Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana iklan IM3 Ooredoo versi #RamadhanMakinKuat menggunakan formula AIDDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision dan Action). Pesan persuasif iklan IM3 Ooredoo versi #RamadhanMakinKuat mengajak pemirsa  memahami pentingnya silaturahmi dan pada akhirnya memilih produk yang diiklankan. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi melalui kegiatan menonton, mengamati adegan dan naskah. Hasil penelitian ini menguraikan bahwa iklan IM3 Ooredoo pada tahap Attention mengangkat tema menarik sesuai dengan bulan suci Ramadhan dengan topik #RamadhanMakinKuat. Selanjutnya tahap Interest membujuk audiens memerhatikan dan memahami pentingnya bersilaturahmi melalui penyampaian narasi berupa ajakan menjalin persaudaraan dengan bertelepon. Tahap Desire memunculkan hasrat melalui penggambaran cerita video iklan. Lalu Decision memberikan penawaran solusi yaitu peket internet New Freedom. Akhirnya tahap Action di mana audiens menggunakan paket New Freedom sebagai solusi untuk mempermudah kegiatan Ramadhan. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan yaitu Asosiasi, penyebaran melalui media sosial dan web resmi IM3 Ooredoo. Integrasi, Menggunakan kata “kita” dalam narasi iklan. Icing, penataan pesan sehingga menumbuhkan emotional appeal kepada audiens. Pay Off dengan memberikan iming-iming berupa paket New Freedom.

Abstract

There are various personal reasons someone is interested in reading the news. Apart from the level of education, the abundance of information, generational differences, even production strategies and the appearance of news publications shape people's new habits in consuming news. There are those who believe that the appearance of news packaging influences interest in reading news and in other side interest in reading news depends on the substance of the content. This research tests whether there is an influence of the Liputan6.com headline carousel on generation Y and Z's reading interest in news content. Liputan6.com carousel content is posted on its official Instagram account. Carousel content is one of the results of technological developments in the field of journalism in terms of news publications. The carousel platform is relatively new because it was released in 2017 and is still used today. The theory used in this research is SOR proposed by Hovlan, Janis and Kelley. This theory assumes that the stimulation provided by the mass media in the form of news has an effect on the communicant. The research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire instrument. The data results were processed using Simple Linear Regression Test statistics to find the influence of the carousel headline and the quality of the carousel content on the reading interest of generations Y and Z, both partially and simultaneously. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence from carousel headlines on generation Y and Z's reading interest in Instagram @liputan6 carousel content of 39.4%.

Abstract

The aim of Sharia Cooperatives is to improve the welfare of members in particular and society in general and to contribute to building a just economic order in accordance with Islamic principles. Strengthening this principle, of course, must start from the contract as sharia legitimacy from the practices carried out by the Cooperative including the Nuri East Java Savings and Loans and Sharia Financing Cooperative (KSPPS). The formulation of the problems posed are 1) How is the Contract Implementation in the KSPPS Nuri East Java Contract Manual; 2) What is the analysis of Islamic law on the implementation of the contract? This research is in the nature of a text study of contract implementation manuals at KSPPS Nuri, East Java, so the method used is a literature survey, namely searching for and studying written materials related to the object of study. The findings of this study are that the contracts practiced at KSPPS Nuri East Java in general do have a strong foundation in Islamic law and are in accordance with the DSN MUI fatwa. Because the foundation of the MUI's DSN fatwa besides ummahatul mashadir such as the Al-Qur'an, hadith, ijma' and qiyas are also the views of the scholars in fiqh books.

Abstract

Concerns about the decline of civic culture and the threat of national disintegration have arisen due to the emergence of local and religious sentiments among certain groups with ideologies based on religion in the post-reform era. The author assumes that historically, Pancasila is the result of ijtihad (independent reasoning) by some Muslims together with other groups in society, and the implementation of Islamic Sharia in some regional regulations does not contradict Pancasila democracy. The main issue in this writing is the relationship between Islam and the Pancasila ideology, as well as the implementation of Islamic law.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of religious moderation in Qur'an and hadith learning at State Islamic Senior High Schools in Aceh Province. This research employed a qualitative method, involving nine subjects: three principals and six teachers teaching in three State Islamic Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) in three districts and cities in Aceh. The subjects were selected purposively. Data collection were done by interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results indicated that the implementation strategy of religious moderation is conducted through the preparation of lesson plans, integration during the learning, exemplary approach, application of cooperative learning models, and habituation of religious moderation attitudes in the school routine programs. This study found that the implementation policy of religious moderation refers to the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and the 2020-2024 RPJM. In addition, the moderation values implemented in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith include nine values; At-Tawassuth, At-Tasamuh, Ash-Shura, Al-'Itidal, Al-Ishlah, Al-Muwathanah, Al-Qurdwah, Al-La'unf, and Al-'Itiraf al-'urf. The implementation of religious moderation in the schools has some obstacles due to lack of socialization, the heterogeneity of the students' backgrounds, the environment, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. However, overall, implementing religious moderation in Qur'an and hadith learning is effective.

