Abstract

Kompleksitas Contractual Service Margin (CSM) saat implementasi PSAK 74 (efektif tahun 2025) menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan asuransi sehingga diperlukan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi kesiapan salah satu perusahaan asuransi BUMN, PT X dalam pengakuan dan pengukuran CSM serta menganalisis isu signifikan dalam pengakuan dan pengukuran CSM tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif melalui studi kasus dengan teknik tringulasi serta instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT X masih dalam proses persiapan (data dan sistem TI, sumber daya manusia serta prosedur) dalam pengakuan dan pengukuran CSM. Adapun isu signifikan yang harus diperhatikan PT X yaitu profitabilitas dan keberlanjutan perusahaan, sumber daya manusia, kompleksitas data saat dan setelah masa transisi, CSM Engine, pajak penghasilan pada masa transisi dan penentuan tingkat diskonto.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence public service quality variables have on the image of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Maros Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The sampling used the Accidental technique for variable X and variable Y, namely 100 samples. The research results show that the service quality variable analysis is in the very good category with a value of 82.58% and the image variable analysis is in the very good category with a value of 82.02%. Based on the results of linear regression, it shows that the service quality variable has an influence of 0.97 or 97% on image with a significance level of 0.00 which is smaller than 0.05 at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Maros Regency.

