Abstract

With organizational commitment acting as an intermediary variable in the study's analysis of the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction and intention to leave, employees. Nonprobability sampling methods with saturated sampling types are used in this sampling methodology. Using a Likert scale with five categories, the questionnaire asks for information. The data analysis method employed in this inquiry is the route analysis method. The analysis used in this study includes a validity test, a reliability test, a normality test, a coefficient of determination test, an f-test, a t-test, and a Sobel test to determine the mediating effect. The study's results show that burnout affects organizational commitment, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, burnout and job satisfaction both affect organizational commitment, burnout affects turnover intention, job satisfaction affects turnover intention, organizational commitment affects turnover intention, and burnout toward work affects organizational commitment.

Abstract

Mobile banking is a digital service product provided by banks to facilitate daily transactions. In Indonesia, there is sharia-based mobile banking. However, there are still many customers who have not utilized digital mobile banking services. This is partly influenced by digital marketing promotions that have not been optimal. Not only that, the increasing risk of cybercrime makes customers have a negative perception of the use of mobile banking and prefer to use an automatic teller machine. The study seeks to determine whether risk perception and digital marketing have an impact on consumers' decisions to utilize mobile banking. This study employed a quantitative methodology and gathered data from a sample of 100 participants. The normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test (t test, f test, and R2 test) are the data analysis procedures employed. The study's findings demonstrate a favorable relationship between perceived risk and digital marketing's ability to influence consumer choices. The results of the test for coefficient of determination yielded an R2 value of 0.75, or 75%. Customers' decisions to utilize mobile banking are influenced by digital marketing outcomes and risk perception, while the remaining percentage is explained by factors other than the independent variables employed in the study.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is discretionary behavior that plays a role in the psychological and social environment at work. A successful organization or company definitely needs workers who can be responsible and work harder than expected. This can also affect a nurse's professional commitment. This research aims to find out how work involvement and social support influence professional commitment and organizational citizenship behavior with research subjects at general hospitals. This research uses a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques to determine the sample size of 100 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire, which was then analyzed using path analysis. The results of this research show that path one, or sub-structural one, namely work involvement and social support, has a significant influence on professional commitment, both simultaneously and partially. Work participation, social support, and professional commitment the outcomes of route or sub-structural two have a major impact on organizational citizenship behavior, partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan stres kerja dan stres keluarga dengan kesehatan wanita di Indonesia. Studi ini merupakan cross-sectional terhadap 331 wanita menikah yang bekerja di 14 perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini membuktilan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan PHS, tetapi hubungan negatif yang signifikan juga ditemukan antara PHS dan stres kerja serta stres keluarga. Analisis regresi berganda hierarki menjelaskan status kesehatan wanita bekerja yang sudah menikah dengan empat kategori: pribadi, terkait pekerjaan, terkait keluarga, dan dukungan sosial, dan menyumbang 45,4% dari varian. Ketika faktor terkait keluarga ditambahkan ke model, kekuatan penjelasan meningkat 17,9% dibandingkan dengan varians yang dijelaskan. Stres keluarga merupakan variabel utama tidak hanya untuk menjelaskan varians tetapi juga untuk berkorelasi dengan status kesehatan. Baik stres kerja dan stres keluarga harus dipertimbangkan bersama saat menangani kesehatan wanita yang bekerja di sektor industri di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study seeks to comprehend and assess the factors that affect the performance of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The research sample comprises 180 participants, who are PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. A snowball sampling technique was utilized for participant selection. The data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.2.8 software, encompassing both outer and inner model assessments to evaluate the research hypotheses. The study's outcomes reveal that self-efficacy, training, and achievement motivation have a substantial impact on the performance of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. Furthermore, self-efficacy and training affect the achievement motivation of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. Additionally, achievement motivation plays a mediating role in the relationship between self-efficacy, training, and the performance of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKK saat ini telah banyak dilakukan oleh beberapa lingkungan yang ada disekitar perumahan. Namun yang sangat disayangkan adalah lemahnya pemahaman dan kemampuna yang dimiliki oleh ibu-ibu PKK. Seperti salah satunya adalah Ibu-ibu PKK RW 13 yang lemah dalam kegiatan manajemen data dan administrasi. Hal ini sangat lah disayangkan memngingat potensi yang dimiliki cukup besar terutama dalam pemberdayaan berbagai kegiatan yang ada disekitar Masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu dengan diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang nyata kepada mitra terkait dengan pengasahan skill dan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh PKK RW 13 Kelurahan Cibubur. Dengan kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat terlihat bahwa PKK Kelurahan Cibubur sangat antusias menyerap materi yang diberikan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini berupa kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan dalam penyampaian materi terkait dengan manajemen data, administrasi serta penggunaan internet. Luaran target dalam pencapain kegiatan ini adalah berupa press release yang akan diterbitkan di media massa online. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini sangat mendukung kegiatan ini, hal ini dapat disimpulkan dari banyaknya ibu-ibu yang bertanya dan mencatat materi. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi warga, dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam mengelola keuangan di masa susah ini sehingga ibu-ibu dapat menjadi bijak dalam mengatur keuangan rumah tangganya. Pelatihan manajemen keuangan yang ditujukan kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga ini bertujuan untuk menjaga ketahanan ekonomi rumah tangga, yang mana di masa banyak keluarga yang pendapatannya mengalami penurunan bahkan sampai menggunakan dana. Hal ini dikarenakan perkerjaan yang biasa dilakukan untuk mencari nafkah tidak dapat dilakukan dan pemerintah menganjurkan untuk di rumah saja serta menerapkan kerja dari rumah. Materi dalam pelatihan tersebut diantaranya yaitu diajarkan mengenai bagaimana ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam mengevaluasi sumber penghasilan, mengatur ulang budget pengeluaran, belanja sesuai kebutuhan, menyiapkan dana darurat, menjaga pola hidup sehat, mencari pendapatan tambahan di masa pandemmi, menjual barang layak yang tidak terpakai, dan terakhir adalah cara bagaimana menghemat penggunaan energi rumah tangga seingga dapat mengurangi jumlah pengeluaran keuangan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan kepada masyarakat agar tetap bisa bertahan di masa susah ini dan dapat berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan ekonomi rumah tangga.

