Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari price dan ewom terhadap purchase intention mobil listrik Wuling Air EV yang dimediasi oleh trust. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap masyarakat di DKI Jakarta, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 206 responden. Kemudian pengolahan data dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 25 dan Lisrel 8.8 menggunakan metode structural equation modeling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang sudah dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa H1, H2, H3, H4, H6, dan H7 diterima, sedangkan H5 ditolak. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa price memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust. Ewom memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust. Trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Price memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Ewom memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Price memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention melalui trust. Ewom memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention melalui trust.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and the increasing need for speed and ease of access to information, electronic archives have developed into Dynamic Archiving Information Systems (SIKD). Not only functioning as a storage medium, SIKD is also used as an archive management tool that allows organizations to organize, access, and monitor documents more efficiently and in real-time, to support the creation of a more modern work process. This study was conducted at the Head Office of Perum BULOG with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of SIKD in archive management, identifying obstacles to its implementation, and formulating efforts to increase personnel awareness of the use of SIKD. This study uses a qualitative method using a research method that focuses on direct observation of phenomena or events that occur in real life, and uses a data analysis model with the help of NVivo 12 Plus software. The units of analysis in this study are sub-division heads, managers, and employees who are active users of the Dynamic Archiving Information System (SIKD). Data were obtained directly from the original source using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, and supplemented with literature studies as additional sources of information. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation of SIKD increases work efficiency, accelerates the flow of correspondence, and digitizes archives. However, the implementation of this system still faces challenges such as low employee awareness in using this system, technical constraints, and operational constraints.

Abstract

More and more people are turning to environmentally friendly products and services in Indonesia. DKI Jakarta has a large population and demand for eco-friendly household products is increasing. Katadata Insight Center survey shows food is the most purchased environmentally friendly item. Research method is an approach used to obtain scientific data with a specific purpose. In the context of this study, this research is included in the category of quantitative research. Quantitative research is a type of research that uses statistical procedures or other measurement methods to achieve research findings or results. By using quantitative methods, we can obtain the significance of group differences or relationships between the variables under study. Researchers are interested in the influence of market orientation, innovation and competitive prices on eco-Friendly household products. Firm Resources and Sustained Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect content marketing, viral marketing, influencers on repurchase intention and customer satisfaction at Monsieur Spoon which is one of the first Bakery stores that sell Cromboloni in Indonesia, especially in Bali and Jakarta. The population of this study was 163 thousand, with a sample of 200 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents from Monsieur Spoon's Instagram followers with the criteria of Monsieur Spoon's Instagram followers, who had bought Monsieur Spoon cromboloni. The analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS (Analysis Partial Least Square) program. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of content marketing, viral marketing,content marketing, viral marketing, infleuncers have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And there is a positive and significant influence of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention

