Abstract

This research aims to describe the coaching and training patterns of swimming athletes at Arhesa Swimming Club Bandung. The research method used is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The subjects of this research include management and coaches. Observation, interviews, and document analysis were carried out during data collection. The results of this research are that achievement development has been carried out in a planned and programmed manner, the organizational situation could be better, facilities and infrastructure still need to be improved, and the achievements achieved by athletes so far still need to be exemplary. The study shows that the condition of the club organization could be running better, and the management system needs to be reorganized regularly. The organization's work program needs to be structured due to limited funds and lack of support for facilities and infrastructure. The achievement development program is carried out systematically, regularly, continuously, planned, and programmed with maximum reference to technical training. The existing coaches have good quality, but the number needs to be commensurate with the athletes. The number of training facilities and infrastructure still needs to be improved to meet standards. However, the achievements obtained have been encouraging at the local and regional levels. The Arhesa Club is recommended to strengthen and develop organizational systems and coaching patterns to achieve the highest achievements. Looking for alternative funds or sponsors to add training equipment to increase athletes' training activity is necessary.

Abstract

Kata kunci : Covid 19, Bisnis model, Food E-commerce, Optimasi Revenue StreamAbstractThis research aims to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on the use of the food e-commerce business model in an effort to maximize revenue streams for restaurants whose offline activities have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The policy of adapting new habits and encouraging Work From Home (WFH) as a response to preventing the spread of the covid-19 virus has resulted in widespread restrictions on community physical activities, This has an impact on restaurant business activities physically limiting their operational activities, reducing capacity and adapting to changes in business models that force them to be present in the online market niche. The method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques with library research where this research attempts to describe existing phenomena, which are taking place currently or in the past. This article focuses on highlighting and providing considerations on when and how restaurants can adopt this business model appropriately. The results of this study found that the online market niche through the utilization of this food ecommerce business model forces restaurants/eateries to add additional third-party service fees (food ecommerce) as a cost of technology burden on each of their menu sales prices. This causes price disparities and lack of attention from business managers. This lack of attention can have serious implications in terms of customer management regarding business continuity because revenue optimization cannot only focus on economic aspects to create a sustainable business model. It is hoped that the results of this study can be taken into consideration when building cooperative relationships with third party websites, which is recommended only if the number of loyal customers is smaller than the threshold.Keyword : Covid 19, Business model, Food E-commerce, Revenue Stream Optimizing

Abstract

Background: Environmental concerns are increasingly influencing consumer decision-making, and green consumer behaviour has garnered attention in marketing and sustainability. Businesses, governments and researchers must understand green consumer behaviour in order to understand sustainable consumption motives, attitudes, and decisions. Objective: The objectives of this review are to analyse and synthesise how researchers characterise and define green consumer behaviour, examine and evaluate the various research methods used to investigate it, and identify and discuss emerging trends and patterns in green consumer behaviour research. Methods: This review followed the PRISMA standards for systematic literature reviews. A thorough screening procedure was used to select 64 papers from 1633. The EBSCOhost Business Source Ultimate, Science Direct, and Emerald were used. Only English-language research papers published between 2005 and 2023 were included. Articles were found using the "green behaviour,” “consumer behaviour,” “sustainability," and "environmentalism keywords”. Results: Green consumer behaviour was interpreted differently using theories such as the theory of planned behaviour, value-belief-norm theory, social cognitive theory, and environmental identity theory. Modern research in this field examines social media, individual values and motivations, environmental knowledge and awareness, and interventions and marketing strategies for eco-friendly consumption Conclusion: This research illuminates significant findings and current trends in the green consumer behaviour debate. It emphasises the need for precise definitions, rigorous research methods, and further studies on green consumer behaviour dynamics. Businesses, governments, and marketers that promote sustainable consumption can learn from the results. Keywords: Definitions; Green consumer behavior; Research methods; Research trends; Systematic literature review

Abstract

This study investigates the role of digital transformation strategy (DTS) and enterprise architecture program (EAP) in enhancing the performance of private higher education institutions (PTS) in LLDIKTI Region IV, West Java, and Banten. Key factors analyzed include university ranking requirements (URR), government regulation (GR), emerging technology (ET), and university governance capability (UGC). Data were collected from 200 PTS leaders using probability sampling and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. Findings indicate that URR, GR, ET, and UGC positively influence DTS. DTS significantly strengthens EAP but does not directly impact institutional performance. The study emphasizes the synergy between DTS and EAP to optimize resource management and improve Tridharma activities, ultimately enhancing institutional performance. This research contributes to understanding the strategic alignment necessary for effective digital transformation in higher education.
