Abstract

Abstrak: Semakin banyaknya pembangunan gedung tinggi di kota-kota besar tentu akan muncul konsekuensi perawatan dan pemeliharaannya. Agar suatu bangunan dapat memenuhi fungsi sesuai dengan rencana, tentu membutuhkan perawatan dan pemeliharan sesuai standar. Merawat bangunan modern yang sarat dengan peralatan mechanical dan electrical, akan berbeda dengan bangunan-bangunan konvensional. Kalau semula pengertian perawatan gedung hanya dikaitkan dengan pembersihan (cleaning service) yang bisa ditangani oleh tenaga-tenaga biasa, maka perawatan bangunan-bangunan modern memerlukan tenaga akhli tersendiri. Berdasarkan pengamatan empiris saat ini perhatian masyarakat terhadap perawatan bangunan masih sangat kurang. Pengalaman menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan gedung lebih mudah dari pada melaksanakan tugas kewajiban merawat dan memelihara. Oleh karena itu tidak mengeherankan apabila gedung-gedung yang mewah yang baru saja selesai dibangun, dalam waktu beberapa tahun, kemudian mutunya telah menurun, terutama gedung-gedung yang berfungsi sebagai fasilitas umum dan fasilitas sosial. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis secara teoritik dan empirik terhadap permasalahan perawatan dan pemeliharaan gedung di Indonesia, khususnya di kota-kota besar.Kata-kata kunci: Perawatan, Pemeliharaan, Gedung Tinggi.Abstract: The increasing number of high-rise buildings in big cities will certainly have consequences for their care and maintenance. In order for a building to fulfill the function in accordance with the plan, it certainly requires maintenance and maintenance according to the standard. Caring for modern buildings that are loaded with mechanical and electrical equipment, will be different from conventional buildings. If initially the notion of building maintenance was only related to cleaning (cleaning service) that could be handled by ordinary personnel, then the maintenance of modern buildings requires its own expert power. Based on empirical observations at present the public’s attention to building maintenance is still very lacking. Experience shows that building construction is easier than carrying out the obligation to care for and maintain. Therefore it is not surprising that the luxurious buildings that have just been completed have been built in a few years, then their quality has declined, especially buildings that function as public facilities and social facilities. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a theoretical and empirical analysis of the problems of building maintenance and maintenance in Indonesia, especially in large cities.Keywords: Maintenance, Maintenance, High Building.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kelompok pekerja bangunan yang mengerjakan jenis pekerjaan pengalian tanah, pasangan anstampeng batu kali, pasangan pondasi batu kali, dan pasangan rolag diatas pondasi masih perlu mendapat perhatian, terutama munculnya faktor pengaruh ekternal dan internal dalam bekerja, sehinga mengurangi capaian hasil kerja yang masih rendah dan kurang memberi keuntungan terhadap jasa pelaksana konstruksi. Penelitian mengunakancara survei, wawancara dan observasi hasil kerja pada setiap jenis pekerjaan konstruksi kepada kelompok pekerja dari pekerja, tukang, mandor dan pelaksana di kota Malang bekerja pada jasa pengembang bangunan tak bertingkat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sumbangan atribut pada sosio ekonomi meliputi: pengalamam profesi pekerja antara 5-7 th, pendidikan formal yang dicapai sebelum bekerja min SD, Pelatihan ketrampilan kerja yang diperolehmelalui belajar dari tukang atasan, upah satuan harian,Jarak timbunan material kerja terhadap tempat pasangan komponen konstruksi, dan penataan site material dan tempat kerja konstruksi.sumbangan pada lingkungan sarana kerja meliputi variabel: site lokasi pekerjaan konstruksi, ketersediaan material sebelum mengawali pekerjaan konstruksi, kelengkapan peralatan kerja bantu yang dimiliki oleh masing profesi, cara mengunakan material dan metode kerja, Kondisi Cuaca saat berlangsung jam kerja, Profesi tetap sebagai tenaga kerjadisektor bangunan, Koefisien upah dari kelompok pekerja dari jenis pekerjaan diperoleh dari hasil capaian produktivitas kerja real dilapangan dalam ukuran waktu kerja7 jam sehari.Kata-kata kunci: produktivitas, Jenis pekerja bangunan, koefisien upah kerjaAbstract: The group of construction workers working on the type of soil control work, the stone anstampeng pair, the stone masonry pairs, and the rolag pairs on the foundation still need attention, especially the emergence of external and internal factors of influence in work, thus reducing the achievement of the work is still low and less provide benefits to construction services. The research uses survey methods, interviews and work observations on each type of constructionwork to a group of workers from workers, builders, foremen and executors in the city of Malang working on the services of non-storey building developers. The results of the research were attributed to socio-economic attributes: work experience professions between 5-7 years, formal education achieved before min min work, vocational training obtained through learning from supervisors, daily unit wages, construction materials, and site arrangement of constructionmaterials and workplaces. contributions to the workplace environment include variables: site location of construction work, availability of materials prior to the start of construction work, completeness of the auxiliary work equipment owned by each profession, how to use materials and working methods, Weather during working hours, Profession remains as a workforce in the building sector, wage coefficient of the group of workers of the type of work obtained from the achievement of real work productivity field in the size of working time 7 hours a day.Keywords: productivity, Type of construction worker, wage coefficient of work

