Abstract

Program pemberdayaan pemuda dalam pengelolaan potensi wisata berbasis SDGs di Desa Giling bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pemuda dalam manajemen destinasi wisata, pemasaran digital, dan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis komunitas. Pelatihan yang diberikan mencakup keterampilan manajerial, pengelolaan keuangan, serta pemahaman mengenai pariwisata berkelanjutan yang mengutamakan pelestarian alam dan budaya. Melalui pendekatan Training of Trainers (TOT), pemuda Desa Giling dapat menyebarkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh kepada anggota komunitas lainnya. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam pemasaran digital, perencanaan bisnis, dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih transparan. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap ketahanan sosial dan ekonomi desa, serta membuka peluang bagi desa lain untuk mengembangkan sektor pariwisata berbasis komunitas yang lebih berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study examines the impact of principal’s managerial competence and organizational climate on teacher performance, with teacher commitment as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative correlational approach, data were collected through surveys involving teachers at public senior high schools in Tuban Regency and analyzed using inferential statistics. The results show that both managerial competence and organizational climate positively influence teacher performance, directly and indirectly through teacher commitment. High levels of teacher commitment strengthen these relationships, indicating that schools led by competent principals and with supportive climates foster more committed and high-performing teachers. The study concludes that improving teacher performance requires not only effective leadership and a positive work environment but also efforts to increase teacher commitment. Educational policies should thus target principal development, organizational climate enhancement, and strategies that foster greater dedication among teachers to optimize educational outcomes.

Abstract

Peningkatan produksi padi untuk mencapai kebutuhan pangan nasional diperlukan paket teknik budidayayang baik yang meliputi varietas padi unggul, pemupukan, jarak tanam, dan sistem pengairan yang tepat. Telahdilakukan penelitian budidaya padi menggunakan varietas padi, jarak tanam dan sistem pengairan intermittentpada lahan sawah tadah hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui varietas padi dan jarak tanam yang tepatpada sistem pengairan intermitten di lahan tadah hujan. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2014 pada lahan tadahhujan dengan ketinggian tempat 765 m dpl. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan enamperlakuan yang merupakan kombinasi dari dua varietas padi (Ciherang dan Sintanur) dan tiga perlakuan jaraktanam (25x25 cm, 30x30 cm, dan 25x25x50 cm atau legowo 2:1) yang diulang empat kali. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa jarak tanam legowo 2:1 pada sistem pengairan intermittent merupakan perlakuan terbaikdalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi baik Ciherang maupun Sintanur.Kata kunci: varietas Ciherang dan Sintanur, jarak tanam, padi, pengairan intermittenABSTRACTEffort to increase rice production for achieve the demands of national food needed a good cultivationtechniques such as high-yielding rice varieties, fertilization, plant spacing, and proper irrigation system.Experiment of rice cultivation had been carried out using varieties of rice, row spacing, and irrigation system inthe rain-fed lands. This experiment aims to know the proper varieties of rice and row spacing on intermittentirrigation system in rain-fed land. The Experiment was conducted in 2014 at the rain-fed land with altitude 765 mabove sea level. Randomized Block Design was used with six treatment is a combination of two rice varieties(Ciherang and Sintanur) and three treatment space (25x25 cm, 30x30 cm, and 25x25x50 cm or Legowo 2: 1) andfour times replicating. The results showed that the row spacing of 25x25x50 cm or Legowo 2: 1 in the intermittentirrigation system is the best treatment to increase growth and yield of rice plants both Ciherang and Sintanur.Key words: Ciherang and Sintanur varities, row spacing, rice, intermittent irrigation

