Abstract

AbstrakFaktor Sosial merupakan pengaruh dari sekelompok orang yang mempengaruhi seorang individu untuk mengikuti kebiasaannya. Perilaku konsumen dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial seperti kelompok acuan, keluarga serta peran dan status sosial konsumen. Faktor Psikologis merupakan sikap, perasaan, persepsi dan perilaku individu yang di peroleh dari pengalaman subyektif seseorang. Perbedaan individu menggambarkan faktor-faktor individu yang muncul dari dalam diri konsumen dan proses psikologis yang terjadi pada diri konsumen yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses keputusan konsumen diantaranya motivasi, persepsi, pembelajaran, keyakinan dan sikap. Sehingga dari Faktor Sosial dan Faktor psikologis tersebut konsumen dapat melakukan keputusan pembelian yang berasal dari faktor internal maupun eksternal konsumen. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT. Sumber Jaya Trans. Data yang di peroleh berasal dari hasil kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada konsumen PT. Sumber Jaya Trans. Metode yang digunakan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling insidental. Metode yang digunakan diantaranya adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel faktor sosial dan faktor psikologis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: Faktor Sosial, Faktor Psikologis, Keputusan Pembelian.AbstractSocial factors are the influence of a group of people who influence an individual to follow his habits. Consumer behavior is influenced by social factors such as reference groups, families and the role and social status of consumers. Psychological factors are attitudes, feelings, perceptions and behaviors of individuals that are obtained from a person's subjective experience. Individual differences describe individual factors that arise from within the consumer and psychological processes that occur in consumers who are very influential on the consumer's decision process including motivation, perception, learning, beliefs and attitudes. So from the Social Factors and Psychological Factors consumers can make purchasing decisions derived from consumer internal and external factors. The object of this research is the consumers of PT. Sumber Jaya Trans. The data obtained came from the results of a questionnaire that had been distributed to consumers PT. Sumber Jaya Trans. The method used with sampling technique is incidental sampling. The methods used include validity and reliability testing, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that social factors and psychological factors have positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Social Factors, Psychological Factors, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the response of sweet corn growth and yield to the application of rice husk biochar and NPK fertilizer, and to determine the optimal combination of biochar and NPK dosages that enhance sweet corn growth and yield. The study was conducted in Makmur Village, Palolo Subdistrict, Sigi District, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia from January to April 2022. A two-factorial randomized block design (RBD), namely biochar dosage and NPK fertilizer dosage, was employed. Each factor had three levels, and each treatment combination was replicated three times. The results showed that the interaction between NPK fertilizer and rice husk biochar was significant only for ear length and ear weight, regardless of ear type (tasselled or untasselled). The application of rice husk biochar significantly reduced the need for NPK fertilizer in sweet corn cultivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh K-Pop yang saat ini menjadi salah satu jenis musik yang banyak disukai masyarakat tak terkecuali Indonesia, penggemar K-Pop cenderung memiliki perilaku fanatisme. Mereka rela melakukan hal berlebihan disebabkan oleh keyakinan dan obsesi yang kuat sehingga membuat individu itu buta dan mengabaikan semua fakta yang bertentangan dengan yang dipercayainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat perilaku fanatisme mahasiswa penggemar K-Pop di BK FIP UNP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa di BK FIP UNP yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan memberikan instrumen penelitian berupa angket fanatisme kepada mahasiswa yang sudah diuji validitas dengan rumus pearson correlation (0,320) dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus chronbach alfa (0,929) kepada mahasiswa lalu diolah dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku fanatisme mahasiswa penggemar K-Pop di BK FIP UNP pada umumnya berada pada kategori sedang (57,53%).

