Abstract

Kajian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengkaji bagaimana komitmen organisasi, keterlibatan digital (digital engagement), serta employer branding memengaruhi perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan di industri kreatif. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dengan survei yang diberikan kepada 200 responden yang ditentukan menerapkan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis dilaksanakan dengan regresi linear berganda, disertai pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, serta asumsi klasik untuk memastikan kelayakan model. Perolehan studi ini mengindikasikan bahwasanya baik secara simultan maupun parsial, ketiga variable independent tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada OCB. Komitmen organisasi terbukti mendorong munculnya loyalitas dan keterikatan emosional yang memotivasi karyawan untuk berkontribusi secara sukarela. Sementara itu, keterlibatan digital memperkuat partisipasi, mendorong kolaborasi, dan menciptakan rasa keterhubungan antar karyawan. Di sisi lain, employer branding yang kuat menumbuhkan rasa bangga dan identitas positif terhadap perusahaan, yang mendorong karyawan untuk memberikan kontribusi melebihi peran formal mereka. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya bagi organisasi di sektor industri kreatif untuk secara aktif memperkuat ketiga aspek tersebut. Dengan begitu, mereka dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung tumbuhnya perilaku OCB, sekaligus meningkatkan produktivitas dan membentuk budaya kerja yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Mobile banking is a digital service product provided by banks to facilitate daily transactions. In Indonesia, there is sharia-based mobile banking. However, there are still many customers who have not utilized digital mobile banking services. This is partly influenced by digital marketing promotions that have not been optimal. Not only that, the increasing risk of cybercrime makes customers have a negative perception of the use of mobile banking and prefer to use an automatic teller machine. The study seeks to determine whether risk perception and digital marketing have an impact on consumers' decisions to utilize mobile banking. This study employed a quantitative methodology and gathered data from a sample of 100 participants. The normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test (t test, f test, and R2 test) are the data analysis procedures employed. The study's findings demonstrate a favorable relationship between perceived risk and digital marketing's ability to influence consumer choices. The results of the test for coefficient of determination yielded an R2 value of 0.75, or 75%. Customers' decisions to utilize mobile banking are influenced by digital marketing outcomes and risk perception, while the remaining percentage is explained by factors other than the independent variables employed in the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi inovatif dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) serta bagaimana pengembangan kreativitas karyawan dapat digunakan sebagai kekuatan strategis untuk memperkuat organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan praktisi HR, manajer organisasi, dan pakar pengembangan organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas karyawan merupakan aset penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan di tengah dinamika bisnis yang semakin kompleks. Namun, banyak organisasi masih menghadapi hambatan dalam mengintegrasikan pendekatan kreatif, terutama karena budaya organisasi yang belum mendukung eksperimen dan sistem evaluasi yang konvensional. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembentukan budaya organisasi yang aman secara psikologis, mendukung kegagalan sebagai bagian dari proses belajar, serta penerapan sistem penghargaan yang mendorong kontribusi inovatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan kreativitas harus menjadi bagian integral dari strategi manajemen SDM guna menciptakan ekosistem inovasi yang berkelanjutan dan memperkuat ketahanan organisasi dalam era disrupsi digital dan ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to analyze rebranding, repackaging, and digital marketing for micro, small, and medium business owners in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through interviews and focus group discussions with Indonesian Micro, Small, and Medium Business Owners. The results of the study indicate that rebranding, repackaging, and digital marketing program to improve the capabilities of micro, small, and medium businesses is running well.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotions and prices on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is made up of customers who have previously purchased the product. This research used the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 90 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, t-test, f-test, multiple regression analysis test, and determination test using IBM SPSS 21. Calculation results in the t test where the sig value has a partial effect X1 against Y of 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-count value is 7.753 > t-table 1.663. Then calculate the t test, where the sig value partially influences The results of this research show that the promotion and price variables have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. By increasing promotional activities and setting the right prices, purchasing decisions will increase.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation and career development on employee job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze how much influence work motivation and career development have on employee job satisfaction, partially, jointly, or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to a research sample of 50 employees. The results of the t-test research on work motivation and employee job satisfaction are based on t-count results of 2.929 > t-table 1.677, and the career development t-test on employee job satisfaction is based on t-count results of 6.933 > t-table 1.677. So there is a partially significant influence between work motivation and employee job satisfaction and career development on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, based on the results of the F test, the influence of work motivation and career development on employee job satisfaction is based on the results of f-count 129.789 > f-table 4.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of the work environment and leadership style on job satisfaction and aims to analyze how much influence the work environment and leadership style partially, jointly, or simultaneously have on employee job satisfaction. This research uses an observational method with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to the entire research sample of 69 employees. The results of the work environment t-test research on job satisfaction were based on t-count results of 4.769 > t-table 1.996 and on leadership style t-tests on job satisfaction with t-count results of 2.818 > 1.996. So it can be concluded that work environment variables and leadership style have a significant, partial, or simultaneous effect on employee performance. By further improving the comfort of the work environment and a good leadership style, it will have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja Karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Intan Cemerlang. Dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Yayasan Pendidikan Intan Cemerlang. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari bagian tata usaha, jumlah karyawan di yayasan tersebut adalah sebanyak 46 orang. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa secara Parsial, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Intan Cemerlang dengan nilai hasil uji T yang menunjukan nilai T hitung sebesar 2.314 > T Tabel (2.017) dengan nilai signifikasi 0.025 < 0.05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan pembagian tugas kerja yang jelas akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Intan Cemerlang.  Secara Parsial, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Intan Cemerlang dengan nilai hasil uji T yang menunjukan nilai T hitung sebesar 2.904 > T Tabel (2.017) dengan nilai signifikasi 0.006 < 0.05. Hal ini membuktikan memberikan kompensasi yang tinggi dan sesuai dengan beban kerja yang diberikan akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Intan Cemerlang. Dan secara simultan, Lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Intan Cemerlang dengan nilai hasil uji F yang menunjukan nilai f hitung > f tabel yaitu 37.166 > 3.214 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 < 0.05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa secara bersamaan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman serta kompensasi yang tinggi dan sesuai akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Intan Cemerlang.

