Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Trust terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui online marketplace pada Siswi SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi, 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui online marketplace pada Siswi SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi, 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui online marketplace pada Siswi SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi, 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Trust, E-Service Quality, dan Electronic Word Of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui online marketplace pada Siswi SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi. Instrumen kuesioner menjadi alat yang digunakan saat survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden. Data yang telah didapatkan dari kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan empat hipotesis memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari price dan ewom terhadap purchase intention mobil listrik Wuling Air EV yang dimediasi oleh trust. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap masyarakat di DKI Jakarta, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 206 responden. Kemudian pengolahan data dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 25 dan Lisrel 8.8 menggunakan metode structural equation modeling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang sudah dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa H1, H2, H3, H4, H6, dan H7 diterima, sedangkan H5 ditolak. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa price memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust. Ewom memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust. Trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Price memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Ewom memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Price memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention melalui trust. Ewom memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention melalui trust.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and the increasing need for speed and ease of access to information, electronic archives have developed into Dynamic Archiving Information Systems (SIKD). Not only functioning as a storage medium, SIKD is also used as an archive management tool that allows organizations to organize, access, and monitor documents more efficiently and in real-time, to support the creation of a more modern work process. This study was conducted at the Head Office of Perum BULOG with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of SIKD in archive management, identifying obstacles to its implementation, and formulating efforts to increase personnel awareness of the use of SIKD. This study uses a qualitative method using a research method that focuses on direct observation of phenomena or events that occur in real life, and uses a data analysis model with the help of NVivo 12 Plus software. The units of analysis in this study are sub-division heads, managers, and employees who are active users of the Dynamic Archiving Information System (SIKD). Data were obtained directly from the original source using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, and supplemented with literature studies as additional sources of information. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation of SIKD increases work efficiency, accelerates the flow of correspondence, and digitizes archives. However, the implementation of this system still faces challenges such as low employee awareness in using this system, technical constraints, and operational constraints.

More and more people are turning to environmentally friendly products and services in Indonesia. DKI Jakarta has a large population and demand for eco-friendly household products is increasing. Katadata Insight Center survey shows food is the most purchased environmentally friendly item. Research method is an approach used to obtain scientific data with a specific purpose. In the context of this study, this research is included in the category of quantitative research. Quantitative research is a type of research that uses statistical procedures or other measurement methods to achieve research findings or results. By using quantitative methods, we can obtain the significance of group differences or relationships between the variables under study. Researchers are interested in the influence of market orientation, innovation and competitive prices on eco-Friendly household products. Firm Resources and Sustained Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect content marketing, viral marketing, influencers on repurchase intention and customer satisfaction at Monsieur Spoon which is one of the first Bakery stores that sell Cromboloni in Indonesia, especially in Bali and Jakarta. The population of this study was 163 thousand, with a sample of 200 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents from Monsieur Spoon's Instagram followers with the criteria of Monsieur Spoon's Instagram followers, who had bought Monsieur Spoon cromboloni. The analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS (Analysis Partial Least Square) program. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of content marketing, viral marketing,content marketing, viral marketing, infleuncers have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And there is a positive and significant influence of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention

