Abstract

This research while such problems low creative thinking skills students. The purpose of this research is the use of media crossword puzzle learning to improve creative thinking skills students. Procedures done in this report is written with planning stages, action, implementation, observation, and reflection for a decision making to further development. The results show that the successful use of media learning crossword puzzle on cycle I as yet successful by acquiring skill creative thinking of 60,71% .On the cycle II show success with results creative thinking skills students some very 82,14 % up 21,43 % the I .On the cycle iii has indicated success with the creative thinking skills students some very 88,4 % up 6,26 % from the cycle II .Thus research with the media uses crossword puzzle learning expressed successfully and research will truly receive to the cycle III.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi masalah rendahnya keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran crossword puzzle untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. Prosedur yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi untuk pengambilan keputusan guna pengembangan lebih lanjut. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator keberhasilan penggunaan media pembelajaran crossword puzzle pada siklus I belum berhasil dengan memperoleh keterampilan berpikir kreatif sebesar 60,71%. Pada siklus II menunjukan keberhasilan dengan hasil penelitian keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa memperoleh hasil 82,14% atau naik 21,43% dari siklus I. Pada siklus III telah menunjukan keberhasilan dengan hasil keterampilan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa memperoleh hasil 88,4% atau naik 6,26% dari siklus II. Dengan demikian penelitian dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran crossword puzzle dinyatakan berhasil dan penelitian dicukupkan sampai pada siklus III.Kata kunci: crossword puzzle, berpikir kreatif, keterampilan, media pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the understanding of the concept of socialization and internalization of cultural values in an attitude of upholding community unity in the Pancasila. The results of this study conclude that 1) Understanding the concept of socialization in upholding community unity in the Pancasila Village is in the category of "very bad". 2) Internalization of cultural values in upholding community unity in the Pancasila Village is in the category of "not good”.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menjelaskan pemahaman konsep sosialisasi dan internalisasi nilai budaya dalam sikap menjunjung tinggi persatuan masyarakat di Desa Pancasila. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa 1) Pemahaman konsep sosialisasi dalam sikap menjunjung tinggi persatuan masyarakat di Desa Pancasila dalam kategori “sangat tidak baik, 2) Internalisasi nilai budaya dalam sikap menjunjung tinggi persatuan masyarakat di Desa Pancasila dalam kategori “tidak baik”.Kata kunci: Sosialisasi, Budaya dan Persatuan

Abstract

The objective of this research is to fine a media of instructional such as puzzle map Lampung Province to be applied in social studies learning. Approach the used is Researchand and Development (RD). Result so fresearch and development are: Instructional media named puzzlemap Lampung provincein 2013th, Puzzle shapes are applied is jigsaw puzzle, Consists of a mappuzzle piecesdistricts/cities throughout theprovince ofLampung. Map Lampung provincein 2013 can be presented vertically andhorizontally. Mappuzzle according to Jean Piaget's theory of development, materialin the form of map elements and the conditions that existin the map with the coordinates of point accuracy and proper scale. Mappuzzle to be used primarily in the Basic Competency, “Readmapslocal neighborhood (district/city, province) using asimplescale". Instructional mediapuzzle map efefktif over the process and the learning outcomes of usingnormal maps.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa peta puzzle provinsi Lampung untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran IPS. Hasil dari penelitan pengembangan ini adalah: Media pembelajaran diberi nama media pembelajaran peta puzzle provinsi Lampung tahun 2013. Bentuk puzzle yang diterapkan adalah jigsaw puzzle.Potongan puzzle terdiri atas peta kabupaten/kota yang tersebar di provinsi Lampung dan syarat dan ketentuan yang ada pada peta.  Peta provinsi Lampung tahun 2013 dapat disajikan secara vertikal dan horizontal. Peta puzzle sesuai dengan teori perkembangan Jean Piaget, materi peta berupa unsur-unsur dan syarat-syarat yang ada dalam peta dengan akurasi titik koordinat dan skala yang tepat. Peta puzzle dapat digunakan pada Kompetensi Dasar “Membaca peta lingkungan setempat (kabupaten/kota, provinsi) dengan menggunakan skala sederhana“. Media pembelajaran peta puzzle lebih efefktif terhadap proses dan hasil belajar peserta didik daripada menggunakan peta biasa.Kata kunci: peta puzzle, efektif terhadap proses, hasil belajar