Abstract

This Community Service Research, funded by the Makassar Dipa University Foundation, is intended as a form of approach offered to overcome the problems that exist at SMKN 1 Bantaeng. The problem that is often faced by SMKN 1 Bantaeng is in the teaching process to students. The ability of teachers to teach using the Gamma App application based on Artificial Intelligence, especially regarding presentations, is currently still not used, especially by teachers at SMKN 1 Bantaeng, due to limited knowledge in managing it to teach students. AI (Artificial Intelligence) based learning media training as a means to transfer subjects by utilizing the Gamma App application. This learning media is an activity to optimize teaching and learning for students at SMKN 1 Bantaeng. With the current acceleration of technological development, if a teacher still uses teaching techniques manually, it will be left behind and boring for a student. Without training activities that are constructive in nature for both personal and group interests, it will result in lagging behind in utilizing animation media as a means for teaching. As a result of the PKM training on AI-based learning media (Gamma App) at SMKN 1 Bantaeng, teachers received material on Introduction to Animation Media, Introduction to Gamma App and other tools. Meanwhile, for practical activities: Making learning materials for each participant according to their lesson, Determining the target students being taught so they can understand the lesson. All the activities trained have gone well and really helped the learning and teaching of SMKN 1 Bantaeng teachers

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest contributor of plastic waste in the sea in the world, causing the government to issue policies to tackle plastic waste. The retail entrepreneurs association as the largest contributor of plastic waste follows government policy by providing environmentally friendly shopping bags/tote bags. Therefore, Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency has adopted the policy. The policy affects consumer behavior. Green buying behavior is influenced by many factors, one of which is the perception of value and perception of risk. This study aims to determine the effect of value perception and risk perception on green purchasing behavior in shopping bag / tote bag users in Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population criteria were consumers of Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency and a sample of 100 respondents using the formula proposed by Slovin and Mustafa with a confidence level of 90% with a value of e = 10%. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers of Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. This study found that value perception has a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior and risk perception has a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior in tote bag users in Niceso, Ciruas, Serang Regency.

Abstract

Phosphate (P) nutrient plays a significant role in plant growth and yield. P is an essential element that plays an important role in photosynthesis and root development. Phosphate nutrient availability is deficient in some soil types due to retention, such as in Andisol soil types. High phosphate retention in Andisol soil types causes P nutrients to be unavailable to plants and can reduce crop yields. The availability of P in Andisol soils can be done, among others, by applying phosphate solubilizing microbes. Phosphate solubilizing microorganisms are soil microorganisms consisting of bacteria and fungi that can mineralize organic P, dissolve inorganic P minerals, and store large amounts of P to make it available to plants. This literature review aims to determine the mechanism of phosphate-solubilizing microbes in P dissolution in Andisol soil. The methods used in this systematic review are collecting data through the internet and utilizing recognized sources such as Science Direct, Research Gate, Google Scholar, and Web of Science. Content analysis was performed on the collected data, and the results were organized into thematic categories. Furthermore, the findings are presented descriptively with the help of tables to facilitate understanding. Since phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms can dissolve P in the soil through chemical and biological mechanisms, it can be concluded that phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms also have an important role in the soil P cycle. The implications of this literature review are to understand the retention of P nutrients in Andisols and how the dissolution mechanism works, as well as the use of microbes as a solution to increase phosphate dissolution so that it is available to plants.

