Junior high school students often struggle to understand mathematical concepts. Observations of classroom learning indicate that many students find it difficult to grasp mathematical ideas when there is no tangible representation of those concepts. One such challenge lies in understanding the surface area of three-dimensional geometric shapes with flat faces. Students’ academic performance is also influenced by their interest in the learning process and the tools used. This study aims to develop a manipulative learning media called the "ABCe Board," designed to assist students in discovering the concept of surface area in solid shapes with flat faces. The development of this media followed the ADDIE model. Data collection and analysis techniques were conducted on a limited scale. The research subjects consisted of 18 students from SMP Ar-Rohmah Putri, focusing on the topic of surface area of solid figures. Validity analysis by experts indicated that the media met the criteria for validity, with an average score of 3.4. Meanwhile, practicality analysis based on student responses showed that the media was considered practical, with an average score of 3.39. The media is recommended for use in mathematics instruction to help students understand the concept of surface area more concretely.

Transformasi politik Islam di Indonesia menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan dalam peranannya di kancah internasional, khususnya dalam membangun narasi perdamaian global. Sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia, Indonesia menghadirkan wajah Islam yang moderat, inklusif, dan demokratis. Politik Islam Indonesia tidak hanya terbatas pada ranah domestik, tetapi juga mulai memainkan peran strategis dalam diplomasi internasional, resolusi konflik, dan dialog lintas agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika transformasi politik Islam Indonesia dari orientasi ideologis menuju orientasi praksis yang mengedepankan perdamaian, toleransi, dan keadilan global. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa organisasi keagamaan seperti Nahdlatul Ulama dan Muhammadiyah, serta kebijakan luar negeri yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam wasathiyah, telah menjadi instrumen utama dalam membangun citra Indonesia sebagai sentrum perdamaian internasional. Kesimpulannya, politik Islam Indonesia memiliki potensi besar sebagai model politik keislaman global yang mengedepankan harmoni dan solusi terhadap konflik dunia.

Representation is an important element in mathematics learning that helps make abstract mathematical ideas more concrete. Changes between forms of representation, called translations of mathematical representations, are necessary in mathematics learning. However, students often struggle with this process, as evidenced by errors in problem-solving. These errors can be categorized into three types: interpretation errors, implementation errors, and preservation errors. Based on these facts, a solution is needed to overcome student errors. However, to formulate the right solution, an in-depth study is needed regarding student errors in translation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and describe junior high school students' errors, especially in translating representations from symbolic to graphical form in quadratic function material. The method used is descriptive qualitative, involving three class IX students with different mathematical abilities as research subjects. The results of this study showed that high-ability students made few interpretation, implementation, and preservation errors from the stage of unpacking the source to constructing the target. Moderate-ability students made some interpretation and implementation errors from the stage of unpacking the source to constructing the target. Meanwhile, low-ability students made many interpretation, implementation, and preservation errors from the stage of unpacking the source to determining equivalence. To overcome these errors, teachers can apply level 1 scaffolding (environmental provisions) and level 2 scaffolding (explaining, reviewing, and restructuring). In conclusion, students with different mathematical abilities each have difficulties in making translations. The factors causing these errors include inaccuracy, neglect of important aspects, inappropriate habits, and conceptual errors.

One of the functions of the Election Oversight Body (Bawaslu) is to supervise stages and prevent election violations. The authority of the Election Supervisory Authority is given to the Election Oversight Body (Bawaslu) and its subordinates in this case the Election Supervisory Body at the Regency / City level in Lampung Province. There is a strategic and significant Bawaslu function, which is to avoid potential election violations arising by implementing an optimal prevention strategy. Bawaslu has a strategic function and role in efforts to create democratic elections. This can also be seen in the Election of governors and deputy governors (pilgub) Lampung which took place on 27 June 2018. The problem in this paper is how the role of Bawaslu in the implementation of the governor election of Lampung Province in 2018 in an effort to realize democratic elections and what are the factors affect the performance of the Election Supervisory Body in the implementation of the election of governor of Lampung Province in 2018 in an effort to realize democratic elections?The results of the study are first, the role of the Election Supervisory Body in the implementation of the governor of Lampung province in 2018 in an effort to realize democratic elections contained in the voter data update based on population data and the determination of provisional voter candidates and permanent voter lists, the implementation of campaigns in the district / city, Election Logistics and Distribution, Implementation of Voting and Vote Counting of Election Results, Implementation of Election Socialization. Second, the factors that influence the performance of the Election Supervisory Body in the implementation of the election of the governor of Lampung Province in 2018 in an effort to realize a democratic election, namely structural factors, namely (1) Number of Personnel. (2) Supporting facilities. (3) The tasks and authority are not comparable to operational funds. Substance factors are regulatory issues, the government must also pay attention to the Fund, plus the amount of PPL that is not proportional to the area to be monitored, cultural factors namely the community chooses not based on conscience that is in accordance with the capacity and electability of the candidate for the Governor but based on the principle of regionalism. This article discusses Sayyid Husain al-Ṭabāṭabā’i's thoughts on mut'ah marriage (contract marriage) in his book Tafsīr al-Mīzān. The aim is to gain a broader understanding that can be used as material in preparing better legislative regulations. This research is descriptive library research, using secondary data sources in the form of primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the study show that according to al-Ṭabāṭabā'i, mut'ah marriage is a legal marriage, as explained in Tafsīr al-Mīzān, where the word istamta'tum refers to the term mut'ah marriage. However, the MUI fatwa states that the mut'ah contract is not a valid marriage and is contrary to the laws and regulations in Indonesia. The MUI considers mut'ah marriage to be something that does not follow Sharia principles. Therefore, to prohibit the practice of mut'ah marriage in Indonesia, it is recommended that there be changes to Article 2 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage to read: "A valid marriage is the marriage carried out following religion and is registered in accordance to statutory regulations."

