Abstract

Abstract. The Plants Cemba (Acacia pennata) included in family Leguminoceae, which is typical plant in Enrekang, South Sulawesi. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of methanol extract of cemba leaves to decrease blood glucose levels in mices male ICR strain induced by alloxan. The leaves were extracted using 96% methanol by maceration method. This study is a randomized complete design (RAL), which contains of 5 treatments and 5 replicates. The extract was dissolved using Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) 0.5% and given orally in mices that had been previously injected by alloxan 120 mg/kg intraperitoneally. The awarding of the extract given different doses i.e., 125, 250 and 500 mg/kg. The data were Analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) using SPSS 2.0 Program and continued by Duncan test (α 0:05), as drugs control using glibenclamide 5 mg / kg whereas the normal control using CMC 0.5%. The results showed that 250 mg/kg dose of the extract had a most effective to decrease blood glucose levels during 14 days of given cemba leaves extract. These results were significantly different with negatif control (105.6 mg/dl) and positif control (105.80 mg/dl), as well as groups of mice that were given the cemba leaves extract 150 and 500 mg/kg. Extract of cemba leaves shows the effect of the decrease blood glucose levels in mices male.Keywords: cemba leaves extract, family Leguminoceae, Enrekang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah pada Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2014-2018*). Sektor pemerintahan saat ini menganut sistem desentralisasi, dengan sistem desentralisasi pemerintah daerah diharapkan memiliki tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah yang tinggi (UU Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan UU Nomor 33 tahun 2004 Perimbangan Keuangan), sedangkan berdasarkan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), menyatakan bahwa tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah kota/kabupaten di Jawa Barat masih rendah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2014-2018*). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) mempengaruhi tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah pada Kabupaten/Kota pada Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2014-2018*), apabila Pendapatan Asli Daerah mengalami peningkatan, maka tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Abstract

This study aims to (a) describe the verb form of foot activity in Minangkabau language, (b) describe the process of derivative verbs of foot activity in Minangkabau language, (c) describe the type of verb of foot activity in Minangkabau language. This research is qualitative research and using descriptive analysis method. Methods and techniques of data collection using method refer with noted and record techniques, then used the skill methold wilh advanced skill technique. Result of this study, First, the verb form of foot activity in Minangkabau language in Padang City consists of two forms namely the original form, and the derived form. The derived verbs are grouped again into (a) mandatory affixed base verbs, (b) basic affix verbs grouped arbitrarily, (c) bound affixed verbs, (d) recurring verbs, and (e) compound verbs. Second, the process of derivative verbs of foot activity in Minangkabau language in Padang City consists of four (1) transpositions, (2) affixation, (3) reduplication, and (4) compounding. Third, the type of verb foot activity in the Minangkabau language in Padang City is divided basid on the point of view (1) the number of nouning nouns, (2) the relation of verb with the accompanying are grouped into two, namely intransitive verbs, and transitive verbs. The types of transitive verbs are grouped into three, namely (1) monotransitive verbs, (2) bitransitive verbs, and (3) ditransitive verbs. Based on the viewpoint of the relationship of verbs with nouns, grouped into four, namely (1) active verbs, (2) passive verbs, (3) anti-verbs, and (4) anti-passive verbs.Based on the viewpoint of the number of nouns that accompany. Based on the viewpoint of the interaction between the auxiliary nouns are divided into two, namely (1)reciprocal verbs and (2) non-resolved verbs.Keywords: verb, foot activity, Minangkabau language