Abstract

In the rapidly expanding digital economy, businesses increasingly rely on online promotional tools to attract and retain customers. This study investigated the effect of affiliate marketing on consumer purchase decisions. Grounded in consumer behavior and digital marketing theories, the research aimed to understand how affiliate marketing strategies influence purchasing behavior in online environments. A quantitative approach was employed using a structured questionnaire distributed to online shoppers who had interacted with affiliate marketing content. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to examine the relationship between affiliate marketing and purchase decision variables. The findings revealed that affiliate marketing had a significant and positive influence on consumer purchase decisions. The results indicated that effective affiliate strategies, such as personalized recommendations and transparent product reviews, increased consumer trust and purchase intention. Theoretically, the study contributed to the development of digital marketing literature by confirming the role of affiliate strategies in shaping online consumer decision-making. Practically, the results provided insights for marketers to design more credible and targeted affiliate campaigns that enhance consumer engagement and conversion rates. It was concluded that affiliate marketing served as an important promotional tool that shaped consumer decision-making patterns in the digital marketplace. Future studies were suggested to explore the role of influencer credibility and technological innovation in strengthening the impact of affiliate marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan Captain Barbershop area Kelapa Gading dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Fokus kajian meliputi kualitas sarana dan prasarana, efektivitas aplikasi membership, serta strategi bersaing yang diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi terhadap pelanggan dan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pelayanan sudah cukup memadai, namun keterbatasan lahan parkir menjadi salah satu kekurangan. Aplikasi membership dianggap membantu pelanggan dalam proses transaksi dan mendapatkan keuntungan, meskipun masih terdapat gangguan server. Strategi bersaing melalui kombinasi layanan profesional dan digitalisasi dinilai efektif dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini mendukung teori SERVQUAL, terutama pada dimensi tangibles, reliability, dan responsiveness, serta menunjukkan pentingnya integrasi teknologi dalam pelayanan jasa modern.
