Abstract

Today’s the competition in the retail business is very tight, so retail businesses must pay attention to the factors that can influence the development of their business. One of the factors that must be considered is customer loyalty. The objectives of this study are to determine the effect of service quality and product marketing strategy for customer satisfaction, as well as its impact on customer loyalty at Mutiara Cahaya Supermarket Tegal Regency. This study used a quantitative descriptive to explain the causality relationship between service quality and marketing strategies on customer satisfaction, and their impact on customer loyalty. The population was all Mutiara Cahaya Supermarket customers who had a member card with a total sampling of 100 people by using a incidental sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple regression and path analysis. The results show that there is an influence of service quality and marketing strategy on customer satisfaction, there is an influence of service quality and marketing strategy on customer loyalty. The conclusion shows that there is no influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and there is an influence of marketing strategies on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The high growth of Islamic Credit and Financing Union (KSPPS) in Indonesia encounters several problems, and one of which is financial performance. This study attempts to uncover the factors influencing financial performance of Islamic Credit and Financing Union (KSPPS) in Salatiga using Pecking Order Theory (POT) inits analysis. POT explains how company’s preference uses fund in doing their operational activity. The expected factors influencingIslamic Credit and Financing Union (KSPPS)’s financial performance are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Finance (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Expenses-Operating Income (OEOI), and capital structure. The analysis methodology of this study is multiple panel regression employing software Eviews 9. The result of regression test shows that OEOI affects partially towards Return on Asset (ROA). In contrast, the other factors such as CAR, NPF, and capital structure do not have any significant influence towards ROA. The differencesbetween this study and previous studies are on the city-scopefinancial data of Islamic Credit and Financing Union (KSPPS) and the use of POT implemented to explain financial performance.

Abstract

The performance of Human Resources becomes the spearhead of organization in achieving the goal of its working programs. The organization attempts to improve the performance of Human Resources to achieve its vision and mission. The high performance of Human Resources is able to make the organization go concern and competition in providing its service. The performance of Human Resources still becomes a problem which is faced by the school (Islamic Senior High School). A good performance of teachers is one of organization’s targets in achieving high working productivity. This research aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of organizational culture through working motivation towards the Economics teacher’s performance of Islamic Senior High School in Kudus Regency. The method of this research uses quantitative approach and field research type. The population is 50 Economics teachers in Kudus Regency with census sample. The data collection techniques of this research are documentation and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques are multiple regression test and path analysis. The result of regression test shows that organizational culture and working motivation have positive significant effect partially towards the performance of Economics teachers. The organizational culture and working motivation have positive significant effect simultaneously towards the performance of Economics teachers. The path analysis test reveals the big effect of organizational culture does not directly affect teacher’s performance through working motivation of 29,6% which is proven by total effect > dirrect effect = (0,562 > 0,336) meaning that there is a positive effect of organizational culture towards the performance of Economics teachers of Islamic Senior High School over Kudus Regency through working motivation. Working motivation will be more strengthening the organizational culture in achieving the performance of Economics teachers.

Abstract

Graduates of the marketing expertise competency at the SMK Pharmasi Semarang Foundation are not in accordance with the competencies required by the Business World and the Industrial World (DUDI) as a medical representative. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy for increasing medical representative competency in terms of learning, collaboration with DUDI, and human resource development (teachers). This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation then the data is reduced. The strategy to increase medical representative competence is carried out through practical learning by conducting simulation learning in the learning process inside and outside of school. Learning conducted in schools focuses on practical simulations to sharpen student competencies in communicating with doctors and understand products to be promoted through industry-based learning. Non-school learning is carried out through a collaboration program between school agencies and DUDI in the form of fieldwork practices by adjusting the implementation time of the apprenticeship with the allocation of concept time for pharmaceutical sales. Achievement of medical representative competencies for marketing students is supported by teacher competency. Teacher competence in the field of medical representative is obtained through the on the job training program.

