Abstract

Balance in education is very important, which includes logic, ethics and aesthetics. This study discusses theimportance of logic, ethics and aesthetics in Islamic religious education. Logic serves as the main source inseeking knowledge, both about the world and the hereafter. With the power of logic and the human mind will beable to find the true truth. In order to strengthen logic, a branch of Kalam was formed. The role of ethics inIslamic religious education is as the main pillar of the search for knowledge and in practicing that knowledge. This is confirmed by the main purpose of sending the Prophet Muhammad is to give a good determination aboutmorals and ethics. While the main supporting factor in Islamic religious education is the emergence of aesthetics(art) in the educational process. This aesthetic is used as an intermediary to achieve the core goals of Islamicreligious education, and the existence of aesthetics is expected to provide a different color and style in education,as has been done by most members of the Wali Songo. The conclusion of this study is that it is important to havecontinuity between logic, ethics and aesthetics in Islamic religious education.

Abstract

Background. A system that can generate more accurate financial reports and other financial data, such as information on the government's financial performance, accountability, and situation, is required. Accrual-Based Government Accounting is a Government Accounting Standard that uses the APBD as a basis to recognize revenue, expenditure, and financing in budget implementation reporting, as well as revenues, expenses, assets, debts, and equity in accrual-based financial reporting. Aims. The purpose of this study is to comprehend how the new institutional analysis theory is applied. The demand for legal products drives changes in information technology. Methods. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method, analyzing the data through case studies, based on the organizational changes. Coercive isomorphism and normative isomorphism are two distinct phenomena that are indicated by the symptoms they exhibit. Result. In addition to reflecting current financial realities, including long-term liabilities, financial statements become increasingly thorough. The government can more fully display its rights and responsibilities by including its debts, receivables, assets, and expenses in addition to its financial inflows and outflows. Go ahead. Conclusion. Because financial data is more precise and comprehensive, the government can better plan and manage its finances. Regulatory changes, HR training, and the accounting information system all require updates. Implementation. A cost-benefit analysis allows the government to evaluate program performance in greater detail

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) plays a crucial role in technology advancements, especially in the agricultural sector, such as hydroponics. Manual monitoring of parameters such as nutrient levels, pH, and water levels in plants consumes farmers' time and energy and increases the risk of crop failure. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using IoT RAFT (Remote Automated Farming Technology) system for farmers, particularly hydroponic bok choy farmers, to monitor and control plant nutrient levels and the development process using waterfall as a research methodology. The parameters tested in this research include the height of the bok choy, the number of leaves, and the weight of the harvest of the bok choy. We conducted this research on 14 plants for one harvest period, then we used linear regression to determine the growth rate by calculating the slope. The results show that the plant height, the number of leaves, and the harvest weight using the IoT RAFT system are 0.5897 cm/day, 0.6391 leaves/day, and 216.43 grams, respectively. We also compared the IoT RAFT system with a non-IoT bok choy growing method, and we concluded that our IoT RAFT system has a better growth rate compared to the non-IoT bok choy growing method.

Abstract

Hydroponics is based on nutrients in water. It must be regularly monitored to prevent plant defects. The Internet of Things has become a solution for remote hydroponic monitoring and is currently being tested on the Yuan Hidroponik Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT). This system will send data every minute, and each data has a possibility of loss in transmission. There is a chance that this system will be implemented in other hydroponic organizations. As more devices are involved, it will affect server resources. This research will compare Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) and Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) as popular protocols used in IoT. A test with increasing clients shows that at 50 clients HTTP needs 87% CPU, while MQTT needs 22.63% CPU. A test with increasing payload shows that at 10,000 payload HTTP needs 94% CPU while MQTT needs 28.35% CPU. A test with fixed clients and payloads shows that HTTP has a CPU limit based on the clients involved. A transfer time test shows that HTTP needs 177.344 seconds while MQTT needs 3.24 seconds. An acceptance rate is calculated by incrementing the count for every incoming payload. It shows that HTTP can receive 30,000 payloads, unlike MQTT which can only receive 1680 payloads before losses.

Abstract

This article aims to answer problems related to animal hunting in the Alas Purwo National Park conservation area. An indisputable fact about the richness of biodiversity and ecosystems, but with the rise of poaching can threaten the loss of life of endemic animal species. This research is descriptive qualitative, aiming to provide a systematic and clear picture of the problem of animal hunting. Data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The source of the data came from key informants, consisting of communities around buffer villages, forestry police, perpetrators of animal thieves, Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Natural and Biological Resources and Their Ecosystems. Data analysis using interactive models, including data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Government's efforts to protect endemic animals are considered less than optimal, even though regulations have been made regarding the prohibition of hunting and trading protected animals. So, it takes the role of the forestry police to act as the spearhead through preemptive, preventive, and repressive security operations. Forest police are at the forefront of combating unlawful acts.

Abstract

Background: Hyperpigmentation is often exacerbated by ultraviolet-B (UVB) exposure through oxidative stress and activation of pathways like mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR). Current treatments carry risks and necessitate safer alternatives. This study investigated the therapeutic potential of hypoxia-induced mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) exosomes in reducing protein kinase-A (PKA) and VEGFR expression in UVB-induced hyperpigmentation.Materials and methods: A post-test-only control group design was used with 30 male C57BL/6 mice divided into five groups: Healthy group, 0,9% NaCl-treated group, retinol-treated group, and two treatment groups (200 µL Exosomes-treated group and 300 µL Exosomes-treated group. UVB-induced hyperpigmentation was established with 180 mJ/cm² exposures over two weeks. Treatment was administered via subcutaneous injections for seven days. PKA and VEGFR mRNA levels were analyzed using qRT-PCR.Results: PKA expression was significantly lower in the 200 µL Exosomes-treated group (0.34±0.05) and 300 µL Exosomes-treated group (0.21±0.04) groups compared with the 0,9% NaCl-treated group (1.12±0.08) (p<0.001). VEGFR expression similarly decreased in 200 µL Exosomes-treated group (0.32±0.05) and 300 µL Exosomes-treated group (0.18±0.04) versus the 0,9% NaCl-treated group (1.48±0.09) (p<0.001). Both exosome doses achieved reductions comparable to baseline levels observed in the Healthy group. Conclusion: Hypoxia-induced MSC exosomes reduced PKA and VEGFR expression in UVB-induced hyperpigmentation, with the 300 µL dose showing greater efficacy. These findings suggested exosome therapy as a promising alternative for hyperpigmentation treatment. Keywords: hyperpigmentation, MSC, PKA, VEGFR, melanin
