This study aims to determine the implementation of religious moderation in Qur'an and hadith learning at State Islamic Senior High Schools in Aceh Province. This research employed a qualitative method, involving nine subjects: three principals and six teachers teaching in three State Islamic Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) in three districts and cities in Aceh. The subjects were selected purposively. Data collection were done by interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results indicated that the implementation strategy of religious moderation is conducted through the preparation of lesson plans, integration during the learning, exemplary approach, application of cooperative learning models, and habituation of religious moderation attitudes in the school routine programs. This study found that the implementation policy of religious moderation refers to the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and the 2020-2024 RPJM. In addition, the moderation values implemented in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith include nine values; At-Tawassuth, At-Tasamuh, Ash-Shura, Al-'Itidal, Al-Ishlah, Al-Muwathanah, Al-Qurdwah, Al-La'unf, and Al-'Itiraf al-'urf. The implementation of religious moderation in the schools has some obstacles due to lack of socialization, the heterogeneity of the students' backgrounds, the environment, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. However, overall, implementing religious moderation in Qur'an and hadith learning is effective.

PENGARUH KANDUNGAN KIMIA AIR TERHADAP KUAT TEKAN BETON Suhaimi, Suhaimi

Sebagian besar masyarakat di wilayah Kabupaten Bireuen menggunakan sumber air alami yang tersedia di sekitar lokasi pekerjaan sebagai air campuran beton tanpa mengetahui kualitas air yang digunakan. Kondisi seperti ini dikhawatirkan dapat mempengaruhi kualitas dan karakteristik beton yang dihasilkan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas dan kandungan kimia air tanah yang digunakan sebagai air campuran beton serta pengaruhnya terhadap kuat tekan beton yang dihasilkan. Air tanah yang digunakan sebagai air campuran bersumber dari 3 (tiga) lokasi dalam kawasan Kabupaten Bireuen, yaitu Gampong Paya (AT I), Gampong Teupok Teungoh (AT II) dan Gampong Pulo Lawang (AT III) serta air suling (AS) sebagai pembanding. Benda uji yang digunakan berbentuk silinder dengan nilai FAS campuran 0,52. Pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan pada umur beton 7, 14, 28 dan 56 hari. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa klorida dan sodium merupakan unsur kimia yang paling dominan terkandung dalam air tanah selain sulfat dan komponen unsur kimia lainya. Kuat tekan beton yang menggunakan air tanah sebagai air campurannya memiliki nilai kuat tekan akhir yang lebih kecil dibandingkan beton yang menggunakan air suling. Kandungan klorida dan sodium dengan jumlah yang dominan dalam air tanah (sebagai air campuran) menyebabkan kuat tekan beton meningkat pada awal umur pengujian (7 dan 14 hari), tetapi mengalami penurunan secara signifikan pada umur pengujian 28 dan 56 hari. Berdasarkan ASTM C 1602 M-04 dan hasil pengujian kuat tekan beton disimpulkan bahwa sampel air AT III layak digunakan sebagai air campuran beton, sedangkan sampel air AT I dan AT II tidak.

Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi darat yang memegang peranan penting dalam sektor perhubungan darat. Hambatan samping adalah aktivitas di samping jalan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja lalu lintas. Aktivitas pada samping jalan yang berpengaruh terhadap lalu lintas adalah pejalan kaki, kendaraan berjalan lambat, kendaraan keluar/masuk sisi jalan, kendaraan berhenti sembarangan dan parkir dibadan jalan (on street parking). Jalan Prof. A. Majid Ibrahim - Jln. Panglima Polem Kec. Kota Juang Kab. Bireuen adalah salah satu jalan sekunder di Kab. Bireuen yang mengalami kepadatan arus lalu lintas karena kapasitasnya sudah tidak mencukupi lagi dengan banyaknya kendaraan yang melaju di jalan tersebut. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Jln. Prof. A. Majid Ibrahim - Jln. Panglima Polem adalah tidak cukupnya areal parkir di jalan tersebut, sehingga banyak kendaraan yang parkir di bahu jalan bahkan di badan jalan yang menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya kinerja jalan sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kemacetan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja jalan dan pengaruh hambatan samping pada ruas jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 hari, yaitu pada Senin, Rabu dan Sabtu selama 12 jam dimulai dari pukul 07.00 s.d 19.00 Wib. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah ruas Jln. Prof. A. Majid Ibrahim - Jln. Panglima Polem Kec. Kota Juang Kab. Bireuen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian kuantitatif untuk mencari besarnya kapasitas dan derajat kejenuhan yang mempengaruhi aktivitas Jln. Prof A. Majid Ibrahim - Jln. Panglima Polem Kec. Kota Juang Kab. Bireuen. Sedangkan, analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak microsoft excel, sedangkan perhitungan arus kendaraan dan sebagainya menggunakan metode PKJI 2014Pada Jln. Prof A. Majid Ibrahim didapatkan volume lalu lintas tertinggi terjadi pada Senin pukul 11.00 - 12.00 sebesar 554 skr/jam, hambatan samping sebesar 161 dengan kelas hambatan samping rendah (R). Untuk tingkat pelayanan pada Jln. Prof. A. Majid Ibrahim di dapatkan nilai tingkat pelayanan B dengan derajat kejenuhan 0,42. Sedangkan Jln. Panglima Polem didapatkan volume lalu lintas tertinggi pada Senin pukul 17.00 - 18.00 sebesar 774 skr/jam, hambatan samping sebesar 816 dengan kelas hambatan samping tinggi (T). Islamization discourse Sciences bring back the old terms of synergy between philosophy and religion. community, especially the elderly. Data from DKK Padang in 2020, Ambacang Community Health Center had the lowest coverage of elderly health services, namely (4.3%), the achievement target was (45%). The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes and family support for the elderly and visits to the Posyandu for the elderly in Anduring Village, Ambacang Health Center Working Area, Padang City in 2022. The design of this research is a cross sectional study. The research was conducted from January to June 2022. The population was 183 elderly people who visited the eight Posyandu for the Elderly in Anduring Village in the last 3 months (January to March 2022). The sample was 65 elderly people taken proportionally using accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire. Univariate data analysis with descriptive statistics in the form of frequency distribution. Bivariate analysis with Chi-square test. The research results showed that 49.2% of the elderly's knowledge was poor, 43.1% of the elderly's attitudes were negative, 44.6% of the elderly did not receive family support and 70.8% of the elderly visited the Elderly Posyandu regularly. There is a relationship between knowledge (p =0.024), attitude (p =0.017) and family support for the elderly (p =0.006). It is recommended for Community Health Center officers, especially nurses, to increase health promotion efforts about the importance of Posyandu for the Elderly by involving families with elderly people so as to increase visits by the elderly to Posyandu for the Elderly.

Jambu biji (Psidium guajava L) jenis tanaman dari luar yang sudah banyak dikembangkan di Indonesia. Penggunaan media tanam untuk pembibitan cangkokan berbagai jenis media tanam yang digunakan petani. Penggunaan media tanam yang tidak tepat menyebabkan bibit tanaman sering mati. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari keberhasilan tumbuh terbaik dari berbagai perlakuan komposisi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan bibit jambu kristal. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bibit cangkokan jambu kristal, tanah aluvial, sekam bakar, cocopeat, pupuk kandang ayam, paranet 80%, polybag 13x25, dan kapur dolomit Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) satu faktor perlakuan yaitu faktor komposisi media tanam. Masing-maasing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali, setiap ulangan terdiri 4 sempel tanaman sehingga jumlah tanaman seluruhnya adalah 112 bibit tanaman. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu penambahan tinggi tanaman, jumlah tunas, penambahan jumlah daun dan penambahan diameter batang. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua komposisi media tanam sama-sama baiknya.

