Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang sering ditemui pada jenjang sekolah dasar yaitu kesulitan membaca pemahaman pada peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kesulitan membaca pemahaman melalui teks deskripsi pada peserta didik dan mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan membaca pemahaman pada peserta didik. Tempat penelitian yaitu SDN Pasuluhan. Fokus penelitian yaitu kesulitan membaca pemahaman pada peserta didik melalui teks deskripsi. Pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi hasil tugas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peserta didik kesulitan dalam menentukan pesan tersirat dan tersurat, kesulitan dalam menentukan ide pokok, kesulitan dalam menarik kesimpulan, dan kesulitan dalam memaknai kata ungkapan. Adapun penyebabnya didasari atas kondisi tubuh kurang optimal, intelegensi, motivasi diri, minat baca, pengendalian diri, peranan keluarga, dan cara mengajar guru. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat kesulitan membaca pemahaman pada peserta didik yang dipengaruhi dari faktor internal dan eksternal.

Abstract

The ability to read comprehension is a process in which abilities or skills must be developed in order to increase students' insight with knowledge and information related to reading which will later be developed. The CIRC model is a learning method that uses plans and texts. Students work in pairs to read and summarize. The general objective of this research is to understand the process of implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model to improve the reading comprehension skills of class IV students at SDN Krenceng I. This research chooses a quantitative approach with a research method, namely, quasi-experimental research. The design used by researchers in their research is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample selection in this research was 27 students in class IV of SDN Krenceng I for the 2024/2025 academic year. Pre-Test data shows that the Experiment class and Control class in literacy learning on students' reading comprehension abilities are still low. In the experimental class, the average score was 65.07 so that in this category the students were quite good at reading comprehension skills. Meanwhile, in the control class, the average score was 57.75 so that the category of students' reading comprehension ability was quite good.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the importance of contextual and project-based learning, including in Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level. However, the reality in the field shows that many teachers still have difficulty in implementing this approach optimally. This community service activity aims to provide assistance to teachers at SDN Bama 3 so that they are able to design and implement Indonesian language learning based on literacy projects effectively and in accordance with the characteristics of students. The method of implementing the activity consists of initial observation, intensive training, learning simulations, and direct assistance in planning and implementing literacy projects in the classroom. The results of this activity show an increase in teachers' understanding of the concept of project-based learning, the ability to design literacy-based teaching tools, and high enthusiasm in integrating creative reading and writing activities into Indonesian language learning. Students also showed more active involvement and interest in literacy activities. Thus, this assistance makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of Indonesian language learning at SDN Bama 3. In the future, similar programs can be expanded to other schools to strengthen a culture of literacy from an early age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fluktuasi kinerja keungan pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman setiap tahunnya. Industri makanan dan minuman ialah sektor penting serta terus bertumbuh di Indonesia, sehingga kinerjanya menjadi penilaian berharga bagi manajemen dan investor. Perusahaan harus menjaga kinerja keuangannya demi kelanjutan usaha dan kepercayaan investor. Dengan mempertimbangkan variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan, dapat dilihat seberapa sehat kondisi perusahaan dan seberapa efisien pengelolaan sumber dayanya. Hal ini berguna untuk membuat keputusan baik oleh manajemen, investor, maupun stakeholders. Maka dari itu, maksud dari studi ini ialah guna mengetahui adakah hubungan antara likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan free cash flow terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2021-2024. Metode yang diterapakan dalam studi ini adalah kuantitatif kuasalitas. Sampel dalam penelitian melibatkan 44 perusahaan yang terpilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis diimplementasikan melalui analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan IMB SPSS versi 30. Temuan membuktikan bahwa likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan. Free cash flow tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan free cash flow secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya masalah keterampilan menyimak peserta didik yang masih rendah di kelas III SDN Kamuning 1. Adapun permasalahannya yaitu: 1. Peserta didik terlihat bosan dan tidak tertarik dengan kegiatan menyimak yang dibacakan oleh guru. 2. Peserta didik masih belum mampu untuk menjawab pertanyaan sesuai hasil simakan. 3. Peserta didik sulit fokus dalam menyimak cerita. 4. Rendahnya keterampilan menyimak peserta didik disebabkan oleh kendala dalam pemberian materi yaitu tidak digunakannya media pembelajaran yang menarik dan inovatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak peserta didik pada Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia menggunakan media audio visual berbasis animaker di kelas III SDN Kamuning 1. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. sampel yang digunakan yaitu 52 orang yang terbagi dua kelas 26 peserta didik kelas IIIA 26 peserta didik kelas IIIB. