Abstract

This research aims to determine the teacher's efforts, challenges, and impact of implementing the Pancasia Student Profile dimension of faith and devotion to God Almighty. The method used is qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted at SDN Kubang Sepat 1 Cilegon City with research subjects namely teachers, school principals and class II students. Data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. To analyze the data using data reduction, then presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results found from this research are that teachers have made optimal efforts to implement the Pancasia Student Profile dimension of having faith in being devoted to God Almighty and having noble morals, starting from planning by making learning designs, implementing learning in the form of learning activities that are linked to the dimensions of having faith in being devoted to God Almighty and having good morals. noble, up to learning evaluations in the form of student evaluations and teacher reflections. The challenge faced by teachers is that there are still students who chat during learning activities. Students are also able to display attitudes that are in accordance with the elements in this dimension, namely elements of religious morals during prayer activities, tadarus, and reading Asmaul Husna. The personal element is wearing a uniform according to the regulations, the moral element towards humans which is visible when sharing with each other, the moral element towards nature when throwing away rubbish, and the national element in the form of respecting each other's differences.

Abstract

This study investigates the key determinants influencing the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the e-commerce sector and examines its impact on marketing performance. The research integrates the Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explain the relationships among technological readiness, organizational support, environmental pressure, perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), and AI adoption level. A quantitative approach employing Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was conducted on 155 e-commerce SMEs operating in Jakarta, Indonesia. Empirical results reveal that technology, organization, and environment significantly affect perceived usefulness, which in turn strongly drives AI adoption. Perceived usefulness is identified as the most powerful determinant of adoption, whereas perceived ease of use exerts an indirect influence via usefulness perception. Furthermore, AI adoption has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, particularly in enhancing digital campaign effectiveness, product innovation, and customer loyalty. The findings emphasize that internal readiness and external competitive pressures jointly foster AI-driven digital transformation within SMEs. The study provides both theoretical validation of the TOE–TAM integration and practical guidance for policymakers and business owners to design effective, ethical, and sustainable AI adoption strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a local wisdom-based scrapbook learning media to support fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Curug, Serang City, in learning Javanese language, particularly the Baguse Sesarengan material. The study describes the development process, media feasibility, and students’ responses. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Validation results showed that the media received a score of 93.6% (very feasible), material validation scored 98.3% (very feasible), and language validation scored 93% (very feasible), resulting in an overall score of 94.8% categorized as “Very Feasible.” Student responses to the learning media reached 96.6%, categorized as “Very Good.” The findings indicate that the local wisdom-based scrapbook learning media is highly feasible, effective, and positively received by students, making it a suitable tool for enhancing the Javanese language learning experience.

Abstract

The phenomenon of learning loss occurred both before and during the pandemic, resulting in the decline of students’ general and specific knowledge and skills. In response, the government introduced the Merdeka Curriculum, which is expected to address the challenges and limitations found in the previous curriculum. Therefore, teachers are required to develop effective strategies to implement the Merdeka Curriculum and overcome learning loss. This study aims to describe the role of the Merdeka Curriculum as a teacher’s effort to address learning loss in Grade IV A of SD Negeri Serang 3. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with the class teacher of Grade IV A as the research subject. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data reduction, and data verification. The results showed that the teacher’s strategies included deepening understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum by seeking information and preparing lesson plans involving models, methods, and learning media—one of which was implementing differentiated learning. Challenges during the pandemic included limited internet access, data quota issues, and low parental involvement. The Merdeka Curriculum proved effective in mitigating learning loss by promoting active student participation, critical thinking, and creativity through the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development process, feasibility, and students’ responses toward the use of the Geoboard learning media in fourth-grade mathematics instruction. The research employed the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used included interview sheets, observation sheets, expert validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The results of the Geoboard media development showed that the average validation score from instrument experts was 92.00% (very feasible), from media experts was 91.02% (very feasible), and from material experts was 88.03% (very feasible). Furthermore, the student response questionnaire achieved an average percentage of 95.08%, categorized as very good. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Geoboard learning media developed for fourth-grade mathematics lessons has been successfully created, is feasible for use in the learning process, and received very positive responses from students. The Geoboard proved to be an effective learning tool, particularly in teaching the topic of plane geometry in elementary school mathematics.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the desire to expand students' knowledge through learning media in the form of animated videos that utilize the cultural context of Betawi traditional houses, with the hope of providing a visual experience of both mathematics and the cultural aspects of traditional houses. The objective of this research is to develop animated videos using the Betawi traditional house context, specifically covering the properties of plane figures, such as squares, rectangles, trapezoids, and triangles, to determine the validity of the developed animated video media and to measure students' understanding after using the animated video media. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The results of media expert validation from both validators obtained an average percentage of 95.8%, which falls under the "very feasible" criteria. The validation from subject matter experts received an average percentage of 82.3%, also considered "very feasible." Language learning expert validation received an average percentage of 83%, meeting the "very feasible" criteria. The overall average percentage from all validators was 87%, indicating "very feasible" validation. Empirically, the average N-gain between pretests and posttests was 0.47, categorizing as "moderate." In conclusion, animated videos can be used in mathematics education as they are considered suitable for enhancing students' understanding of mathematical concepts and can facilitate their learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi keterampilan abad 21 melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek di SDN 1 Sukaraja yang mencakup mengenai daya dukung kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar berbasis keterampilan abad 21, proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan keterampilan abad 21 dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepala sekolah sudah memberikan daya dukungnya untuk mencipatakan lingkungan belajar berbasis keterampilan abad 21 dengan menyusun dan melaksanakan program sekolah, melakukan pengembangan sumber daya manusia khususnya guru, serta menyediakan sarana prasarana yang memadai. Selain itu, guru pula sudah menyusun dan membuat perangkat pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung penerapan keterampilan abad 21 dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan sudah berjalan dengan sistematis sesuai dengan sintaks pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran berbasis proyek sudah mengembangkan keterampilan abad 21 peserta didik yang meliputi, keterampilan berpikir kritis (critical thinking), kreativitas (creativity), kolaborasi (collaboration), komunikasi (communication), kewarganegaraan (citizenship), dan karakter (character).