Abstract

This class action research was aimed at finding out the increasing of students social skills by using simulation model approach to social studies learning of the 8th grade students. It was carried out by applying simulation steps to improve students social skills in each cycle. It was conducted in three cycles. The data obtained from observations of each cycle was used as basis or corrections for the next cycle. The results showed that in Cycle I, the indicators of students social skills did not yet reach 70% of their activities. In Cycle II, the indicators of social skills reached 70% of students activities including the applications of turn-taking/sharing and making efforts/following instructions indicators. In Cycle III, the applications of all social skill indicators reached 70% or more including the indicators of turn-taking/sharing, appreciating/respecting each other, assisting/helping each other, making efforts, controlling emotions, expressing opinions, accepting opinions.Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan sosial siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan model simulasi pada pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan proses pembelajaran yang menerapkan langkah-langkah simulasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa pada setiap siklusnya. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus, data hasil observasi dari setiap siklus menjadi dasar atau bahan perbaikan pada siklus berikutnya. Hasil penelitian meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa dengan menggunakan model simulasi. Pada siklus I, indikator keterampilan sosial belum ada yang mencapai 70% aktivitas siswa. Pada siklus II indikator keterampilan sosial yang telah mencapai 70% aktivitas siswa dengan indikator keterampilan sosial bergiliran/berbagi dan bersungguh-sungguh/mengikuti petunjuk. Pada siklus III semua indikator keterampilan sosial telah mencapai 70% atau lebih indikator bergiliran/ berbagi, menghargai/ menghormati, membantu/ menolong orang lain, bersungguh-sungguh, mengontrol emosi, menyampaikan pendapat, menerima pendapat.Kata kunci: keterampilan sosial, pembelajaran ips, simulasi

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to produce student worksheet in developing social values in geography subject so it can be used as learning resource in geography subject and determine the effectiveness of the use of students worksheet in the developing social values in geography learning. This research used the steps from Dick and Carry Development Design. The result of data analysis showed that the effectiveness of learning in experiment class using students worksheet is more effective than the control class significantly. The increasing average in experiment class is higher (14,86) than the control (9,71) class. Analysis using t-test showed that t-count t tabel (alpha 0,05). Thus, it can be concluded that experiment class which used students worksheet in geography subject, has higher achievement than the control class.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) dalam penanaman nilai-nilai sosial pada mata pelajaran geografi sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran geografi dan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) dalam penanaman nilai-nilai sosial dalam pembelajaran geografi. Desain pengembangan mengikuti langkah-langkah Dick and Carey. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas pembelajaran kelas eksperimen menggunakan bahan ajar Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik lebih efektif dari pada kelas kontrol secara signifikan. Rata-rata hasil belajar kenaikan kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi (14,86) dari pada kelas kontrol (9,71). Analisis menggunakan t-test diperoleh t-hitung t-tabel (alpa 0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Geografi, memperoleh hasil belajar lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol.Kata kunci: lembar kerja peserta didik geografi, pengembangan, penanaman nilai-nilai sosial

Abstract

Research and development is motivated by text books is difficult to understand its content, and the need for students' social skills. Research for Development aims to produce IPS module-based social skills and to analyze the effectiveness of social skills-based IPS module. This study is a research development (R D) with a modified Borg and Gall withthe development of Dick and Carey module design. The effectiveness of the product obtained using experimental test of pre-test and post-test. Pre-test and post-test were analyzed using test and comparison of normalized gain. The results of this research is the creation of a social skills-based module products. IPS module - based social skill. Obtaining response sappropriate and good for development. The module  effectively demonstrated through test effectiveness by comparing normalized gain value indicatesa higher efficacy with the acquisition value gain of 0.700Keywords: module, IPS, social skills

Abstract

This research aims to (1) describes the aplication of enterpreneurship learning model of Think Pair Share in high school students, (2) determine the aplication of of enterpreneurship learning model of Think Pair Share to improve social skill of high school students. This is a Class Action Research which applying Think Pair Share (TPS) model that involved 26 students in grade X-science as sample. The data collection retrieved by observation and documentation using descriptive data analyze technique for three cycles. The results are: First, the aplication of enterpreneurship learning model of Think Pair Share in high school students proceed properly in each fase of TPS. Second, the aplication of enterpreneurship learning model of TPS increase the social skills, they are (1) basic interaction, (2) comunication skills, (3) team building, and (4) conflict resulution.Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran kewirausahaan model Think Pair Share pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas, (2) mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran kewirausahaan model Think Pair Share dalam meningkatkan social skill pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK) yang menerapkan model Think Pair Share (TPS) dengan sampel 26 orang siswa kelas X MIPA. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif selama tiga siklus. Hasil penelitian, Pertama, penerapan pembelajaran kewirausahaan model Think Pair Share pada siswa sekolah menengah atas berjalan dengan sangat baik melalui setiap tahapan dalam model TPS. Kedua, penerapan pembelajaran model Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa yaitu (1) berinteraksi, (2) berkomunikasi, (3) membangun tim/kelompok, (4) menyelesaikan masalah.Kata kunci : Pembelajaran kewirausahaan, Think Pair Share, social skill

