Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan keterampilan menulis cerpen siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa menggunakan media pembelajaran film indie (independent). Melalui metode kuantitatif dengan teknik simple random sampling peneliti dapat membedakan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa yang berjumlah 123 siswa. Dengan sampel kelas XI IPS 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol yang jumlahnya sama 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji-t. Berdasarkan analisis data mengenai hasil belajar siswa melalui Uji-t maka diperoleh nilai thitung = 3,67  sedangkan ttabel = 1,67. Dari hasil perhitungan didapat bahwa thitung ≥ ttabel maka Ha diterima dengan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 77,16 dan kelas kontrol 66,43. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang penulis kemukakan yaitu “Terdapat pengaruh film indie (independent) terhadap keterampilan menulis cerpen siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa” terbukti kebenarannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Indonesia's GDP and the exchange rate affecting the import of Indonesian fertilizer in 2004 - 2018. This study uses secondary data obtained from data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) least squares analysis, testing of hypotheses and data suitability (classical assumptions) using a 5% significance level. Based on the results of the study it is known that simultaneously Indonesia's GDP and Exchange rates jointly affect Indonesia's fertilizer imports. However, partially, Indonesia's GDP has a positive and significant effect on fertilizer imports in Indonesia and the exchange rate is obtained partially and does not have a significant negative effect on fertilizer imports in IndonesiaKeywords: GDP, Exchange Rate and Fertilizer Import

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of real interest rates and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) significantly on foreign investment in the long term and short term in Indonesia Period 2010 (Q1) - 2019 (Q4). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis with the Error Correction Model (ECM) technique (help with EViews 10 software), where the end result will measure the effect of real interest rates and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) significantly on FDI investment in the long term and long term short. The results of this study indicate that real interest rates and gross domestic product (GDP) have a positive and significant effect on FDI in the long run. In the short term, real interest rates and gross domestic product (GDP) have a significant effect on FDI.Keywords: Real Interest Rates, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Foreign Investment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid Pandemic 19 on macroeconomic developments in Riau and the policy response taken. In this paper, researchers used library research, namely taking various reference sources that support this research. This research is a qualitative research type. Data collection techniques are listening and recording important information in data analysis by means of data reduction, data display and conclusions in order to get a concluding overview of the literature study to be developed in this study. Government policies that must be taken in an effort. The efforts made in Rising Together Towards a Competitive Riau, are directed at realizing an independent and competitive economy through increasing economic independence and reducing income inequality, increasing regional investment, increasing regional food security and reducing poverty and unemployment, by driving industry, agriculture, and tourist.Keywords : Covid 19, macro economics, government policy

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the benefits of the digital economy and its impact on SPA in the Pekanbaru City area. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, which combines questionnaires, in-depth interviews and observations of SPA as well as the digital economic media used. Subjects were selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that the most widely used digital economic media were shopee, instagram, and whatsapp. Most of the SPA use the digital economy to conduct promotions, sales and as a medium of information. From this research, it can be seen that the digital economy can increase revenue and the number of customers.Keywords: SPA, Digital Economy, Income, Customers

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of the Exchange Rate And chinese GDP On Indonesian Banana Exports to China in 2004-2018. The variable used in the reseach is the Indonesian banana exports to china as the dependent variable, then the exchangerate and chinese GDP as an independent variable. This research uses secondary data in the form of time series in annual form starting from 2004-2018 which can be ontained through the publication of the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. The model uses time series data which is calculated by the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS aplication version 23.0. The results of research indicate that partially the exchange rate variable has a significant positive effect on Indonesian banana exports to china in 2004-2018. Simutaneosuly , the Chinese exchange rate and GDP variable significantly influence the export of –Indonesian bananas to china in 2004-2018.Keywords :Export, Exchange rate, Chinese GDP

Abstract

This study This research aims to determine the prospects for soy milk as a home industry for soy milk in Kampar Regency and to examine the problems or obstacles faced in running a soy milk business in Kampar Regency. The population in this study are all business actors who sell and produce soy milk in Kampar Regency. There are 5 business actors. The method used in this study uses a feasibility test, to conduct a review of the feasibility aspects that examine financial and non-financial aspects. In the non-financial aspect through a review of the market aspect, as well as the financial aspect through a review of financial feasibility by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV), B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The results of this study indicate that the non-financial aspects reviewed in the home industry of soy milk in Kampar Regency have prospects and are feasible to be developed, as well as assessing the financial aspects through feasibility calculations showing NPV = 52,327,985 > 0, the value of B/C Ratio 2, 31 > 1, IRR 56.83% > 12% and PP value for 1 year 6 months. From these calculations, it can be seen that the soy milk industry in Kampar Regency has prospects and is feasible to be developed. .Keywords: Prospect, Feasibility Study and soy milk