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 membuat masyarakat mengurangi aktivitas ekonomi, seperti berbelanja kebutuhan tersier atau berlibur. Penerapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) di DKI Jakarta yang sudah berjalan dan disambut positif oleh masyarakat, dimana bidang logistik merupakan salah satu sektor yang dikecualikan dalam aturan PSBB sehingga dapat dengan leluasa melakukan distribusi dengan tetap mengikuti protokol COVID-19. Walaupun sektor logistik mendapat pengecualian pada masa PSBB ini, dari sisi arus pengiriman barang dalam negeri maupun skala ekspor sayangnya mengalami tren penurunan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mencoba melihat bagaimana dampak COVID-19 dan pengaruhnya terhadap angkutan logistik. Penelitian ini juga ingin melihat apakah angkutan logistik yang dikecualikan dalam PSBB memiliki pengaruh pada meluasnya penyebaran COVID-19. Data-data dari Badan Pusat Statistika dan wawancara beberapa pelaku logistik dipergunakan untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap keberlangsungan bisnis selama pandemik. Sedangkan, metode regresi linear dipergunakan untuk fokus pada tujuan kedua dari penelitian ini. Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan maka diketahui bahwa sektor lapangan usaha transportasi dan pergudangan menunjukkan tanda-tanda pemulihan di kuartal III 2020. Sedangkan berdasarkan regresi linier menunjukan bahwa pergerakan logistik tidak berpengaruh terhadap lonjakan kasus COVID-19.

Abstract

The purpose of these activities improve the knowledge and skills of people, especially the breeding of livestock and fish breeding to increase the quality and increase production and be able to compete in the market as well as a means of education. Realization implementation activities in the form of learning, training and mentoring. Stages are conducting learning activities lectures giving the material, strengthening the material with a demonstration and simulation as well as good guidance for implementation in the form of monitoring and evaluation. The target audience of the event is the productive economic business group consists of 25-30 people, which the people of residents who have been focusing on small and independent businesses have both individually and in groups. Delivery of materials, simulations and discussions, delivered with total training hours to 50 hours. Revitalization of land is done by fixing the pool walls were eroded and landslides. Installation waring on pond breeding and nursery grounds. The addition of adequate water filter, the drain water pump to the pool with a filter system, after going through the water inlet filter back to pool. Training and Mentoring fish farming, in the form of breeding carp, catfish and fish, made with fish polyculture system is selected are kept together with other fish, so that the effective time and the results can be harvested alternately.

Abstract

High intensities of gastrointestinal tract may interfere to image quality of pancreatobilliary system that affects MRCP image degradation. The method of implementation of community service activities are divided into two activities : dissemination of material about improving the image optimization deployment training MRCP and use of oolong tea and herbal soy milk as an alternative oral negative contrast agent. Frameworks consist of input, process and output. Input as a potential target group's knowledge on the operation modalities of MRI and MRCP examination procedures. The process is in the form of training activities and the implementation of the use of oolong tea and herbal soy milk as an alternative to oral negative contrast agent on MRCP examination in hopes of generating output in the form of an increase in MRCP image optimization. Framework of solving problems through training implemented in the form of learning and mentoring using oolong tea and herbal soy milk as an alternative oral negative contrast agent MRCP, can produce contrast effect and image effect on the image enhancement MRCP optimization.

