Abstract

          Business competition in Indonesia is increasing from year to year, with the increasing number of companies. This will affect competitive and tight competition, competition between investors or consumers. With an increase in investors, it can increase the value of the company seen from the level of debt, profit level, and company size. Thus, it can generate competitive profits for the company. This study aims to examine the effect of Price to Book Value, Leverage and Dividend Policy on Firm Value with Profitability as an intervening variable. Profitability as an intervening variable listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022.           Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. This research was conducted by means of purposive sampling with certain criteria. So that the data used as many as 72 Infrastructure companies as a research method. Sample The sample used was 5 periods, so the final sample in this study was 60observations and using data analysis using the SmartPLS application tool SmartPLS application. Abstract

The mining industry is often a very important sector in a country's economy. In Indonesia, the mining sector has a significant contribution to the country's gross domestic product (GDP) and exports. The rich potential of natural resources can encourage companies to openly explore the mining of these resources This research aims to examine the influence of Company Size and Working Capital on Company Value with Profitability as an intervention variable for mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This research was conducted using purposive sampling with certain criteria. So the data used was 30 companies for 3 years. The data source used is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is documentation or library research, namely by collecting all data related to the company's financial reports and then processing it using the SmartPLS application. The results of this research prove that company size has a significant positive effect on profitability, working capital has no effect on profitability, company size has a significant positive effect on company value, working capital has a significant positive effect on company value, profitability is able to mediate the effect of company size on company value, profitability Unable to mediate the effect of Working Capital on Company Value, Profitability has a Significant Positive effect on Company Value.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Polite language creates positive value from speaking partners, while impolite language gives negative impressions. Purpose: This research aims to describe an appropriate multiliteracy learning model to address language dysphemia in elementary school children. Design/methods/approach: This study uses a qualitative approach based on Cresswell (2015:291). Data sources include interviews with classroom teachers implementing existential humanistic approaches, elementary students, and principals from public and private schools in Yogyakarta. Documentation includes audio-visual materials (photos, videotapes, recordings) and observations with field notes and reflections. Data validity follows Creswell and Miller's (2000) five criteria: data triangulation, member checking, prolonged observation with repeated site visits, and peer review. Findings: This multiliteracy learning model can develop speaking skills in elementary-age children accountably, as multiliteracy competency includes oral idea production ability. School programs supporting multiliteracy implementation must be systematic, flexible, realistic, and sustainable. Infrastructure requirements include libraries, reading corners, literacy centers, and teaching materials. Research implications/limitations: Multiliteracy concept reflects awareness of diverse human communication methods and literacy activities in analyzing received materials and media. This implies extensive critical analysis for text interpretation. School implementation can include DEAR programs promoting active participation through greetings, songs, and topic discussions to develop speaking, listening, interaction, and sharing abilities. Originality/value: This multiliteracy research presents novelty as an appropriate learning model for addressing impolite speech in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di bagian Packing PT Proven Force Indonesia. Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan kinerja karyawan yang optimal sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan, terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari 50 karyawan bagian Packing PT Proven Force Indonesia. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji t individu menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen, yaitu motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Meskipun motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa hanya sekitar 18,1% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan yang dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen ini. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa masih ada faktor-faktor lain yang juga berperan dalam memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT Proven Force Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of Return On Equity and Current Ratio on Company Value with capital structure as an intervening variable in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. This study was conducted by purposive sampling with certain criteria, so 36 coal mining companies were used as a research method. The sample used was 5 periods, so the final sample in this study was 180 observations. Data analysis was used using the SmartPLS application tool. The results of this study prove that Return On Equity has a significant positive effect on the equity Ratio, Current Ratio has a significant positive effect on the equity Ratio, Return On Equity has a positive and significant effect on Price Book Value, Current Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on Price to Book Value, Debt Equity Ratio has a significant positive effect on Price Book Value, and the Return On Equity variable has a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value with Debt Equity Ratio as an intervening variable and Current Ratio has a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value with Debt Equity Ratio as an intervening variable

Abstract

Sebanyak 90% penduduk Desa Wonomulyo bekerja sebagai petani, namun pada musim kemarau mereka sulit untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air irigasi. Perencanaan embung menjadi salah satu upaya pengelolaan air untuk pertanian di musim kemarau, yang secara teknis dapat menampung volume air dalam jumlah relatif besar. Penelitian ini menganalisis aspek hidrologi, stabilitas, analisis kapasitas tampungan dan analisis investasi embung yang akan dibangun. Data-data yang dibutuhkan meliputi data curah hujan, HSPK Kabupaten Malang 2022, peta topografi dan data tanah. Dengan kebutuhan air irigasi Desa Wonomulyo sebesar 2,357 l/dt/ha, desain dimensi embung meliputi, panjang: 77 meter, lebar: 50 meter dan volume tampungan sebesar 13.453 m3. Nilai faktor keamanan embung dalam keadaan kosong terhadap guling 1,52>1,5 dan terhadap geser 2,37>1,5. Nilai faktor keamanan embung dalam keadaan penuh terhadap guling 2,635>1,5 dan terhadap geser 8,87>1,5. Biaya investasi yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp6.397.924.182. Nilai rasio keuntungan dan biaya dengan hasil panen 50% adalah sebesar 2,47>1, menunjukkan bahwa rasio antara manfaat dan biaya pekerjaan lebih besar nilai manfaat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan perencanaan embung layak secara secara teknis dan layak secara ekonomi.