Abstract

In facing complex global dynamism, a dynamic organization must be able to overcome real challenges from all aspects to produce superior and competitive performance. This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of teachers at Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Istiqomah Karya Guna Kebumen through motivation and job satisfaction as intervening variables. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and literature study. This type of research is quantitative research and data analysis is carried out using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show; 1. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation directly, 2. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction directly, 3. Transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on performance, 4. Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on performance, 5. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance directly, 6. Transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on performance which is mediated through motivation, 7. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance which is mediated through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Training and development of human resources (HR) in education has a very important role in improving the quality of education in the globalisation and digital era. This journal aims to thoroughly examine how the optimisation of training and human resource development can be done strategically, taking into account the existing challenges. Through a qualitative approach and literature review, this study identifies the importance of competency-based training planning, technology integration in HR development, and evaluation of the impact on education quality. The results of this study show that the implementation of innovative strategies such as blended learning, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and the establishment of a culture of continuous learning, can improve the effectiveness of training. This research is expected to make theoretical and practical contributions to education human resource management in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak harga dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) pada keputusan pembelian produk Somethinc di Shopee, dengan minat beli sebagai variabel penghubung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory. Dengan teknik purposive sampling, data diperoleh dari 100 responden yang sebelumnya membeli produk Somethinc melalui Shopee. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan e-WOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara langsung maupun melalui minat beli sebagai mediator. Meskipun harga memiliki pengaruh langsung yang kuat, pengaruh tidak langsungnya melalui minat beli tidak signifikan, menandakan konsumen cenderung merespons harga secara rasional tanpa dipengaruhi faktor psikologis. Sebaliknya, e-WOM menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, memperkuat peran minat beli dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa strategi pemasaran perlu mengedepankan pengalaman konsumen dan ulasan positif di platform digital, serta mempertahankan harga kompetitif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye. Penelitian ini juga mendorong perusahaan mengelola persepsi nilai secara holistik, tidak hanya melalui harga, tetapi juga melalui narasi e-WOM yang kuat dan terpercaya.   This study analyzes the impact of price and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on purchase decisions of Somethinc products on Shopee, with purchase intention as a mediating variable. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Using purposive sampling, data were collected from 100 respondents who purchased Somethinc products on Shopee. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Results show that both price and e-WOM significantly influence purchase decisions, either directly or through purchase intention. While price shows a strong direct effect, its indirect influence via purchase intention is not significant, suggesting consumers respond to price rationally without psychological factors. In contrast, e-WOM has significant effects both directly and indirectly, reinforcing the role of purchase intention in shaping decisions. These findings suggest that marketing strategies emphasize customer experience and positive reviews on digital platforms, while maintaining competitive pricing. This study encourages companies to manage perceived value holistically, not only through pricing but by cultivating credible e-WOM narratives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of inflation and interest rates (BI Rate) on consumption credit in Indonesia, with global economic policy uncertainty as a moderating variable. This study uses secondary data in the form of monthly time series data from June 2015 to March 2025 published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, and the Economic Policy Uncertainty Index. Multiple regression analysis was applied to estimate the relationship of each variable, accompanied by normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, so that it met the requirements for a valid and robust regression. The results of the study show that inflation has a negative and significant influence on consumption credit, while interest rates also have a negative but insignificant influence. Global economic policy uncertainty has proven to be able to moderate the negative influence of inflation on consumer credit, so that the negative impact is weaker when uncertainty is greater. Meanwhile, the role of the moderation of global economic policy uncertainty on the relationship between interest rates and consumption credit does not appear significant. Regression analysis also showed that models that included moderation variables were better able to explain the variation in consumption credit distribution, which reached 51.3%.

Abstract

The development of Fintech Crowdfunding in Indonesia has made it easier for people to conduct donations and social financing activities digitally. However, the level of continued use is still influenced by various psychological, social, and technological factors, especially among Generation Z as the largest digital user group. This study aims to analyze the influence of performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived risk, perceived trust, and hedonic motivation on behavioral intentions and their impact on the usage behavior of fintech crowdfunding users, with behavioral intentions as a mediating variable, on the Kitabisa platform. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire to Generation Z users who have used the Kitabisa platform. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived trust, and hedonic motivation have a positive effect on behavioral intentions, while perceived risk has a negative effect on behavioral intentions. Furthermore, behavioral intentions are proven to have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior. The results of the mediation test indicate that behavioral intention is able to mediate the influence of all independent variables on usage behavior, both fully and partially. This finding suggests that fintech crowdfunding usage behavior is influenced not only by technological factors, but also by trust, risk perception, and user emotional motivation. Therefore, improving system quality, transparency, security, and user emotional experience are important factors in driving the desire to use fintech crowdfunding platforms.

Abstract

Studi ini diarahkan untuk melihat margin laba bersih (NPM), hasil per saham (EPS), rasio utang (DER), dan kisaran harga saham (PBV) untuk periode 2021-2023. Kami mengejar hubungan tidak langsung antar variabel. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mencakup analisis deskriptif, tes asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur sebagai metode analisis.data. Sampel terdiri dari empat bank besar yaitu Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Mandiri dan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa EPS dan variabel memiliki efek yang signifikan pada DPR dan tidak ada efek signifikan pada variabel NPM dan PBV. Semua variabel independen dan mediasi tidak secara langsung memengaruhi harga saham. Namun, model keseluruhan memiliki kinerja penjelas yang tinggi dengan koefisien penentuan 87,3% (r² = 0,873). Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa efek tidak langsung pada EPS dan harga saham memiliki DPR dan memiliki dampak negatif terbesar. Penilaian keseluruhan ini memperkuat pemahaman bahwa aspek kinerja keuangan dan pedoman dividen adalah faktor penting dalam membentuk nilai saham perusahaan.
