Abstract

Research This aim For investigate impact promotion on awareness product , goal organization , determination price products , and revenue sales in the mineral water industry on Lombok Island , with focus on PT. Narmada Drinking Water . Study use method survey with data collection via questionnaire to 121 respondents who were staff company . Research result show that promotion own significant relationship _ with all variables studied . _ First , promotion impact positive on awareness product , where changes by 1% in activity promotion can cause change of 52.7% in awareness product . This shows the importance of promotional strategies in introduce product to market and create awareness more products _ high among _ consumer . Second , promotion also has an impact significant for the purpose organization , with change by 1% in promotion can cause change of 89.6% in achievement objective organization . This confirms that promotion is tool important in reach objective organization in a way whole . Third , results study indicated that promotion influence determination price product or brand company . Companies need consider promotional strategies they in connection with price product For reach optimal and maximizing balance mark brand they . Lastly , promotion own impact positive on income sale company , which confirms that the promotional strategy is effective can help increase performance sale . Study This give outlook important about role promotion in reach various objective business . The implications is that company need designing and implementing appropriate promotional strategies _ For reach objective they . along with market and technological developments , companies must Keep going reviewing and updating promotional strategies them to stay relevant and effective in reach objective business that has set .

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, many phenomena often occur in Indonesia, such as the transformation of shopping systems that use more technology and online media. In addition, many young Indonesians like South Korean culture which is synonymous with K-pop music, so companies must be able to see this opportunity as a marketing tool and also the new habit of consumers nowadays is to share their experiences online more often in the form of reviews, recommendations and content. this is a new behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze and test how much influence Celebrity Endorse and E-WOM and trust have on purchasing decisions in e-commerce. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and analysis techniques using AMOS SEM. In the results of this study there were 144 respondents 4 variables and 24 indicators which information was processed to meet the research requirements. Statistical test results show that Brand Endorser, E-WOM and Trust have a direct and significant effect on purchasing decisions. And trust is the most influential factor on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh eco-friendly packaging, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Stuja Coffee di Cipete. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, peneliti memperoleh data kuantitatif dari penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Forms. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS Statistik Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 180 responden yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek dengan ketentuan mengetahui dan pernah membeli produk Stuja Coffee, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan purpose sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa eco-friendly packaging, promosi dan harga dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Packaging, Promosi, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi pada PT Toyosindo yaitu keluhan karyawan mengenai kompensasi langsung yaitu gaji dan adanya turnover melebihi standar perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Sebanyak 55 responden yang terlibat pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yang merupakan total populasi karyawan dari PT Toyosindo. Pengukuran variabel untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil riset menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Saran bagi manajemen agar selalu memerhatikan dan memberikan kompensasi yang layak kepada karyawan. Selain itu, perusahaan harus mengoptimalkan komitmen organisasi dan mengurangi tingkat turnover agar perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi Langsung, Komitmen Organisasi, Stres Kerja AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and working stress on organizational commitment. This type of research used in this study is to use quantitative methods. In this study, researchers used quantitative data from the results of distributing questionnaires through Google forms. The sample of this research included 55 employees of PT Toyosindo. Measurement of variables to test the hypothesis using the T test and F test. In testing hypothesis, known t count 4,033 > t tabel 2,006 and the significance value 0,000<0,05 which means financial compensation significantly related organizational commitment, t count 2,555 > t table 2,006 working stress has a significant influence on organizational commitment. For the F-test results obtained in this study calculated F value = 40,866 and the value of F table = 3,180 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05.Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial compensation and working stress to commitment organizational.Keywords: Financial Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Working Stress

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan objek penelitian yaitu PT.Temas Tbk. Penelitian ini membahas lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal dan dengan Theory of Reasoned Action dan Theory of Planned Behavior sebagai turunan dari kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaf melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang disebarkan melalui google form kepada 62 responden, kemudian dioleh menggunakan SPSS versi 13.0 dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan t hitung 2,326 ≥ t tabel 2,000. Komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan t hitung 6,612 ≥ t tabel 2,000 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 60,4%. Lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk memperhatikan dan meningkatkan lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik untuk kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.Temas Tbk.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja; Komunikasi Interpersonal; Kepuasan Kerja