Abstract

This paper contains the results of community service conducted by the implementation team of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Tambang District, Kampar Regency. Here the community service team wants to improve the ability of teachers to provide teaching and understanding of mathematics to students later by using the GASING Method. The results obtained that there was an increase in the teachers present as participants by looking at the results of the pre-test and post-test that have been done. This result can be seen that starting with H0, that is, significant pre-test scores are smaller than post-test scores. That is, the teachers who attended were faster and more precise in answering the questions given than before they knew GASING.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance variables on the level of customer satisfaction at FaruqAlkan Wedding Organizer located in Palembang City, this type of research is qualitative analysis, the sample used in this study was 24 people with saturated side taking, The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of this study use a validity test which is declared valid because each question RHitung above RTabel (0.4404). The reliability test is declared reliable because each question Crobach's alpha is above 0.60. The t test (partial) stated that the variables Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance have a significant effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. The F test (simultaneous) states that the variables Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance together or simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.The results of the analysis indicate the influence of the variables Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance which are able to explain consumer satisfaction by 86.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 13.2% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied, such as Product Quality, Price, and Emotional Factors.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategies implemented by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers at SD Al-Ittihadiyah Laut Dendang in instilling Islamic values in students in the digital era, as well as the challenges faced in the process. This study uses a phenomenological approach with qualitative methods, involving observation, interviews, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that teachers employ strategies such as the use of digital media, a contextual approach based on daily life, and modeling through concrete actions to instill Islamic values. However, the main challenges faced include the negative influence of digital content that is inconsistent with Islamic teachings and resource limitations, both in terms of time and facilities. The implications of this study indicate the importance of developing teaching strategies that utilize technology wisely, as well as the need for policies that support digital facilities in schools. This is expected to strengthen the internalization of Islamic values in students amid the rapid development of digital technology.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the patriarchal power relations are in Andina Dwifatma's novel Silent Than Whispering. This type of research is qualitative research. This research has data in the form of words, dialogues, sentences, and events that give an overview of patriarchal power relations in Andina Dwifatma's novel More Silence Than Whispers. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation, reading, and note-taking techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the theory of power according to Foucault. By looking at family relations how the relationship between family members is, after that inequality or injustice will arise, which will give rise to hierarchies or roles, making the position of the husband as ordinate and the wife as subordinate. Furthermore, the researcher presents the data by describing the data. The last stage the researcher draws conclusions. This study found that there were 27 data found which were patriarchal power relations and their impacts that occurred in the household. The novel Silent Than Whisper shows that patriarchal power relations in the household occur when a husband is no longer working because of problems at his workplace. The emergence of power in the family because of the division of roles, the desire for power from a husband, and the expectation of protection from one of the family members. The occurrence of power in the family has an impact that is felt by a wife. Such as physical violence and psychologically disturbed. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana relasi kuasa patriarki dalam novel Lebih Senyap Dari Bisikan karya Andina Dwifatma. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini memiliki data berupa kata, dialog, kalimat, dan peristiwa yang memberi gambaran mengenai relasi kuasa patriarki pada novel Lebih Senyap Dari Bisikan karya Andina Dwifatma. Adapun teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik dokumentasi, baca, dan catat. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan teori kekuasaan menurut Foucault. Dengan melihat dalam relasi keluarga bagaimana hubungan antara anggota keluarga, setelah itu akan timbul ketidaksetaraan atau ketidakadilan, yang akan memunculkan hierarki atau peran, menjadikan posisi suami sebagai ordinat dan istri menjadi subordinat. Selanjutnya peneliti menyajikan data dengan mendeskripsikan data tersebut. Tahap yang terakhir peneliti menarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil ada 27 data yang ditemukan merupakan relasi kuasa patriarki dan dampaknya yang terjadi dalam rumah tangga. Dalam novel Lebih Senyap dari Bisikan memperlihatkan bahwa relasi kuasa patriarki dalam rumah tangga terjadi ketika seorang suami tidak lagi bekerja karena ada permasalahan di tempat bekerjanya. Timbulnya kekuasaan dalam keluarga karena adanya pembagian peran, keinginan berkuasa dari seorang suami, dan mengharapkan perlindungan dari salah satu anggota keluarga. Terjadinya kekuasaan dalam keluarga menimbulkan dampak yang dirasakan seorang istri. Seperti kekerasan fisik dan secara psikologis terganggu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the symbolic meaning contained in the anthology of the Right Time to Forget Time by M. Aan Mansyur. