Abstract

The Assessment Institute for Foods, Drugs, and Cosmetics of the Indonesian Ulama Council (LPPOM MUI) is responsible for conducting research, evaluations, and determining the halal status of products in accordance with Islamic teachings. In Indonesia, where religious diversity is prevalent, the halal certification process is crucial, particularly due to differences in the halal status of certain foods, such as beef and pork, across religions. One of the challenges in this process lies in ensuring a rapid and accurate determination of various types of meat, including beef, pork, goat, and buffalo, which currently tends to be time-consuming within the LPPOM MUI Halal Center. To address this issue, there is a need for a technological solution that can quickly and accurately identify different types of meat, thereby reducing consumer uncertainty when selecting halal products. This study aims to develop an Android-based application utilizing the Learning Vector Quantization 3 (LVQ3) method to facilitate the classification of meat types by analyzing patterns specific to beef, pork, goat, and buffalo. This system is expected to expedite the halal verification process, thereby supporting more efficient and accurate decision-making in the halal certification sector.

Abstract

Classification is the process of grouping objects based on similarities and differences. In this article, a multi-objective classification model is developed with three objective functions, namely the function that maximizes the values of accuracy, sensitivity and specificity. The developed model is applied to the problem of classifying meat, egg and fish consumption levels. The classification method used is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) with three objective functions and the addition of the GridSearchCV module to the KNN calculation. Completion of the multiobjective model using the weighting method and Particle Swam Optimization (PSO). Based on the data, with objective function weights of 1, 2 and 3 respectively being 0.7, 0.15 and 0.15, the results obtained for Rural Areas Meat, Fish and Egg Attributes of the model performance are in good criteria. for Urban Areas Attributes of Meat, Fish and Eggs the model's performance in the criteria is very good. Addition of the GridsearchCV module can facilitate the calculation of the KNN method classification because the model will provide the best k value without having to do repeated calculations.

Abstract

Indonesia is an area where three active plates meet, so many areas are prone to earthquakes. To anticipate this and minimize casualties due to earthquakes, earthquake-resistant buildings are needed. Earthquake resistant buildings are the most important thing that needs to be considered, a building structure must be designed to be able to withstand lateral loads such as earthquakes within the limits set by the code/standard. The result of the earthquake load will produce an additional effect on the multi-storey building, namely the P-Delta effect. In this study, the effect of these effects will be analyzed on non-rise buildings and high-rise buildings. Analysis of the P-Delta effect will be calculated on the modeling of three buildings for non-rise buildings (Building models A, B and C) and three highrise building models (Building models D, E and F) and get the results that the P-Delta Effect has an impact on changes structural performance level in Model E Building (56 meters) from Immediate Occupancy to Life Safety
