Abstract

Meningkat wisatawan di Bukit Lawang yang bukan hanya untuk menikmati mandi di sungai tapi juga ingin melihat keberadaan orang utan di Bukit Lawang tepatnya di Taman Nasional Gunung Leuser maka perlu sekali sebuah alat yang dapat mendeteksi keberadaan orang utan. Dengan alat ini keberadaan orang yang biasa datang ditempat sering muncul dapat diketahui. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian tracking orang utan dengan GPS berbasis mobile pada Bukit Lawang ini tujuannya untuk melihat keberadaan orang utan sehingga dengan peralatan GPS berbasis mobile ini bermanfaat agar nanti dalam tracking dapat langsung berjumpa dengan orang utan sehingga bisa puas dengan hasil tracking tersebut. Bukan tidak banyak kelompok tracking yang gagal berjumpa dengan orang utan tersebut karena keberadaan orang utan tersebut tidak dapat diketahui keberadaannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan atas model pembelajaran kooperatif dan media pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 3 Enrekang. Populasinya seluruh siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 3 Enrekang yang terdiri dari 102 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 51 siswa yang diambil secara acak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dengan tingkat signifikan < 0,05 dan media pembelajaran (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dengan tingkat signifikan < 0,05. Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif (X1) dan media pembelajaran (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar (Y) dengan tingkat signifikan < 0,05. Selain itu, koefisien determinasi (R2 ) yaitu sebesar 0,594 (59,4%).

Abstract

Many students graduate with inadequate knowledge and skills, so more effective learning methods are needed. So that student competency can increase, project-based learning modules must be developed. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of project-based teaching materials on light vehicle engine maintenance. The type of research used is experimental research with a quantitative approach. The subjects in this research were 30 students used to test the effectiveness of the teaching materials developed. Trials are collected to collect quantitative data in the form of learning outcomes tests and skills tests to obtain product effectiveness scores. The data analysis technique uses a one-shot case study regarding the classical completeness of the value of knowledge and skills learning outcomes. The research results show that the use of project-based teaching materials is effective. This is based on increased students' knowledge and skills after using these teaching materials. In conclusion, the effectiveness test in developing teaching materials for light vehicle engine maintenance used by students can increase knowledge and skills in the learning process. This can help students practically understand the concept of light vehicle engine maintenance and integrate it with previously learned knowledge.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the refrigeration technology training program at the vocational training centers (VTCs) by employing the context, input, process, product, and outcome evaluation approach. This study is classified as evaluative research, employing a qualitative description approach. Data collecting employs several approaches such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary informants in this study included the head of the VTC, the organizer of the VTC, the instructor of the refrigeration technology training, and the participants of the refrigeration technology training. Triangulation methods are employed to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the data. The findings indicate that the setting, process, and product elements can be categorized as satisfactory, while the input and outcome aspects remain in the poor category. To increase employment and reduce unemployment, this split air conditioning training can be expanded by strengthening program components in the input aspect, particularly facilities, and infrastructure, as well as in the output aspect.

Abstract

Dalam olahraga bulutangkis para atlit ketika melakukan latihan masih memerlukan bantuan pelatih atau teman bermain untuk dapat melakukan latihan, cara ini kurang efektif oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat membantu pelatih bulutangkis. Didalam penelitian rancang bangun alat pelontar shuttlecock dibuat agar mempermudah para pelatih dalam melatih bulutangkis.Dalam penelitian ini metodologi penelitian perancangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu teknik counter menggunakan arduino uno sebagai mikrokontroller, motor dc untuk melontarkan bola dan servo untuk mengarahkan bola ke pelontar serta sensor infrared untuk menghitung jumlah bola yang dilontarkan.Hasilnya sistem berjalan dengan baik dan dapat bekerja sesuai yang diinginkan yaitu dapat melontarkan bola ke atlet untuk melakukan latihan. Sistem ini sangat membantu para pelatih dan atlit dalam menjalankan latihan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Village Fund policy in improving community welfare in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The Village Fund is a government program that aims to support infrastructure development, economic empowerment, and the improvement of public services at the village level. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants consist of village officials and the community who have experience in managing the Village Fund. The results of the study show that the Village Fund policy has had a positive impact on infrastructure development, such as the improvement of village roads and public facilities, as well as in economic empowerment through business capital assistance and skills training. However, the effectiveness of this policy still faces obstacles, such as limited capacity of village officials, lack of transparency in budget management, and low community participation in supervision. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the apparatus, technology-based transparency, and community involvement so that the management of the Village Fund is more optimal and sustainable.