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data and data sources in this study are a collection of words, phrases, sentences or expressions that contain symbolic meanings. The data source for this research is a collection of poems The Right Time To Forget Time written by M. Aan Mansyur published by Shira Media in 2021, a total of 99 pages. Data analysis techniques are carried out by analyzing and interpreting data that has been classified according to the research problem; draw final conclusions from research; presentation of research results. The conclusion of this study is the symbolic meaning contained in the anthology collection of poems The Right Time to Forget Time by M. Aan Mansyur, namely: (1) a symbol of struggle; (2) a symbol of sadness; (3) a symbol of happiness; (4) a symbol of simplicity; (5) a symbol of hope; (6) symbol of peace; (7) a symbol of violence; (8) a symbol of greed; (9) a symbol of cruelty; (10) a symbol of Sincerity; (11) a symbol of hopelessness; (12) a symbol of injustice; (13) a symbol of memories; (14) a symbol of helplessness. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis makna simbolik yang terdapat pada antologi Waktu yang Tepat untuk Melupakan Waktu karya M. Aan Mansyur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini kumpulan kata, frasa, kalimat, atau ungkapan yang mengandung makna simbolik. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kumpulan puisi Waktu Yang Tepat Untuk Melupakan Waktu yang ditulis oleh M. Aan Mansyur terbitan Shira Media tahun 2021, total 99 halaman. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan data yang telah diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan masalah penelitian; menarik kesimpulan akhir dari penelitian; presentasi hasil penelitian. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah makna simbolik yang terkandung dalam kumpulan antologi puisi Waktu yang Tepat untuk Melupakan Waktu karya M. Aan Mansyur yaitu: (1) simbol perjuangan; (2) simbol kesedihan; (3) simbol kebahagian; (4) simbol kesederhanaan; (5) simbol harapan; (6) simbol kedamaian; (7) simbol kekerasan; (8) simbol keserakahan; (9) simbol kekejaman; (10) simbol Ikhlas; (11) simbol keputusasaan; (12) simbol ketidakadilan; (13) simbol kenangan; (14) simbol ketidakberdayaan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the representation of Travel Literature by Carl Thompson in the novels Brianna dan Bottomwise by Andrea Hirata, with a focus on three aspects: reporting the world, revealing the self, and representing the other. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection was conducted through reading and note-taking techniques, specifically gathering quotations that illustrate the aspects of travel literature representation in the novels Brianna dan Bottomwise by Andrea Hirata. The data's validity was ensured through triangulation of sources. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that in narrating the reporting of the world, the author used both objective and subjective perspectives when presenting the world. In revealing the self, the author utilized Romanticism in terms of self-discovery and the search for meaning related to the places visited. On the other hand, in representing the other, the author tended to depict foreign cultures with a doctrinal perspective, emphasizing Western culture and norms. The overall observation of reporting the world, revealing the self, and representing the other points to the author's ethical implications. These ethical implications showcase the superiority of Western culture over Eastern culture. The author also tends to explore and discover his own identity during the journey. Additionally, the author portrays a mindset aligned with Western norms and tends to normalize Western cultures in contrast to Eastern cultures. In conclusion, the research shows that the portrayal of the world by the author in the novels Brianna and Bottomwise is driven by an ethical agenda, focusing on the superiority of Western culture over Eastern culture. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi Sastra Perjalanan Carl Thompson pada novel Brianna dan Bottomwise karya Andrea Hirata dengan berfokus pada tiga aspek yaitu reporting the world (pelaporan dunia), revealing the self (pengungkapan diri), dan representing the other (representasi liyan). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian dengan teknik baca dan catat. Data pada penelitian ini berupa kutipan yang terdapat aspek representasi sastra perjalanan dalam novel Brianna dan Bottomwise karya Andrea Hirata. Teknik validasi data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa dalam menarasikan reporting the world (pelaporan dunia), pengarang menggunakan sisi obektif dan subjektif ketika melaporkan dunia. Pada revealing the self  (pengungkapan diri) pengarang menggunakan penulisan Romantism yaitu adanya penemuan diri dan pencarian makna yang berhubungan dengan tempat yang dikunjungi. Adapun dalam representing the other (representasi liyan) pengarang dalam menarasikan budaya asing cenderung terdoktrin atas budaya dan norma-norma Barat. Setelah melihat aspek reporting the world (pelaporan dunia), revealing the self (pengungkapan diri), dan representing the other (representasi liyan), maka terlihat bahwa agenda pengarang yang cenderung terlihat yaitu implikasi etis. Dimana dalam implikasi etis ini berisikan keunggulan suatu golongan, dimana pihak Barat yang digambarkan lebih unggul dan superior dibandingkan Timur. Pengarang juga cenderung mengeksplorasi dan menemukan jati dirinya ketika melakukan perjalanan. Selain itu, terlihat pengarang menampilkan satu pemikiran dengan norma-norma Barat dan cenderung menormalisasikan budaya-budayanya yang bersebrangan dengan budaya Timur. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melihat pola penggambaran dunia oleh pengarang terlihat bahwa agenda dalam perjalanan dalam novel Brianna dan Bottomwise cenderung pada implikasi etis.