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes tertulis pretes dan postes. Kriteria keberhasilan pada penelitian ini adalah nilai postes kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada nilai postes kelas kontrol melalui uji T. Hasil penelitian dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan nilai sebesar 1,719 dan 1,676 yang berarti lebih besar dari maka H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan Keterampilan Menyimak peserta didik kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada peningkatan Keterampilan Menyimak kelas kontrol. diperkuat dengan perolehan nilai N-Gain dengan hasil 0,62 menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan menyimak peserta didik yang mendapat perlakuan Media Audio Visual Berbasis Animaker. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan media audio visual berbasis animaker menjadikan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan terhadap keterampilan menyimak peserta didik kelas III sekolah dasar. Media Audio Visual Berbasis Animaker dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak peserta didik sekolah dasar kelas III SDN Kamuning 1.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a local wisdom-based scrapbook learning media to support fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Curug, Serang City, in learning Javanese language, particularly the Baguse Sesarengan material. The study describes the development process, media feasibility, and students’ responses. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Validation results showed that the media received a score of 93.6% (very feasible), material validation scored 98.3% (very feasible), and language validation scored 93% (very feasible), resulting in an overall score of 94.8% categorized as “Very Feasible.” Student responses to the learning media reached 96.6%, categorized as “Very Good.” The findings indicate that the local wisdom-based scrapbook learning media is highly feasible, effective, and positively received by students, making it a suitable tool for enhancing the Javanese language learning experience.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of entrepreneurship education through the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) program at SD Pembangunan Jaya, South Tangerang. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from the principal, teachers, and students through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity tests including credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The implementation began with thorough planning by teachers and the Teacher Working Group (KKG) at the start of the academic year. The program included entrepreneurship learning, business planning, capital acquisition, production, and product sales. The findings revealed that entrepreneurship education through GEW successfully fostered entrepreneurial values among students, such as creativity in business design, communication in product presentation and sales, and teamwork. The program not only enhanced students’ knowledge of entrepreneurship but also developed essential skills for becoming competitive entrepreneurs. Evaluation by teachers and the principal was conducted to improve future implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the types of code-switching used by students during Science and Social Studies (IPAS) learning activities and to identify the factors that contribute to its occurrence. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects were fifth-grade students at SD EvFia Land Serang, a bilingual school that implements English as the primary language of communication. Data were collected through classroom interaction observations, interviews with teachers and the principal, and documentation. The findings reveal that students employed three types of code-switching during IPAS lessons: intra-sentential code-switching (71.67%), tag-switching (16.67%), and inter-sentential code-switching (11.67%). Intra-sentential code-switching was the most dominant form, characterized by language mixing within a single sentence, particularly when students asked questions or explained concepts to the teacher. The factors influencing code-switching include the speaker (33.33%), the interlocutor (22.22%), the presence of a third party (22.22%), and changes in formality levels (22.22%). These findings suggest that code-switching serves as an adaptive communication strategy responding to social and linguistic contexts. Students’ code-switching behavior occurs naturally as part of their efforts to communicate effectively and comprehend lesson content within the bilingual classroom environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development, feasibility, and student responses toward literacy-based flashcard media as a learning tool to improve early reading skills among first-grade students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach adapted from the Borg and Gall model, which consisted of six stages. The subjects of this study were first-grade students. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study show that: (1) the average score from media experts was 69.33%, categorized as “Feasible”; (2) the average score from material experts was 94.15%, categorized as “Highly Feasible”; (3) the average score from language experts was 95%, categorized as “Highly Feasible”; and (4) the average student response score was 89%, categorized as “Very Good.” Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the literacy-based flashcard media is feasible to use and can serve as an effective teaching aid to develop early reading skills among elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of reading journal activities within the School Literacy Movement (GLS) as a means to enhance students’ reading literacy skills. The focus of the research includes the planning, implementation, and outcomes of the reading journal activities conducted in Grade V of SDN Tanah Tinggi 1, Tangerang City. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach involving the principal, Grade V-A and Grade V-B teachers, and students as primary data sources. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the planning process for the reading journal activities at SDN Tanah Tinggi 1 was carried out systematically through needs identification, goal setting, and teacher training. The implementation of the reading journal consisted of three main stages: pre-reading, reading, and post-reading. The findings also reveal that the application of reading journals had a positive impact on students’ literacy skills, helping to build reading habits, improve reading comprehension, and develop writing and critical thinking skills among fifth-grade students.
