Abstract

Prestasi belajar mahasiswa merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam kesuksesan mahasiswa di masa depannya. IPK dan Masa studi menjadi dua indikator penting dalam menunjang prestasi mahasiswa dalam menentukan pasar kerja.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar belakang jurusan pada Sekolah Menengah Atas sederajat (SMA, MA, SMK) terhadap indeks prestasi kumulatif dan masa studi mahasiswa prodi pendidikan fisika FTK UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasi dilakukan secara retrospektif dengan menggunakan hubungan antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh mahasiswa prodi pendidikan fisika yang masuk pada tahun akademik 2014/2015. Analisis data menggunakan uji anova dengan uji koefisien regresi secara bersama-sama (uji F) regresi ganda dengan tingkat kepercayaan α lebih kecil dari 0,05 untuk Uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka diperoleh nilai Ftabel adalah 3,06. Fhitung < Ftabel (0,078 < 3,06) berdasarkan kriteria pengujian F maka dapat disimpulkan bahwah jurusan pada sekolah menengah tidak mempengaruhi indeks prestasi kumulatif dan masa studi mahasiswa pendidikan fisika FTK UIN Ar-Raniry.

Abstract

Pengembangan adalah proses atau cara yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sesuatu menjadi baik atau sempurna dalam pembelajaran, dimana siswa memahami konsep sendiri dengan menggunakan modul. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan bahan ajar. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar fisika pada pada pokok bahasan tekanan di MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh. (2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan penggunaan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan di MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII-1 MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan hasil analisis kuesioner dari dua pakar ahli mengenai bahan ajar dengan menggunakan modul yang dikembangkan menghasilkan persentase sebesar 75,33% dan tergolong dalam katagori layak. (2) Berdasarkan analisis angket respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan modul pada materi tekanan, diperoleh dengan rata-rata persentase yaitu 85,67%. Ini berarti bahwa belajar dengan menggunakan modul termasuk kategori tertarik. Dengan demikian bahan ajar yang dikembangkan layak dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran dan dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran Fisika pokok bahasan tekanan untuk siswa MTsN kelas VIII.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMP Negeri 8 Kota Banda Aceh, diperoleh data bahwa peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi kemagnetan dikarenakan proses pembelajarannya masih menggunakan buku paket. Penyampaian pembelajarannya juga masih bersifat monoton dan kurang bervariasi dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga diperlukan media pembelajaran yang baru yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar seperti modul interaktif dengan model TGT untuk pembelajaran IPA materi kemagnetan di SMP/MTs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dan kelayakan modul interaktif dengan model TGT untuk pembelajaran IPA materi kemagnetan di SMP/MTs. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development yang menggunakan model pengembangan Alessi & Trollip yang memiliki tiga tahapan: (1) perencanaan (planning), (2) perancangan (desain), dan (3) pengembangan (development). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi produk dan angket respon peserta didik. Uji coba terbatas melibatkan 5 peserta didik kelas IX-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan modul interaktif dengan model TGT untuk pembelajaran IPA materi kemagnetan dari hasil uji kelayakan diperoleh rata-rata persentase keseluruhan sebesar 90,7% dengan kriteria sangat layak, dengan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul interaktif dengan model TGT untuk pembelajaran IPA materi kemagnetan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pemebelajaran fisika di SMP/MTs.