Abstract

Islamization discourse Sciences bring back the old terms of synergy between philosophy and religion. Religious terms is desired units at the level of theoretical and practical knowledge berstandart “Islam”. Islamization discourse surfaced in response to the development of Western philosophy of science products materialist-secularist character. Realizing detachment Western science with religious values, Muslim scientists are encouraged to develop science-based religion for the totality of return business and integralitas understanding and interpretation of Islam and trying to find a significant and accurate solution by reconstructing the paradigm of Islamic thought, which is popularly called the Islamization of Sciences, ie positively accept modern science accordance vision of Islam. One of the originators of Islamization of knowledge is Isma'il Raji al-Faruqi.

Abstract

community, especially the elderly. Data from DKK Padang in 2020, Ambacang Community Health Center had the lowest coverage of elderly health services, namely (4.3%), the achievement target was (45%). The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes and family support for the elderly and visits to the Posyandu for the elderly in Anduring Village, Ambacang Health Center Working Area, Padang City in 2022. The design of this research is a cross sectional study. The research was conducted from January to June 2022. The population was 183 elderly people who visited the eight Posyandu for the Elderly in Anduring Village in the last 3 months (January to March 2022). The sample was 65 elderly people taken proportionally using accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire. Univariate data analysis with descriptive statistics in the form of frequency distribution. Bivariate analysis with Chi-square test. The research results showed that 49.2% of the elderly's knowledge was poor, 43.1% of the elderly's attitudes were negative, 44.6% of the elderly did not receive family support and 70.8% of the elderly visited the Elderly Posyandu regularly. There is a relationship between knowledge (p =0.024), attitude (p =0.017) and family support for the elderly (p =0.006). It is recommended for Community Health Center officers, especially nurses, to increase health promotion efforts about the importance of Posyandu for the Elderly by involving families with elderly people so as to increase visits by the elderly to Posyandu for the Elderly.

Abstract

Jambu biji (Psidium guajava L) jenis tanaman dari luar yang sudah banyak dikembangkan di Indonesia. Penggunaan media tanam untuk pembibitan cangkokan berbagai jenis media tanam yang digunakan petani. Penggunaan media tanam yang tidak tepat menyebabkan bibit tanaman sering mati. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari keberhasilan tumbuh terbaik dari berbagai perlakuan komposisi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan bibit jambu kristal. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bibit cangkokan jambu kristal, tanah aluvial, sekam bakar, cocopeat, pupuk kandang ayam, paranet 80%, polybag 13x25, dan kapur dolomit Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) satu faktor perlakuan yaitu faktor komposisi media tanam. Masing-maasing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali, setiap ulangan terdiri 4 sempel tanaman sehingga jumlah tanaman seluruhnya adalah 112 bibit tanaman. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu penambahan tinggi tanaman, jumlah tunas, penambahan jumlah daun dan penambahan diameter batang. Berdasarkan penelitian   dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua komposisi media tanam sama-sama baiknya.

Abstract

The Indonesian criminal justice system faces critical issues with the repeated designation of individuals as suspects, which compromises legal certainty and the protection of human rights. This study provides a critical analysis of the procedural and ethical consequences of repeated suspect designations within the framework of Indonesia's Criminal Procedure Code. This study employs a doctrinal legal research methodology, incorporating statute, case and conceptual approaches. The results show that pretrial judges assess the validity of suspect designations based on procedural and formal principles. Their authority is confined to reviewing formal aspects. These limitations underscore that pretrial proceedings focus solely on administrative and procedural compliance rather than the substantive merits of the case. This formalist perspective follows civil procedural principles, emphasizing procedural correctness over material truth. While pretrial judges can annul a suspect designation, investigators can re-designate the person as a suspect if new evidence is presented. Such a reform would ensure a more balanced relationship between judicial oversight and investigative authority, minimizing arbitrary practices and enhancing procedural fairness. However, the recurring practice of re-designating suspects raises a significant flaw in the system, undermining legal certainty and eroding public trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the Consciousness-Raising (C-R) method improves students' writing skills and to identify the factors that influence the improvement process. The study was conducted with third-semester students in the English Department, consisting of 16 students. The research design was Classroom Action Research (CAR) and was carried out in three cycles over a period of 12 weeks, with four meetings including one test in each cycle. The cycles comprised of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Qualitative data was obtained through observation, field notes, and interviews, while quantitative data was obtained from students' writing tests. The results of this study showed improvement in the students' writing skills, as demonstrated by the teaching and learning activities throughout each cycle and the increasing scores of the students' writing tests, which went from 65.45 in cycle 1 to 77.63 in cycle 2 and 88.22 in cycle 3. The decrease in errors in each test cycle also supported this improvement. The observation and field notes indicated that the C-R method increased students' attention and awareness, resulting in more focus and engagement in the learning process. The factors that influenced the improvement of students' writing skills were motivation, the role of the instructor, classroom environment, materials, and media. The C-R method was found to be effective in improving students' writing skills and resolving writing problems. The researcher therefore recommends the use of this method, taking into consideration the supporting factors.
