Abstract

Dalam menguraikan pokok bahasan pendidikan akhlak anak dilingkungan keluarga menurut Imam al-Ghazali, penulis akan membaginya dalam beberapa sub bahasan. Sebagai salah satu ulama Hujjatul Islam yang telah lama dalam mengabdikan diri pada gelombang pendidikan. Beranjak dari pendidikan akhlak menurut pandangan Imam alGhazali, penulis membagi pokok bahasan dalam bab ini adalah sebagai berikut: Gagasan Imam al-Ghazali tentang pendidikan akhlak yang merupakan sikap yang tertanam dalam jiwa yang melahirkan perbuatan-perbuatan tertentu secara spontan dan konstan. Sedangkan Metode pendidikan akhlak dilingkungan keluarga menurut Imam al-Ghazali, menggunakan prinsip-prinsip cerita (hikayat) sebagai metode pencapaian tujuan pendidikan akhlak anak, dalam upaya membentuk tingkah laku tertentu pada anak-anak.

Abstract

Rainwater Utilisation is one way of preserving and conserving water resources. At present, the use of groundwater is increasing without being accompanied by its sustainability. To maintain the availability of groundwater and to find alternative sources of water to meet daily needs, rainwater harvesting can be done by applying technology. This activity in Wundudopi Village, Baruga District, Kendari City aimed to provide understanding and explanation on the construction of biopore infiltration holes, infiltration wells, and rainwater harvesting. The practical method consisted of surveying and identifying the site, studying the problems, socializing, and making a rainwater harvesting model. Biopore infiltration holes and infiltration wells are used to facilitate the infiltration of rainwater into the soil, increasing groundwater reserves and reducing surface run-off. And rainwater harvesting as an alternative to supply daily water needs. With this community service, rainwater harvesting can be implemented in the domestic environment as a form of participation and responsibility for the availability and sustainability of water resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools and the learning innovations applied within it. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation at several elementary schools that have implemented the Merdeka Curriculum in Gunungsitoli, North Sumatra. The results of the study show that teachers play a central role in developing competency-based learning that aligns with the characteristics of students. Learning innovations include the use of project-based learning, thematic learning, and the integration of technology. However, challenges such as limited facilities and insufficient training remain obstacles to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This finding suggests the need for ongoing training and improvements in school facilities to support the successful implementation of the curriculum.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi matematis siswa memiliki perbedaan yang beragam jika ditinjau dari gaya belajar. Namun masih jarang peneliti yang terfokus pada aspek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejauhmana kemampuan literasi matematis siswa berdasarkan gaya kognitif berdasarkan gaya belajar. Kami menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sebanyak 9 siswa yang dikategorikan dengan tipe gaya belajar visual, auditori dan kinestetik berpartisipasi dalam penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan kerangka analisis iles & Huberman serta melakukan triangulasi sumber. Kami menemukan bahwa siswa yang bergaya belajar tipe visual dan kinestetik memiliki kemampuan literasi matematika yang cukup baik, karena peserta didik mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang konteksnya umum, dapat menggunakan prosedur sederhana dan mampu memberikan alasan secara langsung, dapat memilih dan menerapkan strategi pemecahan masalah sederhana serta mampu bekerja secara efektif dengan model yang eksplisit untuk situasi yang konkret tetapi kompleks. Siswa yang bergaya belajar auditori memiliki kemampuan literasi matematika yang kurang baik karena peserta didik hanya mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang konteksnya umum, dapat menggunakan prosedur sederhana dan mampu memberikan alasan secara langsung, dapat memilih dan menerapkan strategi pemecahan masalah sederhana. Siswa bergaya belajar auditori kurang mampu dalam bekerja secara efektif dengan model yang eksplisit untuk situasi yang konkret tetapi kompleks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the strategies used by teachers in educating children with special needs at Lembayung Indah Kindergarten in Bengkulu City. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the data analysis conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation, the data sources were the classroom teachers and the principal of TK Lembayung Indah in Bengkulu City, and the documentation consisted of photos taken during interviews with the classroom teachers and the principal. The results of this study can be summarised as follows: describing the strategies used by teachers in educating children with special needs at TK Lembayung Indah in Bengkulu City, speech delay and dyslexia are: 1) teachers' strategies in understanding the characteristics of children with speech delay and dyslexia, 2) teachers' strategies in using teaching media to educate children with speech delay and dyslexia, 3) teachers' strategies in using media and methods to educate children with speech delay and dyslexia, 4) teachers' strategies in implementing innovative learning, 5) teachers' strategies in communicating with children with special needs, 6) Ability to create a safe and comfortable environment both inside and outside the classroom. This can be summarised as: understanding the needs of children, creating a supportive learning environment, frequently engaging children in slow, clear, and proper language, and utilising technological aids such as laptops and mobile phones. Meanwhile, strategies for children with dyslexia include: a) using multisensory learning methods, b) using structured teaching, and c) focusing on the development of reading skills.