Abstract

Uji identifikasi dan penetapan kadar merupakan salah satu persyaratan mutu suplemen kesehatan yang mengandung vitamin B1, B3, B6, dan kofein sehingga diperlukan metode analisis yang optimal untuk mendeteksi secara simultan analit-analit tersebut dalam suatu campuran matriks. Saat ini telah tersedia metode analisa KCKT sistem gradien untuk pengujian tersebut. Namun, dari metode analisa tersebut diperoleh profil kromatogram yang belum optimal dengan nilai resolusi 0,844 pada puncak analit vitamin B3 dan B1. Hal ini disebabkan masih berhimpitnya puncak kedua analit dan tidak terpisah dengan baik pada baseline kromatogram. Oleh karena itu dianggap perlu untuk melakukan optimasi pada metode analisa ini dengan melakukan modifikasi perbandingan komposisi fase gerak sistem gradien pada menit terelusinya vitamin B3 dan B1. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorium dengan parameter yang diamati adalah profil kromatogram pemisahan puncak analit dan nilai resolusi antara vitamin B3 dan B1. Berdasarkan data hasil optimasi diperoleh komposisi fase gerak ammonium asetat : asetonitril (25:75) yang memberikan profil kromatogram optimal terhadap pemisahan vitamin B3 dan B1 dengan nilai resolusi 7,230 untuk vitamin B3 dan 3,427 untuk vitamin B1 (syarat resolusi > 2). Metode optimasi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan validasi metode analisa dengan hasil uji parameter selektifitas, akurasi, presisi, linearitas, nilai LOD, dan nilai LOQ memenuhi syarat keberterimaan sehingga metode ini dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian identifikasi dan penetapan kadar vitamin B1, B3, B6, dan kofein dalam sediaan suplemen kesehatan.Identification and assay tests are one of the quality requirements of health supplements containing vitamins B1, B3, B6, and caffeine, so an optimal analytical method is needed to detect these analytes simultaneously in a matrix mixture. Currently, a gradient system HPLC analysis method is available for this test. However, from this analysis method, the chromatogram profile was not optimal with a resolution value of 0.844 at the peak of the vitamin B3 and B1 analytes. This is because the peaks of the two analytes are still close together and are not well separated on the baseline chromatogram. Therefore, it is considered necessary to optimize this analytical method by modifying the ratio of the mobile phase composition of the gradient system at the minute of elution of vitamins B3 and B1. The research methodology used experimental laboratory research with the parameters observed were the chromatogram profile of analyte peak separation and the resolution value between vitamins B3 and B1. Based on the optimization data, the mobile phase composition of ammonium acetate: acetonitrile (25:75) provides an optimal chromatogram profile for the separation of vitamins B3 and B1 with a resolution value of 7,230 for vitamin B3 and 3,427 for vitamin B1 (resolution > 2). The optimization method is then followed by validation of the analytical method with the test results of the parameters of selectivity, accuracy, precision, linearity, LOD value, and LOQ value meeting the acceptance requirements so that this method can be used to test the identification and determination of vitamin B1, B3, B6, and caffeine levels. in the preparation of health supplements.

Abstract

The use of AI in language education has been widely discussed especially in identifying the teachers’ ability in utilizing AI in language teaching as well as how teachers perceive the utilization of AI are significant. To address these needs, the researchers used a TPACK survey instrument and semi-structured interview to assess 6 English teachers' ability to use AIEd at Islamic University of Ahmad Dahlan. Findings show that there are several challenges faced by the users of AIEd in English language courses such as (1) limited technological knowledge, (2) lack of training, (3) limited access to technological resources, (4) student skill levels, (5) policy and administrative constraints, as well as (6) curriculum changes and needs. Overall, the application of AIEd in language teaching in UIAD has the potential to significantly enhance learning outcomes for English learners by providing personalized, adaptive, and engaging learning experiences supported by data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the inclusion of special needs children in mainstream education poses significant challenges, necessitating effective instructional strategies to meet their diverse learning needs. This study explores the effectiveness of Differentiated Instruction (DI) models in inclusive schooling settings, aiming to assess their impact on the learning outcomes and experiences of special needs children. Through telephone interviews with six teachers representing diverse educational backgrounds, this research delves into their experiences with implementing DI models. Thematic data analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and challenges associated with using DI in inclusive classrooms. The findings shed light on the effectiveness of various instructional strategies in meeting the unique needs of special needs children, while also uncovering barriers to effective implementation such as limited resources and inadequate training. Preliminary results indicate that DI models have the potential to enhance the learning experiences and outcomes of special needs children within inclusive settings. Teachers reported increased student engagement, motivation, and academic progress when employing tailored instructional approaches. However, challenges such as resource constraints and lack of training emerged as hindrances to effective DI implementation. This study underscores the importance of adopting student-centered instructional approaches to accommodate diverse learning needs in inclusive classrooms. Furthermore, it highlights the necessity for targeted professional development programs and resource allocation to support teachers in effectively implementing DI strategies. By contributing insights into best practices for supporting the educational success of special needs children in mainstream schools, this research adds to the ongoing discourse on inclusive education in Aceh.

