Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul Analisis Kualitas Soal Semester Ganjil Pelajaran Sosiologi Kelas XI SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur daya beda, tingkat kesukaran, efektifitas pengecoh, validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dengan populasi penelitian seluruh dokumentasi soal ulangan berjumlah 50 butir dengan sampel 35 siswa. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi dokumenter. Analisis data menggunakan program analisis Iteman Versi 3.0. Hasil analisis kuantitatif seluruh sekolah menunjukkan bahwa 20 soal memiliki daya beda buruk dan 30 daya beda baik. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa soal perlu perbaikan aspek konstruksi pada beberapa soal. Soal memiliki daya beda rendah, tingkat kesukaran sedang, efektifitas pengecoh tidak berfungsi serta validitas dan reliabel dengan kategori rendah. Kata Kunci :Analisis, Kualitas Soal, Program ITEMAN Versi 3.0 Abstract: This thesis titled "Analysis of Quality Problems Semester Lesson Sociology Class XI High School. This study aimed to measure the difference, level of difficulty, Spieler effectiveness, validity and reliability. The method in this research is descriptive method. The entire study population documentation test questions totaling 50 points with sample of 35 students. While data collection techniques using the technique of documentary studies. Analysis of data using Iteman analysis program Version 3.0. Quantitative analysis of the results showed that the whole school has about 20 different power and 30 different power bad either. Based on the research concluded that the matter needs improvement in some aspects of the construction of matter. Problem has different power low, medium difficulty level, the effectiveness of humbug is not working as well as the validity and reliable with low category. Abstract

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi objektif mengenai dampak sosiologi ekonomi car free day bagi pedagang kaki lima di kota Pontianak yang meliputi (1) produksi kegiatan ekonomi pedagang kaki lima, (2) distribusi kegiatan ekonomi pedagang kaki lima, (3) konsumsi masyarakat pengguna kegiatan car free day, (4) tingkat harga pokok barang yang dijual pedagang kaki lima pada saat car free day. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di jalan Ahmad Yani Kota Pontianak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat sebagai lokasi pelaksanaan car free day. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang pedagang kaki lima yang berjualan di lokasi car free day dan 2 orang pengguna car free day. Abstract

