This research objective is to know the Influence Of The Development Retail Bond Indonesia To The Financial Statment Of Pt Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Period 2011-2015 This research used quantitative methods. The data collection techniques used literature study. The sample was financial statements period of 2011-2015. Analytical techniques used normality data test, simple linear regression, correlations, determination coefficient, and hypotheses test Using SPSS version 19. The research result show balance of retail indonesia has a very strong influence on the financial statements of 0,931% by using pearson correlation. And the coefficient of determination of 86,7% shows the effect of retail bonds Indonesia to the financial statment while the remaining 7,67% can be influenced by other variable-variables. As for the problems that occur in the influence of retail bonds Indonesia to the financial statements at the PT Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) tbk is the balance of bonds that fluctuate and financial statments decline in the period 2011. Suggestion from the authors for the company that should increase the return of investors in order to increase. Keywords : retail bond Indonesia, financial statment

This study aims to examine the effect of free cash flow and investment opportunity set on dividend policy with debt policy as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative causality using the population in this study is a consumer goods industry manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The selection of data samples using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that free cash flow has a positive and significant effect on debt policy, investment opportunity set has no effect on debt policy, free cash flow has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, investment opportunity set has no effect on dividend policy, free cash flow and investment The opportunity set simultaneously influences the dividend policy, the debt policy does not mediate the effect of free cash flow on the dividend policy and the debt policy does not mediate the effect of the investment opportunity set on the dividend policy.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan mahasiswa fisika peserta KPL berbasis lesson study tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran era pendidikan 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian ex-postfacto dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil angket, penilaian produk RPP, video pelaksanaan, dan lembar refleksi, serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian kemampuan mahasiswa dalam: (1) merencanakan strategi pembelajaran era pendidikan 4.0 memiliki skor pada hasil analisis angket sebesar 81,8% kategori baik, sementara pada hasil analisis produk RPP yaitu 54,7% dengan kategori tidak baik; (2) melaksanakan strategi pembelajaran era pendidikan 4.0 memiliki skor pada hasil analisis angket sebesar 83,6% kategori baik, sementara pada hasil analisis produk video pembelajaran yaitu 66,8% dengan kategori cukup baik; (3) merefleksi strategi pembelajaran era pendidikan 4.0 berdasarkan hasil analisis angket memiliki skor 86,9% dengan kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan berdasar hasil penilaian lembar refleksi lesson study mahasiswa fisika peserta KPL kurang dalam manajemen waktu dan pengelolaan kelas.

Sugarcane core sampler is a plantation equipment sector which collect sugar cane samples and determining of rendemen in sugarcane. Sugarcane core sampler is a new product made by PT. United Tractors Pandu Engineering to solve problem about determining of individual rendemen in sugarcane at sugar mill. In operation Sugarcane Core Sampler uses a hydraulic system as the prime mover, either to raise the platform, take samples of cane and push it out of the probe cylinder. In order for the hydraulic system to work optimally, it is necessary to design and calculate the specification of components to be used on tilting cylinders, ejector, hydraulic pump, and reservoir (hydraulic tank). It also conducted a discussion of the difference between the Core Sampler Sugarcane fixed and mobile models. From the calculation results obtained inside diameter tilting cylinder is Ø100 mm with rod cylinder Ø56 mm, inside diameter of ejector cylinder is Ø32 mm with rod cylinder Ø1 8mm. At the biggest pump flow required is 51.81 lpm and displacement 43 cc/rev, from result of calculation hence specified pump which used is pist on pump type with displacement 41 cc/rev. For hydraulic tank capacity requiredon all hydraulic systems is 177 liters.

The purpose of this study was to determine the meaning of the contribution of each independent variable (leg muscle strength, dynamic balance and hip joint flexibility) to the accuracy of football shooting and to find out how meaningful the contribution of the independent variables together to the accuracy of football shooting. This study uses a quantitative descriptive correlational approach with regression analysis design. The sample was extracurricular high school football students in Sidareja with a total of 65 from a total population of 65. Data analysis techniques used regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) X1 made a significant contribution to Y. (2) X2 made a contribution which is significant to Y. (3) X3 gives a significant contribution to Y. (4) X4 gives a significant contribution to Y. In this study it can be concluded that the leg muscle strength variable contributed 22.96%, the variable of diamonic balance is 24 , 28%, the hip joint flexibility variable was 41.26%, while all the independent variables contributed 96.5% to the accuracy of football shooting.