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mempelajari pengaruh interaksi antara dosis pupuk organik cair dan jarak tanamterhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sorgum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench). Penelitian dilakukan di StasiunLapangan Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor Jawa Barat. Lokasi ini memiliki ketinggiansekitar 760 meter di atas permukaan laut, tipe tanah inseptisol dan tipe iklim Oldeman C3 pada tahun 2012.Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan pola faktorial, dua faktor perlakuan dantiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk organik cair yang terdiri dari tiga taraf: 1,5 l / ha; 3 l / ha; dan 6l / ha. Faktor kedua adalah jarak tanam yang terdiri dari tiga taraf: 25 cm x 25 cm; 50 cm x 25 cm; dan 75 cm x 25cm. Pengamatan terdiri dari komponen hasil dan hasil tanaman sorgum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwaantara jarak tanam dan dosis pupuk cair memberikan efek interaksi terhadap berat malai sorgum. Perlakuan pupukorganik cair dengan dosis 6 l / ha dan jarak tanam pada level 50 cm x 25 cm memberikan efek terbaik terhadapberat malai sorgum (94,90 g). Pengaruh mandiri jarak tanam pada level 50 cm x 25 cm memberikan hasil terbaikterhadap bobot biji per tanaman (71,31 g). Perlakuan pupuk organik cair dan jarak tanam memberikan efek yangsama terhadap panjang malai, berat 1000 butir, persentase bobot biji per tanaman, indeks panen, dan hasil perlahan.Kata kunci: pupuk organik cair, jarak tanam, hasil, sorgumABSTRACTThe objective of research was to study the effect of interaction between dosage of liquid organic fertilizerand plant spacing on growth and yield of Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench). Research was carried out atAgriculture Faculty Field Station, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor West Java. The site has an altitude about760 meter above sea level, inceptisols soil type and C3 climate type of Oldeman in 2012. The experiment used aRandomized Block Design (RBD) with factorial pattern, two factor of treatment and three replications. The Firstfactor was dosage of liquid organic fertilizer which consist of three levels: 1,5 l/ha; 3 l/ha; dan 6 l/ha. The Secondfactor was plant spacing consist of three levels: 25 cm x 25 cm; 50 cm x 25 cm; and 75 cm x 25 cm. Observationsconsist of components of yield and yield of sorghum plants. The results of this experiment showed that betweenplant spacing and dosage of liquid fertilizer give an interaction effect to panicle weight of sorghum. Treatment ofliquid organic fertilizer at dosage 6 l/ha and plant spacing at level 50 cm x 25 cm gave the best effects on panicleweight sorgum (94,90 g). Single effect treatment of plant spacing at level 50 cm x 25 cm gave the best result tograin weight per plant (71,31 g). Treatment of liquid organic fertilizer and plant spacing give the same effect topanicle length, weight of 1000 grain, percentage of kernels weight per plant, harvest index, and yield per field.Key words: liquid organic fertilizer, plant space, yield, sorgum

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kemiskinan, pengaruh investasi terhadap kemiskinan, pengaruh belanja public terhadap kemiskinan serta menganalisis indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) dalam memoderasi pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, investasi, belanja publik terhadap kemiskinan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan model regresi dan MRA. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data kemiskinan, PDRB, data investasi, data laporan keuangan dan data IPM tahun 2016-2020 seluruh kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Investasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Belanja public pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Belanja public kesehatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) memperkuat pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kemiskinan. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh investasi terhadap kemiskinan. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) memperlemah pengaruh belanja public pendidikan terhadap kemiskinan. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh belanja public kesehatan terhadap kemiskinan.

Abstract

Kestabilan serta pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam suatu negara merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang harus dihadapi oleh semua negara di dunia tanpa terkecuali dengan negara Indonesia. Pertumbuhan ekonomi seharusnya dapat memperlihatkan tren yang meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Namun demikian perkembangan pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara Indonesia dalam waktu 5 tahun terakhir dapat dikatakan fluktuatif. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja ekspor dalam memoderasi pengaruh insentif fiskal melalui skema fasilitas KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor) dan nilai tukar mata uang terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian negara Indonesia dari tahun 2010 hingga 2022. Sumber data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistika, Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai serta laman Bank Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan nilai tukar mata uang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kinerja ekspor tidak memoderasi fasilitas KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi namun memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan nilai tukar mata uang terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the implementation of Virtual Reality (VR)-based learning media in public primary schools (SDN) to improve the effectiveness and engagement of students in the learning process. The problem raised in this research is the low engagement and motivation of students in conventional learning, which often results in a lack of understanding and academic achievement. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of 5th and 6th grade students, teachers, and principals at SDNs that have adopted VR-based learning media. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data validation was conducted using triangulation techniques to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data obtained. The collected data were analyzed using interactive analysis method, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. The results showed that the implementation of VR-based learning media was able to significantly increase student engagement and motivation. Students were more enthusiastic in attending lessons and showed improved understanding of the material, as well as improvement in cognitive ability and comprehension of subject matter, especially in science and history subjects. Constraints include the need for technical training for teachers and the limitations of VR devices. The implication of this research is the importance of developing and implementing technology-based learning media in primary schools to create a more interactive and engaging learning experience for students.