Abstract

Villages are the spearhead of Indonesia's development. Therefore, the government continues to strive to boost the village economy through the distribution of Village Funds and the development of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) program. The objectives of BUMDes as stated in Permendesa PDT and Transmigration No. 4/2015 are to improve the village economy, improve community efforts in managing village economic potential. Village funds can be used to establish village-owned enterprises to boost the village economy. The phenomenon of managing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMG) also occurred in Cot Mentiwan Village, where it turned out that there were still several obstacles faced by village officials in managing BUMG Desa. So far, the bookkeeping carried out by BUMG managers has only been in the form of records of incoming and outgoing cash expenditures. Based on this phenomenon, through this community service activity, the focus is to help village officials by providing education to BUMDes managers in preparing BUMG financial reports using digital financial applications through the SIAPDes Application.Keywords : Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Business Applications

Abstract

Minyak Atsiri merupakan salah satu metabolit sekunder yang banyak dimanfaat sebagai aromaterapi untuk mengatasi mual dan muntah. Tumbuhan Pala (Myristica fragrans houtt.) dan Serai (Cymbopogon citratus) berpotensi besar sebagai sumber minyak atsiri karena mengandung komponen utama minyak atsiri. Tumbuhan Pala mengandung senyawa seperti myristicin, elemicin, safrole, sedangkan tumbuhan Serai memiliki sitronelal, sitronelol dan geraniol yang merupakan komponen utama minyak atsiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui formulasi sediaan roll-on aromaterapi dan konsentrasi optimal dari Minyak Atsiri Pala dan Serai sebagai antiemetik. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental laboratorium. Roll-on diformulasikan dengan konsentrasi sediaan F1 (20%- 10%), F2 (15%-15%), F3 (10%-20%). Kemudian tahap evaluasi formulasi sediaan roll-on dilakukan dengan uji organoleptik, uji homogenitas, pH, uji daya sebar dan uji hedonik dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik berupa uji one way anova. Hasil penelitian dari uji pH (5), daya sebar baik, sediaan homogen, nilai uji hedonik keterangan rata-rata suka dan analisis anova menyatakan formula diperoleh nilai signifikan p value <0,05 terhadap aspek penilaian (warna, wangi alami, tekstur, kesegaran, antiemetik, kesukaan keseluruhan)maka diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh formula terhadap ke 6 (enam) aspek penilaian sediaan   tersebut, sedangkan kehangatan diperoleh nilai signifikan p value >0,05 maka diketahui bahwa tidak ada pengaruh formula terhadap kehangatan sediaan. Minyak Atsiri Pala dan Serai dapat diformulasikan dalam bentuk sediaan roll-on aromaterapi sebagai antiemetek. Konsentrasi minyak atsiri pala dan serai yang optimal dan paling efektif sebagai aromaterapi antiemetik yaitu konsentrasi F3 (10%-20%).Kata Kunci : Aromaterapi, Antiemetik, Minyak Atsiri, Pala, Serai Essential oils are one of the secondary metabolites that are widely used as aromatherapy to treat nausea and vomiting. Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans houtt.) and lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) have great potential as sources of essential oils because they contain the main components of essential oils. The nutmeg plant contains compounds such as myristicin, elemicin, safrole, while the lemongrass plant contains citronellal, citronellol and geraniol which are the main components of essential oils. To determine the formulation of aromatherapy roll-on preparations and the optimal concentration of nutmeg and lemongrass essential oils as antiemetics. This research is laboratory experimental. Roll-on is formulated with a concentration of F1 (20%-10%), F2 (15%-15%), F3 (10%-20%). Then the evaluation stage of the roll-on dosage formulation was carried out using organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests, pH, spreadability tests and hedonic tests analyzed using statistical methods in the form of one way anova tests. The results of the research from the pH test (5), good spreadability, homogeneous preparation, hedonic test value, information on average likes and ANOVA analysis stated that the formula obtained a significant p value <0.05 for the assessment aspects (color, natural fragrance, texture, freshness, antiemetic, overall preference) then it is known that there is an influence of the formula on the 6 (six) aspects of the assessment of the preparation, while for warmth a significant p value >0.05 is obtained so it is known that there is no influence of the formula on the warmth of the preparation. Nutmeg and lemongrass essential oils can be formulated in roll-on aromatherapy dosage forms as antiemetic. The optimal and most effective concentration of nutmeg and lemongrass essential oils as antiemetic aromatherapy is the F3 concentration (10%-20%).Keywords          : Aromatherapy, Antiemetic, Essential Oil, Lemongrass, Nutmeg
