Abstract

This research is entitled Implementation of Islamic Spiritual Guidance in Fostering Work Ethic for Employees at the JNE Office of Tangerang Center. Islamic Spiritual Guidance is an aid carried out by experts in Islamic Spirituality that can help arouse the spirit and spiritual motivation of the religion. This study aims to analyze and implement Islamic spiritual guidance models in fostering employees' work ethics at the JNE office. The study methods used data collection techniques with interviews and secondary data obtained from employees of JNE Tangerang, book sources, and journals. The participants involved were the Chairman of the Spiritual Department of JNE Tangerang and several employees of the JNE Tangerang office. This study shows that the process of Islamic spiritual guidance services at the JNE Tangerang Office is carried out in several stages, namely: starting from providing guidance related to the tadarus Qur'an, providing flashes of interpretation, and providing fiqh guidance. Islamic spiritual guidance services foster employee work ethic in material delivery. The delivery of the material by carried out, giving awareness to all employees of JNE Tangerang that as a Muslim beside him, he has the mandate to work contract. Of course, Islamic religious values should not be left behind.

Abstract

Pola pengasuhan sangat berpengaruh dalam pembentukan karakter pada setiap anak, salah satunya adalah bagaimana orang tua memberikan atau meluangkan waktu kepada anak. Pada dasarnya, orang tua harus bisa menyeimbangkan antara waktu kerja dan waktu komunikasi dengan anak untuk tumbuhnya karakter anak yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi beberapa data dan kesesuaian orang tua yang bekerja penuh waktu untuk perkembangan emosional anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Yaitu mengumpulkan data melalui survei observasi dan kuesioner menggunakan jenis kuesioner terbuka pada anak dan orang tua. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 anak-anak dan 11 orang tua yang bekerja penuh waktu. Dapat dilihat bahwa setiap anak membutuhkan cukup waktu dan perhatian dari orang tua mereka untuk dapat memahami kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan pengamatan, dinyatakan bahwa emosi dan respons anak berbeda sesuai dengan tingkat usia mereka. Dan mengasuh anak sangat diperlukan untuk perkembangan karakter emosional anak

Abstract

English: Classical services are services that are carried out to all students in a class or a combination of several classes to provide information or to achieve certain goals. In addition to the complex implementation, this service can also be used using the guidance of counseling services and this service is more time efficient in motivating students. The purpose of this study was to find out how students' perceptions of the implementation of classical guidance services in the classroom, to find out what classical guidance services were carried out by the BK teacher. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The data collection techniques in this study used observation and interview techniques conducted at SMPN 233 Jakarta. Bahasa: Layanan klasikal adalah layanan yang dilakukan kepada seluruh siswa didalam kelas atau  gabungan dari beberapa kelas untuk memberikan sebuah  informasi atau untuk mencapai  tujuan tertentu. Disamping  pelaksanaan yang kompleks, layanan ini juga dapat digunakan menggunakan pedoman layanan konseling dan dengan layanan ini waktu yang digunakan lebih efisien dalam memotivasi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi siswa terhadap pelaksanaan layanan klasikal bimbingan di kelas, mengetahui layanan bimbingan klasikal apa yang dilakukan oleh guru BK tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Abstract

The purpose of our study is to find out how much influence and effective counseling through social media tiktok in preventing sexual harassment to Women. Tiktok is a popular social media application in Indonesia and is used as entertainment only and as a means of learning and disseminating information. Many content creators from their respective fields start to carry out their roles through this application, one of which is extension. There are many extensions who spread their counseling by making tiktok videos by taking issues that are being crowded on tiktok. Like about sexual harassment in women that currently occurs very often. The object of our research is the followers of extension content creators on the tiktok application . We wanted to find out if there was any influence from watching the extension content creator video to his followers. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, data sourced from primary data with questionnaire techniques involving 63 respondents. From the results of the research conducted showed that by watching counseling videos from tiktok made them affected and changed their perspective regarding the things discussed in the video itself. Abstract

