Abstract

This research aims to develop an active learning media in the form of Web-Enhanced Course. This research and development research follows the development steps of Borg & Gall. Data collection instruments used were validation sheets and questionnaires. The assessments’ average score for the feasibility of the product from the material experts is 84.83%, from media experts is 81.76%, and informatics experts are 83.61% in the very feasible category. Furthermore, the percentage of the results of small-group testing is 76.44% and for field-testing is 82.97%. Thus, the developed product is suitable to be used as a media for physics learning. The web is developed using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) for the Basic Physics II subject

Abstract

The internalization of character education in science learning through a variety of learning media has been researched recently, one of which is through the photonovela media which is the medium of insertion of character values in learning material. The focus of this research is; 1) developing photonovela learning media with character education on work material and energy, 2) knowing photonovela media feasibility as a supplement to physics learning with character education on work material and energy 3) knowing the response of students to photonovela media with character education in an energy material. This research is a Research and Development study adopted the development of Borg and Gall with the subject of junior high school students. The research instruments used were questionnaires by material experts, media experts, and junior high school physics teachers and questionnaires for students' responses in the three schools. The results of the assessment by material experts obtained a percentage of 85%, the assessment of media experts was 90%, and the assessment of junior high school teachers was 84.16%, while the response of students in three junior high schools was 87.6%, 94%, and 93.6%. In conclusion, this study produced a product in the form of appropriate photonovela media as a supplement to physics learning with character education on business material and energy

Abstract

This research aims to determine expert opinions on the feasibility of high school physics enrichment modules with 21st-century skills based on ethnopedagogy and determine the product's attractiveness. This research employed R and D research in conjunction with ADDIE development models. The research subjects were senior high school students from MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, SMA Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung, and SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung. The data collection techniques were questionnaires for expert validation: material expert, media expert, and cultural expert. Then the researchers also distributed student questionnaires. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) the final product met the excellent criteria, 2) the product's attractiveness met the excellent criteria, and 3) the teachers’ responses indicated that the product belonged to the excellent criteria. As a physics learning product, the high school physics enrichment modules with 21st-century skills based on ethnopedagogy were appropriate and attractive to use. It is suggested that further researchers develop learning material other than local Lampung culture and traditional Lampung games so that the physics concepts will differ.

Abstract

Making of punishment which tends to be negative of course very disturbing world of education. Should not the punishment as a method or tool to discipline children can be interpreted more positively? Should not the punishment be educational method that guarantees creativity and intelligence of children so that they can develop properly? Punishment in education is not a form of torture, both physical and spiritual at will we give to the children. Instead, the penalty is an effort we do to restore the child towards a better and motivate them to become a person who is imaginative, creative, and productive.

Abstract

Background: This research aims to describe in depth the pedagogical competence of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, in this case observing the pedagogical competence of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in the Pilot State Kindergarten, South OKU Regency.Aim: This approach aims to provide a comprehensive overview of teachers' pedagogical competence in implementing the independent curriculum in the Pilot State Kindergarten, South OKU Regency.Method: This research uses observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique in this research uses three stages according to Miles and Huberman, in the form of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions.Results: This can be seen from several indicators such as mastery of students' character, educational learning, curriculum development, development of students' potential, communication with students, as well as assessment and evaluation. However, there are some teachers who have not fully mastered the pedagogical competency indicators. In implementing the independent curriculum, learning is divided into three main activities, namely opening, core and closing, which must be integrated into one learning series.Conclusion: The results of this research indicate that the pedagogical competence of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in the Pilot State Kindergarten in OKU Selalan Regency is in the good category.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aim to know influence model POE to skill of process learn educative participa. Research type which have been done/conducted in this research is experiment quasy with design grup control posttest desain. Population at research amount to 193 educative by participant of class of XI MIA MAN 2 Bandar Lampung.With class sampel of XI MIA 2 as class control and XI MIA 1 as experiment class.Technique intake of sampel done/conducted with technique of simple sampling.Random to measure skill of process learn done/conducted by educative to be participant of tes with problem of is break down of (essay) amount to 15 for the trytest of valid problem and amount to 10 problem. To know model executed of POE in doing/conducting observation. Hypothesis test used to know, there or not him influence model POE to skill of process learn educative participant, after analysed with uji-t use by thitung more than ttabel (0,05) that is with value 5,367 more than 1,992. This matter indicate that model POE have an affect on to understanding of educative participant concept. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model POE terhadap keterampilan proses belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy experiment dengan desain posttestcontrolgrup design.Populasi pada penelitian berjumlah 193 peserta didik kelas XIMIA MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. Dengan sampel kelas XI MIA 2  sebagai kelas kontrol dan XI MIA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling.Untuk mengukur keterampilan proses belajar peserta didik dilakukan tes dengan soal uraian (essay)berjumlah 15 untuk diujicobakan dan soal yang valid berjumlah 10 soal. Untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model POE di lakukan observasi. Uji hipotesis digunakan untuk mengetahui, ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model POE terhadap keterampilan proses belajar peserta didik, setelah dianalisis dengan menggunkan uji-t didapat thitunglebih dari ttabel(0,05) yaitu dengan nilai 5,367 lebih dari 1,992. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model  POE berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the presence or absence of misconceptions experienced by students on the concept of vibration and wave matter. This research is a descriptive qualitative. Conducted on the students of class VIII. The sample used is taken by random sampling. The material used in analyzing misconceptions is the material that has been studied previously, the matter are vibration and waves. The instrument used is a reference concept map. This research is conducted through three stages, namely pre-survey stage, implementation, and conclusion. The data of the research are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results show that the average concept map in criteria is low. The low concept map is caused by the distribution of concept statement with the average of misconception 7.40%, and do not understand the concept of 61.59%, so the average students who understand the concept of 31.01%.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis ada atau tidaknya miskonsepsi yang dialami siswa pada konsep materi getaran dan gelombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII. Sampel yang digunakan diambil secara random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap pra survey, pelaksanaan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata peta konsep dalam kriteria rendah. Rendahnya peta konsep disebabkan karna sebaran pernyataan konsep dengan rata-rata miskonsepsinya 7.40%, dan tidak paham konsep 61.59%, sehingga rata-rata siswa yang paham konsep sebesar 31.01% .