Abstract

Cationic interaction of Mn+2and Ti +4substitution on conventional hexaferriteBaFe O have been studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and  analysis by the Rietveld method. These Research was conducted by combining compound of Fe O12 19 TiO2 to form  (Fe,MnTi)2O  phase3BaCO3 phase and heated at 1200. Then, Compound of (Fe,MnTi)0 C to form of BaFe12-2xresult of rietveld analysisshowed that the composition of Hexaferrite BaFe22 3, MnCO  and3O  phase mixed withMn Ti O3x x 19 compounds. The  as main phase and Fe2Oas a second phase. At all compositions showed that the largerfraction of ions Mn+23  and Ti+4 ions able to change latice parameter from  the volume unitcell of conventional hexaferrite. The results reatveld iteration of the phaseBaFe MnTiO (x = 1.0) obtained values of lattice parameters a = 5.9116 Ǻ and c =23.2532 Ǻ or shrinkage abaut 5,0 % volume unit cell and at  BaFe Mn Ti O10 19 (x=2.5)the volume unit cell 7,0% lower  than conventional hexaferrite.Keywords: Rietveld, unit cell, substitusi io,  hexaferrite, 12-2x7 2.5 2.5 19Mn Ti Ox x 19

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian untuk mengetahui kandungan bakteri asam laktat (BAL) dan bakteri selulolitik pada pollard yang difermentasi dengan cairan rumen dan Cairan Limbah Sayur Fermentasi (CLSF).  Pembuatan CLSF dengan mencampur limbah sayuran kubis 80% dan sawi 20%, serta garam 8% dan molases 6,4% dari total limbah sayur, kemudian diperam selama 6 hari dan diperas untuk diambil ekstraknya.  Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 2x4 dengan 4 ulangan.  Faktor pertama adalah pemeraman 0 dan 48 jam dan faktor kedua adalah rasio ELSF:cairan rumen 0:0 (B0); 20:10 (B1); 20:20 (B2) dan 10:20 (B3).  Analisis bakteri asam laktat dan bakteri selulolitik menggunakan metode hitungan cawan tuang (Standard Plate Count).Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh perlakuan pemeraman sangat nyata (p<0,05) terhadap kandungan BAL. Fermentasi ELSF:cairan rumen pada pemeraman 48 jam dan perlakuan B3 terbukti mampu mempengaruhi jumlah kandungan BALyaitu sebesar 4,05 x 107sel/g, jumlah ini lebih besar dibandingkan pada saat pemeraman 0 jam dengan perlakuan yang sama yaitu sebesar 0,075x 107sel/g.  Simpulan penelitian ini adalah lama waktu fermentasi dapat meningkatkan jumlah BAL dan jumlah nutrisi yang masih memungkinkan untuk berlangsungnya metabolisme BAL, namun pada perlakuan dan pemeraman yang sama bakteri selulolitik tidak mampu untuk tumbuh.  Perlukajian lanjut terhadap kemungkinan penambahan rasio CLSF dan cairan rumen serta lama waktu fermentasi agar bakteri selulolitik mampu berproliferasi. Kata Kunci:starter, CLSF, cairan rumen, bakteri asam laktat, bakteri selulolitik. ABSTRACT           Experimentto determine the content of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and cellulolytic bacteria tothe pollard fermentation with rumen fluid and extractoffermentedvegetablewastes(EFVW).  Making the EFVW, mixing the wastes of cabbage 80% and mustard 20% with salt 8% and molasses 6.4% of the total vegetable wastes, then cured for 6 days, and it was mechanically exctrcated to get the EFSW.  This research using a complety randomized design (CRD) factorial (2x4) with 4 replication.  The first factor are incubation times, 0 and 48 hours, second factors ratio of EFVW:rumen fluid  (B0); 20:10 (B1); 20:20 (B2) and 10:20 (B3).  Analyzes of lactid acid bacteria (LAB) and cellulolytic bacteria (CB)were conducted by themethod of standard plate count.  Data were analyzed  of analyst  variant.  The result showed that there was interaction of treatment is significant (p<0,05) on the content of LAB.  Fermentation of EFVW:rumen fluid in 48 hours incubationof B3-treatment afford affect the content with the number 4.05 x 107cell/g the number is greater than 0 hours with time the same is 7.5 x 105.  This result indicate that a timeof fermentation can increase the number of bacteria and the nutrient still allows of the LAB-metabolism, however treatments of ratio EFVW:RF as well as time of curing made the cellulolytic bacteria have not proliferate. Keywords: starter, EFVW, rumen fluid, lactis acid bacteria, cellulolityc bacteria

