Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung kemampuan ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui fasilitas belajar di rumah dan motivasi belajar.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK PGRI 3 Randudongkal berjumlah 110 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara langsung kemampuan ekonomi orang tua, fasilitas belajar di rumah, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi secara berturut-turut sebesar 27,9%, 17,3%, dan 44,6%. Sedangkan pengaruh kemampuan ekonomi orang tua secara tidak langsung melalui fasilitas belajar di rumah dan motivasi belajar secara berturut-turut sebesar 11,1% dan 12,3%. Pengaruh fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi melalui motivasi belajar sebesar 17,6%. Total pengaruh kemampuan ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi melalui fasilitas belajar di rumah dan motivasi belajar secara berturut-turut sebesar 39,0% dan 40,2%. Total pengaruh fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi melalui motivasi belajar sebesar 34,9%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan ekonomi orang tua, fasilitas belajar di rumah serta motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi baik secara langsung atau pun tidak langsung. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah pihak orang tua mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan kemampuan ekonomi orang tua untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi. Para guru hendaknya mampu menciptakan kondisi belajar yang mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. The purpose of this study were to analyze the direct effect of parents’ economic capacity toward learning outcome or indirect effect through learning facilities at home and learning motivation. The population of this study was all students of class X Accounting SMK PGRI 3 Randudongkal, they were 110 students. The methods of collecting data used questionnaire and documentation.The methods of collecting the data were descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis and sobel test. The results showed that there is a direct effect of the parents’ economic capacity, learning at home, and learning motivation towards learning outcomes of introductory accounting respectively 27.9%, 17.3% and 44.6%. While the parents' economic capacity indirectly effects through learning facilities at home and learning motivation, respectively 11.1% and 12.3%. the Effect of learning facilities at home, learning outcomes of introductory accounting through learning motivation was 17.6%. The total effect of the parents’ economic capacity to the learning outcomes of introductory accounting through learning facilities at home and learning motivation in a row amounted to 39,0% and 40,2%. The total effect of learning facilities at home toward the learning outcomes of introductory accounting through learning motivation was 34,9%. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the parents’ economic capacity, learning facilities at home as well as the learning motivation have a positive effect on learning outcomes of introductory accounting either directly or indirectly. Suggestions can be given are the parents are able to optimize the use of the parents’ economic capacity can improve learning outcomes of introductory accounting. Teachers should be able to create learning conditions that can improve students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

Production control, inventory and distribution is an important factor in trading activities. These three factors are discussed in a system called Supply Chain Management (SCM). Procurement of goods from a company or trading business related to suppliers. In some cases, there are several supplier that can be assessed by considering certain factors. In certain cases, the data from several factors that are considered are uncertainty, so the fuzzy approach can be used. The MINMAX Multi Choice Goal Programming model can be used to solve fuzzy supplier selection problems with linear membership function. It can be applied to selecting supplier of Brastagi Oranges. There are four suppliers, namely Jaya, Mako, Baros.  Gina. There are three factor to consider, cost, quality and delivery. The decision maker select the best supplier for ordering 17000 kg Brastagi oranges. The results, the best supplier is Gina with an order quantity of 10000 kg and Mako with a total order of 7000 kg