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik Pengawas Sekolah adalah kegiatan pengawasan akademik yang dilakukan oleh pengawas satuan pendidikan terhadap guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, agar lebih profesional dalam bidangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh Pengawas Sekolah sebagai upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru SMP Negeri 1 Bengkayang, Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMP Negeri 1 Bengkayang dinilai dapat meningkatkan kinerja atau profesionalisme guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran; (2) Aspek-aspek yang disupervisi dinilai telah mengarah pada materi/sasaran supervisi akademik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru/sekolah; (3) Teknik supervisi akademik yang digunakan cukup bervariasi; (4) Kendala pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah adalah terbatasnya waktu; (5) Upaya yang dilakukan pengawas sekolah dinilai sudah cukup, namun tetap perlu ditingkatkan; (6) Frekuensi kunjungan pengawas sekolah dinilai belum optimal karena masih ada guru yang belum dikunjungi oleh pengawas sekolah. Kata Kunci : Supervisi Akademik, Pengawas Sekolah, Profesionalisme, Guru Abstract: The implementation of school academic supervision is the academic supervision activity that is conducted by the supervisor of a school on teachers in doing their task , so that they can be more professional in their field. The purposes of this research is to know how is the implementation of academic supervision by the school supervisor as the effort to increase teachers professionalism at SMP N 1 Bengkayang. This research is a qualitative approach by a descriptive method. The data are collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The result of the research shows that (1) the implementation of academic supervision at SMP N 1 Bengkayang can increase teachers works or professionalism in conducting teaching and learning; (2) The aspects that are supervised seem to go with the material/ the goal of the academic supervision that goes with the teachers or school need; (3) The supervision techniques are various; (4) The problem in conducting academic supervision by the supervisor is limited time; (5) The supervisors efforts is enough, but still need to be increase; (6) The frequency of visiting school by the supervisor is not optimal because some teachers havent been supervised. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, pengawas sekolah, terhadap  profesionalitas  guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya.Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan rancangan non eksperimen. Subyek penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang berjumlah sebanyak 64 orang guru PNS yang mempunyai masa kerja diatas 5 Tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Supervisi Pengawas Sekolah terhadap Profesionalitas Guru, Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah yang mempuyai kontribusi yang signifikan dengan Profesionalitas Guru sebesar 00,50%. Hasil Uji F, pada penelitian ini F   <  F   ( 9,031< 3,145 ) Ho ditolak. Kata Kunci : Kontribusi Supervisi Akademik, Profesionalisme Guru Abstract : This study aims to determine how large the contribution of academic supervision of the school principal, school superintendent, to the professionalism of teachers in managing the learning process in SMP subdistrict Sungai Raya Kubu Raya. This study also uses a quantitative approach with a non-experimental design. The subjects of this study were all teachers Junior High School in Sungai Raya Kubu Raya, amounting to as much as 64 civil servant teachers who have tenure of more than 5 years. The results of this study indicate that supervision is not correlated with the School Supervisor Teacher Professionalism, just Supervision Academic Principal significant association with Teacher Professionalism of 00.50%. F test results, in this study the F <F (9.031 <3.145) Ho is rejected. The following recommendations: 1) The Principal needs to further intensify the activities of the Academic Supervision to teachers in a systematic and programmed. 2) supervision activities in schools that had been entrusted to the supervisor should be submitted to those who truly qualify in their fields, both in terms of education as well as a comprehensive understanding of the function of strategic supervision activities. 3) Along with the development and the demands of an increasingly global world, more and more teachers should push yourself to continue to develop professionalism, both from academic and educational aspects and the quality of teaching skills. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian yakni mendapatkan informasi tentang deskripsi motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sosiologi,  deskripsi hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sosiologi, serta hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sosiologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling sebanyak 74 responden dari populasi 88 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan variabel hasil belajar dihimpun dari hasil ulangan harian mata pelajaran sosiologi tahun pembelajaran 2016/2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa deskripsi motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sosiologi sangat tinggi dengan sumbangan pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 78,7 % dan sisanya 21,3 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Adapun tingkat hubungan tersebut tergolong sangat kuat dengan koefisien korelasi 0,889.   Kata kunci: Hasil belajar siswa dan motivasi belajar siswa   Abstract : The objective of this research is to get information about the description of students motivation on the sociology subject, description of the results of student learning on the sociology subject, and the relationship between learning motivation with the learning outcomes of students on the sociology subject. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive method. Sampling was done by random sampling as much as 74 respondents from a population of 88 students. The technique of collecting data is using questionnaires, while variable learning results compiled from the results of daily tests subjects sociology learning year 2016/2017. The results showed that the students motivation description on the subjects of sociology is very high value with influence learning motivation to the learning outcomes of students by 78.7% and the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other factors. The level is classified as a very strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.889 Keywords : Learning motivation and students learning outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the enforcement of social control of smoking student prevention at school. The focus of this research discusses the form of social control and efforts made to keep other students from smoking. This is a descriptive study at SMPN 3 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency using a qualitative method with the form of descriptive analysis. Based on the findings, the preventive actions taken by the school to the students were by putting up prohibition signs on the walls and in written form in the school rules. For further preventions, the school provides socialization to students during the flag ceremony and education through collaboration with other agencies such as the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) and the Health Department (Dinkes). Based on the discussion, it was concluded that the social control of smoking student prevention conducted by SMPN 3 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency had been well done.  Keyword: Social Control, Smoking Student Prevention

Abstract

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: Jenis hubungan edukatif, kultural dan institusional, Teknik-teknik, Faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta upaya-upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan partisipan adalah ketua yayasan, kepala sekolah, waka humas dan komite sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Jenis hubungan edukatif, kultural dan institusional yaitu mengadakan pertemuan dengan orang tua siswa, silaturrahmi ke rumah siswa, mengerahkan siswa membantu kegiatan sosial, menyediakan ruangan untuk keperluan rapat masyarakat, bekerjasama dengan sekolah lain, kepala desa setempat, PLN, dan jawatan peternakan. Teknik-teknik yang dilakukan yaitu laporan kepada orang tua, open house, silaturrahmi ke rumah siswa, penjelasan kepada personel sekolah, gambaran sekolah, laporan tahunan, dibentuknya organisasi alumni, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Faktor pendukung yaitu terdapat program dan perencanaan yang sistematis, kondisi organisasi sekolah yang mendukung dan faktor penghambatnya yaitu kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya diadakannya hubungan antara orang tua dengan sekolah, jalan menuju ke sekolah cukup jauh dan akses informasi sangat sulit. Upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut yaitu memberikan informasi sejelas-jelasnya kepada orang tua tentang apa yang menjadi agenda dalam rapat/pertemuan antara orang tua dengan pihak sekolah. Kata Kunci : hubungan, sekolah, masyarakat Abstract: The purposes of this research are to describe type relationship educative, cultural and institutional, techniques, enabling and inhibiting factors as well as the efforts made ​​to overcome obstacles relationship with the school community. This research is a qualitative descriptive method. Informants participants is chairman of the foundation, principals, and school committee waka publicist. The results of this study is the relationship type of educational, cultural and institutional is meeting with parents, relationship to the student's home, helping students to exert social activities, providing space for the purposes of public meetings, in collaboration with other schools, the local village chief, PLN, and livestock department. The techniques are performed, a report to parents, open house, silaturrahmi to house students, explanations to school personnel, school picture, the annual report, the establishment of an alumni organization, extracurricular activities. Factors supporting that there are programs and systematic planning, school organizational conditions that support and inhibiting factor is the lack of public understanding of the importance of the holding of the relationship between parents and schools, the road leading to school far enough and very difficult to access information. Efforts to overcome these obstacles is to give information clearly to parents about what is on the agenda of the conference / meeting between parents and the school .Keywords: relationships , school , community

