Abstract

Abstrak : PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Persero) biasa disebut  Telkom Indonesia atau Telkom adalah perusahaan informasi dan komunikasi serta penyedia jasa dan jaringan telekomunikasi secara lengkap di Indonesia, Telkom mengklaim sebagai perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia dengan jumlah pelanggan telepon tetap sebanyak 15 juta dan pelanggan telepon seluler sebanyak 104 juta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Etika Kerja, Keterlibatan Kerja dan Kepribadian terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Telkom Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 80 karyawan dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Kerja, Keterlibatan Kerja dan Kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Etika Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepribadian berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan sebaiknya  Etika Kerja karyawan lebih diperhatikan lagi agar nantinya karyawan memiliki etika yang baik saat bekerja, begitu pula dengan keterlibatan kerja dari karyawan, perusahaan seharusnya mampu membuat karyawannya terlibat secara total dalam segala pekerjaannya, dan untuk kepribadian, karyawan lebih dituntut agar memiliki kepribadian yang baik agar kinerjanya dapat menjadi maksimal. Kata Kunci : etika kerja, keterlibatan kerja, kepribadian, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Abstract: There are many factors that affect the work achievement of the employees, including the complexity of the task as a step to carry out the frequency and types of tasks according to their abilities and the placement of an effort to create effective work efficiency of employees in order to produce human resource utilization that is optimal for the company to achieve the company's goals. Goals to be achieved from this research are to determine the effect of Work Placement and complexity of tasks simultaneously on the Work achievement in Company “X”, to determine the effect of the partial Work Placement of Work achievement in Company “X” and to determine the effect of task complexity partially on the Work achievement in Company “X”. This study used quantitative research method, in order to process the data from the financial Company “X”. Quantitative research methods are research methods dealing with numbers and anything that is measurable in a systematic way of investigation of phenomena and their relationships. Based on these results, the researcher stated that both variables of employment and complexity of the task influence the effectiveness of work achievement. The recommendation the company should consider about additional training/development for the employee. Keywords:work placement, complexity of the task, work achievement.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu aset perusahaan yang sangat penting dan berharga dan merupakan faktor sentral dalam pengelolahan perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia di perusahaan perlu di kelola secara profesional agar terwujud keseimbangan antara kebutuhan karyawan dengan tuntutan dan kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan, Konflik interpersonal dan Mutasi kerja terhadap Stres kerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil V Manado. penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 45 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian yang didapat (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan. (2) Konflik Interpersonal berpengaruh secara negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja karyawan. (3) Mutasi Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja karyawan. (4) Gaya Kepemimpinan, Konflik Interpersonal dan Mutasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil V Manado. Bagi pihak perusahaan agar dapat berinteraksi, berkomunikasi dan mau menerima masukkan dari bawahan, memperhatikan kondisi antar karyawan dan pengawasan terhadap proses mutasi yang berlaku dan memberikan alasan yang jelas. Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, konflik Interpersonal, mutasi kerja, stres kerja.

Abstract

Abstract: Humans or employees play a very important role in the production process activity in the company, in addition to the machinery and raw materials. So human beings as employees need to feel safe and guaranteed while they work, it’s not only concerns the prevention of loss of these employees but also to maintain the attitude of cooperation and work ability of these employees. This study aims to analyze the implementation of health and safety program at PT. Hutama Karya Branch Manado. This research utilizes descriptive qualitative method Populations and samples in this study are the leaders and employees of PT Hutama Karya Branch Manado, using snowball technique in collecting sample research from informants. The results of this research describe the occupational safety and health programs implemented by company, that consist of preventive programs and curative programs for occupational health while the providing of self-protection tools, toolbox meeting routine and instruction board for occupational safety. This study concludes that the company’s occupational safety and health program have a more positive impact and recommends that the company should improve and update the programs and facilities.Keywords: occupational health, occupational safety, occupational health and safety

Abstract

Companies usually pay attention to promotion of its brand in order to attract consumers, promotion is one of tools that supports marketing part to introduce the products to customers. Various promotional techniques are used by the marketer to influence the consumer decision making. The objectives of the research are to analyze the impact of sponsorship, event, and publicity to consumer buying behavior, partially and simultaneously. The research is quantitative type of research where investigates the impact of sponsorship, event, and publicity to consumer decision making, using a multiple regression model to answer the research problem. Samples were taken by 50 respondents that are PT. Sinar Galesong’s Manado customer. This research conclude that there is a significant effect of event and publicity to consumer buying behavior, and there is a significant effect of sponsorship, event, and publicity simultaneously to consumer buying behavior, whereas sponsorship does not have a significant effect to consumer buying behavior. Company management must be proactive in event activities and also to shows their product in mass media, banner, and other advertising activities. Company management should consider to follow-up all the publicity that already held whether it must be developed or creates the new ones. Keywords: promotional mix, sponsorship, event, publicity