Abstract

In facing complex global dynamism, a dynamic organization must be able to overcome real challenges from all aspects to produce superior and competitive performance. This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of teachers at Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Istiqomah Karya Guna Kebumen through motivation and job satisfaction as intervening variables. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and literature study. This type of research is quantitative research and data analysis is carried out using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show; 1. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation directly, 2. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction directly, 3. Transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on performance, 4. Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on performance, 5. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance directly, 6. Transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on performance which is mediated through motivation, 7. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance which is mediated through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Training and development of human resources (HR) in education has a very important role in improving the quality of education in the globalisation and digital era. This journal aims to thoroughly examine how the optimisation of training and human resource development can be done strategically, taking into account the existing challenges. Through a qualitative approach and literature review, this study identifies the importance of competency-based training planning, technology integration in HR development, and evaluation of the impact on education quality. The results of this study show that the implementation of innovative strategies such as blended learning, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and the establishment of a culture of continuous learning, can improve the effectiveness of training. This research is expected to make theoretical and practical contributions to education human resource management in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak harga dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) pada keputusan pembelian produk Somethinc di Shopee, dengan minat beli sebagai variabel penghubung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory. Dengan teknik purposive sampling, data diperoleh dari 100 responden yang sebelumnya membeli produk Somethinc melalui Shopee. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan e-WOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara langsung maupun melalui minat beli sebagai mediator. Meskipun harga memiliki pengaruh langsung yang kuat, pengaruh tidak langsungnya melalui minat beli tidak signifikan, menandakan konsumen cenderung merespons harga secara rasional tanpa dipengaruhi faktor psikologis. Sebaliknya, e-WOM menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, memperkuat peran minat beli dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa strategi pemasaran perlu mengedepankan pengalaman konsumen dan ulasan positif di platform digital, serta mempertahankan harga kompetitif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye. Penelitian ini juga mendorong perusahaan mengelola persepsi nilai secara holistik, tidak hanya melalui harga, tetapi juga melalui narasi e-WOM yang kuat dan terpercaya.   This study analyzes the impact of price and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on purchase decisions of Somethinc products on Shopee, with purchase intention as a mediating variable. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Using purposive sampling, data were collected from 100 respondents who purchased Somethinc products on Shopee. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Results show that both price and e-WOM significantly influence purchase decisions, either directly or through purchase intention. While price shows a strong direct effect, its indirect influence via purchase intention is not significant, suggesting consumers respond to price rationally without psychological factors. In contrast, e-WOM has significant effects both directly and indirectly, reinforcing the role of purchase intention in shaping decisions. These findings suggest that marketing strategies emphasize customer experience and positive reviews on digital platforms, while maintaining competitive pricing. This study encourages companies to manage perceived value holistically, not only through pricing but by cultivating credible e-WOM narratives.

Abstract

The rapid penetration of digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped global consumer behavior, particularly through the evolution of Web 2.0 and the emergence of social commerce. This research explores the "shoppertainment" phenomenon on TikTok Shop, where the boundaries between social interaction and commercial activity have become increasingly blurred. The study aims to analyze the influence of Social Commerce and Marketplace Experience on the Impulse Buying behavior of Generation Z in Indonesia, with Self-Control serving as a moderating variable. As digital natives, Generation Z is highly susceptible to the algorithmic architecture of platforms designed to exploit psychological vulnerabilities through infinite scroll mechanisms and real-time personalized content. These features often induce a "flow state," minimizing the "pain of paying" and leading to unplanned purchases. Despite the convenience offered, this digital dynamic has substantial negative implications, such as post-purchase regret and cognitive dissonance, with surveys indicating that 64% of buyers experience regret due to financial waste. This study employs a quantitative methodology to examine whether internal psychological mechanisms, specifically self-control, can act as a relevant defense against aggressive external marketing stimuli. The findings reveal that while Social Commerce and Marketplace Experience significantly drive impulsive purchasing, Self-Control fails to effectively moderate these relationships. This suggests that the intensity of external stimuli and the frictionless shopping design of TikTok Shop tend to override individual self-regulation. This research provides crucial insights for the digital business landscape, emphasizing the urgency for Gen Z consumers to develop higher digital literacy and for platforms to consider the long-term psychological impact of their algorithmic designs.

Abstract

This research looks at how integrating digital payment systems and e-ticketing affects the likelihood of Gen Z users to keep using concert ticket platforms. It also considers customer satisfaction as a key factor in this process. The study used a method called Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) to analyze the data. The findings show that all seven ideas tested were supported. The integration of a digital payment system helps improve customer satisfaction, and the same is true for e-ticketing. Customer satisfaction has a strong influence on the desire of users to continue using these platforms. Both digital payment and e-ticketing integration also directly affect how likely users are to keep using the service. E-ticketing has the biggest impact, suggesting that the usefulness of the main product is key to keeping users engaged. Customer satisfaction plays a partial role in connecting the two factors to user loyalty, showing that loyalty comes from both thinking about the experience and feeling satisfied. For practical use, the study suggests that developers of these platforms should focus on improving the e-ticketing experience, as it seems to be a more important factor in keeping Gen Z users than just payment features.