Abstract

In accordance with Pontianak District Regulation No. 7 of 2005, which formally established Segedong District, it was created by dividing Siantan District, which is now Jongkat District. Document archiving, including the recording of arriving and outgoing letters, is an integral part of the work of the Segedong Camat Office, a government agency in Segedong that provides services. The Segedong Sub-District Office has an issue with document archiving; specifically, they still use an agenda book to manually record incoming and outgoing letters. There is a risk of data corruption or loss while using the agenda book to record letters. The Segedong Sub-District Office is in need of an information system for web-based archiving. The research methodology involves conducting interviews and direct observations of the Segedong District Office's document filing system. In response to the challenges encountered by the Segedong District Office's staff in the process of document archiving, the author proposes the development of a web-based document archiving information system. Abstract

Tax avoidance is a legal tax management strategy carried out in accordance with taxation regulations, yet it often raises a dilemma because, while permitted, such practices are generally discouraged by tax authorities due to their impact on state revenue. The phenomenon of tax avoidance in Indonesia continues to rise, particularly in the construction industry sector, which is characterized by long-term projects and complex financing structures. These unique characteristics make the sector especially vulnerable to aggressive tax planning strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, profitability, leverage, and institutional ownership on tax avoidance practices among construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. Utilizing a quantitative approach, this research is based on secondary data drawn from annual reports and audited financial statements. The sample consists of 17 companies selected through purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models with SPSS version 24. The empirical results show that firm size has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance, suggesting that larger firms possess more resources and capacity to engage in sophisticated tax planning. While, profitability, leverage, and institutional ownership did not show significant effects, implying that these factors are not decisive in determining the tax avoidance behavior of companies in this sector. These findings are important both theoretically and practically. Based on Agency Theory where managers of larger firms may exploit available mechanisms to reduce tax burdens—while also challenging the expectations of signaling theory, particularly regarding the role of profitability. From a practical perspective, the study highlights the need for tax authorities to focus enforcement and monitoring efforts on large-scale firms, as they demonstrate a higher propensity for engaging in tax avoidance. Additionally, the findings call for a reassessment of existing regulatory frameworks and supervisory mechanisms in order to improve compliance without discouraging legitimate tax planning activities.

Abstract

The coffee shop industry has experienced rapid growth in recent years, creating intense competition among business operators. Customer satisfaction has become a key factor in maintaining loyalty and the sustainability of coffee shop businesses. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and facilities on customer satisfaction at coffee cafes in Tangerang City. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research sample consists of 103 respondents who are customers of coffee cafes, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires with a 1-5 Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. The research results show that service quality, price, and facilities simultaneously have a significant impact on customer satisfaction at coffee cafes in Tangerang City. These findings imply that coffee shop management needs to prioritize improving service quality through employee training, service responsiveness, and empathy towards customers. In addition, the provision of adequate facilities such as WiFi, comfortable seating, and a conducive atmosphere, as well as competitive pricing that aligns with the value provided, are also important for enhancing customer satisfaction. Further research is recommended to explore other factors such as the café atmosphere, menu variety, and strategic location that can influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk menjaga keselamatan pekerja di lingkungan kerja. Namun, masih banyak pekerja yang mungkin lupa atau sengaja tidak menggunakan kelengkapan APD ini dengan beberapa faktor, seperti, kepala terasa berat dan ketat dengan penggunaan helm, atau merasa panas ketika menggunakan rompi pelindung. Hal ini tentunya dapat menimbulkan risiko bahaya ketika sedang bekerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem yang dapat memantau penggunaan APD pada pekerja. Sistem ini menerapkan algoritma YOLOv5 dalam proses pendeteksian kelengkapan APD pekerja tersebut. Dengan menggunakan bobot model yang dihasilkan pada proses training dengan Image Size 640, Epoch 300, Batch size 8, maka pengujian pendeteksian APD pada tangkapan kamera pengintai CCTV perusahaan, menghasilkan nilai akurasi tertinggi 81% (person/pekerja), 87% (helm), 78% (rompi pelindung), 71% (tanpa rompi) dan 77% (tanpa helm). Berdasarkan nilai akurasi yang dihasilkan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma YOLOv5 ini mampu mendeteksi objek apapun dengan baik. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat membantu supervisor dalam memantau penggunaan APD oleh pekerja sehingga risiko bahaya dapat dihindari sedini mungkin.

Abstract

The rapid growth of TikTok as a digital marketing platform has created a need to understand how content variation influences user purchasing behavior. This study is motivated by the lack of information regarding audience responses to live streaming content, particularly in the context of purchase decision-making. The objective of this research is to identify audience segmentation patterns on TikTok based on content preferences and how these relate to purchasing decisions, using the account @takiboutique as a case study. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing an online survey distributed to 99 randomly selected respondents. Data were analyzed using the K-Means clustering algorithm to group respondents based on dominant factors influencing their buying decisions. The clustering results revealed three main audience segments. The first cluster (53%) prioritizes creative and interactive marketing strategies. The second cluster (34%) considers price as the most influential factor in purchasing decisions. The third cluster (12%) highlights product quality as the primary consideration. These findings indicate that audience preferences for promotional content are diverse, requiring marketing communication strategies to be tailored to the characteristics of each segment. The application of the K-Means algorithm has proven effective in profiling consumers to support more adaptive and targeted digital marketing strategies.
