Abstract

The use of e-wallets in Indonesia has been developing since their emergence in 2011. The circulation of electronic money has been increasing, particularly in urban areas, due to the rising digital literacy of people. However, there was a significant increase during the Covid period when restrictions were imposed on community activities to prevent the spread of the virus. During this period, the circulation of electronic money more than doubled from the previous year. The perception of e-wallet users is crucial as it provides valuable information about their expectations and preferences. This information helps e-wallet providers determine whether their products or services meet the users' expectations. The e-SERVQUAL method is used to measure e-wallet user perceptions, which evaluates the quality of electronic services provided by companies through electronic media. Therefore, this study aims to investigate whether there is a significant difference in e-wallet user perceptions using e-SERVQUAL before and after the Covid period. The survey method was used in this study. The results showed a significant difference between users' perceptions before and after the Covid period with a significance value below 0.05.

Abstract

Puskesmas XYZ, situated in Cilegon City, serves one or multiple sub-districts as a primary healthcare facility, boasting a commendable performance rating of 3.66. To elevate service quality, the Mayor of Cilegon has suggested transitioning to the Regional Public Service Agency system, granting the health center operational autonomy apart from local government dependencies. Despite its laudable performance, Puskesmas XYZ requires enhancements to adopt the BLUD system, as indicated in Cilegon's 2020 Public Service Assessment Report. The report highlights six areas necessitating improvement: service policies, professional human resources, information systems, facilities, and infrastructure, as well as consultation and complaint mechanisms. This study aims to assess and prioritize improvement strategies using the Servperf model and PROMETHEE method. PROMETHEE calculations identified 10 alternatives with negative net flow: E4, RS2, TA3, E3, E5, AS2, RS3, AS1, RS4, and E1. Moreover, the process definition mapping identified 5 alternatives with activity flows across administration, general polyclinic, and pharmacy sections. This breakdown includes 11 activities as VA, 7 as NVA, and 2 as NNVA. Additionally, a root cause analysis (RCA) employing the 5 Whys method was conducted to identify issues and propose viable enhancements for Puskesmas XYZ. These measures aim to empower the health center, fortify its services, rectify weaknesses, and ultimately bolster healthcare provisions for the community.

Abstract

Supply chain risk management plays a pivotal role for businesses, regardless of their size—be it large industries or Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Even in MSMEs, supply chain risk management is crucial to mitigate potential risks stemming from various events. Consider BS, an MSME producing bread in Cilegon city, established in 2020, aspiring for market expansion. However, BS faces internal challenges such as fluctuating flour availability, recurring machine breakdowns twice a month, and consumer returns due to order discrepancies. Thus, this study aims to analyze supply chain risks to proactively prevent these recurrent events. The method employed here is the House of Risk. Through data processing, 32 risk events were identified by mapping supply chain activities based on the SCOR principle. From these events, 18 risk agents were derived, highlighting critical areas that require resolution. Employing a Pareto diagram, six priority risk agents have been identified for immediate resolution.

Abstract

This study investigates risk mitigation strategies within the label holder supply chain at a company specializing in convection-produced label holders. The House of Risk approach will be used to identify and prioritize potential risks and their sources throughout the supply chain activities, as defined by the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. Common supply chain risks include torn mica, detached stitches, and improper strap lengths. The risk identification process within the label holder supply chain activities resulted in 30 risk events, 27 risk agents, and 13 prioritized risk mitigation actions. These actions include regular routine machine maintenance, employee briefings, identifying backup suppliers, consistent performance monitoring, station coordination before production, machinery and tool upgrades for quality assurance, yearly shutdowns/maintenance, establishing customer contracts, user feedback coordination, training for raw material receiving personnel, implementing periodic product testing, enacting efficient inventory management practices, and improving finished goods quality management.

Abstract

Lean Healthcare is an approach to management systems that can change the mindset of hospitals, making healthcare more organized by reducing waste. Waste can be defined as any activity that does not add value to a process. The study recommends a bibliometric analysis of this problem. This is necessary to identify research trends or gaps that still exist. Data searches use Publish or Perish software, while data analysis uses VOSviewer software. The search results and data analysis suggest that trends for Lean Healthcare problems will likely be resolved by integration with green practices. The final process can be carried out considering environmental sustainability factors.
