Abstract

Abstrak Bullying merupakan permasalahan serius di lingkungan sekolah yang dapat berdampak pada kesehatan mental, sosial, dan akademik anak. Fenomena ini memerlukan perhatian khusus untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan inklusif. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman mengenai bullying serta mendorong implementasi kebijakan anti-bullying di sekolah. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah salah satu sekolah dasar di Kota Makassar dengan melibatkan siswa kelas 4-6, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi edukasi, workshop interaktif, serta pendampingan dalam penyusunan kebijakan anti-bullying. Sebanyak 30 siswa, 18 guru, dan 5 tenaga kependidikan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan, dengan skor rata-rata pre-test siswa sebesar 58 meningkat menjadi 84 setelah kegiatan. Peningkatan juga terlihat pada guru dan tenaga kependidikan dengan kenaikan masing-masing sebesar 35,4% dan 37,1%. Program ini telah menciptakan perubahan nyata dalam sikap dan perilaku terhadap bullying, serta menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis komunitas dalam membangun lingkungan belajar yang bebas dari perundungan. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam menerapkan kebijakan anti-bullying secara efektif. Kata kunci: bullying; inklusif; kebijakan; pendidikan; sekolah dasar Abstract Bullying is a serious issue in the school environment that can affect children's mental, social, and academic well-being. This phenomenon requires special attention to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. This community engagement program aims to raise awareness and understanding of bullying and promote the implementation of anti-bullying policies in schools. The partner in this activity is an elementary school in Makassar City, involving students in grades 4-6, teachers, and educational staff. The methods used in this program include education, interactive workshops, and assistance in developing anti-bullying policies. A total of 30 students, 18 teachers, and 5 educational staff participated in this activity. The results showed a significant increase in understanding, with the students' average pre-test score of 58 rising to 84 after the program. Improvements were also observed among teachers and educational staff, with increases of 35.4% and 37.1%, respectively. This program has successfully fostered tangible changes in attitudes and behaviors toward bullying, highlighting the importance of a community-based approach in creating a bullying-free learning environment. The findings of this program can serve as a model for other schools in effectively implementing anti-bullying policies.  Keywords: anti-bullying; education; inclusive; policy; primary school

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine partnership patterns in increasing the productivity of inter-island transportation services in the Sangkarrang District archipelago. The method used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, considering the empirical perceptions of transportation users, operators, regulators and also the public to be able to explain how the existence of the marine transportation service system in the Makassar archipelago. The sample was selected based on the criteria of population, area and potential of the region, using probability sampling with cluster random sampling to determine the potential conditions and economic activities of the community. Field physical studies and quantitative statistics were conducted to explain the conditions. The results of the study showed that partnership patterns involving the government, the private sector, and local communities have proven to be able to increase the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of transportation services. Forms of partnerships such as operational management, investment, and training have proven to have a direct impact on increasing the frequency of trips, more regular ship maintenance, and increasing the capacity and quality of human resources.

Abstract

This study is motivated by low student learning outcomes in the implementation of learning in class IV in science learning at SDN 8 Laiya Island. The objectives of this study are (1) to see how the learning process by applying the discovery learning model assisted by AI-based video media (2) to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of grade V students of State Elementary School 8 Laiya Island through the application of the discovery learning model assisted by AI-based video media. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a Classroom Action Research (PTK) design. The subjects of this study were all grade V students of SDN 8 Laiya Island, totaling 13 people. The implementation of the research was carried out for two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages of the follow-up plan. Data was collected using observation, tests, and documentation. In cycle I, the results of research on the learning process in teacher activities and student activities were in the good category and in cycle II the learning process in teacher and student activities was in the very good category. The results showed a significant increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. In cycle I student learning outcomes were still low while in cycle II the learning outcomes showed a fairly high increase. Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of the Discovery Learning learning model to improve science learning outcomes in class V students. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a type of Classroom Action Research which consists of 2 cycles. The focus of this research is the application of the Discovery Learning learning model and student learning outcomes. Data collection uses observation, test and documentation formats. The results of the research show that there is an increase in learning both in teacher and student activities and student learning outcomes. The conclusion of this research is that teacher teaching activities and student learning have increased, in cycle I, meetings I and II were in the adequate category (C) while in cycle II, meetings I and II were in the good category (B). Student learning outcomes in cycle I with a percentage of 53.33% were in the poor category (K) while in cycle II with a percentage of 93.33% student learning outcomes had improved and were in the good category (B). The application of the Discovery Learning learning model in science learning can improving the learning outcomes of V students at SD Inpres Bertingkat Bara Baraya II.

