Abstract

Peserta didik cenderung malas mengikuti proses pembelajaran, lebih suka berbicara dengan teman-temannya, dan memiliki daya serap yang masih rendah. Semua ini mengindikasikan kurangnya minat peserta didik terhadap materi yang diajarkan oleh guru, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak negatif pada pemahaman dan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Arab. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui penerapan metode bernyanyi, hambatan dan solusinya dalam meningkatkan penguasaan mufradat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode bernyanyi merupakan metode yang efektif dan efesien dari segi waktu dan segi materi. Adapun faktor penghambat pada metode bernyanyi adalah persiapan lagu yang perlu dikuasai, waktu yang singkat serta kesulitan dalam memilih lagu yang sesuai dan dipahami anak didik. Adapun solusi penerapan metode bernyanyi dalam meningkatkan penguasaan mufradat antara lain dengan penanganan secara intens kepada siswa, penguasaan materi, dan guru harus energik dan aktif serta selalu memberikan hal positif untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to show that the competence of Arabic language teachers in choosing the right learning model can determine the success of the planned Arabic learning objectives. In this case, Arabic teachers need to continue to develop their competencies, which include language competence, cultural competence and communicative competence. The subjects of this study were Arabic teachers and grade 5 and 6 students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Zaytun Gantar Indramayu. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and method. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the competence of Arabic language teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah still needs to be developed with various education and training programs for Arabic teachers to be able to improve the quality of Arabic learning based on adequate Arabic teacher competencies.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss in depth the Arabic language education curriculum and its development in the dynamics of the history of education in Indonesia as a historical study of curriculum. Based on the data collection technique, this library research uses the documentation method, by seeking information and data from written documents, which are obtained to support the theme of the discussion in the article, namely with the aim of obtaining data and explanations regarding the theme of the article's discussion which can be concluded and presented in detail . The result is that educational institutions need to deal with conditions that have changed along with the development of science and technology by being ready to deal with them and being anticipatory and productive as practiced by developed countries. Theological principles, philosophical principles, psychological principles, socio-cultural principles, and science and technology principles are five principles that can become the basis for formulating an Arabic language education curriculum in Indonesia while still referring to the general goals and specific objectives of learning Arabic. The conclusion is that the development of the Arabic language education curriculum is a necessity along with the times.

Abstract

The focus of this Research aims to obtain a picture of learning outcomes at the S1 level, especially in the faculty of education in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Learning outcomes are designed to face the era of the global market (MEA). Learning outcomes are a set of learning outcomes aimed at improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Learning Outcomes consists of education and training. The sub focus of this research is to find out whether learning outcomes are applied according to market needs, or there are still learning outcomes that need to be recommended for the IQF curriculum in Indonesia. This research method is qualitative and quantitative. Data obtained from curriculum documents and laws in force in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation. The results of the study showed that there were similarities in learning outcomes in the aspects of curriculum objectives, namely to equip students with life skills. The difference is in terms of character building and independence and responsibility.

Abstract

Wacana merupakan bentuk praktik sosial yang dilakukan baik dengan verbal ataupun non-verbal, yang merupakan satuan bahasa terlengkap yang direalisasikan dalam bentuk karangan atau laporan utuh. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah mengungkap pesan dan wacana teks terhadap sebuah teks yang ada di sebuah kolom berita, dengan menggunakan analisis wacana kritis, yaitu mengungkapkan bahwa wacana mengandung suatu muatan ideologi atau kekuasaan dari pembuat teks. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dari studi pustakaan secara deskriptif dari penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wacana yang dikembangkan Van Dijk digambarkan dengan tiga dimensi yaitu: teks, kognisi sosial dan konteks sosial. Van Dijk melihat teks terbagi dalam tiga tingkatan yaitu struktur makro, superstruktur dan struktur mikro. Dan Robert Hodge dan rekan-rekannya mengenalkan pendekatan analisisnya dengan sebutan critical linguistic. Kesimpulannya adalah model analisis Van Dijk dan Robert Hodge ini bisa menjadi alternatif jawaban untuk menguak makna di balik penulisan sebuah teks, utamanya di media massa, karena bisa jadi mengandung kepentingan terselubung dan ideologis untuk membuat khalayak menjadi bingung mengenai masalah yang disajikan dalam penulisan sebuah berita.