Abstract

Pulau Kapoposang adalah salah satu pulau yang berada di gugusan Kepulauan Spermonde dan secara administratif masuk pada wilayah. Desa Mattiro Ujung, Kecamatan Liukang Tupabbiring, Kabupaten Pangkajene. Pulau Kapoposang memiliki hamparan ekosistem terumbu kjarang. Terumbu Karang adalah suatu ekositem yang bersimbiosis dengan kelompok hewan anggota filum Cnidaria yang dapat menghasilkan kerangka luar dari Kalsium Karbonat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui laju pertumbuhan karang transplantasi di Pulau Kapoposang Kabupaten Pangkajene Kepulauan, UntuK mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan karang transplantasi di Pulau Kapoposang Penelitian ini dilaksanakan tanggal 20 November sampai 20 Desember. Berlokasi di zona rehabilitasi terumbu karang Pulau Kapoposang, Kabupaten Pangkep. Pengambilan data kelangsungan hidup karang transplantasi dilakukan dengan metode Underwater Visual Census (UVC) atau pengamatan langsung di lokasi penelitian. Peneliti turun langsung pada titik pengamatan yang telah ditentukan dan mengamati pertumbuhan rangka yang dijadikan sampel kemudian mencatat jumlah anakan karang yang masih hidup pada tiap rangka. Hasil Persentase tingkat kelangsugan hidup karang transpalantasi tahun 2023 mencapai 39,17 % atau rusak sedang. Dan pertumbuhan karang transplantasi tahun 2022 sampai dengan tahun 2023 sebesar 14,54 cm/thn. Dan pertumbuhan perbulanya mencapai 0,34 cm/bulan. faktor yang menghambat pertumbuhan karang transplantasi antara lain oleh alga/lumut yang menutupi permukaan karang, adapun ke tidak stabilan suhu yang mengakibatkan karang mengalami pemutihan, ukuran bibit yang tidak sesuai, kurangnya aktivitas ikan herbivora.

Abstract

ABSTRACK Barranglompo Island has an area of about 20.64 ha located about 12 kilometers west of Makassar City and is in the Spermonde Islands region. Seagrass is one of the important ecosystems in coastal areas. Seagrass ecosystems play an important role as producers in coastal food webs (Susetino, 2004 in Trisnawati, 2012). Ecologically seagrasses have several important functions in coastal areas, they are an important food source for many organisms (in the form of detritus) Anurogo, W. et al., 2018). Remote sensing techniques utilizing Landsat 8 satellite imagery can provide many advantages for use in seagrass mapping to determine the extent of seagrass distribution. The results of mapping seagrass distribution on Barrang Lompo Island using the Lyzenga method showed that the area of seagrass ecosystem on Barrang Lompo Island decreased every year by 29.95 Ha. Where in the 2013 map has an area of 50.24 Ha, while in the 2021 map the seagrass ecosystem area is 20.29 Ha.

Abstract

Coral reefs are one of the tropical aquatic ecosystems which have a very important function both for the organisms that build this ecosystem and the surrounding ecosystems, namely seagrass ecosystems and mangrove ecosystems. Coral reef ecosystems are coastal area resources that are very vulnerable to damage, especially caused by human behavior/surrounding communities. The aim of the research is to determine the percentage of coral cover and coral reef mortality index in South Leato waters. This research was carried out from February to March 2024, located in South Leato Waters, Dumbo Raya District, Gorontalo Province. The research uses the Underwater Photo Transect (UPT) method, where the data is processed and analyzed with CPCe software. Based on the percentage of live coral cover from each station, namely Station I of 48.53% is in the medium category, Station II of 27.56% is in the medium category, Station III of 39.97% is in the medium category. With an average live coral cover of 38.69%, it is in the medium category, referring to the Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 4 of 2001 concerning Standard Criteria for Coral Reef Damage. The percentage level of coral reef damage calculated using the Mortality Index is station I at 0.46, station II at 0.66, station III at 0.67. The average mortality index for coral reefs in South Leato waters is 0.59, falling into the high mortality index category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business development strategy of Falah Mart as a supporter of the Foundation and from an Islamic economic perspective. This research method is qualitative ex post facto focusing on seven research subjects through a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by conducting in-depth interviews and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman theory and SWOT analysis. The research results reveal that there are several strategies from internal and external factors that need to be developed through a combination SWOT Analysis matrix. Other strategies are product development, market development (price, promotion, distribution), business capital development, and human resource quality development. As for the Islamic economic perspective, Falah Mart applies the principles of honesty, friendliness, ta'awun (mutual help), responsibility, noble character, justice, cooperation, awareness of the welfare of life in this world and the hereafter.