Abstract

SII Office adalah gedung perkantoran yang berlokasi di Surabaya yang rencananya akan dibangun setinggi 7 lantai pada area seluas 1.258,2 m². Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari alternatif penggunaan bekisting, antara tipe bekisting semi sistem dan sistem yang dapat digunakan pada Proyek Pembangunan SII Office Surabaya. Penentuan alternatif dilakukan dengan cara menganalisa desain bekisting dengan menghitung jarak antar perancah, analisa waktu siklus dengan mempertimbangkan zona pengecoran, jumlah material didapatkan dari penyiapan waktu siklus, dan rencana anggaran biaya yang didapatkan dari perhitungan volume dan biaya dari masing-masing tipe bekisting untuk pekerjaan kolom, balok, dan plat. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah gambar kerja, dan RKS sebagai data sekunder, dan sebagai penunjang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data primer. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, didapatkan volume pekerjaan kolom adalah sebesar 2.316,57 m² dengan menggunakan phenolic 18 mm, hollow 100x50x3,2 mm untuk bekisting semi sistem, dan menggunakan panel kolom dengan plat baja 5 mm pada bekisting sistem. Pekerjaan balok dengan volume 3.315,22 m² dengan menggunakan phenolic 15 mm, hollow 50x50x1,6 mm, dan PCH untuk bekisting semi sistem, dan menggunakan menggunakan panel balok dengan plat baja 5 mm dan multiprops untuk bekisting sistem. Pekerjaan plat dengan volume 4.030,87 m² menggunakan phenolic 15 mm, hollow 50x50x1,6 mm, dan PCH sebagai bekisting semi sistem dan menggunakan panel plat serta multiprops untuk bekisting sistem. Durasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan bekisting semi sistem selama 89 hari dengan total biaya sebesar Rp 6.990.438.373, dan selama 61 hari dengan total biaya sebesar Rp 9.114.081.964. Luasan efektif untuk penggunaan bekisting sistem pada pekerjaan kolom adalah 1.450,50 m², pekerjaan balok 1.120,04 m², dan pekerjaan plat 1.287,71 m². Alternatif pemilihan bekisting yang digunakan adalah bekisting sistem.

Abstract

Singosari – Randu Agung Highway, Malang Regency, is a road as a national road and have a road functions as an arterial primary. This road segment is one of the roads that have a heavy volume of vehicles, due to excessive repetitive traffic loads (overloading), then resulting for damages surface layer and a decrease in the road quality. Based on that cased, this study have a purpose to evaluate the condition of road pavement and determine the value of road pavement conditions based on the Surface Distress Index (SDI) method and International Roughness Index (IRI) method which is used as a basis for determined alternative treatment that need to be done. Visual pavement condition assessment along 4 km was obtained by conducting field surveys with a form refers to Bina Marga Method (001-01/M/BM/2011). The result of the evaluation found that road damge such as holes, longitudinal crack, alligator crack, block crack, and transverse crack. Based on the road conditions that have been evalauted, obtained results with 63% in good condition along 2.5 km, 35% in medium condition along 1.4 km and 3% in light damage condition along 0.1 km. The type of the treatment for the routine road maintenance consist of patching holes and filler cracks.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the alignment between the study programs offered at Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the Bogor region and the competencies required by the local labor market. Given the rapid development of industries in sectors such as agribusiness, manufacturing, and services in Bogor, ensuring that SMK graduates possess relevant skills is crucial to enhance their employability. This research adopts a mixed-method approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The quantitative data, collected through surveys, measures the extent to which study programs meet industry needs, while qualitative data obtained from interviews provide deeper insights into the perceptions of educational stakeholders and industry representatives. The study involves 120 respondents, including school principals, teachers, alumni, and industry representatives. The findings reveal significant gaps in several areas, particularly in technical skills and soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability, which are essential for readiness in the workforce. Additionally, the lack of collaboration between schools and industries, outdated curricula, and the lack of industry-specific training for educators were identified as key barriers to improving this alignment. The study concludes by recommending the establishment of stronger partnerships between SMK institutions and industries, curriculum updates, and more focused teacher development programs to address the identified gaps and ensure that SMK graduates are better prepared to meet the demands of the local labor market.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis peran militer dalam sistem pemerintahan Orde Baru di Indonesia dengan fokus pada dampaknya terhadap kestabilan kekuasaan dan tantangannya terhadap masa depan demokrasi di Indonesia. Melalui metode literature review yang holistik, penelitian ini bertujuan merinci secara proaktif dampak jangka panjang peran militer dan mempertimbangkan berbagai perspektif untuk menjaga objektivitas. Dengan menggali pemikiran dan motivasi di balik keputusan strategis militer, penelitian ini mengisi celah informasi dan memberikan wawasan mendalam terhadap konteks historis Orde Baru. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa peran militer berhasil menjaga kestabilan politik dengan konsekuensi negatif seperti pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dan kebijakan represif. Dominasi militer dalam kebijakan politik dan ekonomi juga menciptakan ketidaksetaraan dan korupsi. Evaluasi terhadap peran militer menyoroti kompleksitas kontribusinya, sementara dampaknya terhadap masyarakat dan oposisi menciptakan iklim politik otoriter. Implikasi terhadap perkembangan politik pasca-Orde Baru menciptakan tantangan dan peluang, memerlukan reformasi yang mendalam untuk memastikan transisi yang demokratis dan inklusif. Kesimpulannya, pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap peran militer dalam sejarah politik Indonesia ini membentuk pijakan kritis untuk membimbing pembangunan masa depan yang lebih demokratis dan berkeadilan.
