Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi ruang lingkup hak atas kekayaan intelektual (HKI) khususnya pada kreatif lokal dalam konteks perlindungan berdasarkan undang-undang hak cipta di indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah normatif dengan pendekatan analisis normatif, yang meninjau regulasi, dokumen hukum, dan literatur terkait HKI dan ekspresi budaya tradisional di sector ekonomi kreatif. Fokus kajian meliputi implementasi perlindungan HKI terhadap karya kreatif masyarakat lokal, kendala hukum yang dihadapi, serta peluang pengembangan perlindungan hukum agar dapat menyesuaikan karakteristik kepemilikan komunal masyarakat adat. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya kepaduan regulasi, penguatan kelembagaan, serta kesadaran kolektif dalam menjaga dan memanfaatkan kekayaan intelektual untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif sekaligus melestarikan warisan budaya bangsa secara keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Upacara Saur Matua adalah ritual kematian dalam budaya Batak yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai upacara tradisional tetapi juga sebagai proses yang secara psikologis bermakna bagi anggota keluarga yang berduka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi makna upacara Saur Matua dalam kaitannya dengan kesejahteraan subjektif anggota keluarga menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada pengalaman hidup peserta dalam menjalani dan menafsirkan upacara tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan empat anggota keluarga yang memiliki peran berbeda dalam pelaksanaan upacara Saur Matua. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis tematik fenomenologis untuk mengidentifikasi makna esensial yang muncul dari pengalaman peserta. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa upacara Saur Matua dipandang sebagai bentuk penerimaan kematian, sarana ekspresi dan regulasi emosi, serta sumber dukungan sosial yang kuat. Makna-makna ini berkontribusi positif terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif, terutama dalam hal kepuasan hidup, munculnya afek positif seperti ketenangan dan rasa syukur, serta pengurangan afek negatif melalui berbagi duka secara kolektif. Hasil ini menyoroti peran penting ritual budaya dalam menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis dalam konteks kehilangan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada bidang psikologi budaya dengan menyoroti relevansi praktik budaya lokal sebagai sumber kesejahteraan subjektif dalam masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of organisational culture, rewards, and punishments on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable among civil servants (ASN) in the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of structured questionnaires to all 85 ASN using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was developed using a Likert scale to measure respondents' perceptions of organisational culture, rewards, punishments, work motivation, and employee performance. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS application to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that organisational culture and rewards had a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. Conversely, punishment did not have a significant effect on work motivation or employee performance. Work motivation was found to have a positive and significant effect on performance and was able to mediate the relationship between organisational culture and employee performance, but it did not mediate the relationship between rewards and punishment and performance.

Abstract

Pule Village is one of the centers of salacca fruit production with significant potential to be developed into value-added products. However, most of the harvest is still marketed in the form of fresh fruit. This condition causes problems in the form of unstable selling prices, so that the community has not been able to obtain consistent and maximum benefits. This program aims to empower local residents by introducing the processing of salak fruit into jam as a village specialty product, which is expected to add value to the salak product itself. The methods used include observation, socialization, direct training, and mentoring with participants from women's and youth groups. The training focused on hygienic processing techniques, recipe standardization, packaging, and marketing. The results of the study show that participants acquired practical skills in producing salak jam with consistent taste and quality, as well as increased awareness of value-added processing and entrepreneurship. This initiative demonstrates that local agricultural potential can be transformed into sustainable economic opportunities if supported by appropriate training and community involvement.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar mampu menghadapi berbagai tantangan kehidupan. Salah satu dalam mengembangkan potensi pendidikan pada peserta didik adalah dengan menanamkan minat baca pada peserta didik. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa minat baca siswa sekolah dasar masih tergolong rendah. Lemahnya kemampuan membaca siswa sering kali disebabkan oleh rendahnya motivasi dan monotoninya metode pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, sehingga siswa kurang tertarik dalam memahami teks bacaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan efektivitas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang memanfaatkan cerita rakyat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan siswa kelas IV serta guru Bahasa Indonesia di SDN 1 Ciladaeun sebagai subjek. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara, serta analisis hasil tes membaca sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC). Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pemanfaatan cerita rakyat menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa SDN 1 Ciladaeun, dilihat dari adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca yang cukup signifikan, terutama dalam aspek mengidentifikasi ide pokok, memahami kosakata secara kontekstual, serta menangkap nilai moral dalam bacaan. Nilai rata-rata siswa mengalami kenaikan dari 62 menjadi 82, dengan persentase peningkatan mencapai 32,26%. Selain perkembangan kognitif, siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar dan keaktifan selama proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berbasis cerita rakyat yang dipadukan dengan model CIRC dinilai efektif untuk menguatkan kemampuan literasi sekaligus menumbuhkan apresiasi terhadap budaya lokal.