The result this research is learning material principle multirepresentasi contain sains islam religious with instagram output on newton law that are made with various aplication suitable and attractive applicable on learning.  Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan  media pembelajaran berbasis multi representasi bermuatan sains keIslaman dengan output instagram pada materi Hukum Newton, (2) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis multi representasi bermuatan sains keIslaman dengan output instagram pada materi Hukum Newton, dan (3) mengetahui respon kemenarikan media pembelajaran berbasis multi representasi bermuatan sains keIslaman dengan output instagram pada materi Hukum Newton. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R and D) yang menggunakan  model Borg and Gall yang dikemukakan oleh Sugiyono dengan 7 tahapan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa media pembelajaran berbasis multi representasi bermuatan sains keIslaman dengan output instagram pada materi Hukum Newton yang dibuat menggunakan berbagai aplikasi yang layak dan menarik digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the function of the sun in the perspective of science and al-Qur'an . The research method used is qualitative research methods with the type of research library (Library Research). This research applies data analysis technique of Milles and Huberman model, with steps: 1) data reduction; 2) data display; 3) verification. The result of this research is, the theories that science explain related to the function of the sun in accordance with what is also described in the Qur'an. Science explains that the sun as the greatest source of light for the earth can produce its own energy. This is explained in the Qur'an that the sun is described as siraj and dhiya' which means sunlight is sourced from itself, as the center of the solar system is not static but also moves this matter in the Qur'an explained in QS Yāsin verse 38, besides science and the Qur'an also equally explain that the sun can be made as a calculation of time.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi matahari dalam perspektif sains dan al-Qur’an..Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka (Library Research). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data model Milles dan Huberman, dengan langkah-langkah: 1) reduksi data; 2) display data; 3) verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, teori-teori yang sains jelaskan berkaitan dengan fungsi matahari sesuai dengan apa yang juga di jelaskan dalam al-Qur’an. Sains menjelaskan bahwa matahari sebagai sumber energi cahaya terbesar bagi bumi dapat menghasilkan energinya sendiri hal ini dijelaskan dalam al-Qur’an bahwa matahari dideskripsikan sebagai siraj dan dhiya’yang berarti sinar matahari bersumber dari dirinya sendiri, sebagai pusat tata surya matahari tidaklah statis melainkan juga bergerak hal ini dalam al-Qur’an di jelaskan dalam QS Yāsin ayat 38, selain itu sains dan al-Qur’an juga sama-sama menjelaskan bahwa matahari  dapat di jadikan sebagai perhitungan waktu serta petunjuk dari bayang-bayang.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) learning model assisted by the experimental method on understanding the concepts of students of class XI science. This research is a Quasi Experiment with the design of Non-Equivalent Control Design Groups. The sample selection uses Cluster Random Sampling. The research sample was the experimental class (XI IPA 1) which applied the POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) learning model assisted by the experimental method and the control class (XI IPA 2) which applied the conventional learning model. The data collection instruments used were test instruments for understanding concepts (pretest and posttest). Based on the results of the study calculated by the t-test from the results of the posttest understanding of the control class concept of 78.75 and the experimental class of 82.75 obtained tcount more than t table (2.148 more than 2.024) with a significance value (ɑ = 0.05). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is the influence of the POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) learning model assisted by the experimental method of understanding concepts.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) berbantu metode eksperimen terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas XI IPA.Penelitian ini merupakan Quasi Experiment dengan desain Non-Equivalent Control Grup Design.Pemilihan sampel menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dihitung dengan uji-tdari hasil posttest pemahaman konsep kelas kontrol sebesar 78,75 dan kelas eksperimen sebesar 82,75 memperoleh thitunglebih dari ttabel (2,148 lebih dari 2,024) dengan nilai signifikasi (ɑ = 0,05). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) berbantu metode eksperimenterhadap pemahaman konsep.