Wayang orang sebagai drama tari tradisional saat ini sudah tidak menarik lagi bagi generasi muda karena hadirnya hiburan modern yang lebih canggih seperti yang berbasiskan multimedia. Keunggulan multimedia adalah dapat menciptakan presentasi dinamis menggunakan teks, grafik, animasi, audio, dan video. Setiap elemen dalam multimedia dapat diadaptasi untuk pertunjukan, salah satunya adalah kesenian tradisional wayang orang. Gebrakan baru yang dilakukan adalah pengaplikasian multimedia interaktif menggunakan visualisasi 3 dimensi beserta sound effect-nya sebagai background pentas, karena usaha meningkatkan minat generasi muda akan lebih efektif dan efisien apabila media yang digunakan adalah media yang memang familiar dengan mereka. Ada 2 metode dengan tujuan berbeda disini; metode pengumpulan data lebih dulu disusul metode perancangan atau pengembangan. Dari hal tersebut maka penetrasi melalui multimedia interaktif adalah salah satu usaha dalam pelestarian pentas wayang orang Ramayana.

Empirically, non-interest income from banks in Indonesia has increased in the last five years. Apart from being caused by efficiency issues and the level of risk in interest income, the increase in non-interest income was due to the proliferation of electronic-based banking services. In an effort to understand the influence factors on non-interest income, this study examines the effect of market concentration on third party funds, credit market concentration, capital adequacy, bank liquidity, bank efficiency, non-performing loans, leverage, and reference interest rates on non-interest income. In addition, testing the effect of bank and macroeconomic characteristics variables on non-interest income with national income as a moderating variable and the effect of bank and macroeconomic characteristics on non-interest income with inflation as a moderating variable. This research uses descriptive methods and causality. The research was conducted at conventional National Commercial Banks in Indonesia, which is divided into the periodization of the financial crisis era, namely 2006-2011 and post-financial crisis, namely 2012-2017. The data collection technique used by researchers is the documentation method. The data analysis technique was performed using unbalance panel data regression analysis. The results showed that bank liquidity and bank efficiency had a significant effect.

Short Message Service (SMS) is working on a wireless network that allows the theft of the message contents. There are risks that could threaten the security of the contents of the message on SMS services, including SMS snooping, and SMS interception. Therefore, it takes security system messages on SMS services to maintain the security and integrity of the message content to cover the security messages. Algorithms Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) using a structure SPN (Substitution Permutation Network) structure, which has the disadvantage of encryption and decryption, so the safety level is low. To cover the security hole of these weaknesses, the researchers conducted the improvement of Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm security system based on android SMS using Vigenere algorithm, so that the level of security and integrity of the content of the short message becomes higher and difficult to solve. The results showed an average increase in percentage value of the avalanche effect from 37.24% to 42.96%. Keywords—Advanced Encryption Standard, android, message security, encryption.

The purpose of this research is to find out how big the role of internal audit and internal control systems is over the filing of Indonesian Bank Loans (KTA). In this study using the Descriptive Associative Method with qualitative and quantitative data approach methods. The sample in this study were employees of internal audit and Unsecured Loans, totaling 100 respondents, for the questionnaire using the saturated sampling technique method. To find out how big the role of internal audit and internal control systems is for applying for the Indonesian banking loan KTA by testing statistics with multiple linear regression formulas analyzed with the SPSS 24.0 for windows application program. The calculation shows that the role of internal audit makes a significant contribution, while the internal control system has no influence on the application of the KTA. The role of the internal auditor gives a very strong contribution, meaning that if the audit is carried out properly, the level of fraud will be prevented earlier. Likewise with the internal control system which has a positive correlation, but in testing the hypothesis that the internal control system is not significant with the filing of the KTA, a good control system has no significant effect in detecting potential fraud in the credit application process.
