating conditions for use behavior, which shows that users repeatedly use electronic payment systems because the management has adequate facilities and infrastructure and is commonly used in other public parking lots, such as card readers for tapping in and exit parking, as well as staff who help if there are difficulties and sufficient knowledge in using them.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design a decision support system for evaluating employee performance as a promotion. Data collection in this research used observation, interviews, and a literature study. The population in this study were employees. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is the system development method that the author used to create this application. The tools that the author uses in system design are UML (Unified Model Language) diagrams to show the process and data flow to be designed; Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 is used to design applications; Wamp Server is used as a webserver; and Diaportable is used to illustrate UML diagrams. Based on the results of the discussion, the following were obtained: The decision support system with MPE analysis (Exponential Comparison Method) aims to find employees who are worthy of promotion. The assessment system consists of seven, including education, work performance, discipline, communicativeness, cooperation, reasoning, encouragement of achievement, and responsibility for self-assessment, which are carried out by HRD staff and supervisors, while the HRD manager is only responsible for the decision-making process. The results of this research are in the form of graphs and accumulated MPE assessments, which show the ranking order of each candidate employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare the best employee evaluation outcomes using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) technique and simple additive weighting (SAW) method as a support system for best employee suggestions. The author employed four different approaches for gathering data for this study: literature studies, interviews, observation, and similar literature studies. The RAD paradigm is being used in the development of this decision support system (DSS). The unified modeling language, or UML, tool is used in this system development methodology. It's time to put the system into action after it has been designed and analyzed. The black box testing methodology will be used for the experiments. Based on the research results, it was found that this system was able to assist decision makers in providing employee assessments quickly and precisely according to the predetermined time, whereas previously managers were always late and exceeded the time limit when assessing employees. The output of this system is that it can provide direct reports to the employees being assessed to find out the results of the scores obtained and make decisions about selecting the best employees. A decision support system for employee performance assessment uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database. AHP and SAW methods, rapid application development (RAD) system development methods, and system testing with black box testing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of advertising exposure on shopping interest. The paradigm used in this research is the positivism paradigm. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research uses non-experimental research methods with a type of method, namely the survey method. The population in this study were students. The number of samples in this research was 100. The primary data for this research uses data obtained from a questionnaire that has been distributed in the form of a Google Form. The linear regression test in this research uses product moments with SPSS version 24 for Windows. Based on the findings and discussion of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the level of advertising exposure is in the medium category with a percentage of 60%. The level of interest in shopping through applications is also in the medium category, with a percentage of 40%. From the research results, it can be concluded that advertising exposure influences shopping interest. Based on the results of the t-value, namely 3.5 > 1.98, The coefficient of determination in this equation has a positive value of 12.5%. This figure means that the advertising exposure variable does not have a big influence on shopping interest at 12.5%. Other factors that were not considered in this study contributed the remaining 87.5%. So the conclusion is that if the advertising exposure variable increases, then interest in shopping through the application will also increase. Vice versa, if advertising exposure decreases, shopping interest also decreases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how students' attitudes about electronic money affect their desire to use e-wallets. This study employs a descriptive-quantitative methodology. In this study, a survey method was employed. All of the participants in this study were students. A proportionate stratified random sample strategy was employed in this study. The following methods of gathering data were employed in this study: questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The coefficients table shows that this study used the Windows version of SPSS to calculate the regression. The analysis and debate revealed that students' attitudes toward electronic money have a big impact on whether or not they are interested in utilizing e-wallets. The results of a basic linear regression analysis test demonstrate this, indicating that H0 is rejected if sig ≤ 0.05 with a sig value of 0.001. This is also consistent with the coefficient of determination test results, which indicate that the R square value is 0.16. It may be concluded that students' opinions about electronic money and enthusiasm in utilizing e-wallets are influenced by 16%. Technological innovation, perceived benefits, and perceived convenience all have a big impact on interest in utilizing e-wallets.