Abstract

Model Van Dijk mempunyai tiga acuan struktur penting dalam meneliti sebuah objek analisis seperti pada tayangan dzikir Jumat di youtube yang diunggah oleh akun @alzaytunmovie tanggal 25 Desember 2015 dengan tema “Memaknai Maulid Nabi dan Natal”, yang ditonton tak kurang dari 4.6 ribu kali dengan durasi sekitar 15 menit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap makna yang berhubungan dengan isi dari dzikir Jumatnya yang mempunyai korelasi penting dengan dinamika dan motto yang bisa dikatakan ideologi Al Zaytun, yaitu “Al Zaytun Pusat Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Budaya Toleransi dan Perdamaian”. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan metode pendekatan analisis wacana (discourse analysis) dengan model Teun A. Van Djik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesan moral toleransi yang termuat dalam tayangan dzikir Jumat tanggal tersebut juga mempunyai korelasi penting dengan motto dan ideologi Al-Zaytun yang diajarkan Syaykh Al-Zaytun (Grand Chancellor) bagi seluruh sivitas akademika di mahad ini. Pesan moral toleransi dengan anak kalimatnya yang kesemuanya itu termuat dalam dzikir jumat kali ini, mengisyaratkan bahwa Syaykh Al-Zaytun sangat peduli terhadap kondisi dan situasi negara dan masyarakat Indonesia yang menurut beliau sudah tidak lagi sejalan dengan nilai-nilai dasar hidup berbangsa dan bernegara dan UUD 1945.

Abstract

Terjadinya Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia mengakibatkan sistem pembelajaran berubah dan sekolah harus beradaptasi secara drastis. Pembelajaran tatap muka di sekolah menjadi pembelajara daring. Pembelajaran daring merupakan merupakan sistem pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan tidak bertatap muka langsung, tetapi menggunakan platform yang dapat membantu proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan dalam keadaan jarak jauh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran daring terhadap anak-anak di Perum Tirta Regency, Desa Langonsari, Kecamatan Pameungpeuk, Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa. Instrument pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan stastistik deskiptif dengan perhitungan manual. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring terhadap anak SD di Perum Tirta Regency pada masa pandemi ini masih kurang efektif dikarenakan anak-anak memerlukan penyesuaian diri (resiliensi) terhadap pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Intrinsic motivation arises naturally from within an individual and is the primary driving force for someone to actively engage in an activity. Among the classic books in the form of poetry, Alfiyah Ibn Malik is very famous. This book consists of 1002 verses, discussing nahwu-sharaf. Although it seems difficult, memorization is an effective way to understand it. The first problem of this research is what factors influence intrinsic motivation in memorizing Alfiyah Ibn Malik. The second problem is how to build intrinsic motivation in ninth-grade students of MTs Riyadhul Huda in memorizing Alfiyah Ibn Malik. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that students' intrinsic motivation is influenced by a variety of complex and interrelated factors. First, strong intrinsic reasons are the main foundation of students' motivation. A deep desire to master Arabic grammar, understand yellow books, and practice the values in Alfiyah is the main driver. Second, students' positive attitudes, such as enthusiasm and high interest, also play an important role in the memorization process. Third, students' proactive attention, such as setting aside special time for practice, also contributes to their intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, this study also reveals that students' intrinsic motivation can be increased through various efforts. First, self-awareness of each individual's memorization style allows students to develop effective memorization strategies. Second, the competitive spirit towards memorization as an interesting challenge and the existence of clear goals become additional motivation for students. Abstract

Denotation and connotation in Arabic vocabulary play an important role in conveying rich and varied meanings, which can be analysed through a semantic approach to understand the nuances of the language more deeply. Although many studies have been conducted on the grammatical and phonological aspects of Arabic, there is a lack of in-depth research on analysing the denotation and connotation of Arabic vocabulary using a semantic approach. This study aims to explore and identify the denotative and connotative meanings of various vocabulary in Arabic and understand how context affects the interpretation of these meanings. The research method used is a literature study by analysing relevant literature, both in the form of books, journal articles, and digital sources, which focus on the theory and application of the semantic approach in Arabic vocabulary analysis. The findings of this study show that the semantic approach can reveal the complexity and diversity of meanings in Arabic vocabulary, as well as provide new insights into how denotation and connotation can contribute to a richer understanding of Arabic texts.

Abstract

In Indonesia, although the majority of the population is Muslim, many are still less interested in learning Arabic. Their obstacle and difficulty is in understanding the contents of Arabic texts. What we need to pay attention to is their interest in learning. Interest in learning plays an important role in motivating academic achievement and student success. This study aims to determine and analyze the interest in learning Arabic among IAI AL-AZIS students, identify factors that influence their interest, and investigate strategies to increase their motivation. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. And the sample consisted of 40 students, two Arabic language lecturers, and campus facility staff, by sampling using the technique homogeneous sampling. The results showed that students' interest in learning varied, with most showing a moderate level of interest. External factors, such as learning methods, internal motivation, and learning facilities, were more dominant than internal factors. Strategies to increase interest include interactive teaching methods, improving the quality of facilities, and motivational support.
