Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah membawa perubahan besar pada proses pembelajaran. Tantangan besar muncul dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran khususnya web. Flexbox Froggy menawarkan kesempatan yang menarik bagi individu yang ingin mempelajari dasar-dasar pemrograman web, khususnya tata letak halaman berbasis CSS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas permainan serius Flexbox Froggy dalam mengajarkan pemahaman konseptual tata letak CSS dalam kursus pemrograman web, menganalisis umpan balik peserta untuk menentukan efektivitas permainan dibandingkan dengan instruksi tradisional. Sampel terdiri dari 65 mahasiswa dan empat dosen. Efektivitas penggunaan permainan dievaluasi oleh peneliti menggunakan metode Skala Kegunaan Sistem (SUS) untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dan hasil dari para peserta. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa maupun dosen menganggap permainan Flexbox Froggy "Dapat Diterima", dengan skor penerimaan 80 untuk mahasiswa dan 87 untuk dosen. Selain itu, permainan ini juga mendapat predikat " Baik" dan "Sangat Baik". Permainan ini menunjukkan potensi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman prinsip-prinsip tata letak CSS yang mendasar, yang dibuktikan dengan para siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam permainan yang menunjukkan peningkatan yang konsisten dalam kemampuan mereka. Penelitian di masa depan dapat berfokus pada pengembangan game ini menjadi alat pendidikan dengan analisis pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan rekaman game untuk menggambarkan proses pembelajaran secara visual, yang secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan keefektifan strategi pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun ITSI Medan. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Februari - Agustus 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan  perlakuan POC daun lamtoro dan POC kulit jeruk. Jumlah polibag per perlakuan adalah 4. Pengujian parameter disusun pada daftar sidik ragam dan dilakukan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian  POC daun lamtoro menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman 10 MST - 14 MST  dengan hasil terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan L3 (750 ml) dengan peningkatan tinggi tanaman masing-masing 10 MST (52,08 cm), 12 MST (56,35 cm), 14 MST (63,84 cm). Pemberian POC kulit jeruk menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif bibit kelapa sawit pada semua parameter pengamatan. Interaksi antara perlakuan POC daun lamtoro dan POC kulit jeruk menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif bibit kelapa sawit pada semua parameter pengamatan

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem Smart Bell berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) menggunakan modul ESP32-CAM dan aplikasi Telegram sebagai platform notifikasi. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah meningkatkan keamanan dan kenyamanan di lingkungan rumah dengan menyediakan fitur deteksi wajah dan pengiriman notifikasi secara real-time. Sistem ini bekerja dengan cara mendeteksi wajah pengunjung melalui kamera ESP32-CAM yang terintegrasi dengan algoritma pemrosesan gambar OpenCV. Ketika wajah terdeteksi, notifikasi beserta gambar dikirim langsung ke pemilik rumah melalui Telegram, memungkinkan interaksi dua arah dan kontrol akses yang lebih cepat. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan notifikasi dengan cepat dan memiliki akurasi deteksi yang baik dalam kondisi pencahayaan optimal. Dengan integrasi antara AI, IoT, dan aplikasi pesan, sistem ini menawarkan solusi keamanan rumah yang efisien, ekonomis, dan mudah digunakan, serta memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk kebutuhan smart home.Kata Kunci: Smart Bell, Artificial Intelligence, ESP32-CAM, Telegram, Deteksi Wajah, Keamanan Rumah, IoT, Notifikasi Real-time

Abstract

Abstract: Vocational education in Indonesia faces challenges in ensuring vocational school graduates have a combination of relevant technical and non-technical skills to meet the needs of a dynamic industry. This study aims to evaluate the role of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains in shaping the competencies of Vocational High School (SMK) students in Indonesia, especially in the context of vocational education. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study identifies and analyzes the findings of various studies related to developing the three domains. The results of the study show that mastery of these three domains is essential to equip students with the technical skills, professional attitudes, and mental readiness needed in the world of work. The cognitive domain contributes to developing analytical and problem-solving skills; the affective domain increases motivation and positive attitudes. In contrast, the psychomotor domain focuses on motor skills and practical skills. The study also recommends developing a balanced curriculum involving teacher training, multidimensional evaluation, and collaboration with industry to ensure that vocational school graduates are ready to face industry demands with relevant competencies.Keywords: cognitive, affective, psychomotor, student competence, vocational school.