Abstract

Industri pariwisata memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, baik di tingkat internasional maupun nasional. Namun, pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebabkan krisis global yang melanda sektor pariwisata di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Pembatasan pergerakan dan mobilitas penduduk antarwilayah, kekhawatiran tentang kesehatan, serta ketidakpastian telah menyebabkan penurunan drastis dalam aktivitas pariwisata dan sektor pariwisata mengalami penurunan pendapatan yang signifikan. Hal ini berdampak sosial, dengan banyak pekerja di sektor pariwisata kehilangan pekerjaan atau mengalami pemotongan gaji yang signifikan. Untuk memulihkan sektor pariwisata dapat dilakukan adalah inovasi bisnis pada bidang pariwisata, termasuk dalam hal pemasaran dan mencari pasar baru. Pemerintah dan pelaku industri pariwisata bekerja sama mengembangkan kebijakan dan strategi untuk pertumbuhan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Artikel ini membahas tentang inovasi bisnis di bidang pariwisata di Indonesia pasca pandemi COVID-19, khususnya mengenai tentang peningkatan daya tarik dan pengalaman pengunjung wisata, serta efisiensi operasional sambal mendukung upaya konservasi alam dan hewan-hewan di Taman Safari Indonesia di Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah studi literatur dengan memakai data kualitatif. Data-data yang digunakan bersumber dari jurnal, tulisan ilmiah, dan berita dari beberapa sumber berita online yang sudah diterbitkan terlebih dahulu, yang mewakili beberapa kasus serta situasi industri pariwisata di Indonesia sebelum, selama, dan setelah pandemi COVID-19. Hasil dari penelitian ini ada beberapa inovasi meliputi peningkatan Pengalaman Virtual, pengembangan Aplikasi dan Platform Digital, Penggunaan Teknologi "Contactless", memfokuskan pada wisata alam yang mendorong minat dan kunjungan wisatawan. Inovasi-inovasi ini dapat membantu bisnis pariwisata di Indonesia mengatasi dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan pendapatan pariwisata. Selain itu, inovasi bisnis ini juga dapat membantu mengatasi dampak negatif dan mendukung pemulihan sektor pariwisata di Indonesia.

Abstract

Potensi seni yang dimiliki seorang anak kerap kali tidak disadari oleh orang sekitar bahkan dirinya sendiri, sehingga potensi yang ada tidak dapat diasah atau dikembangkan menjadi lebih baik lagi. Kecenderungan ini membuat anak-anak menutup diri atas potensi seni yang dimilikinya. Melalui seni dapat mengajarkan kebiasaan baik dan bermanfaat untuk menciptakn kualitas sumber daya manusia yang unggul di masyarakat.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaarkan perilaku dan cara berpikir yang baik kepada generasi muda melalui media seni karawitan Metode: Teknik pengambilan data yaitu teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik studi dokumen dengan menggabungkan pendekatan Psikologi yang mematangkan konsep pelatihan secara sistematis. Langkah yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan program ini adalah mengurai roadmap kegiatan, identifkasi potensi, masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat Mojoroto, membentuk rencana intervensi melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan seni, studi banding, upaya pembentukan sanggar di Mojoroto.. Simpulan: Pemikiran dan perilaku positif pada anak-anak dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan kualitas hidup mereka secara keseluruhan di Mojoroto. Dengan berfokus pada pemikiran dan perilaku positif, anak-anak dapat lebih memahami dan beradaptasi dengan situasi yang mereka pelajari, sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik dan kesuksesan hidup mereka secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Seni pertunjukan tradisional karawitan, berperan penting dalam pemeliharaan warisan budaya daerah dalam suatu bangsa. Di tengah arus modernisasi dan tantangan global, penting untuk memastikan seni pertunjukan tradisional tetap aktif untuk berkelanjutan pada generasi muda. Dihadirkan pelatihan pada pelaku seni menjadi krusial. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penerapan pendekatan manajemen partisipatif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan karawitan di dalam Komunitas Teras Budaya. Dampak eksplorasi dari pendekatan secara metodologis, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan budaya terhadap nilai-nilai sebuah kebiasaan masyarakat. Secara kualitatif, kasus ini memberikan sudut pandang dalam bentuk kajian normatif terhadap aktivitas pelaku. Dalam membahas permasalahan ada tiga sub bagian terpenting berupa, profil dan karakteristik Komunitas Teras Budaya, efektivitas pelatihan karawitan sebelum pendekatan partisipatif, dan analisis perubahan dalam kualitas pelatihan setelah implementasi pendekatan partisipatif. Pendekatan manajemen partisipatif menjadikan perubahan positif serta signifikan dalam pengalaman pembelajaran karawitan di Komunitas Teras Budaya. Pendekatan ini membuktikan, melibatkan peserta secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai kunci untuk menciptakan pembelajaran.