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk sebagai acuan pokok terhadap masalah yang akan diteliti sehingga akan dapat bekerja secara terarah dalam mencari data sampai langkah pemecahan masalahnya. Sehingga tujuan ini adalah untuk mencakup nilai-nilai moral dalam Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Suku Dayak Randuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan  yang  bersumber  pada  teks karya  sastra  itu  sendiri.  Penelitian  ini  disebut  dengan  penelitian   kualitatif, karena data dalam bentuk verbal sehingga dapat  memudahkan penelitian  yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Disamping itu ada data yang autentik  yang bisa dikaji dan  di  analisis  sebenar-benarnya.  Pendekatan  kualitatif  dapat  diartikan  sebuah proses penyelidikan untuk memahami masalah sosial atau masalah manusia.Hasil penelitian menjukan bahwa analisis nilai moral yang terdapat dalam tiga isi “kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Suku Dayak Randuk”, yang di ceritakan terdiri dari “Raja Deah”, “Cit Inai” dan “Raja Kancil”. Banyak nilai – nilai yang terkandung di setiap ceritanya. Setiap paragrap yang dibaca secara kritis dan cermat memiliki nilai moral terdiri dari kejujuran, keadilan, sikap keterbukaan, optimis dan lain-lainya.Kata Kunci : Nilai Moral, Pendekatan Kualitatif, Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Suku Dayak RandukAbstract: This study aims to serve as a basic reference for the problem to be studied so that it will be able to work directionally in finding data to solving the problem. So this goal is to include the moral values in the Collection of Randuk Dayak Tribe of Folklore.This study uses an approach that is sourced from the literary text itself.  This research is called qualitative research, because the data is in verbal form so that it can facilitate research conducted by researchers. Besides that, there is authentic data that can be studied and analyzed in truth. A qualitative approach can be defined as a process of inquiry to understand social problems or human problems.he result of the research shows that the analysis of moral values contained in the three contents of "a collection of folklore of the Dayak Randuk", which is told consists of " deah king", " Chait Inn" and " the king of the mouse deer". Many values are contained in each story. Every paragraph that is read critically and carefully has moral values consisting of honesty, fairness, openness, optimism and others.Keywords: Moral Value, Qualitative Approach, Collection of Randuk Dayak Tribe of Folklore

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of this class action research departs from the background of the need for renewal in teaching and learning activities carried out both by teachers and by students specifically aimed at achieving the vision and mission of SDN 010143 Perk. Aek Tarum. This study aims to improve teacher discipline through the Reward and Funishment system to support the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process at SDN 010143 Perk. Aek Tarum district Bandar Island academic year 2018/2019. The subjects of this study were elementary school teacher 010143 Perk. Aek Tarum, data is collected through observation, interviews, tests, and study documentation. The data obtained shows that after the implementation of the action in the form of Reward and Punishment, teachers who are late more than 15 minutes are 0, and teachers who are less than 10 minutes late are 9 teachers. The application of rewards and punishments can increase teacher discipline in the classroom at teaching and learning activities at SDN 010143 Perk. Aek Tarum. Keywords: teacher discipline, reward, funishment  Abstrak: Dilaksanakannya penelitian tindakan kelas ini berangkat dari latar belakang perlunya pembaruan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar baik yang dilakukan oleh guru maupun oleh siswa khususnya yang bertujuan untuk mencapai visi dan misi SDN 010143 Perk. Aek Tarum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan disiplin guru melalui sistem Reward dan Funishment guna menunjang efektivitas proses belajar mengajar di SDN 010143 Perk. Aek Tarum kec. Bandar Pulau TP. 2018/2019. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SDN 010143 Perk. Aek Tarum, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, test, dan study dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa setelah diadakan penerapan tindakan berupa Reward dan Punishment, guru yang terlambat lebih dari 15 menit adalah 0, dan guru yang terlambat kurang dari 10 menit sebanyak 9 orang guru. Penerapan Reward dan Punishment dapat meningkat disiplin guru hadir didalam kelas pada kegiatan belajar mengajar di SDN 010143 Perk. Aek Tarum. Kata Kunci :  disiplin guru, reward, funishment