Abstract

Abstract: 21st-century education faces increasingly complex and dynamic challenges, demanding skills beyond academic knowledge. The growth mindset, a concept introduced by Carol Dweck, describes the belief that a person's intelligence and abilities can develop through effort, the right strategies, and environmental support. This article presents a literature review on the role of a growth mindset in 21st-century education. The review results show that the growth mindset plays an important role in increasing student motivation and resilience and supporting active engagement and better academic achievement. In addition, the implementation of the growth mindset also has a positive impact on teacher competency development and entrepreneurship education. This article explores the benefits, challenges, and strategies for implementing a growth mindset to understand its role in creating an adaptive and inclusive learning environment. A more effective and transformative approach to education can be created by better understanding the growth mindset.Keywords: Growth Mindset, 21st Century Education, Student Motivation, Inclusive Learning, Teacher Development.

Abstract

Abstract: Educational supervision plays an important role in improving the quality of learning and financial management in educational institutions. This study analyzes effective supervision strategies in these two main aspects through a literature study approach. The study results show that clinical, academic, and technology-based supervision approaches can improve the professionalism of educators and create a conducive learning environment. On the other hand, transparent and accountable financial management, such as through the School Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBS) and the analysis of the benefits of education costs, is a key element in supporting the operational sustainability of educational institutions. The study provides strategic recommendations to integrate innovative supervision approaches with efficient financial management to achieve higher education quality standards.Keywords: educational supervision, financial management, clinical supervision, educational technology, professional development.

Abstract

Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a neuromotor condition that affects fine motor development, causing barriers to daily activities such as writing and grasping. This research develops an assistive technology that utilizes motion sensors to provide real-time visual feedback, which helps children understand and correct movements more effectively. The technology improves movement precision and coordination in motor skills, learner engagement, and structured monitoring of skill improvement. The uniqueness of this research lies in integrating computer vision technology with an interactive design that allows CP children to perform motor exercises and engage them in a more personalized and adaptive learning process. The Research and Development (R&D) method was used in the development, involving validating material experts, media experts, and educational practitioners. The results of media development show that assistive technology is feasible to use in improving the fine motor skills of children with cerebral palsy. Material experts stated an average value of 3.92, which was accumulated in percentage to 98.21%; media experts obtained results of 3.71, which was collected in percentage to 92.85%; and expert practitioners stated an average value of 3.93, which was accumulated in percentage to 98.43%. The assistive technology developed is worth testing in improving the fine motor skills of cerebral palsy children. This technology is expected to solve motor and coordination training issues at school and home. With a more interactive and fun approach, CP children can be more motivated to practice so that their motor skills can develop better.

Abstract

The internet has experienced phases of growth, decline and growth again. Not many companies that are involved in E-Business are able to adapt to the life cycle experienced by the internet. One company that is able to adapt and succeed in doing business in the internet life cycle is Meta Platforms. This article tries to identify strategies built by Meta Platforms to achieve competitive advantage in doing business in the internet era. This paper finds that Meta Platforms implements a strategy by building technological infrastructure and acquiring various media that enable people to connect, share and collaborate more easily in cyberspace so that it can help people connect and share what they want with anyone in the world . The strategy built by Meta Platforms is able to bring competitive advantage by forming new "rules" in online business (E-Business) competition.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the stages of the speech therapy application development process. This research produces an android application product that can be used in early intervention in speech therapy for children with intellectual disabilities. This development research is based on the development method of Gall, et al. (2007), and only carried out up to five stages, namely: 1) Research and information collecting (searching and collecting data), 2) Planning, 3) Develop preliminary form of product, 4) Preliminary field testing, 5) Main product revision. The data collection method in the form of a Likert scale was used in this study. Media validation was carried out by speech therapy content experts and media experts. The validation results from content experts obtained a score with a percentage of 88 percent and validation from media experts obtained a score of 93 percent. This indicates a very valid category, and this application is declared feasible and can be used. The results of the implementation for children with intellectual disabilities by giving a questionnaire obtained a percentage of 85 percent.