Abstract

Teachers in the learning process, should pay attention tothe characteristics of their students. A wide range of studentcharacteristics, both internally and externally. One of thecharacteristics of students in learning that need to be considered inteacher learning and affect the effectiveness of teaching and learningis the learning styles of the students.Experiential Learning not only provide insight into the conceptsof knowledge alone. However, it also gives a real experience that willbuild skills through real assignments. Experienced learning theory isformed through a process of suppression. Suppression processincludes concrete experience, observe /reflect on concreteexperiences, abstract concepts and generalizations formatting, to testimplications of concepts in new situations. The four processes formthe four types of learning styles are: konverger, akomodator,diverger, and assimilator.Teachers in teaching has its own learning style as well as thetypes of students have learning styles but it does not mean the qualityof teaching by itself will increase. Learning style is closely related toan individual's personal history influenced by education anddevelopment. This is because the factors that affect academicachievement itself. Abstract

This research applied toward 197 XI grade SMA Negeri 10 Semarang students. To collect the data, researcher used both questionnaire and the student documents. This research is aimed to know the significance of contribution achievement motivation toward achievement academic (cognitive aspect, affective aspect, and psychomotor aspect). Collected data was analyzed by product moment correlation and the regresion analysis. The final result of correlation analysis show that there is a positive contribution achievement motivation toward achievement academic (cognitive 0,7396, affective 0,4225, psychomotor 0,4096). Based on this research result, it suggests that achievement motivation term can be used as one variable contributed toward academic achievement to the next research.Keywords : Achievement Motivation, Achievement Academic.

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service (PKM) is to find out how much the application of management in the development of marine products that have an impact on the welfare of local communities. The measurement method uses three approaches including (1) phenomenalogical research method where qualitative methods can be interpreted as a method based on the philosophy of postpositivism used in object conditions, where the researcher as a key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined) the results of the analysis is inductive which is to suppress the meaning of Creswell 2009 generalization (in his book Sugiyono 2017: 24), (2) The grounded theory method of this research is a type of qualitative method, in which the researcher draws on the generalization observed inductively, (3) Ethnography Method is Qualitative Strategy menrurut (Crewell 2209) states one type of qualitative research is that researchers conduct group culture studies through interview observation. The results of observations and interviews and training on community service are very potential fisheries subsector commodities, from the high demand for sustainable fish supply. Results of assistance to management in the development of marine fish culture management (sea farming) to increase community income in the Thousand Islands, Jakarta, Development of results need to be formed cooperatives or business units, in an effort to increase community income in the thousand islands.Keywords: Management, Yield Development, and Welfare.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan memegang peranan penting terhadap peradaban manusia yang melibatkan dan menghasilkan inovasi secara signifikan dari yang paling sederhana hingga paling canggih terutama selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Guru diharapkan mampu untuk mengikuti perubahan teknologi yang disruptif baik dari aspek model, metode, maupun penilaian pembelajaran. Untuk menunjang kemampuan tersebut, maka dilaksanakan pelatihan asesmen formatif berbantuan aplikasi Mobile pendukung pembelajaran IPA jarak jauh di masa pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan dan membiasakan guru dalam melakukan asesmen formatif berbantuan aplikasi bergerak (mobile application). Kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama yang mencakup persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara dalam jaringan (daring) pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2021 yang dilaksanakan secara sinkronus pada tanggal 29 Juni 2021. Kemudian, kegiatan dilanjutkan secara asinkronus selama empat pekan melalui Learning Management System (LMS) berupa pendampingan dan diakhiri dengan pengumpulan karya tulis pada tanggal 27 Juli 2021. Sebanyak 15 peserta telah berhasil menyelesaikan penulisan artikel dan mengumpulkannya melalui LMS. Beberapa di antaranya bahkan sedang memproses pendaftaran Hak Cipta atas produk inovasi pembelajaran yang telah dihasilkannya.Abstract:  Education holds a significant role towards human culture involving and resulting innovations significantly from the simple to the significant ones, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Teachers are expected to keep up with disruptive technology development on the aspects of learning model, method, or assessment. To support the skill, a workshop on mobile application-assisted formative assessment for science learning in the covid-19 pandemic was conducted. This workshop aimed to introduce and accustom teachers to conducting a formative assessment using a mobile application. This activity consisted of three phases including the preparation, the execution, and the reporting. This workshop was conducted online in June-August 2021. The synchronous session was conducted on June 29th, 2021 meanwhile the asynchronous session was conducted during the next four weeks using an LMS consisting of writing and research consultation sessions. The activity ended through the submission of assignments on July 27th,2021. As many as 15 participants have successfully finished their article writing and submitted it through the LMS. Some of them are in the process of registering the copyright of the resulting learning innovation product.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengujian pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui PPh pajak perusahaan danprofitabilitas keputusan pendanaan dengan pertumbuhan perusahaan sebagai moderator. Populasidan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dibursa efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2018. Sampel yang digunakan oleh 18 perusahaanmenggunakan purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan alatprogram SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Profitabilitas dan pengaruh pajak penghasilanperusahaan terhadap Keputusan Pendanaan. Sementara hasil dari setiap moderasi melemahkanhubungan antara pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak terbukti secara signifikan melemahkan hubunganantara pajak penghasilan perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap Pendanaan Keputusan.