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with using SIMPEG application and evaluate the user interface design to improve the user experience. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. Researchers decided to involve as many as 100 participants in this research. To collect data and information based on system requirements, researchers collect data using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. In designing the evaluation at application, researchers used a user-centered design approach and the heuristic evaluation method. Based on the research results, it was found that in the UCD approach, it often experiences bugs and errors, whereas in application there is no mobile application available, which aims to make it easier for employees to access the application anywhere and anytime. It is currently only available on a web basis. The UCD approach shows that the application has uses and functions that meet employee expectations with an average percentage of 70%, falling into the attractive category. The end result of the UCD approach emphasizes the importance of clearly understanding users and providing better user experiences. Meanwhile, the HE approaches helps identify problems with the application and focuses attention on usability issues in the HE aspects. In an effort to improve the quality of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) in application, the evaluation that has been carried out shows that improvements need to be focused on the appearance and use of the application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of customer care offered online so that users can keep using the e-banking system as they see fit. In order to gather data for e-banking system study, involved parties' questionnaire responses, interviews, and observations are used. Furthermore, it is necessary to perform a literature evaluation pertaining to this topic. Researchers both directly and indirectly distributed questionnaires as part of the data collection process. In the first stage, non-probability sampling is performed, and in the subsequent stage, purposive sampling is used based on predetermined criteria. 100 people made up the sample in this study. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was the data analysis technique used in this study. The study's findings demonstrated that users of the e-banking system were more likely to trust the caliber of the services offered. Customers can feel satisfied and assured when using the e-banking system because it provides what they need. Because the e-banking system's quality service has a relatively high value in relation to the probability value of its variable values, clients can feel confidence when transacting with it. The e-banking system is able to make clients feel content, hence it has a major influence on customer loyalty, even though the value is fairly tiny compared to the likelihood values for other variables.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to see if performance and effort expectations influence behavior intention and, consequently, usage behavior. This study's target audience is QRIS users in micro, small, and medium-sized companies (MSMEs). We used 100 respondents as samples. Data was gathered using two methods: observation and interviews. To ensure that the data collected exhibited a strong association, we performed the validity test using the product moment correlation technique. Before beginning the path analysis test, the researcher used the provided framework to develop a structural equation. The interpretation results lead us to the following conclusions: The variable of performance expectancy has a direct effect on behavior intention. The variable effort expectancy has a direct effect on behavior intention. The variable's performance and effort expectations have a direct impact on behavior intention. The changing performance expectancy has a direct impact on user behavior. The variable effort expectancy has a direct impact on user behavior. The variable behavior intention has a direct impact on user behavior. The variables behavior intention, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy all have a direct impact on user behavior. The performance expectancy variable influences user behavior indirectly through behavior intention. The effort expectancy variable influences user behavior indirectly through behavior intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to develop a decision support system for evaluating teacher performance based on the TOPSIS approach (a strategy that can be referred to by others based on its resemblance to an ideal solution). The investigator collected data through a variety of methods, including observations, literature reviews, online data searches, and interviewing. In the research, the author developed the system using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) paradigm. The approach is used by the author to compute teacher performance evaluations. Next, before running the code, manually simulate the TOPSIS calculations. The next step is coding, which is done using JavaScript and the PHP programming language. The web server is XAMPP, the database is MySQL, and the system creation framework is the Content Management System (CMS). The black box testing approach was employed by the author in this study. Compared to the prior duration of around one month, the black box testing approach has demonstrated the ability to complete calculations for teacher performance assessments in five minutes. Teachers with a final score above the average are considered to have good performance, while those with a score below the average indicate decreased or weak performance. Proves that from 100 teachers, there are 30 weakest teachers in the 1st criteria, 5 weakest teachers in the 13th criteria, 10 weakest teachers in the 7th criteria, 5 weakest teacher in the 10th criteria, 25 weakest teachers in the 4th criteria, and 10 weakest teachers in the 1st criteria. There are 45 weakest teachers in total, with 10 in the 11th criterion and 5 in the 12th criterion. That way, schools can follow up on each teacher's weak criteria appropriately so that they can improve teacher performance in the school.
