Abstract

Perkembangan Fisik dan Motorik Anak Usia Dini merupakan salah satu kemampuan dasar yang sangat penting yang perlu dimiliki oleh setiap anak untuk di kembangkan dengan optimal. Perkembangan fisik motorik ini meliputi fisik motorik kasar dan fisik motrik halus yang saling berkaitan. Perkembangan fisik dan motorik sering dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur untuk membuktikan bahwa anak berkembang dengan baik. Perkembangan motorik dalah sesuatu yang membicarakan gerakan jasmani yang terkoordinasi, sehingga dalam perkembangannya membutuhkan berbagai stimulasi yang tepat untuk anak usia dini. Stimulasi ini dapat diberikan oleh orang tua, keluarga, guru, maupun lingkungan baik itu lingkungan rumah. Perkembangan fisik dan motorik ini pun harus perlu pengawasan yang tepat agar tidak salah arah untuk kelanjutan usia anak. Memberikan waktu yang banyak untuk anak melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang menunjang perkembangan fisik dan motorik anak usia dini.

Abstract

Teaching materials that were applied previously in the form of MFIs are not yet constructivism-based. During the time, the applied student worksheet (LKM) is monotonic so that students are less motivated in the learning process, as the solution, a constructivism-based LKM need to be developed. The research aims to develop constructivism- based Student Worksheets on aldehyde and ketone material. This type of research was Research and Development with a 4-D development model which includes Definition, Design, Development, and Disseminate. This research was only carried out until the development stage and was followed by limited trials. The research was conducted at the FKIP University of Riau. The object of the research was constructivism-based LKM. The data analysis technique used in the study was descriptive statistical analysis, which was calculating the percentage of validation values. The average score of the assessment of the five aspects of the LKM feasibility by the validator team, which was didactic, constructs of feasibility of presentation, construct of linguistic, technical feasibility, characteristics of constructivism successively have a score of 98%, 100%, 99%, 100% and 100%, respectively. The average score of overall validation of constructivism-based Aldehyde and Ketone LKM is 99.39% with a valid feasibility category, meaning that the developed LKM are feasible to use in the real teaching.

Abstract

Objectives: This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the ranking of sukuk. This analysis is useful for optimizing sukuk investment decision-making. Design/method/approach: This quantitative research uses data from the annual reports of companies with sukuk and sukuk rating reports. The sample is 90 sukuk companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and still outstanding during the 2021-2023 period, so 270 data were obtained. The data were analyzed with panel data regression analysis on SPSS software.Results/findings: The results show that the size of the board of commissioners and sukuk type have a positive influence on the sukuk rating, the leverage variable has a negative influence on the sukuk rating. Variables that have no influence on the sukuk rating are the number of audit committees and asset growth.Theoretical contribution: The findings of this research can improve the understanding in the field of financial accounting and become a reference for conducting further research on sukuk rating.Practice/policy contribution: This study offers investors guidance on the key factors influencing sukuk ratings, which serve as a basis for sukuk investment.Limitations: The years observed in this study are limited from 2021 to 2023.  In addition, the research object only focuses on the sukuk of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The stages of development and establishment of a region involve several key elements that require attention, including the construction of buildings that take into account the surrounding environmental conditions. Beams are structural components that function to transfer loads from slabs to columns, acting as horizontal reinforcement frames for the building. They support floor loads and connect upper columns. The purpose of this study is to review the existing beam elements and perform a reanalysis. The technique employed involves a beam evaluation using the SNI 2847:2013 standard. The results indicate that the beam analysis calculations align with field observations. The compression reinforcement installed in the beam did not yield, categorizing the beam element as tension-dominated. The spacing of the installed flexural reinforcement in the beam is D10-200. Calculation reviews show that the tensile reinforcement comprises 14D25 and 4D25, while the total compressive reinforcement amounts to 12D25. Thus, it can be concluded that the structural design complies with the technical specifications outlined in the applicable SNI standards.