The Indonesian criminal justice system faces critical issues with the repeated designation of individuals as suspects, which compromises legal certainty and the protection of human rights. This study provides a critical analysis of the procedural and ethical consequences of repeated suspect designations within the framework of Indonesia's Criminal Procedure Code. This study employs a doctrinal legal research methodology, incorporating statute, case and conceptual approaches. The results show that pretrial judges assess the validity of suspect designations based on procedural and formal principles. Their authority is confined to reviewing formal aspects. These limitations underscore that pretrial proceedings focus solely on administrative and procedural compliance rather than the substantive merits of the case. This formalist perspective follows civil procedural principles, emphasizing procedural correctness over material truth. While pretrial judges can annul a suspect designation, investigators can re-designate the person as a suspect if new evidence is presented. Such a reform would ensure a more balanced relationship between judicial oversight and investigative authority, minimizing arbitrary practices and enhancing procedural fairness. However, the recurring practice of re-designating suspects raises a significant flaw in the system, undermining legal certainty and eroding public trust.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the Consciousness-Raising (C-R) method improves students' writing skills and to identify the factors that influence the improvement process. The study was conducted with third-semester students in the English Department, consisting of 16 students. The research design was Classroom Action Research (CAR) and was carried out in three cycles over a period of 12 weeks, with four meetings including one test in each cycle. The cycles comprised of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Qualitative data was obtained through observation, field notes, and interviews, while quantitative data was obtained from students' writing tests. The results of this study showed improvement in the students' writing skills, as demonstrated by the teaching and learning activities throughout each cycle and the increasing scores of the students' writing tests, which went from 65.45 in cycle 1 to 77.63 in cycle 2 and 88.22 in cycle 3. The decrease in errors in each test cycle also supported this improvement. The observation and field notes indicated that the C-R method increased students' attention and awareness, resulting in more focus and engagement in the learning process. The factors that influenced the improvement of students' writing skills were motivation, the role of the instructor, classroom environment, materials, and media. The C-R method was found to be effective in improving students' writing skills and resolving writing problems. The researcher therefore recommends the use of this method, taking into consideration the supporting factors.

Tanjung Batu Hospital Kundur in Karimun Regency faces job placement and career development issues, where many vital positions do not match the required educational qualifications. This mismatch affects work quality, employee loyalty, and commitment. Therefore, research is needed on how educational qualifications, loyalty, and dedication influence career development through job placement. The population is 160, with the sample used as respondents using the Slovin formula. The number of respondents is 114. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS Application software to test the validity and reliability of the research questionnaire and SEM PLS Application to test the model or research results. The measurement results obtained the following: 1. Commitment positively and significantly affects Job Placement (P-value 0.003), 2. Commitment does not positively affect Career Development (P-value 0.254), 3. Educational Qualification positively and substantially affects Job Placement (P-value 0.000), 4. Educational Qualification positively and substantially affects Career Development (P-value 0.004), 5. Loyalty positively and substantially affects Job Placement (P-value 0.000), 6. Loyalty positively and substantially affects Career Development (P-value 0.025), 7. Job Placement positively and substantially affects Career Development (P-value 0.000), 8. Commitment has a positive and significant indirect effect on Career Development through Job Placement (P-value 0.007), 9. Educational Qualification has a positive and significant indirect effect on Career Development through Job Placement (P-value 0.000), 10. In transportation engineering, road pavement is commonly categorized as either flexible pavement or rigid pavement. The pavement demonstrates a distinct capacity to endure a variety of loads, including compressive and tensile loads. The capacity to endure compressive and tensile forces is extremely important, especially in the field of pavement construction, as it ensures both the longevity and the safety of the pavement. The objective of this study was to evaluate the capacity of hot mix asphalt to endure compressive and tensile pressures. The experimental methodology employed four different wire mesh deployment configurations on hot asphalt mixtures, utilizing three-point flexural test equipment. The data indicates the most effective method for mimicking hot mix asphalt involves adding a wire mesh layer at a depth of 30 mm below the surface of the experimental specimen. The particular modeling method showed a measurement of flexural resistance up to 291.85 kN. The study's findings indicate that the hot asphalt mixture exhibits a state of balance in its capacity to endure both compressive and tensile pressures. Incorporating a wire mesh layer within the middle section of the hot asphalt mixture has been perceived to enhance its ability to withstand tensile loads, hence improving its overall performance.
