Abstract

One of the uslubs or language styles mentioned in the Quran for expressing its sacred messages is question and answer (sual wa jawab), where a question is followed by its answer. This style of language has certainly attracted the attention of many parties, especially the scholars of the Quran, or mufassirin, whose thoughts and expertise are in direct contact with the holy words, as well as Arabic linguists, especially those related to balaghah. Scholars' perspectives on revealing the secrets of these questions and answers differ according to their scientific backgrounds, but all of them appear to be urgent in order to strengthen our awareness of the truth of the Divine Word that Allah revealed to His Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him). The questions and answers (uslub) implicitly seem like an extremely important style or learning method to be applied in communicating with other parties. Among the forms of questions and answers (uslub) in the Qur'an that are interesting to observe is "uslub al-hakim," which is literally interpreted as the style of a wise man. This article discusses some of the general characteristics of usul al-Quran.It also describes specific types of Quranic questions and answers. Hence, it aims to be a blessing for us in this life.

Abstract

Wealth is a matter of great urgency in human life, and it is not surprising that everyone needs it. Many people are even preoccupied with accumulating wealth without caring whether it is rightfully obtained or not. The Quran itself, as the guidance for Muslims, extensively discusses the concept of wealth. Therefore, this article aims to uncover the Quran's perspective on the essence of wealth, its acquisition, and its utilization by examining and analyzing the writings of Quranic scholars through a qualitative descriptive approach. The expected outcome is to enhance our comprehensive understanding of wealth and enable us to implement it correctly and responsibly in real life. In general, wealth in the Quranic view is inherently linked to two aspects: a gift and trust from Allah that should be appreciated, and a trial that must be approached with caution. This is because wealth not only has the potential to positively impact the owner's future (afterlife), but can also have negative consequences. Hence, it requires high knowledge and awareness regarding its acquisition and utilization.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi telah membawa masyarakat menuju era media baru (new media) dimana setiap individu dapat berkomunikasi melalui internet. Internet pun memunculkan banyak media berbasis online, salah satunya adalah Instagram yang sedang populer belakangan ini. Media sosial Instagram memunculkan banyak fenomena baru salah satunya adalah fenomena influencer atau selebrgram. Fenomena ini menjadi tren yang populer bahkan dapat menjadi salah satu cara pembentukan personal branding yang baik pada diri seseorang. Garis besar dari konsep personal branding adalah bagaimana seseorang menunjukkan keunikan dirinya, apa kelebihan yang bisa seseorang tunjukkan sehingga bisa memiliki nilai lebih, dan bagaimana seseorang membangun kesan yang positif dihadapan orang lain. Saat ini media sosial cukup memfasilitasi seseorang dalam membangun personal branding, khususnya Instagram. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang melibatkan 4 informan dengan akun Instagram berbeda yang saat ini aktif menjadi influencer di media sosial Instagram. Informan Key dalam penelitian ini sekaligus menjadi bahan analisis deskriptifnya adalah akun milik Influencer Fiersa Besari yang berhasil menerapkan personal branding dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, didapatkan informasi mengenai penggunaan media sosial sebagai media untuk membangun personal branding adalah dengan memanfaatkan konstruksi di tengah generasi muda bahwa Instagram suatu media sosial yang banyak sekali peminatnya dikarenakan memiliki segudang fitur dan mudah digunakan. Dan juga, Instagram adalah tren yang mudah sekali membawa suatu pengaruh secara cepat, sehingga influencer memilih Instagram sebagai new media untuk membangun personal branding.

Abstract

Abstract: The ability of teachers in analyzing SK-SD a separate issue in school, the study was conducted in SMP N 2 Mount Sahilan, based on the phenomenon of still optimal capability of teachers in preparing SK-SD. This study uses the discussion in order to improve the ability of teachers to analyze SK-SD. This type of research is action research school with the results showed that the teacher gives a positive response to the draft action research compiled by the supervisor to improve the ability of teachers to prepare lesson plans, especially in the analysis / assessment tehadap Competency Standards and Basic Competence in order to develop the syllabus. Abstract