Abstract

Abstract :Airline Reservation System (ARS) used to be standalone systems. Each airline had its on system, disconnected from other airlines. Air travel information is linked, stored and retrieved by network of Computer Reservation System (CRS) accessible by multiple.This research aims to analyze the service quality of online reservation system in Manado. In this case Lion works with rhe help of the different diagrams and illustrations. The thesis concluded that with the progress of ever-changing technology, the trend of booking online is likely to develop with more feature. While there are a few limitations, the convinence of booking tickets online and the possible enchancements will lead to an even advanced from of booking tickets online.The result showsFurthermore, based on the result, online reservation system on Lion Airline ticket sales shouldmaintain their good service and should improve their low performance. By doing so, it is hoped that the customer Lion Airline will besatisfied and will be their loyal customer.Keywords: service quality, importance perfromace analysis, online  reservation system, lion airline ticket sales

Abstract: The development of the business world in the era of globalization is going rapidly, which contributes in economic growth nationwide. In line with it makes the better level of income and the buying power the community grew to meet the need and desire of the will goods or services. The purpose in this study is to identify of consumer decision making of feminine sanitary product in Manado. Decision making is one of the most important function of the managers in any kind of organization. Among difference managers’ decision strategic decision – making is a complex process that must be understood completely before it can be practiced effectively. Qualitative research is a broad methodological approach that en compasses many research method. Base on the data that collected 11 from 19 informant using product Charm as their feminine sanitary product. Most of them like to try another product but keep choose the older one. They choose what they feel comfortable to use. The manufacturer are paying more attention to the desires of the consumer so that the consumer be loyal to one brand, in other words the need for differentiation of products with a wide range of functional and usability needed by consumers. Abstract

Abstract: Fashion industry has become a significant driver in Indonesia’s creative economy. Fashion industry is one of the exciting industries in Indonesia with no exception in Manado, PT. Dwi Laras Gaudi is a company engaged in the fashion industry. In connection with the fashion competition that occurs in Manado, marketers must be able to act creatively in the development. Visual merchandise is the only effective way of differentiating in fashion industry. Visual merchandising is the presentation of a store and its merchandise in such a manner that will attract the attention of potential customers. The aim of this study is to evaluate the importance and performance of visual merchandise attributes such as window display, mannequin, signage, store layout, color and lighting. This research is casual type of research, which uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and uses importance and Performance Analysis. 100 respondents are the sample size of this research. The result of this study shows that window display placed in quadrant I (very important but low performance), signage and lighting placed in quadrant II (very important and high performance), while mannequin, store layout and color placed in quadrant III (low importance and low performance).Keywords: visual merchandise, window display, mannequin, signage, store layout, lighting, color, importance and performance analysis.

Abstract

Abstract: Retail corporate images are perceived as the mental pictures of an organization. It is the sum total of these perceived characteristics of the corporation that refer to as the corporate image. Every organisation has its image. Corporate image is formed based on the stakeholders’ perceptions of specific company actions as well as associated industry and nation issues. An organisation’s image to a large extent influences stakeholders’ reactions to specific corporate actions and products. Alfamart and Indomaret are the two largest retail companies in Indonesia, which are spread from Sabang to Merauke. In 2017 the two companies experienced a decrease in revenue due to administrative and sales costs. The aim of this study is to analyze the retail corporate image between Alfamart and Indomaret in Manado based on store layout, service quality on store, product, in-store promotion, and physical environment. This research is a quantitative research and uses independent sample t-test. The sample size of this research is 100 customers of Alfamart and Indomaret who have already visited and shopped in both stores. The results showed that there is no significant difference in retail corporate image based on store layout, service quality on store, in-store promotion and physical environment between Alfamart and Indomaret while for product there is a significant difference. The recommendation for the research it better for indomaret pay attention for their product. Keywords: retail corporate image, alfamart, indomaret

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rekrutmen, seleksi, dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dan sampel dari Penelitian ini adalah keryawan PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo Area Manado. Analisis data berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinan, uji sinifikan simultan, dan uji sinifikan parameter individual. Hasil penelitian yang didapat melalui uji regresi linier berganda, yaitu rekrutmen, seleksi, dan penempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinan rekrutmen mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 24,7%. Saran, untuk PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo Area Manado,  untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan dengan Sistem Rekrutmen, Seleksi dan Penempatan Kerja yang baik.Kata Kunci : rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan kerja, kinerja karyawan.