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the contribution of creativity and independence to student learning outcomes in the tenth-grade digital communication simulation subject in the Department of Tourism. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population of this research is 287 people. Sampling in this study was carried out using a proportional random sampling technique. Samples were taken randomly, as much as 20% of the total population. So that 57 respondents were obtained as a sample. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study used simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results showed the regression equation, Y = 20,211+0,274X1+0,292X2. The data analysis result also showed that learning creativity contributed to learning outcomes by 32.4%. Learning independence contributed to learning outcomes by 42.7%, and learning creativity and learning independence contributed to learning outcomes by 49.5%. Based on these results, learning creativity and learning independence contribute to student learning outcomes in the tenth-grade digital communication simulation subject of the Tourism Department.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the number of cases of audit failure that mghasilka poor audit quality, alleged experience, independesi, gender auditor brpgaruh to the quality of audit supported by the inconsistencies of the results of previous research. The population in the study was a permanent auditor working atkap Central Jakarta registered in the IAPI 2019 directorate. The study population was 265 auditors. Determination of sample size using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was probability sampling and the number of samples in this study was 72 fixed auditors. The research method used is descriptive and verifikative method. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results prove that: (1) auditor experience in KAP Central Jakarta belongs to the high category (2) auditor independence in KAP Central Jakarta including the very high category (3) gender auditors in KAP Central Jakarta dominated by men, the results showed female auditors are better at auditing.( 4) The quality of auditors at KAP Central Jakarta is of a high category,(5)the auditor's experience has a negative and insignificant effect on the partial audit quality,(6) Independence has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the audit partially,(7) gender negatively and significantly affects the quality of the audit partially, (8)experience, independence, the auditor's gender affects the quality of the audit simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan adminsitrasi kependudukan terutama Pencatatan atas pelaporan peristiwa kependudukan dalam hal ini adalah administrasi keterangan pindah dan pencatatan sipil berupa pencatatan kelahiran dalam hal ini adalah penerbitan surat keterangan kelahiran sebagai dasar pembuatan akte kelahiran. Penelitian ini merupaka penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 3 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari empat alur kegiatan, yaitu: pengumpulan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Kecamatan Pattallassang Kabupaten Gowa dilihat pada Transparansi, akuntabilitas, kondisional, partisipatif, kesamaan hak serta keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban menunjukkan pelayanan berjalan cukup baik.Kata Kunci: Pelayanan, Administrasi Kependudukan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Intrinsic Rewards on Employee Attitudes mediated by Perceptions of Organizational Support at the Social Service of Gayo Lues Regency. The sampling method in this research uses sensus sampling with a sample of 115 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variables of intrinsic reward and perceived organizational support have a significant effect on employee attitudes. Furthermore, the perceived organizational support variable partially mediates the intrinsic rewards of employee attitudes.

Abstract

Suatu proyek memiliki item pekerjaan yang banyak. Kompleksitas pekerjaan menyebabkan banyaknya pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam proses produksi konstruksi menyebabkan terjadinya fragmentasi. Maka dilakukan penerapan konsep supply chain management untuk mengetahui pola jaringan supply chain dan kinerja supply chain terhadap indikator – indikator penilaian kinerja yang mengandung konsep value, conversion, dan flow. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan mengolah data kualitatif yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis deskriptif dengan menggambarkan data yang didapat dan akan menghasilkan bentuk pola dari hasil wawancara. Pada studi kasus diperoleh pola jaringan khusus dimana peran pengguna jasa sangat besar dalam menentukan jaringan supply chain, yang dipengaruhi oleh metoda kontrak, lingkup bisnis pengguna jasa, serta adanya strategi pengadaan yang dilakukan oleh kontraktor. Dari 12 (dua belas) indikator penilaian kinerja, dengan lingkup pekerjaan arsitektur terlihat bahwa terkait dengan konsep conversion, flow, dan value , diperoleh kinerja supply chain proyek studi kasus dapat dikatakan baik terhadap pemahaman dan penerapan konsep conversion dengan adanya usaha penerapan collaboration design. Konsep aliran (flow) juga telah diterapkan dengan melakukan suatu manajemen pengadaan yang baik pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Untuk konsep nilai (value) pemahaman kontraktor masih kepada kesesuaian antara perencanaan/ design dengan hasil pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan, hanya menyangkut mutu dari pekerjaan. Indikator penilaian kinerja yang ada terlihat bahwa kontraktor telah memahami pentingnya kinerja supply chain dan telah melakukan usaha-usaha perbaikan dan peningkatan untuk tercapainya efektifitas dan efisien proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung.

Abstract

Based on the acquisition of learning outcomes of Grade IV students of SDN 24 Barung-barung Belantai in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities found that many student learning outcomes are still incomplete. The purpose of this study was to describe and get information about improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities through an instant assessment learning model with the media Choose Number in Class IV SDN 24 Barung-barung Belantai. This research is a classroom action research with research procedures including planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. Research data was collected using a test sheet. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results of the study and discussion showed that the learning model of Instant Assessment learning model with media Choose Number can improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities in Class IV SDN 24 Barung-barung Belantai. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 72.90 increased to 83.87 with an increase of 10.97%.

Abstract

This study focuses on the relationship between telecommuting work with performance, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. This research is important because the telecommuting policy has been taken by many institutions considering the advantages of this policy are very efficient, such as reducing costs, time, and space. This study aims to provide an overview of the extent to which the impact of telecommunications works on the behavior of workers, especially workers in a university environment. Using descriptive research methods, this research used online questionnaires distributed to 174 lecturers at Syiah Kuala University. The data was analysed using SEM AMOS to see and test the relationship between variables. The results showed that telecommuting work showed a positive and significant relationship to job satisfaction, work-life balance, and performance. Likewise, the relationship between work-life balance, satisfaction, and performance showed positive and significant results. Finally, work-life balance and job satisfaction mediate the relationship between telecommuting work and performance.