English is one of the compulsory subjects that must be taught by every school at all levels, from primary school to university. But sometimes, students find it difficult to understand the material given by the teacher. In addition, the provision of monotonous material may feel boring for students, causing a lack of motivation to learn English. In addition, for elementary students, learning should use teaching methods that involve students. To overcome these problems, Fun English Learning is structured as one of the recommended programs so that teachers can increase the motivation and awareness of elementary students in learning English. Through fun learning methods such as the use of games in learning, students can more quickly absorb material and increase their interest. In addition, students do not get bored when learning English. On the contrary, students feel happy and excited when doing learning activities.The main objective of this program is to provide fun and engaging English language instruction for children so that they can learn with high enthusiasm and enthusiasm. In addition, this program also aims to open their horizons to the culture and diversity of the English language, which will be an important capital in facing future challenges.

Abstract

Ineffective classroom management can hinder efforts to develop students’ character, particularly in high-performing public elementary schools (SDN Unggul) located in wetland areas such as North Banjarmasin District. The unique environmental characteristics of these regions require more adaptive and context-based classroom management strategies. This community service activity aimed to enhance teachers’ capacity through training on classroom management strategies that support character development. The methods employed included participatory training through material delivery, group discussions, case studies, and hands-on classroom practice. The results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ competencies. The average score for classroom management understanding increased from 65.2 to 85.6 (+20.4), the ability to implement character-building strategies rose from 58.4 to 82.8 (+24.4), and proactive attitudes toward innovation improved from 60.1 to 87.2 (+27.1). The impact on students was also clearly measurable. Character observations indicated improvements in discipline from 68% to 85% (+17), responsibility from 62% to 83% (+21), cooperation from 59% to 80% (+21), and independence from 55% to 77% (+22). These findings affirm that contextually designed classroom management strategy training can make a tangible and measurable contribution to improving teacher competence and student character in high-performing elementary schools located within wetland ecoregions. Abstrak. Permasalahan manajemen kelas yang kurang efektif dapat menghambat upaya pembentukan karakter siswa, terutama di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Unggul yang berada di kawasan lahan basah seperti Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara. Karakteristik lingkungan yang khas menuntut adanya strategi pengelolaan kelas yang lebih adaptif dan kontekstual. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan strategi manajemen kelas yang mendukung penguatan karakter siswa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan partisipatif melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung di kelas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru yang signifikan. Rata-rata pemahaman manajemen kelas meningkat dari 65,2 menjadi 85,6 (+20,4), kemampuan penerapan strategi karakter naik dari 58,4 menjadi 82,8 (+24,4), dan sikap proaktif terhadap inovasi meningkat dari 60,1 menjadi 87,2 (+27,1). Dampaknya terhadap siswa juga terukur secara jelas. Observasi karakter menunjukkan peningkatan pada indikator disiplin dari 68% menjadi 85% (+17), tanggung jawab dari 62% menjadi 83% (+21), kerja sama dari 59% menjadi 80% (+21), dan kemandirian dari 55% menjadi 77% (+22). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan strategi manajemen kelas yang dirancang secara kontekstual dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dan terukur dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru serta karakter siswa di sekolah dasar unggul yang berada di wilayah ekoregion lahan basah.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth description of the implementation of classroom management and administration at SMP Negeri 6 Banjarmasin, particularly in Class VII B under the supervision of Mrs. Tri Widia Ningsih, S.Pd. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study focused on three main aspects: the implementation of classroom management, the execution of classroom administration, and the teacher’s role as a learning manager. The findings reveal that the teacher successfully implemented effective classroom management strategies, which include the physical arrangement of the classroom, social interaction management, and the reinforcement of student discipline. A conducive and interactive learning environment was achieved through open two-way communication between teacher and students. In terms of administration, the teacher demonstrated good competence in managing both academic and non-academic records. The use of digital technology, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Drive, served as an important innovation that enhanced efficiency and accuracy in administrative documentation. Overall, the implementation of classroom management and administration at SMP Negeri 6 Banjarmasin was effective and professional. The teacher acted as a manager, administrator, motivator, and role model for students. This research highlights the importance of collaboration among teachers, students, and the school in fostering efficient, character-based, and sustainable learning.