Abstract

The integration of digital technology in education has transformed learning and assessment practices; however, assessment in elementary schools remains largely conventional and less engaging, limiting students’ participation and higher-order thinking skills. Although prior studies have examined digital learning media, limited research has specifically explored gamification-based digital assessment tools in improving elementary science learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effect of using Canva Play Edu as a digital assessment tool on students’ learning outcomes. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group involving 38 fourth-grade students at SDN Kemayoran 02 Bangkalan. Data were collected through pretest and posttest and analyzed using the Shapiro–Wilk test, Mann–Whitney U test, and N-gain analysis. The results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group, with mean scores of 86.63 and 81.68, respectively (p < 0.05). The N-gain score of 0.80 (high category) and N-gain percentage of 80.41% (very effective) indicate a substantial improvement in learning outcomes. These findings suggest that Canva Play Edu is an effective gamification-based digital assessment tool that enhances both learning outcomes and student engagement in elementary science education.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and online game platforms such as Roblox has intensified scholarly attention to how users construct and express digital identity through avatar customization. This study aims to analyze avatars as forms of self-representation among active Roblox users in virtual environments. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through an online Google Forms survey consisting of open-ended questions about users’ experiences in creating and modifying avatars. The data were analyzed using a descriptive thematic approach to identify recurring patterns of meaning. The findings show that avatars are understood through four main dimensions: similarity to the real self, representation of the ideal self, symbolic expression of identity, and behavioral transformation. Avatars not only reflect users’ actual self-perceptions but also function as media for projecting idealized identities through selected visual symbols. In addition, avatar characteristics may influence users’ self-confidence and behavior during virtual interactions. The study concludes that avatars in Roblox serve as spaces for negotiating digital identity within virtual environments. These findings contribute to a broader understanding of the psychosocial role of online game platforms in the identity development of young digital users and highlight the importance of designing virtual spaces that support healthy, authentic, and inclusive self-expression.

Abstract

Low learning discipline among elementary school students, particularly fifth-grade students at SDN Kamal 1, has a significant impact on the effectiveness of instruction, as reflected in behaviors such as arriving late to class, lack of focus during lessons, non-compliance with rules, and low commitment to completing assignments. This study aimed to describe teachers’ strategies in fostering students’ learning discipline, identify the challenges faced, and explain the solutions implemented in the learning process. A descriptive qualitative method with a case study design was employed, with the fifth-grade classroom teacher selected through purposive sampling as the main subject. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which comprises data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that three main strategies—habituation, role modeling, and positive reinforcement—play an effective role in shaping students’ learning discipline, although their implementation remains constrained by low discipline habits in the home environment and limited student self-awareness. These results reinforce character education theory that emphasizes the importance of value internalization through continuous habituation and reinforcement, and they affirm that the success of discipline formation does not depend solely on teacher strategies but also requires support from the family environment and the broader school ecosystem. The study implies the need for more intensive collaboration between teachers and parents, strengthening of habituation programs at school, and the development of learning strategies that are more responsive to students’ characteristics and needs.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of fulfilling students’ nutritional needs as a key factor supporting the success of teaching and learning processes in elementary schools, given that poor nutritional quality often leads to reduced concentration, learning enthusiasm, and attendance. The study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) at UPTD KAMAL 1 Bangkalan on students’ attendance, motivation, and learning atmosphere. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, involving students and teachers as research participants. Data were collected through interviews, direct observations, and documentation, and were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of behavioral change and dynamics in students’ activities after participating in the program. The findings show that the MBG Program has a significantly positive impact on students’ enthusiasm and discipline, as reflected in increased attendance, reduced tardiness, and high motivation to come to school in the morning. Shared meal activities create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, strengthen social interaction among students, and foster closer relationships between teachers and students, while simultaneously enhancing students’ focus and readiness to learn after breakfast. These findings reinforce the understanding that adequate nutrition has a direct effect on students’ mental readiness, emotional comfort, and engagement in the learning process. The study concludes that the MBG Program not only contributes to meeting students’ nutritional needs but also improves the overall quality of the learning process, and offers practical implications for schools and government in designing sustainable nutrition programs as an effort to enhance the quality of education at the elementary level.

Abstract

Numeracy is the ability to understand and apply mathematical concepts to aspects of life. Indonesia is one of the countries with low numeracy skills. A popular intelligence competition program in Indonesia is Clash of Champions (COC). The games in COC can be adapted into game-based learning methods to improve students' numeracy skills. This study aims to examine the effect of implementing a game-based learning method adapted from Clash of Champions (COC) on students' numeracy skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the Pre-test-Post-test Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of two classes determined by purposive sampling, namely VA students as the experimental class and VB students as the control class. The data collection technique used was testing through initial ability (pre-test) and final ability (post-test) instruments. The data analysis techniques used were homogeneity test, normality test, and hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample t-Test.
