Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important factor in the management of the hospitality industry because satisfied customers tend to revisit and provide recommendations to others so that in the end it will provide benefits for the hotel. This paper aims to review the literature related to hotel guest satisfaction. To obtain literature data, the Publish or Perish software was used and the Google Scholar and Scopus databases in Publish or Publish were selected. The title word used is "customer satisfaction hotel". The results of the initial data search were then rechecked by removing documents that were considered less relevant to the keywords/titles discussed. The final search results using the Google Scholar and Scopus databases were then stored in the Mendeley reference manager. Using Mendeley and Publish or Perish software, data on the 10 most cited articles and data on the 8 best journals were obtained. Furthermore, VOSviewer software was used to obtain network visualization and cluster data consisting of items that appear in each cluster. This study provides an overview for further research on hotel customer satisfaction related to factors that need to be investigated further. The results of this literature review will also be useful for hotel managers in an effort to increase customer satisfaction by considering factors related to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The authors used a quantitative method to reveal research findings in this study. The cross-sectional design was used to collect data. Participants of this study were 509 people spread over 18 sub-districts in Kerinci Regency. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that the Tour de Singkarak (TdS) bicycle racing event increased the community sports participation rate in Kerinci Regency by 65%. It indicates that the Tour de Singakrak (TdS) bicycle racing event effectively increases community sports participation rates, especially in Kerinci Regency. Abstract

This study aims to explore how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Social Media affect to Customer Engagement at the MSMEs in the city of Bandung. This study used a descriptive-quantitative approach involving 336 SMEs in the city of Bandung. Data were collected through questionnaires and literature studies. Data were analyzed using path analysis where variable (X1) was CRM, social media was variable (X2) and variable (y) was Customer Engagement. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship between CRM and Social Media. The direction of the relationship is positive which shows a unidirectional relationship pattern, which means that when there is an increase in CRM it will be followed by an increase in Social Media, and vice versa. Based on the test results it can also be concluded that CRM and Social Media have a significant effect on Customer Engagement, both jointly and partially. The suggestions for further research are to examine whether customer engagement can affect customer loyalty, especially to the consumers in today's digital era.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is critical for success in today's saturated mobile telecommunications industry. However, maintaining allegiance remains challenging given technology advancements and intensifying competition. This study examines the determinants of loyalty towards Simpati, the prepaid brand of Indonesia's largest operator Telkomsel. A qualitative case study methodology was employed, comprising an extensive literature review on customer experience, satisfaction, trust, switching costs and their influence on brand loyalty in the mobile sector. Particular focus was placed on publications related to Telkomsel and its prepaid offerings. Customer data from secondary sources was also analyzed to identify patterns relating to the research objectives. The findings indicate that service quality is a key antecedent of customer experience and satisfaction. Superior fulfillment of expectations cultivates a positive brand image and drives attachment. Meanwhile, affective factors like emotional engagement and trust act as mediators reinforcing loyalty intentions over the long-term. Competitive pricing and targeted promotional campaigns also enhance perceived value. Additionally, high perceived switching costs curb defection propensity due to customers' sunk investments in the relationship.

Two independent variables are used in this analysis: Gastronomic Festival Attributes and Customer Engagement. The dependent variables are Customer Delight, social interaction and Customer Value Experience. The research design is quantitative, with the objective of eliciting information about the description and use of Culinary Sites in Indonesia during the covid 19 epidemics, in order to create a virtual model of Gastronomic Festival Attributes on Culinary Sites in Indonesia. As a result of the Covid 20 epidemics, the results indicated that the greatest influence is exerted by the Gastronomic Festival Attribute to Customer Value Experience. Customer Engagement results in Customer Delight, and the Gastronomic Festival Attribute results in Customer Delight as well. The research findings are intended to bolster all previously developed hypotheses, including those regarding Customer Engagement, Gastronomic Festival Attribute, Customer Value Experience, and Customer Delight.
