Abstract

This research discusses the law of default that occurs in the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMG) in Gampong Suak Labu, Tangan-Tangan sub-district, South Aceh Regency. Defaults occur due to farmers' non-compliance in returning agreed loans. Although the agreement between BUMG and farmers is oral, the agreement is still valid according to the law, based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code which regulates the validity of the agreement. Farmers' non-compliance in repaying the loan has the effect of obstructing the flow of funds that should be used to assist other farmers, as well as disrupting BUMG's main objective of improving farmers' welfare. Based on Articles 1233 and 1243 of the Civil Code, farmers who fail to fulfil their obligations are considered to have defaulted and must compensate for the losses incurred. This study concludes that farmers' non-compliance in repaying loans is a form of default, which provides a legal basis for BUMG to demand fulfilment of obligations or compensation, as well as to improve the management system so that the programme can run effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a significant global health issue, with increasing incidence rates, high treatment costs, and poor prognosis. Adjusting drug dosages in patients with CKD is essential to prevent worsening conditions and ensure proper therapy. This study examines the drug adjustment practices at Hospital X. This research method uses a descriptive research uses secondary data from medical records (Jan-Dec 2021) of CKD patients at Hospital X. Data include patient demographics, comorbidities, medications, and dosage adjustments according to the Renal Pharmacotherapy Handbook. Results: Among the 52 patients, the majority were female (60%) and aged 46-65 years (57%). Ranitidine was the most prescribed drug (47.37%) for CKD patients, with 56.76% dosages aligning with renal dosing guidelines. This study concluded that ranitidine was the most common medication, and over half of the prescriptions were aligned with the renal dosing guidelines. Abstract

Program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) adalah sebuah inisiatif yang memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengidentifikasi minat mereka dan mempersiapkan diri memasuki dunia profesional. Dalam program ini, mahasiswa dapat memilih berbagai aktivitas pembelajaran, seperti magang, proyek pengabdian masyarakat, pengajaran di sekolah, pertukaran mahasiswa, penelitian, kewirausahaan, serta proyek atau studi independen, termasuk kegiatan kemanusiaan. Selama menjalani program ini, mahasiswa dapat memilih untuk mengikuti magang atau praktik kerja di mitra atau perusahaan yang relevan. Kurikulum MBKM dirancang agar mahasiswa terlibat langsung dengan dunia usaha dan industri (DUDI) selama satu semester, memberikan pengalaman untuk menyelesaikan proyek nyata yang tidak dapat ditemukan di ruang kelas. Beberapa keterampilan yang dipelajari termasuk kemampuan dalam menganalisis masalah desain, menemukan proyek, meyakinkan klien tentang suatu proyek, serta mempertanggungjawabkan hasil dan penentuan harga desain. Keterampilan-keterampilan ini tidak sepenuhnya diperoleh dari pembelajaran di kelas. Salah satu kegiatan magang tersebut dilaksanakan di PT Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Cabang Arifin Ahmad, di mana mahasiswa dapat merasakan tantangan dunia kerja dan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang perbankan syariah.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the learning method of discovery in the learning outcomes of the basic students' electricity techniques in class X TK 3 SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman in the pretest-posttest design. The participants of this study were students of class X TK 3 at SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman. Student learning outcomes are still low which is caused by learning factors that are still teacher-centered, thus affecting student learning outcomes in the cognitive. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the discovery learning method to find out how effective this learning method is in student learning outcomes. This research uses a type of experimental research with a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. In this study, the instrument test was carried out to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty question, and differentiation of questions. The data analysis technique used is the classic completeness of student lessons and effect analysis. Based on the results of the research and processing that has been done, this shows that the average evaluation of posttest learning outcomes has increased which can be seen in many students who get scores that achieve criteria for the achievement of learning objectives. Analysis of effect sizes in large categories. Therefore, the researcher concluded that the learning method of discovery in the subject in the basic subjects of electrical engineering in SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman had an impact on increasing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia merupakan bahasa resmi sekaligus bahasa nasional di Indonesia. Bahasa Indonesia merupakan varietas yang dibakukan dari bahasa Melayu, sebuah bahasa rumpun Austronesia yang digolongkan ke dalam rumpun Melayik yang sendirinya merupakan cabang turunan dari cabang Melayu-Polinesia. Untuk mendapatkan data yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian, maka dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam metode penelitian menggunakan tipe deskriptif. Tipe deskriptif dalam penelitian kualitatif mengacu pada fokus penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan, menjelaskan, dan merinci fenomena, konteks, atau peristiwa dengan sebaik mungkin. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini iakah untuk mengetahui peran bahasa Indonesia dalam membangun identitas dan persatuan mahasiswa ppkn multikultural di lingkungan kampus. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa bahasa Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam menjalin komunikasi antar mahasiswa PPKn yang berasal dari berbagai latar belakang budaya. Dari hasil wawancara, mayoritas narasumber menyatakan bahwa mereka sering atau selalu menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dalam komunikasi sehari-hari. Wulandari, Arini Surbakti, Andina, dan Magdalena mengungkapkan bahwa bahasa Indonesia menjadi bahasa utama dalam interaksi akademik dan sosial. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Indonesia memang telah menjadi lingua franca yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa PPKn untuk berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan teman dari berbagai latar belakang budaya.

