Abstract

Banking is one of the most important sectors supporting a country"™s economy. In Indonesia, the development of banking has undergone significant changes, as evidenced by the shift from the conventional system to the dual banking and Sharia systems. The large number of commercial banks and bank offices suggests high competition in Indonesia. Consequently, banks must reduce costs and streamline their operational activities to remain competitive. This study aims to analyze the relationship between bank competition and financial stability in Indonesia for both conventional and Islamic banks, using the generalized method of moments. The results show a positive relationship between the level of banking industry competition and banking stability, indicating that an increase in bank competition will result in greater stability. These findings suggest that Islamic banking has the potential to expand its market share by improving its soundness and retaining customer loyalty. In addition, banking authorities should reevaluate their performance and regulations.JEL: G21, G32, L10.

Abstract

This study describes the actualization of character education in scouting activities for children aged 5-6 years at Kindergarten  Islamiyah, Southeast Pontianak District. The research method used qualitative. The subjects study were 2 scout coaches. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking technique uses triangulation. The results of the study: 1. Actualization of self-loving character in scout activities, namely children participating in scout activities with full confidence and confidence. The activity marching and individual games to put water into the bottle. 2. Actualization of the character of loving others in scouting  activities, namely the friendly attitude of children to each scout member and scout coach and respecting others manifested through marching activities, forming circles, holding each other, group games,singing while clapping. 3. Actualization of the character of loving the environment in scout activities, namely that children want to take part in scout activities in the field, protect the environment and care for the  environment so that it is clean, comfortable and safe for children when  carrying out scout activities. In conclusion: character education has been carried out well for children in Kindergarten Islamiyah,Southeast Pontianak through marching activities, playing, singing, clapping and activities related to the character of loving yourself, loving others and loving the environment. The suggestion: children  should be more confident and carry out each activity independently.

Abstract

Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia (Perpusnas) telah membuat dan mengembangkan perangkat lunak dan program otomasi perpustakaan Inlislite sejak tahun 2011. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui bagaimana pustakawan menggunakan sistem Inlislite di provinsi Sumatera Selatan, serta tantangan yang mereka hadapi dan tantangan yang dihadapi. upaya yang mereka lakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif. Langkah-langkah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, Inlislite telah digunakan dengan sangat sukses untuk sistem manajemen bahan koleksi di layanan perpustakaan Sumatera Selatan. Pemanfaatan Inlislite (Sistem Perpustakaan Terpadu) yang meliputi pengelolaan sumber daya perpustakaan, layanan sirkulasi (peminjaman dan pengembalian buku), keanggotaan, dan OPAC. Inlislite digunakan dengan versi 3.2. batu sandungan dalam menggunakan Inlislite

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) increasing mathematical connection abilities through a contextual approach. Educational science is a continuation of education. Education and Culture continues to carry out reforms and innovations in the field of education, one of which is curriculum renewal and innovation, namely the birth of the 2013 curriculum which is a shift in the development paradigm from the 20th century to the 21st century. Mathematics is one of the mandatory subjects in the 2013 curriculum which plays a very important role in improving human resources. Mathematical connection abilities are closely related to problem solving abilities which of course will help students to improve their mathematical connections, and vice versa. Therefore, it is very important that mathematical connection abilities to be able to improve students' mathematical connection abilities through contextual learning are a very appropriate choice. Johnson (2010:35) states that contextual learning and teaching involves students in important activities that help them relate academic lessons to the real-life contexts they face. Based on the results of research by experts, the average normalized gain score for mathematical connection abilities of students who were given contextual learning was higher than students who were given regular learning. The results of this study show that the average increase in the mathematical connection abilities of students who were given contextual learning was higher than that of students who were given regular learning.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the leading sectors that makes a major contribution to the Indonesian economy, including in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS) area, Tosari District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. Throughout 2022, the number of visitors to TNBTS is expected to increase rapidly, which will also lead to an increase in non-tax state income. However, the increase in the number of visitors not only has a positive influence but also has a negative impact, mainly related to environmental concerns. Some of the problems that arise include climate change, socio-cultural degradation, and damage to ecosystems. Sustainable tourism through Green Tourism is an important component for achieving balanced tourism, benefiting both the economy and the environment. Therefore, this research aims to develop a Green-Tourism model in TNBTS. The method used in this research is a mixed-methods approach, employing a SWOT analysis methodology. The research results indicate that local communities and stakeholders can implement a green tourism strategy based on local participation and incorporating local culture, which can increase employment opportunities to absorb labor from rural communities and mitigate the current trend of urbanization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perubahan kepemimpinan dengan studi kasus di Divisi Injection Molding PT. Tenma Cikarang Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kepemimpinan yang terjadi di Divisi Injection Molding ini sangat berdampak positif. Dengan adanya perubahan kepemimpinan tersebut banyak sistem atau cara kerja baru yang tercipta, dimana sistem atau cara kerja tersebut tidak ada di era kepemimpinan yang sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perubahan kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu strategi yang bagus dan berdampak positif pada Divisi Injection Molding PT. Tenma Cikarang Indonesia untuk penurunan defect yang tercetak.