Abstract

The development of science and technology, especially in the field of neuroscience, has brought significant changes to the world of education, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Neuroscience, as the study of the nervous system and brain, provides valuable insights into the learning process, which can be utilized to improve the effectiveness of PAI learning. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the neuroscience approach in PAI learning in class V of SDN 01 Gading Jaya. The research method used is a qualitative case study with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that neuroscience approaches, such as the use of instrumental music, brain gym, chunking strategies, and brain breaks, can increase students' motivation, understanding, and involvement in PAI learning. However, challenges such as limited time, supporting facilities, and differences in student learning styles are still obstacles. Proposed recommendations include teacher professional development, resource allocation, formation of a community of practitioners, classroom action research, and collaboration with parents. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of PAI learning models that are more effective and characteristic in the digital era

Abstract

Student discipline is an important aspect in the world of education that contributes to academic success and character formation. This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in forming student discipline at SDN 01 Bumi Sari. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that PAI teachers have a significant role in forming student discipline through example, habituation, and consistent application of rules. Factors that support the successful formation of student discipline include the teacher's active role in providing motivation, collaboration with parents, and the application of learning methods that instill disciplinary values. However, there are also challenges faced, such as students' lack of awareness of the importance of discipline and minimal parental involvement in monitoring children's behavior at home. Thus, it is hoped that this research can provide insight for teachers, parents and schools in improving student discipline through a more optimal role of PAI teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of the family in developing children's religious character in Tanjung Baru Village, West Lampung. In the era of modernization, there is a shift in traditional values that influence parenting and education patterns in the family. The family has a crucial role as the first institution that shapes character and instills religious values in children. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach, namely collecting data through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The research subjects were families with children under 11 years old in Tanjung Baru Village. The results of the research show that families in Tanjung Baru Village apply several strategies in developing children's religious character, including through direct teaching, providing role models, habituation in daily life, motivation, and enforcing rules. Direct teaching involves instilling religious values through home learning, such as teaching prayers and reading the Koran. Parents provide role models through attitudes and behavior that reflect religious values. Habits are implemented through religious routines, such as congregational prayers and attending recitations. Motivation is given in the form of appreciation for children's positive behavior, while enforcement of rules is carried out to form discipline and religious responsibility. However, this research also found that there are challenges in developing children's religious character, such as the influence of the social environment, limited access to formal religious education, and changes in lifestyle due to modernization. To overcome these challenges, parents are trying to strengthen communication, increase involvement in religious activities, and collaborate with formal educational institutions and religious communities.

Abstract

The Wai Tubang custom is a matrilineal inheritance system in Semende society, where inheritance is passed on to the eldest daughter. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic educational values in the Tunggu Tubang custom and its impact on the character education of the younger generation of Semende. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation of traditional stakeholders, religious leaders and local communities. The research results show that the Tunggu Tubang custom contains Islamic educational values, such as responsibility, justice, trust, and social care. The implementation of these values is reflected in the role of Wait Tubang children in maintaining family harmony, caring for inheritance, and guiding other family members. Supporting factors in implementing this custom include the strong influence of the Islamic religion and the role of customary holders, while the main challenge is social and economic change which causes a shift in values in society. Overall, the Tunggu Tubang custom contributes to the character formation of the younger generation of Semende by instilling Islamic educational values in everyday life. Therefore, efforts to preserve this custom need to be supported by an approach that is in line with current developments, so that it remains relevant in building individual character based on Islamic values.