AbstractThe introductory chapter takes substantial role in scientific writing. It contains the essence of the underlying study. It determines the novelty of the study. The subjects of this study are two thesis proposals of students majoring in Islamic Community Development (PMI) Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta. The method used is descriptive. Text analysis is used to describe and provide an overview of the rhetorical structure of the introduction. This study is aimed to determine the suitability of student research proposals with the Research Justification Problem (MMP) analysis model. The results of this study indicate that, in average there is only 30% correlation between the preliminary rhetoric of the research proposal and the MMP analysis model.Keywords: rethoric;l introduction chapter; research proposalAbstrakBab pendahuluan merupakan bagian penting yang berisi intisari yang mendasari penelitian sehingga dapat dikatakan layak untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian proposal penelitian mahasiswa khususnya pada jurusan yang berbasis agama Islam di Indonesia dengan model analisis Masalah Menjastifikasi Penelitian (MMP). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social restrictions on the psychological social interactions of elementary school children. The reason for taking this research is because the social restriction policy during the pandemic made school activities closed and replaced with learning at home and reduced children's social interaction. So it demands not to interact directly with his friends socially. They are used to learning happily at school, they can meet and interact directly with their friends, but with social restrictions during this pandemic, they cannot interact directly. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research is research that explains a lot by using words rather than numbers. The type of research used is field research and interviews, this research was carried out systematically by interviewing teachers and parents of students and making observations to elementary schools. In this study, the researchers found that the social interaction of elementary school children decreased, they became quieter and rarely interacted due to the influence of social restrictions during the pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is many correlations of economic level on early marriage that occur in Citepus villages, Subang, West Java. The purpose of the study is to find out how much influence the economy has on making decisions to marry under the age of 19. This study uses data collection through online questions via the Google Questionnaire platform and directly through interview sessions. The data was collected through google from as many as 65 readers, including high school/equivalent students (25 people), students from all majors, and workers (41 people). The results of the study showed that those who live in big cities prefer to continue their education or career rather than having to choose to marry at an early age. Those who have an income below the minimum wage are 26 people with a percentage of 25-50% who have the Medium Correlation criteria. Then some have income above the minimum wage as many as 39 people with a percentage of 50-75% who have the Weak Correlation criteria. Based on the results of research conclusions, the Economic Correlation of Early Marriage often occurs in Indonesia and has even become one of the cultural factors of society.

Abstract

Covid 19 is a new and infectious disease caused by SARS COV-2, which is one type of the corona virus. With the new disease, the government is trying to slow its spread by giving an appeal to the public to stay at home and learning is also done online. Online learning makes students need to adapt, and in the adaptation process, stress problems can arise for students. Therefore, we conducted this study with the aim of knowing how much influence online learning has on students' stress levels. This type of study is a quantitative research with an analytical observational method. We collected data for 40 respondents through questions posed online by filling out a questionnaire via the Google Form platform. The data obtained that most of the students experienced stress at a low level (115.5%), some experienced stress at a moderate level (494.9%), some experienced stress at a high level (292.3%), and experienced stress at a very high level. high (110,3%). The results of this study showed that the majority of students' stress levels in online learning were at a moderate level. 3%). Abstract

Tantrums are emotional outbursts marked by a child being stubborn, crying, screaming, defiant, or angry. Usually toddlers often experience tantrums caused by gadgets. In the environment around us, we often see things like this, especially in toddlers who already understand how to play gadgets. Many parents find it difficult to watch their toddlers playing with gadgets because they spoil their children too much. These tantrums can occur from various ages, but for toddlers who experience tantrums usually occur more often and are often caused by a gadget. Therefore, we must understand some good ways to reduce the increase in tantrums in toddlers. Because these tantrums can inhibit the growth of children under five and can have a negative impact on the health of children who have tntrum in their daily lives. This research was conducted to find out what the parents and the extension workers did when they saw the tantrums. With this research, it is hoped that parents out there can limit the use of gadgets for toddlers so that they don't get tantrums because of the impact of a gadget.

Abstract

The discussion raised in this study relates to the use of the figure of speech in the opinion rubric of the detik.com online newspaper. The form of the research analyzed is the use of affirmation figures of speech in the detik.com mass media. Sources of data obtained through the mass media detik.com were analyzed starting from October 2022, and the news was taken randomly every week. Data collection techniques used are analysis, observation, and documents. The results of the study were read, recorded, and explained by the use of figures of speech written in the news. The purpose of this analysis is to be able to find out what figure of speech is used in the detik.com mass media. The type of research conducted is qualitative research. The results of the study concluded that there were four types of figures of speech that the researchers found on detik.com. Among them, the repetition figurehead is found in two stories, pleonasm in one story, and anticlimactic in one news.