This article attempts to explore the local development of Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), especially in Lampung. The research focuses on the networks of HTI’s recruitment to maintain its identity. It also alludes how the existence of HTI withstands with its dissolution in the era of President Joko Widodo. The research concludes: Firstly, there are systematically some procedures to contend the politics of identity and HTI’s recruitment such as organizing the demonstrations, striving seminar and public discussion, media networks, approaching to the prominent figures and educational institutions, interpersonal recruitment, and halaqah (personal indoctrination). Secondly, there two possibilities of post-dissolution of HTI that would be executed, 1. The formation of new mass organization as the alternate of HTI. 2. To be new party or proceed to join the Islamic Party. They may search the parties that are ideologically identical or similiar to HTI’s ideology like PKS, PPP, PAN, PBB. This would be happened if they fail to scramble and to maintain its ideology in the form of new mass organization.

Abstrak Hakekat fundamentalisme adalah aliran ”yang bercorak romatisme kepada Islam periode awal”. Kelompok fundamentalis berkeyakinan bahwa doktrin Islam adalah ”lengkap, sempurna, dan mencakup segala macam persoalan”. Kemunculan fundamentalisme di dunia Islam disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu adanya represi (penindasan) politik, kegagalan rezim sekular dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan mengimplementasikannya di dalam kehidupan masyarakat, respon terhadap Barat (rasionalisasi, modernisasi, sekularisasi dan kapitalisme), respon atas situasi politik internasional yang sering membuat dunia Islam tersudut atau bahkan teraniaya, serangan kultural (budaya) terhadap masyarakat Islam dan terakhir kegagalan negara-negara dengan mayoritas penduduk beragama Islam dalam menyejahterakan masyarakat. Pola-Pola Gerakan Fundamentalisme Islam Mahasiswa adalah salah satu bentuk atau jenis gerakan politik islam yang terjadi pada kalangan terpelajar (mahasiswa) yang kurang puas terhadap eksistensi pelaksanaan kebijakan Negara yang cenderung arogan. AbstrakPermasalahan penelitian ini secara garis besar tentang bagaimana pola-pola gerakan fundamentalis salafi di lampung dalam mengatasi permasalahan kemanusiaan dan kemasyarakatan serta berusaha untuk mencari tentang implikasi perbedaan pola gerakan dengan hubungan sosial, politik dan kebudayaan.Untuk memperoleh data menganalisa metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dengan para tokoh, kepustakaan dan observasi partisipatif.Temuan penelitian yang dapat disampaikan adalah Gerakan fundamentalis di lampung secara umum adalah dakwah dan pendidikan. Karena pada dasarnya para tokoh fundamentalis menginginkan tegaknya syariat Islam. Tokoh funadmentalsi Lampung terbagi menjadi dua kelompok besar yaitu yang menginginkan tegaknya syariat Islam secara struktural dan kultural. Kata Kunci: Gerakan, Fundamental Lampung

Abstrak Manajemen pemerintahan modern merupakan modal pokok pembangunan. Pelaksanaannya didasarkan suatu sistem manajemen yang menekan pada aturan-aturan seperangkat hinarki pembagian kerja yang jelas dan terus mengikuti prosedur-prosedur dan menitik beratkan pada struktur keorganisasian secara simultan dan komprehensip. Manajemen pemerintahan modern menggambarkan blue print tentang bagaimana berorganisasi harus beroperasi melalui kegiatan manajerialnya, meliputi, perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Abstrak Islam saat ini menghadapi paradoks yang merupakan kenyataan yang tidak dapat ditolak adanya. Di Zaman lampau, umat Islam mengalami kemenangan, praktis tanpa kekuatan lain yang mengunggulinya, sehingga sikap umat Islam pada waktu itu adalah sikap golongan yang menang, unggul tak terkalahkan, bebas dari rasa takut, dan tidak pernah khwatir kepada golongan lain. Dalam dinamika sosial dan politik, ternyata tidak serta merta membuat politik Islam dengan mudah untuk memenangkan pergulatan dalam dimensi ruang dan dimensi hukum di Indonesia saat ini.