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is entitled "The Effect of Educational Background and Teaching Experience on the Professional Competence of High School Sociology Teachers in Pontianak." Sub problem research: 1) What is the effect of educational background on the professional competence of high school sociology teachers in Pontianak? 2) What is the effect of the teaching experience of teachers on the professional competence of high school sociology teachers in Pontianak? teaching experience of teachers towards the professional competence of high school Sociology teachers in Pontianak City ?.The method used is a quantitative approach. The form of this research is exposed to facto. The research subjects numbered 19 people who were high school sociology teachers in Pontianak City. The results of the analysis obtained a significant value of 0.067> 0.05 so it can be concluded that the three variables are normally distributed, the homogeneity test with a significant result of 0.264> 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the three variables are homogeneous. Hypothesis testing using the two way ANOVA (Analysis of variance) test obtained significant results of educational background and teaching experience of professional teachers by 0.038 <0.05 so it can be concluded that educational background and teaching experience have a significant effect on teacher professional competence. Keywords: Educational Background, Teaching Experience, Professional Teacher Competence

Abstract

The Child Caring In Malay Farmers Family At Pusaka Village Sub Tebas Sambas district. Work as farmers occupied by the parents are nearly 9 hours in the fields and have 2-6 children within itself. The research aims to analyze and determine the child caring was applied Malay farmers family in the village and its influence on social behavior of youth. Form of this research is qualitative research with phenomenology method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation, while the means of data collection is the interview guide, observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis in this study is qualitative analysis. The results: There are 2 child caring was applied In Malay Farmers Family At Pusaka Village that is democratic and authoritarian. In democratic family, problem solved with the rebuke, explaining and consequences, thus produced a confident teenager, feel welcome in society, cooperate, friendly, always wanted to know. While the authoritarian family, problem solving colored with scold parents even hitting and never give congratulations and gifts if children perform so as to produce a timid teenager, shy, insecure and easily offended. Pekerjaan sebagai petani ditekuni orang tua yang hampir 9 jam di sawah dan memiliki 2-6 anak diasuh sendiri. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui tipe pola asuh yang diterapkan keluarga petani Melayu di desa Pusaka serta pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku sosial remaja. Bentuk penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yaitu panduan wawancara, lembar observasi serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis datanya adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan:Pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan oleh keluarga petani Melayu di desa Pusaka ada 2 yaitu demokratis dan otoriter. Pada keluarga demokratis, masalah diselesaikan dengan menegur, menjelaskan serta konsekuensi sebagai hukuman, sehingga menghasilkan remaja yang percaya diri, merasa diterima di masyarakat, bekerja sama, bersahabat, selalu ingin tahu. Sedangkan pada keluarga yang otoriter, pemecahan masalah diwarnai dengan kebiasaan orang tua marah bahkan memukul dan tidak pernah memberikan ucapan selamat serta hadiah jika anak berprestasi sehingga menghasilkan remaja yang penakut, pemalu, tidak percaya diri dan mudah tersinggung. Abstract

The purpose of this paper to determine violations of school discipline happens to students in class XI High School Graduation Pontianak. Writing is a qualitative research approach to the form of case studies. Source of data used is the primary data source consists of 4 teachers and 4 students who experienced school disciplinary violations. The results of data analysis: first, in general violation of the order that is often violated the violation of school uniforms, feeding on classes, coming late to school, using cell phones in school hours, and often alpha. Factors causing breach of school discipline due to the source of students, external students, and school conditions. efforts made by teachers to address violations of school discipline is evaluating breaches, penalizing the clear and educate, as well as a raid on the students. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk mengetahui pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah yang terjadi pada siswa di kelas XI SMA Wisuda Pontianak. Penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer meliputi 4 guru serta 4 siswa yang mengalami pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah. Hasil analisis data diperoleh: pertama, secara umum pelanggaran tata tertib yang sering dilanggar yaitu pelanggaran seragam sekolah, makan pada jam pelajaran, terlambat datang ke sekolah, menggunakan handphone pada jam pelajaran, dan sering alpha. Faktor penyebab pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah disebabkan oleh sumber dari siswa, luar siswa, dan keadaan sekolah. upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengatasi pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah yaitu mengevaluasi pelanggaran, memberikan sanksi yang jelas dan mendidik, serta melakukan razia pada si siswa.