Abstract

Project delays are caused by lack of good control, which affects the time and cost of completion, in determining and knowing the time performance and cost performance of the SP. Armed-Rumah Great Road Construction Project, Biru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency. Using the Earned Value method. Based on the results, the results of the time performance from month 1 to month 3 of the project experienced delays, this is indicated by the Schedule Variant (SV) indicator which has a negative value of Rp. - 356,103,446.04 or Schedule Performance Index (SPI) = 0.828 <1. In the 4th month it was faster than the planned schedule, this is indicated by the Schedule Variant (SV) indicator which has a positive value of Rp. 96,183,088.74 or Schedule Performance Index (SPI) = 1.019>1. And in the 5th and 6th months the schedule performance index (SPI) value shows a value of 1 which means that the construction project work is in accordance. Meanwhile, for cost performance from month 1 to month 3, it incurred smaller costs than planned, this is indicated by the negative Cost Variance (CV) indicator of Rp. -150,413,906.18 or Cost Performance Index (CPI) = 0.920 <1. In month 4 to month 6, the Cost Variance CV value is above the X axis with a positive value of Rp. 829,560,555.98 or Cost Performance Index (CPI) = 1.110 >1 due to the addition of labor and additional working hours in project implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital and the composition of independent commissioners on the firm value. Intellectual capital is measured through the components of human capital, structural capital, and capital employed, while the composition of independent commissioners is measured based on the proportion of independent board members to the total number of board members. Firm value is measured using the Tobin's Q ratio. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual reports of companies for the period 2019-2022. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The findings of the study indicate a significant relationship between intellectual capital, board independence, and firm value. Human capital and capital employed exhibited a positive association with firm value, whereas structural capital and the proportion of independent directors on the board displayed a significant negative association

Abstract

This article aims to design a bilingual dictionary, namely Arabic and Rejang, to preserve local culture and wisdom in Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Regency, Indonesia. This research is quantitative with a Research and Development (RD) approach. The RD approach used in this study follows the 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel. The research results in this article show that the validation results of the bilingual dictionary, namely Arabic and Rejang, are categorized as very good from the validation value of the validators, namely, 4.6. In contrast, from the aspect of dictionary users with an average value of 4.2, it is categorized as good. The design of this bilingual dictionary is considered suitable for use by Arabic learners and the Rejang Lebong community, which is concerned with Arabic and Rejang.

Abstract

Utilization of plants as food ingredients represents local wisdom and cultural richness that needs to be preserved. Preservation of this knowledge can be achieved through educational media. This research aims to produce valid learning media and measure positive responses from students. It follows the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model consisting of 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Instruments used include observation sheets, interview sheets, questionnaires, and validation sheets. Validation results from subject matter experts achieved 87.58% (very valid), media experts 96.66% (very valid), and language experts 89.99% (very valid). Students responded very positively in small-scale trials with 89.1% and large-scale trials with 93.7%. The research results indicate that the plant encyclopedia used in the traditional cuisine of Sekadau District is suitable for learning and receives positive feedback from students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas produk, perilaku konsumen, dan kepercayaan dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen di Toko Jaya Punggur. Riset ini memiliki jumlah populasi yaitu konsumen pada Toko Jaya Punggur. Kemudian riset ini memiliki sampel berjumlah 137 pelanggan. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Penggunaan teknik analisis dalam riset ini yakni regresi linier berganda. Data kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Riset ini memperoleh hasil kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada keputusan pembelian pada Toko Jaya Punggur dengan nilai t hitung 5,456 > t tabel 1,977, hasil perilaku konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada keputusan pembelian pada Toko Jaya Punggur dengan nilai t hitung 2,732 > t tabel 1,977, serta kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada keputusan pembelian pada Toko Jaya Punggur dengan nilai t hitung 12,643 > t tabel 1,977. Hasil dari riset ini juga memperlihatkan kualitas produk, perilaku konsumen, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan pada Keputusan pembelian pada Toko Jaya Punggur dengan nilai f hitung 139,123 > f tabel 2,67. Abstract

Kebebasan beragama di Indonesia dijamin oleh prinsip-prinsip konstitusional dan nilai-nilai moral yang diakar dalam agama serta Pancasila. Namun, diskriminasi terhadap umat Kristen masih sering terjadi, memunculkan pertanyaan tentang bagaimana pengaplikasian prinsip-prinsip agama, khususnya Hukum Alkitab, berbaur dengan Sila Pertama Pancasila. Artikel jurnal ini mengkaji perbedaan antara teori dan realitas, serta dampak penerapan doktrin Dominion Theology dalam kebijakan pemerintah terhadap kebebasan beragama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyajikan analisis tentang relevansi doktrin Dominion Theology dalam konteks Indonesia, penerapannya dalam kebijakan pemerintah, dan dampaknya terhadap prinsip-prinsip Pancasila. Metode studi Pustaka digunakan, dengan Alkitab sebagai sumber utama dan buku literatur, artikel jurnal, serta berita-berita yang berkaitan sebagai sumber pendukung. Perlindungan kebebasan beragama adalah aspek penting dalam teologi Kristen dan hukum di Indonesia. Doktrin dominion menekankan pentingnya memengaruhi dunia dengan prinsip-prinsip moral dan etika, namun implementasinya harus memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip keadilan, kesetaraan, dan kasih sayang dalam hukum Tuhan. Penegakan hukum yang adil dan berkeadilan oleh pemerintah sangat penting untuk menjaga kedamaian dan keadilan dalam masyarakat, sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila dan prinsip-prinsip hukum Tuhan