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research aimed to examine the influence of the effect of curcuma supplementation and Zn-proteinat on level of hemoglobin, hematocrit and alkaline phosphatase enzyme activity in subclinical mastitis of dairy cows. The material used 16 dairy cows (PFH) in with subclinical mastitis. The diet consist of elephants grass, field grass, tofu waste and concentrate. The experiment used were Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. Four treatments were T0=Feed control without the addition of Curcuma xanthoriza and Zn proteinate, T1= Feed+2% Curcuma xanthorhiza suplement, T2=Feed+ 40 ppm Zn proteinate suplement, T3=Feed+2% Curcuma xanthorhiza suplement+40 ppm Zn proteinate suplement. Parameters measured were the level of hemoglobin, hematocrit and alkaline phosphatase enzyme activity. The results showed that the treatment were not significant effect (P> 0,05). The average on the level of hemoglobin before treatment T0, T1, T2, and T3 7,83; 9,13; 7,68 and 7,85g/dl , and after treatment and T0, T1, T2 and T3 9,30; 9,20; 8,65 and 9,33. The average on the level of hematocrit before treatment T0, T1, T2 and T3 27,50; 27,25; 26,25; 25,75%, and after treatment T0, T1, T2, T3 27,25; 27,25; 26,25 and 25,75%. The average on the alkaline phosphatase enzyme activity before treatment T0, T1, T2 and T3 95,75; 90,25; 91,50; 75,50 U/I, and after treatment T0, T1, T2, T3 128,10; 128,70; 83,10 and 108,90 U/I. This althought they were not significant deffernt this research showed third the additional curcuma and zn proteinat suplement increased the level of hemoglobin and alkaline phosphatase enzyme activity, but did not effect the level of hematocrit.Keywords: dairy cow, hemoglobin, hematocrit, alkaline phosphatase enzymABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan suplemen temulawak da Zn-proteinat dalam ransum terhadap kadar hemoglobin, hematokrit, dan aktivitas enzim fosfatase alkalis pada Sapi perah Peranakan Friesian Holstein (PFH) penderita mastitis subklinis. Materi yang digunakan adalah 16 ekor sapi perah Peranakan Friesian Holstein penderita mastitis subklinis. Ransum yang digunakan dari rumput gajah, rumput lapang, ampas tahu dan konsentrat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan penelitian yaitu T0 (ransum kontrol), T1 (ransum + 2% suplemen temulawak), T2 (ransum + 40 ppm Zn-proteinat) dan T3 (ransum + 2% suplemen curcuma temulawak + 40 ppm Zn-proteinat). Parameter yang diukur adalah terhadap kadar hemoglobin, hematokrit, dan aktivitas enzim fosfatase alkalis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap terhadap kadar hemoglobin, hematokrit, dan aktivitas enzim fosfatase alkalis. Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum perlakuan T0, T1, T2 dan T3 adalah 7,83; 9,13; 7,68 dan 7,85 g/dl, dan setelah perlakuan T0, T1, T2 dan T3 adalah 9,30; 9,20; 8,65; 9,33; rata-rata kadar hematokrit sebelum perlakuan T0, T1, T2 dan T3 adalah 27,50; 27,25; 26,25 dan 25,75 %, dan setelah perlakuan T0, T1, T2 dan T3 adalah 27,25; 27,25; 26,25 dan 25,75 %, dan rata-rata kadar aktivitas enzim fosfatase alkalis sebelum perlakuan T0, T1, T2 dan T3 adalah 95,75; 90,25; 91,50 dan 75,50 U/I, setelah perlakuan T0, T1, T2 dan T3 adalah 128,10; 128,70; 83,10 dan 108,90 U/I. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan suplemen temulawak da Zn proteinat dalam ransum mempengaruhi terhadap kadar hemoglobin dan aktivitas enzim fosfatase alkalis. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan  penelitian mengetahui total jamur serta keberadaan  kapang dan khamir pada starter Ekstrak  Limbah  Sayur Fermentasi (ELSF) dengan penambahan  cairan  rumen. Materi penelitian adalah pollard yang digunakan sebagai substrat untuk  pertumbuhan  kapang dan  khamir. Rancangan  percobaan yang digunakan adalah  Rancangan  Acak  Lengkap  (RAL) pola faktorial (4x2). Faktor A dengan  4 perlakuan yaitu  perbandingan  ELSF dan cairan  rumen (0:0, 10:20, 20:20, 20:10) dan faktor B adalah lama pemeraman (0 jam dan 48 jam), serta 4 ulangan dari setiap perlakuan. Parameter yang diamati adalah total jamur serta keberadaan kapang dan khamir. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa tidak  ada interaksi antara perlakuan  dan  lama pemeraman  terhadap  total jamur. Perlakuan perbandingan ELSF dan  cairan  rumen serta lama peram 48  jam menghasilkan total jamur lebih tinggi (P<0,05) dibanding kontrol dan lama peram 0 jam. Pemeraman 48 jam menunjukkan adanya kapang pada starter. Identifikasi kapang yang tumbuh pada starter adalah Aspergillus sp. Pemeraman 0  jam menunjukkan  adanya khamir pada starter dikarenakan pada ELSF terdapat khamir Saccharomyces sp yang dapat dimanfaatkan  dalam proses fermentasi. Simpulan penelitian adalah perlakuan perbandingan ELSF dan cairan rumen serta pemeraman 48 jam meningkatkan total jamur pada starter. Kapang Aspergillus sp dan  khamir Saccharomyces cerevisiae tumbuh  pada starter yang tersusun  dari kombinasi ekstrak  limbah  sayur fermentasi dengan  cairan rumen  yang diinokulasikan pada substrat pollard.Kata kunci : ELSF; cairan rumen; total jamur; kapang; khamir ABSTRACT This study was aimed  to measure total fungi as well as the presence of mold and yeast in the starter ELSF with the addition of rumen fluid. Factor A with 4 treatments, comparison ELSF and rumen fluid (0: 0, 10:20, 20:20, 20:10) and factor B was a long ripening (0 h and 48 h), and 4 replications of each treatment. Parameters measured was total fungi as well as the presence of mold  and  yeast. Treatment comparison ELSF and rumen  fluid produces mushrooms and long ripened total of 48 hours resulted in a total of fungi was higher (P <0.05) than the control. Ripening 48 hours showed the presence of mold on the starter. Identification of mold that grows on the starter is Aspergillus sp. Ripening 0 hours showed the yeast in the starter because the yeast Saccharomyces sp ELSF there that can be used in the fermentation process. The conclusions of this research is the treatment comparison ELSF and rumen fluid as well as long ripening increases the total mushroom starter. Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the effect of supplementation of vegetable oil (corn oil, palm oil and kapok seed oil) on in vitro ruminal fermentability and nutrient digestibility. Experiment design used was Randomized Block Design with four treatments and four replication based on rumen fluid sampling time. The four treatments namely R0 = feed without oil supplementation; R1 = R0 + 5% corn oil; R2 = R0 + 5% palm oil; and R3 = R0 + 5% kapok seed oil. The result showed that supplementation of 5% vegetable oil did not affect (P>0,05) the rumen pH, A/P ratio, and efficiency of energy conversion. The total VFA, acetate, propionate, butyrate, methane and NH3 was higher (P<0,05) in supplementation of 5% vegetable oil than he control. The population of protozoa, microbial protein, in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD), organic matter digestibility (IVOMD), and crude fiber digestibility (IVCFD) was lower (P<0,05) in supplementation of 5% compared to the control. Population of protozoa decreased until 58,76% for R1; 66,89% for R2; and 43,33% for R3. It can be concluded that supplementation of 5% vegetable oil decreased the population of protozoa, increased the production of VFA and NH3. Supplementation of 5% kapok seed oil resulting the highest of total VFA, acetate, propionate, butyrate and NH3 among other treatments.

Abstract

Asian Games 2018 dinilai sebagai pendorong kebangkitan olahraga nasional yang diiringi dengan penguatan peran sport science. Biomekanika sebagai salah satu area sport science menyediakan analisis gerak guna meningkatkan performa atlet. Permasalahannya, prinsip dan hukum mekanika Newtonian yang umum digunakan dinilai sulit karena counterintuitive dan kurang memberikan analisis yang bermakna. Pada saat bersamaan, kesenjangan antara teori dan aplikasi pada sport science masih terjadi. Beberapa ahli berupaya mengembangkan seperangkat prinsip-prinsip umum untuk aplikasi biomekanika kualitatif. Tulisan ini mencoba membahas prinsip-prinsip biomekanika kualitatif sebagai sebuah upaya menjembatani antara teori dan aplikasi dalam sport science.