Abstract

In the learning of Two Variable Linear Equation System System (SPLDV) Mathematics students of 6th grade of Primary School Negeri 178 Pinrang are still many who are under KKM (KKM 65) especially in solving problems. Therefore, it is necessary to make an effort to improve the results of Mathematics learning, namely through the implementation of cooperative learning with peer tutors. This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of 6th grade students of SDN 178 Pinrang in the 2023/2024 academic year in completing questions on the subject matter of SPLDV through the implementation of cooperative learning with peer tutors. The subjects of the study were class VI students of SDN 187 Pinrang number 28 children, a Math teacher and an observer. The data collected include student learning outcomes, teacher observation results, student observation results. This study is a Class Action Research (PTK) conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 (four) stages: planning, execution of action, observation and reflection. In this study, it was said to be successful if at least 85% of students obtained grades ≥ 65. The results showed: (1) Students' learning obedience in cycle I was 62.50% with an average score of 67.13 and in cycle II of 87.50% with an average score of 77.88 (2) Student activity score in cycle I was 70% and in cycle II was 82.50%. From the above data it is clear that in cycle I learning outcomes are not as expected which means success indicators have not been met while in cycle II learning outcomes have been as expected which means success indicators have been achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kegiatan peserta didik berbasis digital materi pengaruh kalor terhadap perubahan suhu dan wujud benda, serta untuk mengetahui kelayakan lembar kegiatan peserta didik berbasis digital materi pengaruh kalor terhadap perubahan suhu dan wujud benda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model Alessi dan Trollip dengan 3 tahap pengembangan yaitu Planing, Design, dan Development. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk uji alpha dan uji beta menggunakan angket validasi dan angket respon yang ditujukan kepada ahli materi, ahli desain instruksional, guru dan peserta didik untuk memberikan respon terhadap produk yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk lembar kegiatan peserta didik berbasis digital materi pengaruh kalor terhadap perubahan suhu dan wujud benda dapat dinyatakan sangat layak dan mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu bahan ajar dalam mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh skor sebesar 3,8 dengan kriteria “Sangat valid”. Hasil validasi oleh ahli desain instruksional diperoleh skor sebesar 3,3 dengan kriteria “Sangat valid”. Penilaian respon guru kelas V SD Negeri Kaluarrang mendapatkan skor sebesar 3,8 dengan kriteria “Sangat baik”. Sedangkan penilaian respon peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Kaluarrang dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 19 orang mendapatkan skor keseluruhan 3,6 dengan kriteria “sangat baik”. Kata Kunci: Lembar kegiatan peserta didik, digital, perubahan suhu dan wujud benda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan dari Alessi dan Trollip yang terdiri dari 3 tahapan yakni 1) tahap perencanaan, 2) tahap desain, 3) tahap pengembangan (development) terdiri dari membuat produk, uji alpha, revisi, uji beta, dan revisi akhir. Adapun produk yang dihasilkan adalah produk pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif pada muatan pelajaran IPS Kelas V SD Inpres Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa, hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa permasalahan yakni kurangnya variasi bahan ajar, bahan ajar masih dalam bentuk cetakan, dan siswa membutuhkan bahan ajar yang menarik dalam memperoleh materi pelajaran IPS. Oleh karena itu solusi yang dapat diberikan yaitu perlu adanya pembaharuan atau inovasi terhadap bahan ajar. Apabila dilihat dari kesediaan alat penunjang pembelajaran, siswa kelas V telah memiliki handphone atau tablet dan siswa sudah dapat mengoperasikannya. Hasil validasi oleh validator ahli media memperoleh skor 3,3 sedangkan, perolehan  hasil skor dari validator ahli materi sebesar 3,1. Hasil penilaian oleh 19 orang siswa kelas V memperoleh skor 3,6 dan perolehan nilai skor dari wali kelas V itu sediri sebesar 3,5. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif dikategorikan sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bidang pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, khususnya dalam pengembangan kemampuan guru. Di Kabupaten Barru, guru-guru masih menghadapi tantangan dalam merancang modul ajar yang efektif dan inovatif, serta memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan pengembangan modul ajar yang dilaksanakan bagi 25 guru SMP bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam menyusun materi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum dan dapat menarik perhatian siswa. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi kelompok, dan praktik langsung untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis yang dapat diterapkan di kelas. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar yang lebih terstruktur, kreatif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan kepercayaan diri guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Diharapkan, pelatihan serupa dapat dilanjutkan dengan fokus pada inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, guna mendukung pengembangan kualitas pendidikan di Kabupaten Barru.

Abstract

The Impact of Academic Supervision, Work Environment, and Principal Leadership on the Performance of Elementary School Teachers. Objective: The aim of this investigation is to evaluate the impact of academic supervision, work environment, and principal leadership on the performance of elementary school teachers in Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. The study's primary objective is to determine the degree to which these variables, both individually and collectively, influence the quality of teacher performance. Methods: This investigation employs a survey methodology in conjunction with a quantitative methodology. The population consists of 42 instructors from four public elementary schools in Lembang District: SDN 150, 152, 153, and 200 Pinrang. A proportional random sampling technique was employed to select a sample of 30 instructors. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been extensively evaluated for its validity and reliability in order to assess the variables of academic supervision, teacher performance, work environment, and leadership. SPSS version 25 was employed to conduct data analysis through multiple linear regression. Findings: Regression analysis results demonstrated that teacher performance was substantially influenced by principal leadership, academic supervision, and the work environment (R² = 0.707). Academic supervision was the most significant variable influencing teacher performance (β = 0.619), with work environment (β = 0.345) and principal leadership (β = 0.173) following in that order. The regression assumptions, including absence of multicollinearity, linearity, and normality, were satisfied by all variables. Conclusion: This investigation affirms that the quality of principal leadership, the establishment of a supportive work environment, and the implementation of appropriate academic supervision significantly impact teacher performance enhancement. This finding suggests that it is necessary to enhance the quality of basic education by bolstering the capacity of principals, work environment management strategies, and supervision systems. Keywords: principal leadership, work environment, academic supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik kelas II di UPT SPF SDN KIP Bara-baraya 1 melalui penggunaan cerita bergambar sebagai media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru hanya berupa media bahan cetak seperti buku teks saja sehingga membuat siswa kurang bersemangat dan mudah bosan saat diminta untuk membaca. Rendahnya minat baca peserta didik menjadi permasalahan utama yang berdampak pada pencapaian hasil belajar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri atas beberapa siklus, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan cerita bergambar dapat meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik secara signifikan. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya keterlibatan siswa dalam aktivitas membaca serta antusiasme mereka terhadap pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, cerita bergambar terbukti efektif sebagai strategi untuk menumbuhkan minat baca pada anak usia sekolah dasar.
