Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of principal leadership, organizational culture, and academic supervision on teacher performance, as well as the moderating role of work motivation in these relationships. Teacher performance is reflected in the quality of teaching and learning activities and other institutional duties. Improving teacher performance requires various supports, including effective leadership, a strong organizational culture, adequate academic supervision, and high work motivation. The study employed a quantitative, ex post facto design with a proportional random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 115 teachers from State Vocational Schools in Kudus Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires, and analyzed using path analysis with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that principal leadership, organizational culture, and academic supervision each have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, work motivation was found to strengthen the influence of leadership on performance. However, work motivation did not significantly moderate the influence of organizational culture or academic supervision on teacher performance. These findings suggest that enhancing teacher performance requires not only structural and cultural improvements but also strategies to increase teachers’ work motivation, particularly in supporting effective leadership practices

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, competence, and job satisfaction on the performance of junior high school principals in Grobogan Regency by considering the role of organizational culture as a mediating variable and Javanese culture based coaching as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis to examine how motivation, competence, and organizational culture affect the performance of junior high school principals in Grobogan Regency. Job satisfaction serves as a mediating variable, while Javanese culture-based coaching acts as a moderator. Data were collected from 100 principals using validated questionnaires, and analyzed with the SEM-PLS method. The results show that motivation, competence, and job satisfaction significantly influence organizational culture, and both motivation and organizational culture significantly enhance principal performance. However, coaching based on Javanese culture and its interaction with organizational culture do not show significant direct effects on performance. Overall, the model demonstrates strong validity, reliability, predictive relevance (Q²), and a high goodness of fit (GoF = 0.562), indicating its robustness in explaining the relationships between the studied variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of MIPA (Natural Sciences and Mathematics) laboratory service quality on work culture and student loyalty in a higher education setting. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey method, the research involved 116 students from Mathematics Education, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics programs at Jabal Ghafur University. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that service quality has a positive and significant influence on work culture and a highly significant direct impact on student loyalty. Conversely, work culture exhibits no direct or mediating influence on student loyalty. This underscores that students' perceptions of service quality are the primary factor shaping their institutional loyalty, while work culture plays a more internal organizational role. These findings imply that enhancing laboratory service quality particularly in areas like tangibility, empathy, and reliability should be prioritized in strategies to boost student loyalty. Although work culture remains vital for internal management, it does not serve as a significant intermediary between service quality and student loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of inclusive curriculum standards in promoting educational equity in Indonesia, identify strategies to enhance educational accessibility for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly in the context of content standards, and investigate the challenges in developing inclusive curricula. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the study analyzes 50 scholarly articles from reputable academic databases, including Google Scholar, Web of Science (WoS), and Lens. The findings indicate that inclusive education aspires to provide equitable access to education for all children, including those with special educational needs, with the goal of optimizing each student's potential and fostering a more tolerant and inclusive society. In Indonesia, inclusive education is supported by a range of policies that offer a legal foundation for its implementation. Several strategies have been adopted to improve accessibility to quality education for students with special needs, including the development of inclusive curriculum standards, inter-sectoral collaboration, and efforts to improve infrastructure and teacher capacity. Nevertheless, the implementation of inclusive curricula continues to face significant challenges, such as inadequate facilities, limited teacher training, persistent social stigma, and difficulties in tailoring curricula to meet the diverse needs of learners. The success of inclusive education depends on largely on the collaborative commitment of key stakeholders, government bodies, educational institutions, communities, and families, to cultivate a truly inclusive learning environment. This study underscores the critical importance of shared responsibility and sustained engagement in overcoming these barriers to achieve equitable and inclusive education for all children in Indonesia.

Abstract

The growing competition among private high schools has made student satisfaction and loyalty crucial for educational sustainability. This study aims to analyze the influence of educational staff services and teacher competence on student satisfaction and loyalty in private high schools in Padang Timur District, with competitor intensity as a moderating variable. A quantitative survey was conducted with 280 respondents using proportional stratified random sampling, and data were analyzed through path analysis, Sobel test, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings indicate that both educational staff services and teacher competence significantly affect student satisfaction and loyalty, with satisfaction acting as a partial mediator, while competitor intensity weakens the satisfaction–loyalty relationship. These results highlight the need for continuous improvement in administrative services, teacher competence, and clear differentiation strategies to sustain competitiveness in education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing economics teachers' behavioral intentions to use Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in teaching, using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the foundational framework. The respondents of the study were high school economics teachers in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. Data were collected from 119 respondents using the accidental sampling technique. A questionnaire developed by previous researchers was used to gather research data. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed as the data analysis method. The findings indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions significantly determine the level of teachers' intention to use GAI in teaching. Furthermore, the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) variable serves as a moderating variable in the research model. The practical implications of this study suggest that educational institutions, teachers, and policymakers need to enhance understanding, provide training, and implement policies that support the integration of TPACK-based Generative AI. These efforts aim to encourage the effective use of this technology to improve the quality of teaching and learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of financial literacy, parental socio-economics, and financial technology on saving behavior with consumptive behavior as moderation in economic education students at Semarang State University in 2021. The population in this study were students of the Department of Economics Education at Semarang State University in the class of 2021. The number of samples in this study was calculated using the Slovin formula with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical analysis and moderation regression analysis. The results of the study show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on saving behavior (14.36%). Meanwhile, parents' social economy and financial technology have no effect on saving behavior. Consumptive behavior is not able to moderate the influence of financial literacy, parents' socio-economic status, and financial technology on saving behavior. Suggestions that can be given are that students are expected to continue to increase saving behavior, can reduce consumptive behavior by reducing product purchases because of offering gifts when they don't really need them, and can increase their financial literacy so that it is even better, especially in terms of loans, investments, and insurance.