Abstract

This reserach aims to implement learning model which can improve the character values of the student as nurturant effect in teaching and learning process by comparing problems based learning in group or individually in learning sociology. The researcher used quasi experimental research method in conducting this research. Observation sheet and test are used as the instruments. In analysing the data, the researcher used tabulation to see the improvement of character values and T-test to know the difference of student learning result. The result of this research shows that the students is better in developing their character building when they solved problems in group than solving them individually. Along with that result, the average score of the student learning result also shows better when the learning process with problems based learning in group compared to the learning result which the process of problems based learning in individually.Tujuan penelitian untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan nilai karakter yang merupakan dampak pengiring pembelajaran, dengan membandingkan pembelajaran berbasis masalah secara kelompok dan individu dalam pembelajaran sosiologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen quaisy. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan tes, analisis data menggunakan diskriptif kualitatif untuk perubahan nilai karakter dan t-tes untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  nilai karakter   pembelajaran  berbasis masalah secara kelompok lebih baik dibandingkan pembelajaran berbasis masalah secara individu. Demikian pula rerata hasil belajar yang menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis masalah secara kelompok lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah secara individu.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, nilai karakter, pembelajaran kelompok

Abstract

This research is historical descriptive history. Data was collected with a documentation method that is both historical descriptive history is to describe, explain and clarify the facts of history. As for the data analysis techniques used heuristic, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The research concludes that the concept of social justice has become one of the Soekarno’s philosophical thought which a society of social justice or the nature of a just and prosperous society. Sukarno had brilliant ideas about social justice. The idea of social justice cannot be separated from the movement of unity and mutual assistance. Precisely the nation united and willing to collaborate will be able to understand the value of social justice. Struggle value implied in a speech at the Bung Karno particular physical revolution against colonial era during 1945-1950 implied national character building consisting of independence, democracy, national unity and international prestige.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian metode sejarah yang bersifat historical deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi metode sejarah yang bersifat historical deskriptif yaitu untuk melukiskan, menjelaskan dan menerangkan fakta sejarah. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah heuristik, kritik, interpretasi dan historiografy. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa konsep keadilan sosial telah menjadi salah satu pemikiran filosofis presiden Soekarno menurutnya keadilan sosial adalah suatu masyarakat atau sifat suatu masyarakat adil dan makmur. Soekarno memiliki buah pikiran yang cemerlang tentang keadilan sosial. Gagasan keadilan sosial tidak bisa terlepas dari gerakan persatuan dan gotong royong. Justru bangsa yang tahu bersatu dan mau berkerjasama akan dapat memahami nilai keadilan sosial. Nilai kejuangan tersirat dalam pidato Bung Karno khususnya di era revolusi fisik melawan penjajah sepanjang Tahun 1945-1950 tersirat pembangunan karakter bangsa yang terdiri dari kemandirian, demokrasi, persatuan nasional dan martabat internasional.Kata kunci: nilai sosial, nilai kejuangan, teks pidato

Abstract

Abstract. This was a classroom action research, conducted  to develop students’ self-concept and creativity, strength and weaknesses of teachers and students in learning process. The research result showed that (1)  portfolio learning model can develop students’ self-concept (2) portfolio learning model can develop  students’ creativity. In cycle I, 9 or 27%  of students have high self-concept category and the average score was 68%.  In cycle II showed an increase in which 12 students or 35% of students  have high self-concept category and average score was 74% and the students’ development of self-concept  increased  in cycle III with 27 students or 79%, with average score 77%. The development of  students’ creativity in cycle I was 20 students or 59% with medium category with average score 64%, cycle II showed the growth, that was 24 students or 71% had already got medium  category of creativity and  average score was 67% and cycle III students that got development of creativity were 29 students or 85%, with high  category from entire students in which 34 students with average score 75%. Thus, it can be concluded  that portfolio learning model can develop students self-concept and creativity.Keywords: portfolio learning model, self-concept, creativity