Abstract

The formula at the research is The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Tugumulyo is a education the swasta institute have the achievement to know from the statistic graudiantion data and change class is up. The beside at general lesson study, the islamic lesson studi have the same. But the special The Al Qur’an and Hadits, there are many student is low have Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) subject is 75/76. The other indicator is low the learning motivation and the learning discipline is low, its can showed the habits at school, as didn’t to studying with maximal as the late came to class, dowsiness, and didn’t homework, didn’t active at class or group, the peformence student is hight and didn’t studying is special at Monday, made a scene in the class if the teacher was absen. The research uses a quantitative approach using associative methods. While this type of research is field research. The research data was collected using the observation method, questionnaires and documentation using multiple regression and F test. The results of the research that: 1) The results of the t test above can be explained that the Motivation variable towards learning outcomes at The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Village F Trikoyo, Tugumulyo Subdistrict, MusiRawas Regency showed that ttest = 3.471 was more than ttable = 1.683 with dk = 40 and significant level sig = 0.004, this means that partially the Motivation variable had a significant effect on learning outcomes at The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Village F Trikoyo District TugumulyoMusi Rawas Regency. This proves the hypothesis in the study is proven and the hypothesis is accepted. 2) The results of the t test are explained that the Discipline variable learns about the learning outcomes of the The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Village F Trikoyo, TugumulyoSubdistrict, MusiRawas Regency showed that tcount = 3.782 was greater than t table = 1.683 with dk = 40 and significant level sig = 0.001, this means that partially the discipline of learning discipline had a significant effect on learning outcomes at The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Village F Trikoyo District TugumulyoMusiRawas Regency. This proves the hypothesis in the study is proven and the hypothesis is accepted. 3) Value of Ftest > Ftable means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning the Motivation variable (X1) and learning Discipline variable (X2) have a significant effect on learning outcomes (Y) in The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Village F Trikoyo District Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

MSMEs become one of the backbones of the national economy have enormous economic potential. Semarang City has 17,564 MSMEs (95%) and in the last five years, the turnover of MSMEs assisted by the Central Java Provincial Government has increased by Rp. 30.45 trillion. However, that does not mean that MSMEs do not encounter obstacles. This obstacle is exacerbated by the conditions of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Pandemic, the majority of business people experiencing a decline in turnover. The MSMEs affected by the pandemic are approximately 1,538 MSMEs, as many as 50% of MSMEs are food processing, and the remaining 50% are mixed MSMEs. It is necessary to assist the Community Service Team of the State University of Semarang (PPM Unnes) with the target audience of MSMEs in the City of Semarang, namely Strengthening Knk Koffee Resources Partners. This home-based coffee processing industry is a café stockist from 60 coffee shops (75% supplier) in Semarang, with an average turnover of 100 million per month. This activity is in line with the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of Semarang City for 2016-2021. The community/locality development (CD/LD) model used includes community services, empowering, and relations, with the stages of collecting facts, problem formulation, program planning, action and communication, and evaluation. This activity is expected to improve the quality of partners/MSMEs by increasing the competitiveness, production, turnover and welfare of partners. Government support, research institutions and banks with motivating forces, credit, upkeep gear, and quality standard help will increment efficiency and quality whereas expanding smallholder coffee costs.

Abstract

Education plays important role in improving the quality of human resources and maintaining its existence, alumni loyalty is a major factor in maintaining a school’s reputation, but many alumni lose their emotional attachment to the school after graduating. This study analysis the effect of service quality on alumni loyalty through customer satisfaction with promotion as a moderating variable at SMP Negeri 3 Kaloran. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey method. Data were collected through questionaires to 128 alumni selected using the proportional statified random sampling technique. Data analysis using IBM SPSS version 25. The results showed that service quality had a positive effect on laumni loyalty and customer satisfaction, while customer satisfaction did not have a significant effect on alumni loyalty. Customer satisfaction did not act as asignificant mediating variable in the relationship between service quality and alumni loyalty. And promotion has been shown to strenghten the relationship between customer satisfaction and alumni loyalty. This study recommends improving service quality, techer communication with alumni, and strengthening digital promotions to strenghten alumni relationship with school.