Abstract

Matematika dan budaya adalah dua hal yang sangat erat kaitannya. Namun terkadang matematika dipandang sebagai sesuatu yang tidak berhubungan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Infactthe environment dapat menjadi sumber permasalahan matematika dalam kehidupan nyata. Lingkungan merupakan salah satu budaya yang salah satunya termasuk bangunan bersejarah. Matematika dalam budaya disebut dengan istilah ethnomatematics. Lawang Sewu merupakan salah satu bangunan bersejarah yang terletak di kota Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur geometri gedung Lawang Sewu. Gedung ini dapat digunakan sebagai objek penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi langsung terhadap objek penelitian, wawancara dengan narasumber, dan menggunakan studi pustaka terkait dengan penelitian ini. Melalui penelitian yang penulis lakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bangunan Lawang Sewu memiliki struktur geometri ruang yaitu kubus, balok, limas, dan prisma segi delapan. Mathematics and culture are two things closely related. But sometimes mathematics is seen as something that is not connected to everyday life. Infactthe environment can be a source of mathematical problems in real life. The environment is one of culture, one of which includes historic buildings. Mathematics in culture is referred to by the term ethnomatematics. Lawang Sewu is one of the historical buildings located in the city of Semarang. The purpose of this research is to know the geometry structure of Lawang Sewu building. This building can be used as a research object with qualitative descriptive method, with data collection using direct observation on research object, interview with speaker, and using library study related to research This. Through research that the authors have done, it can be concluded that Lawang Sewu building has a geometry structure of space, namely cube, beam, limas, and octagonal prism.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong terciptanya akselerasi yang luar biasa dalam bidang pendidikan dan teknologi sebagai media belajar di sekolah menengah atas. Penggunaan computer menjadi sangat penting untuk menunjang berbagai kegiatan dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satunya praktikum pada mata pelajaran fisika. Namun kenyataannya, tidak sedikit sekolah di Indonesia khususnya Sumatera Selatan mengalami pemerataan dibidang pendidikan. Ada banyak sekolah yang masih belum memiliki fasilitas yang mendukung. Di beberapa situasi, kegiatan praktikumyang dilakukan menjadi terbatas dan sangat tidak maksimal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dibuat Media Pembelajaran 3 dimensi pada Praktikum Fisika untuk Siswa SMA berbasis Virtual Reality dengan menggunakan aplikasi Blender untuk proses Modelling serta aplikasi Verge3D dan Visual Studio Code untuk proses Coding. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa website yang dijalankan melalui perangkat virtual reality. Multimedia 3 Dimensi berbasis Virtual Reality ini mampu menampilkan virtualisasi 3 dimensi terhadap Praktikum Fisika untuk Siswa SMA, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran mengenai Mata Pelajaran Praktikum Fisika di sekolah.Media Pembelajaran 3D (3 Dimensi) pada Praktikum Fisika untuk Siswa SMA yang memberikan output berupa animasi 3D yang dapat diakses melalui Website Interactive. Dimana Animasi 3D tersebut telah sesuai dengan langkah kerja dan hasil praktikum fisika untuk siswa SMA.

Abstract

The ITS Tower 2 building was built on Keputih Street, Surabaya. This building has 13 floors with a height of +51.00 meters which was built using a conventional concrete system. Based on the structural analysis results, the authors found that the existing structure was included in the category of soft soil (SE). In SNI 2847-2019 for the Special Structural Wall Systems category, the building height had a maximum limit of 48 meters. Conventional system planning took a relatively long time to complete. So it was necessary to evaluate the existing structure and modify it using the SMRF method and Precast System. The SMRF-method was used because it did not have a height limit in its planning, and the precast system was chosen because the planned structure had a typical floor plan. The evaluation of the existing structure showed that the fundamental period was 1.2384 seconds, the mass participation in the X direction was 93.90%, the Y direction was 91.79% with 75 modals, and the most significant floor deviation occurred in the Y direction was 49.57 mm. This value met the requirements according to SNI 2847-2019 and SNI 1726-2019; several beam and column cross-section elements are still unsafe due to the reinforcement being smaller than the analysis result, but the performance level was included in the Immediate Occupancy. The evaluation results of the structure showed that the main beam B2 was 60/80 with the longitudinal reinforcement 8D29, the joist beam B4 was 50/70 and B6 was 40/60 with the longitudinal reinforcement 7D25, the column K1 was 110/110 with the longitudinal reinforcement 28D36. The structural behavior obtained the entire period of 1.6059 seconds, the mass participation in the X direction was 99.30%, the Y direction was 99.24% with 50 modals, and the most significant floor deviation occurred in the Y direction was 28.46 mm. This value met the requirements and performance of the building, including the Immediate Occupancy level. Connections for precast columns used dry joints, while the connections for other precast elements used wet joints.