Abstract

The study entitled "Group Counseling with Motivational Interviewing Technique to Increase Self-Confidence in Bullying Victims in Talang Cempedak Village" has a background, namely teenagers who experience bullying behavior and have low self-confidence. So that the attitudes shown include the victims are often silent, do not interact with their peers, often feel worthless and incapable, show doubtful attitudes and avoid eye contact. This study aims to determine the level of self-confidence of bullying victims before and after receiving group counseling with the Motivational Interviewing technique and how effective group counseling with the Motivational Interviewing technique is in increasing the self-confidence of bullying victims. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research type. The population in this study amounted to 30 bullying victims. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling which was selected based on criteria totaling 15 people. The data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that the self-confidence of bullying victims has increased and is in the moderate category. Which shows that the results of the Wilcoxon test found the Asymp.sig value (2-tailed) between the two groups were 0.012 and 0.016 where 0.012 and 0.016 <0.05. Therefore, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results show that group counseling can increase self-confidence in bullying victims in Talang Cempedak Village.

Abstract

Gillnet fishing gear is an environmentally friendly fishing gear but in 2018-2020 the catch was reduced. The purpose of this study was to determine the sustainability status of gillnet fisheries based on ecological, social, and economic aspects at the Riau Province Fisheries Port Technical Unit. Data analysis in this study used Rapfish (Rapid Appraisal for Fisheries) technique. The rapfish technique is a multidisciplinary ordination technique used to evaluate/determine/compare the status of fisheries in terms of their sustainability. This study shows that in general, the sustainability index of gillnet fisheries in the Riau Province Fisheries Port Technical Unit is between the index values of 25.01-50 which is classified as less sustainable. Monte Carlo simulation results show that the distribution of sustainability index plots is at a distance that is not far and coincides with the position of the sustainability index ordination, supporting the accuracy of determining the ordination of the sustainability status examined. Sensitivity analysis showed that the attributes of changes in fish weight in the last 5 years, family participation in the utilization of fishery resources, and alternative employment and income are attributes that greatly affect the sustainability of gillnet fisheries in the Riau Province Fisheries Port Technical Unit

Abstract

Development of Interactive Learning Multimedia Based on Android on Electrolyte and Non-Electrolyte Solution Materials]. This research aims to find out the level of eligibility and response of learners to android-based interactive learning multimedia on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials developed. The research was conducted in March-June 2021 at Bengkulu University and State High School 3 Bengkulu City. The development model used, namely the 4-D (Four-D) model from Thiagarajan which is limited to the developing stage. The sample used in the small-scale trial was one class XI MIPA 2 totaling 36 people. Research data is obtained from the validation questionnaire of material experts and media experts as well as the response questionnaire of learners. From the results of the research obtained the level of feasibility of interactive learning multimedia in material aspects by 89.4% and media aspects by 94.2%, so that interactive learning multimedia can be categorized as very valid. The results of learners' responses to multimedia interactive learning in small-scale trials obtained a percentage of 81.52% with very interesting categories. The results of this study show that android-based interactive learning multimedia that has been developed is very feasible for use in the learning process. Abstract

Drama, as a form of literary work, plays a significant role in reflecting life values, social issues, and the psychological dynamics of human beings. Kakek dan Nenek (Grandfather and Grandmother), a play by Danarto, is a literary piece rich in philosophical and emotional meaning, portraying the complexity of human relationships, especially in old age. The background of this research is based on the importance of understanding the aesthetic, symbolic, and humanitarian messages embedded in dramatic works, particularly in the social and spiritual lives of the characters. The objective of this study is to analyze the structure, theme, characters, and symbols used in the play KAKEK dan NENEK, as well as to uncover the life values it conveys. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with structural and semiotic approaches, where the data are derived from the original script and analyzed both textually and contextually. The findings reveal that the play not only illustrates the eternal love story between the two main characters but also implies social criticism, existential reflection, and the use of symbols such as a rose stem, a clock, and the sound of a baby to represent the life cycle, hope, and mortality. The dynamic, poetic, and emotionally rich dialogue structure enhances the reader's and viewer's experience in comprehending deeper meanings of life. Overall, the analysis shows that this play is a work of profound meaning, linguistic aesthetics, and strong narrative power.

Abstract

The qualitative descriptive method was utilized to analyze the intrinsic elements present in the novel "Dia adalah Kakakku" by Tere Liye. These intrinsic elements include the thematic focus, the main character Laisa, along with supporting characters such as Mamak, Dalimunte, Ikanuri, Wibisana, Yashinta, Wak Burhan, and Cie Hui. The setting is divided into various locations such as Lahambay valley, Wilderness Jungle, Upper Village, District City, river, house, school, airport, and hospital, with the story unfolding at night. The language style adopts the metamonia language style, employing the third-person point of view "he." The plot involves stages of setting, conflict, and resolution, conveying a message of perseverance, patience, determination, and responsibility. Additionally, the study also considers extrinsic elements.