Abstract

Anemia causes a reduction in the number of red blood cells or the amount of hemoglobin in red blood cells, so the blood cannot carry the amount of oxygen the body needs. Anemia is generally characterized by low hemoglobin levels below normal, reducing the body's physiological needs. Despite the program's implementation, adolescent girls still suffer from anemia. They rarely consume iron tablets because the smell of iron often causes nausea and vomiting. Red guava is a healthy and safe alternative for increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescents with anemia. Consuming red guava is a healthy and safe alternative for preventing and treating anemia through non-pharmacological means. This research used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study were 15 adolescent girls with anemia at the An Nur Islamic boarding school. All respondents who participated in the study experienced an increase in Hb levels (14 of them) (100%). The results showed that the average Hb before treatment was 10.8 g/dL and the average Hb after treatment was 14.7 g/dL, resulting in an average increase in Hb of 3.9 g/dL. Further data analysis using a paired t-test (p-value = 0.000) revealed a significant difference in hemoglobin levels before and after consuming red guava juice. This demonstrates that consuming red guava juice increases hemoglobin levels. It is hoped that the use of red guava juice can be further promoted to reduce anemia among adolescents.   Abstrak Anemia menyebabkan berkurangnya jumlah sel darah merah atau jumlah hemoglobin dalam sel darah merah, sehingga darah tidak dapat mengangkut oksigen dalam jumlah sesuai yang diperlukan tubuh. Anemia umumnya ditandai dengan rendahnya kadar hemoglobin dibawah nilai normal sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan fisiologis tubuh menjadi berkurang.  Meskipun program sudah dilaksanakan, akan tetapi masih saja ditemukan remaja putri yang mengalami anemia. Mereka jarang mengkonsumsi tablet Fe tersebut karena sering menimbulkan mual dan muntah karena bau besi. Jambu merah untuk peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja yang mengalami anemia dan merupakan terobosan sehat dan aman sebagai salah satu upaya lain untuk alternatif mencegah serta mengatasi anemia secara non farmakologis yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi jambu merah. Metode penelitian ini adalah Pre- eksperimental dengan rancangan one grup pretest post test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 remaja putri yang mengalami anemia di pondol pesantren An Nur. Seluruh responden yang mengikuti proses penelitian mengalami peningkatan kadar HB 14 orang (100%). Dan didapatkan hasil bahwa rerata Hb sebelum perlakuan 10,8 g/dL dan rerata Hb sesudah perlakuan 14,7 g/dL sehingga rerata peningkatan Hb adalah 3,9 g/dL. Data  selanjutnya  dianilisa  dengan  Paired  T  Test (p-value = 0,000)  menunjukkan  terdapat  perbedaan  signifikan  kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah konsumsi jus jambu biji merah. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa konsumsi jus jambu merah memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin. Diharapkan penggunaan jus jambu merah bisa lebih di galakkan lagi sehingga penderita anemia pada remaja dapat berkurang.

Abstract

Penyesuaian diri adalah proses mental dan perilaku dalam menghadapi tantangan dan tekanan hidup untuk dapat beradaptasi di lingkungan baru. Non muslim yang menetap di Banda Aceh mengalami proses penyesuaian diri saat beradaptasi dengan budaya, norma dan tuntutan sosial yang didominasi oleh lingkungan yang mayoritas muslim. Adapun tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai penyesuaian diri non-muslim yang menetap di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik sampling penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sebanyak lima responden yang menjadi sumber data. Pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi naratif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil dari penelitian menemukan bahwa kelima partisipan penelitian dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan Banda Aceh dengan baik sebagai non-muslim. Kelima partisipan dapat beradaptasi karena memiliki dukungan sosial yang memadai dan cara berpikir yang tenang dalam menyikapi permasalahan yang ditemui. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai strategi penyesuaian diri yang efektif bagi non muslim dengan lingkungan yang mayoritas muslim. Abstract

Education is one of the needs for humans to continue developing. The development aims to achieve a better life in the future. Physical education is also a part of education. This research aims to understand the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the Physical Education subject at MI Al-Hadi II. The research method used includes observation, documentation, and interviews with the school principal and related subject teachers. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach to describe the reality of the events being studied, which is the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the execution of physical education at MI Al-Hadi II. The results obtained from this research indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Physical Education at MI Al-Hadi II is carried out freely by teachers but still within the control of the curriculum framework set by the government. With the Merdeka Curriculum, students can freely explore their abilities, especially in the field of sports, while still achieving the learning objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of visual media on the learning outcomes of communicable and non-communicable diseases among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Bantul Timur, Bantul Regency. This research uses a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design with a survey method and a test approach. The subjects of the study include half of the fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Bantul Timur, totaling 35 respondents. Data collection was conducted through a survey using test instruments. Data analysis was carried out using a t-test, after first meeting the prerequisites of normality and homogeneity tests. The t-test results showed that the calculated t value (t hitung) = -5.729 and the t table value (t tabel) (13)(0.05) is 1.697. Since the calculated t value is greater than the t table value (t hitung > t tabel), it is concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of visual media on the learning outcomes of communicable and non-communicable diseases. The average pretest score was 65.86, while the posttest score was 77.14. The average score increased by 11.28 or 17.13%, leading to the conclusion that visual media is effective in improving the learning outcomes of communicable and non-communicable diseases among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Bantul Timur, Bantul Regency.