Abstract

Efficient use of energy is emphasized in the use of electronic equipment. It aims to create an environmentally friendly technology. No exception for lighting in homes, buildings, schools and so on. Often, we see many room lights that turn on when not in use. This can be a huge waste of electricity. For this reason, a solution to this problem is needed, so an energy-efficient automatic lamp is needed. This lighting system aims to adjust the lighting conditions automatically based on the surrounding conditions. This system will detect the brightness or dimness of a room. If the room is bright enough, the light will turn off. However, when the room is dark, the lights will automatically turn on. The main energy source for this lamp is not from PLN electricity, but from solar panels. The use of solar panels aims to save electricity from PLN and utilize energy sources that are free and available for a very long time. This solar panel-based lighting system is already running well. This system is already able to utilize energy from the sun through solar panels to charge the battery, and the output of the system is that the lights are controlled automatically by the sensor block according to environmental conditions.

Abstract

Interaction is the process by which people communicate and influence each other in thoughts and actions. Basically, humans in everyday life cannot be separated from their relationships with each other, where the behavior of each individual influences, changes or improves the behavior of other individuals or vice versa. In lectures, students must also have the ability to interact socially with lecturers. Student is the term for people who study at universities. A person can be called a student if he is active as a student and is registered at a university. Students are an intellectual community that better understands the problems that are occurring. Students have a role in analyzing problems that exist in society and then voicing them as aspirations to the government. As academics, students have the responsibility to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education. Students should be able to carry out academic tasks well and not rely on other people. Students have a role in society that needs to be maintained and strived to be achieved. Lecturers as student supervisors substantively play a role not only in teaching or transferring knowledge (cognitive), but are also required to be able to provide guidance and training. In Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning teachers and lecturers is confirmed in article 39 that; Apart from being tasked with carrying out administration, management, development and services in the Development Unit, lecturers are also professional staff tasked with planning and implementing processes and assessing learning outcomes, guidance and training. This research uses Research Method According to the researcher, a qualitative descriptive method is used in the name of research, which accurately understands the nature of field data and research objectives. Learn technical analysis techniques. The qualitative approach used by researchers is library research. Activities related to library data collection methods. According to Abdul Rahman Sholeh, library research is scientific research that uses methods to obtain information by searching library sites such as books, research papers, journals, historical reports, home research books, etc. Relating to pure goods. From this research it can be concluded that the interactions that need to be fostered are interactions between lecturers and students as well as interactions between one student and another. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Education and Culture, Mùara Èním Regency. The aim of the study was to analyze how the Implementation of the Control Function in the Employees of the Department of Education and Culture in the Regency of Mùara Èním. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. There are two methods of data collection in this study, namely literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The controls in the Education and Culture Office of Mùara Èním Regency have generally been well implemented, such as: 1). Control over the activities that will be carried out by employees. The process of controlling activities or work programs has been carried out by determining who will carry out these activities and how these activities are carried out and where these activities are carried out. 2). Control over the process of determining the boundaries of what employees will do by determining the expected results. In this control, employees know what limits can be done with the aim of getting results as expected. 3). Control in determining the direction so that all activities run according to the target. In this control, employees in carrying out their activities have directions and goals or objectives that have been determined by the leadership. 4). Control in determining the organizational structure and division of tasks for each employee. Employees are given tasks according to their main duties and functions.

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai lembaga formal pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pembelajaran untuk menunjang kelancaran jalannya pembangunan di Indonesia secara keseluruhan. Guru memiliki potensi yang besar pada dirinya masing-masing, namun potensi tersebut belum dinyatakan pada aktivitas kegiatan mengajar secara penuh karena belum memperoleh rangsangan dan motivasi dari pengawas selaku pimpinan sekolah maupun seniornya. Kepemimpinan pembelajaran merupakan kemampuan dalam mempengaruhi mereka untuk memberi motivasi dan menyadarkan supaya guru-guru bekerja dengan sepenuh kapasitas kemampuan. Kepala Sekolah dituntut untuk dapat bekerja sama dengan bawahannya. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan 109 sampel. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan kepemimpinan lebih mempengaruhi kinerja guru dibandingkan lingkungan kerja.
