Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Customer Engagement dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Brand awareness dan Loyalitas Pelanggan di CV. Flowrist Globalindo, Kabupaten Purwakarta. Dalam dunia bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, pengenalan merek dan loyalitas pelanggan menjadi faktor kunci dalam mempertahankan posisi pasar perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pelanggan CV. Flowrist Globalindo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Engagement dan Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Brand awareness. Selain itu, Brand awareness juga ditemukan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan. Kesimpulannya, strategi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan dan kualitas produk yang baik dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan pengenalan merek dan loyalitas pelanggan di CV. Flowrist Globalindo. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif untuk memperkuat merek dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya dalam bidang pemasaran.Kata Kunci: Customer Engagement Kualitas Produk, Brand awareness, Loyalitas Pelanggan, CV. Abstract

Perencanaan hotel pantai menganti kebumen merupakan konsep perencanaan desain yang menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur modern. Arsitektur modern adalah suatu bangunan dengan gaya karakteristik serupa yang mengutamakan kesederhanaan bentuk dan menghapus segala macam ornamen.Metode yang digunakan dalam perencaan ini adalah menggunakan metode studi banding, studi literature dan studi lapangan yang digunakan untuk meninjau site yang akan dijadikan hotel. Hasil perencaan ini mendapatkan konsep desain hotel yang memiliki estetika dan aspek-aspek modern dalam setiap bangunannya. Bangunan di desain dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan material yang mendukung dengan konsep pendekatannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan variasi leksikal yang ada di Kabupaten Karo. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori dialektologi struktural. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode cakap dan metode catat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode padan, dengan teknik dasar pilah unsur tertentu. Kemudian metode padan dilanjutkan dengan pemetaan dan metode dialektometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat sebanyak 46 kata yang memiliki variasi leksikal dari 200 kosakata daftar Swadesh yang ada di daerah penelitian, yaitu pada glos asap, baik, bakar, banyak, basah, belah (me-), benar, bengkak, berat, berenang, besar, bunga, buruk, cium, cuci, daging, dengan, disitu, dorong, ekor, gali, gosok, gunung, hantam, hapus, hati, hisap, hitung, ikan, ikat, jahit, jatuh, kata (ber-), kutu, lain, pegang, pikir, pusar, putih, rumput, siang, tarik, tertawa, tetek, tidur, dan tumpul. Pemetaan variasi leksikal pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi leksikal lebih banyak terdapat di daerah penelitian 3 dan 4, yaitu daerah Kecamatan Simpang Empat dan Kecamatan Naman Teran. Untuk daerah penelitian 1 dan 2 yaitu Kecamatan Barusjahe dan Kecamatan Tigapanah hanya sedikit terjadi perbedaan leksikal. Status perbedaan dialek bahasa Karo yang ada di Kecamatan Barusjahe (DP 1), Kecamatan Tigapanah (DP 2), Kecamatan Simpang Empat (DP 3), dan Kecamatan Naman Teran (DP 4) berdasarkan analisis dialektometri menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan. Keempat daerah tersebut menuturkan satu dialek yang sama.

Abstract

The purpose of this research’s to analyze students interest in mathematical leaning by the matery Grafik Fungsi Kuadrat (Graphs of Quadratic Functions) assisted by GeoGebra sofware. In this research, the researcher used descriptive research method, descriptive research method is the research that generates descriptive data through the percentage of student answers that contain 5 indicators of learning interest scale students by given poll. The population of this research were 28 students of  nineth grade of SMP Bingkai Cendikia Cililin. Research data were collected by using the scale of learning interest of students in GeoGebra sofware assisted with mathematics learning that contains 20 questions each 10 positive and negative questions. The result of the data analysis could be concluded that there is a positive impact on students interest in learning mathematics assisted with GeoGebra sofware. The result of the data analysis showed by the average percentage of answers of students who agree of positive statement’s 49%, then the response of agree average of 67%, and then disagree response’s 10,8%, while for strongly disagreeing responses of 6.5%.

Abstract

One concrete step in improving students' mathematical competencies in modern education is through the application of interactive digital learning media. The GeoGebra Graphing Calculator application is an interactive and user-friendly digital learning tool. This research uses classroom action research. The subjects of this study are 20 students from class XI at MA Tarbiyatus Shibyan Lamongan. The classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. In each cycle, students were given worksheets on the topic of linear programming. In Cycle I, students completed the worksheets manually, while in Cycle II, students were introduced to the learning media and used the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator in completing the worksheets. The results obtained from this study using the T-Test (Paired Samples Statistic) show a p-value of ), indicating that the application of the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator in mathematics learning has an impact on improving students' mathematical competencies. Based on the average scores in each cycle, it is also evident that the use of the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator has an effect, as students' competencies improved from a moderate level with an average of 73.75% to a high level with an average of 89.06% after the application of the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator.

Abstract

Mathematics learning requires an approach that is appropriate to students' developmental stages to ensure optimal understanding. Developmental psychology plays a role in understanding the cognitive, emotional and social characteristics of students, so that learning can be tailored to their needs. This study uses a literature analysis method by examining various theories and research on developmental psychology and their implications for mathematics learning. The results of the study show that developmental psychology helps teachers adapt learning strategies to students' cognitive stages, overcome mathematics anxiety, and encourage social collaboration to increase learning motivation

Abstract

This research aims to develop mathematics comic learning media that is valid, practical, and effective in improving student learning outcomes. The research background is based on problems in mathematics learning, where abstract concepts are often difficult for students to understand. Mathematics comics, as a visual medium that combines narrative and illustration elements, have the potential to present mathematical concepts in a more-interesting and easy to understand manner, thereby increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. This research uses the development research (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development model. The research was carried out at Bustanul Hikmah Islamic Vocational School, involving class XI students as test subjects. Data collection instruments include expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The results of expert validation show that the mathematics comic developed meets valid criteria in terms of content, construction and language. The results of the practicality trial show that the mathematics comic is easy to use, the material is presented clearly, and attracts students' interest. Analysis of learning outcome data shows a significant improvement after using mathematics comics. Thus, it can be concluded that the mathematics comics developed are valid, practical and effective for improving student learning outcomes. This mathematics comic can be an innovative and interesting alternative learning media to improve the quality of mathematics learning.