Abstract

The tourism industry is a very dynamic and competitive sector, where the adoption of digital technology is the key to increasing competitiveness and operational efficiency. The Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK), as one of the leading tourism destinations in Indonesia, faces challenges and opportunities in adopting digital marketing to attract tourists and investment. This research aims to identify key factors that influence digital marketing adoption in the Mandalika SEZ using a technology–organization–environment (TOE) framework. Based on data collected from 310 respondents through an online survey, the research results show that compatibility, entrepreneurship, competitive pressure, changes in the digital environment, and shortage of human resources have a significant influence on digital marketing adoption. Compatibility was found to be the most significant factor influencing digital marketing adoption, while relative advantage and complexity had no significant influence. These results provide practical and theoretical insights for stakeholders in the tourism industry to implement effective and efficient digital marketing strategies. In this way, the Mandalika SEZ can maximize its potential as a world-class tourism destination and contribute to regional and national economic growth.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh eco-friendly packaging, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Stuja Coffee di Cipete. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, peneliti memperoleh data kuantitatif dari penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Forms. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS Statistik Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 180 responden yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek dengan ketentuan mengetahui dan pernah membeli produk Stuja Coffee, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan purpose sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa eco-friendly packaging, promosi dan harga dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Packaging, Promosi, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi pada PT Toyosindo yaitu keluhan karyawan mengenai kompensasi langsung yaitu gaji dan adanya turnover melebihi standar perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Sebanyak 55 responden yang terlibat pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yang merupakan total populasi karyawan dari PT Toyosindo. Pengukuran variabel untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil riset menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Saran bagi manajemen agar selalu memerhatikan dan memberikan kompensasi yang layak kepada karyawan. Selain itu, perusahaan harus mengoptimalkan komitmen organisasi dan mengurangi tingkat turnover agar perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi Langsung, Komitmen Organisasi, Stres Kerja AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and working stress on organizational commitment. This type of research used in this study is to use quantitative methods. In this study, researchers used quantitative data from the results of distributing questionnaires through Google forms. The sample of this research included 55 employees of PT Toyosindo. Measurement of variables to test the hypothesis using the T test and F test. In testing hypothesis, known t count 4,033 > t tabel 2,006 and the significance value 0,000<0,05 which means financial compensation significantly related organizational commitment, t count 2,555 > t table 2,006 working stress has a significant influence on organizational commitment. For the F-test results obtained in this study calculated F value = 40,866 and the value of F table = 3,180 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05.Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial compensation and working stress to commitment organizational.Keywords: Financial Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Working Stress

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work motivation variables on employee job satisfaction at PT CityNeon Prima Mandiri partially and simultaneously. Where a problem phenomenon was found related to the decline in job satisfaction of PT CityNeon Prima Mandiri employees, which is one of the important factors in influencing the course of the company’s activities as a whole. The research method used in this study is the quantitative statistical method. The sample in this study used the entire population sampled with a total of 36 employees of PT CityNeon Prima Mandiri. The data collection technique used was a likert-scale questionnaire. The results of the study showed that partially workload had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction with a calculated t of -6.656 > t table 2.034 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a calculated t of 2.799 > t table 2.034 and sig. 0.008 < 0.05. Simultaneously, workload and work motivation affect job satisfaction with f count 28.653 > f table 4.139 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05.