Abstract

In today's digital age, technology advancements have transformed how consumers buy airline tickets, with facilitating conditions, Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM), and trust playing pivotal roles in the decision-making process. Understanding these factors through the UTAUT can help airlines and travel agencies enhance their digital platforms and marketing strategies. The study aims to determine the effect of technology acceptance (UTAUT) variables, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, Electronic Words of Mouth (EWOM), and trust, in the decision to purchase airline tickets online in Indonesia. The study used a purposive sampling technique and structural equation modelling to test the research hypothesis. This study used an online research questionnaire survey technique for 253 respondents. The results of the study show that the UTAUT dimension performance expectancy with t-statistic 2.207>1.96, effort expectancy (2.068>1.96), facilitating condition (2.085>1.96), and EWOM (2.348>1.96) influence online ticket purchase decisions. The social influence dimension doesn’t influence purchase decisions with t-statistics 0.618<1.96. The study also found that Trust mediates the relationship between performance expectancy with coefficient score (0.061), effort expectancy (0.044), facilitating conditions (0.054), and EWOM (0.042) on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Social media is one of the trends that cannot be separated from the lives of society, especially among teenagers. This research aims to analyze the influence of social media on teenage ethics in the city of Palopo according to Islam. In today's digital era, social media plays a significant role in the daily lives of teenagers, such as influencing their behavior. The purpose of this research is to understand the ethical forms of some teenagers in the city of Palopo and how social media impacts the ethics of these teenagers. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews and in-depth observations. The results of the research indicate that the ethical forms of teenagers in the community of Palopo city vary, some have good ethics while others still have poor ethics. Meanwhile, the use of social media has a significant impact on the lives of some teenagers in Palopo city, both positive and negative. From an Islamic perspective, it is found that some teenage behaviors on social media often contradict the ethical values ​​in Islam. However, social media also has a positive impact as an effective educational platform if utilized properly. Keywords: Social Media, Teenage Ethics

Abstract

The aim of the research carried out is to find out how environmental accounting standards are in efforts to prevent waste at the South Tangerang City General Hospital. The data collection methods and techniques used in this research were descriptive qualitative methods and direct interviews with the Waste Water Management Installation section and the accounting section related to environmental management costs. The data used comes from documentation or internal hospital data. Combining Schutz's phenomenological perspective, the data analysis stage includes interpretation, subjectivity and thematic analysis. Alfred Schutz's phenomenology is one of the important thoughts of phenomenology as a philosophical movement. At the same time, clarify the research object of social awareness in the development of social science awareness. From the research results, it was found that the South Tangerang city general hospital has managed its waste well and has carried out accounting treatment stages for environmental management costs and recorded environmental costs in goods and services expenses. With this research, it is hoped that the South Tangerang City General Hospital will implement environmental accounting better. Abstract

Antioxidants are compounds that can neutralize free radicals that produced by endophyte microbes. This study aims to isolate endophyte fungi and antioxidant activity of isolate endophyte fungi of Annona muricata L. leave used TLC-Autograph Method. The result of isolation endophyte fungi  Annona muricata L. leaves obtained 7 isolates namely FES1, FES2, FES3, FES4, FES5, FES6, dan FES7 colonies. Isolates of endophytic fungi were purified by quadran steak method to obtain pure isolates. The pure isolates obtained were fermented in Maltosa Yeast Broth (MYB) medium using shaker at 200 rpm for 7 x 24 hours to obtain secondary metabolites namely mycelia and supernatant. The results of testing the antioxidant activity of the supernatant extract of endophytic fungi isolates by TLC-Autograph using 0.04% DPPH spray reagent showed that the endophytic fungi isolate FES2 had free radical activity at Rf values of 0.94 and 0.87.
