Abstract

Persaingan antara pasar modern di dengan pasar tradisional semakin tak terkendali akhir-akhir ini di Kota Bandar Lampung. Di Kota Bandar Lampung  terdapat sekitar 14 toko modern yang setiap Tahun nya jumlahnya meningkat sementara jumlah pasar tradisional sebanyak 10 buah. Dengan munculnya berbagai macam pasar modern di yang telah menjamur di seluruh wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung memberikan berbagai dampak baik positif maupun negatif bagi masyarakat. Dampak positif yang diberikan antara lain mempermudah akses masyarakat mendapatkan barang konsumsi yang mereka butuhkan karena supermarket dan minimarket memiliki kelengkapan barang-barang kebutuhan sehari-hari. Selain itu letaknya yang berada dekat dengan pemukiman maupun akses jalan membuat supermarket minimarket mudah dijangkau.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu memaparkan dan menggambarkan keadaan serta fenomena yang lebih jelas mengenai situasi yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari secara intensif tentang kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan pasar tradisional untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap pasar modern di Kota Bandar Lampung. Data primer untuk penelitian ini adalah berupa data dari hasil wawancara dengan pegawai Dinas  Perdagangan Kota Bandar Lampung. Dalam penelitian ini data sekunder yang berkaitan kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan pasar tradisional  untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap pasar modern di Kota Bandar Lampung. Pihak yang  menjadi informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan pasar tradisional untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap pasar modern di Kota Bandar Lampung, sedangkan pihak-pihak lain yang terkait dengan kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan pasar tradisional untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap pasar modern di Kota Bandar Lampung menjadi informan tambahan. Adapun kegiatan pengumpulan data dilakukan setelah penelitian dilakukan atau disusun. Hasil penelitian yaitu Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung telah mengambil berbagai model kebijakan sebagai  upaya untuk mengembangkan pasar tradisional dalam rangka menghadapi maraknya pasar modern. Dan telah juga melakukan berbagai beberapa program pengembangan pasar telah dilaksanakan seperti: revitalisasi pasar tradisional melalui perbaikan sarana prasarana pendukung pasar tradisional, pemberdayaan pasar dan pengembangan dan pembuatan media promosi pasar.

Abstract

Handling and Governance of complaints in public services after bureaucratic reform is one of the efforts made to create a clean and efficient government. This is intended to improve welfare and create justice and certainty in meeting the needs of the community as citizens. For the sake of the continuity of public service delivery and protecting the rights of citizens from possible abuses in public service practices, it is necessary to manage complaints and conflicts that may arise between the community and the bureaucracy. This study aims to: aims to analyze the management of complaints and conflict management in public services after Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. Research is a doctrinal/normative research. This study analyzes the management of complaints and conflicts that may arise between the community and the bureaucracy. Research Results are To ensure the implementation of public services properly and protect the rights of every citizen from possible violations or abuses in the implementation of public services, regulations have been made for the management of complaints, disputes, and disputes that may arise between the community of service users and public service providers in the Law on Public Services.

Abstract

The issue of school dropouts remains an unresolved problem to this day. The Campus Social Responsibility program is an initiative aimed at addressing school dropout issues in Lampung Province, in line with the implementation of Lampung Governor Regulation No. 1 of 2021 on Child Protection. This study explains the policy strategies of the Campus Social Responsibility program in protecting school dropouts in Lampung Province. The research uses a qualitative approach with a multiple case design and a single-unit analysis. Data were collected through in-depth and group interviews as well as document analysis. In-depth and group interviews were conducted with 15 subjects. Data was also gathered through document analysis of various policy documents related to the Campus Social Responsibility program for the protection of school dropouts. The results of the study show that there are three policy strategies of the Campus Social Responsibility program in protecting school dropouts in Lampung Province: monitoring, facilitating the payment of education fees for underprivileged children. The impact of the Campus Social Responsibility program's policy implementation in protecting school dropouts in Lampung Province has brought about changes, including a reduction in the number of school dropouts, children at risk of dropping out, unemployment, and poverty. Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of women's leadership in Islamic political parties. The National Awakening Party (PKB) and the National Mandate Party (PAN) in Gorontalo Regency are case studies. In this study, the author outlines several important findings related to the patterns and practices of power that occur. The purpose of this study is to explain the processes and obstacles that influence women's leadership in Islamic political parties in Gorontalo. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study research method, namely an in-depth research approach to a particular case or phenomenon. The results of this study conclude that: there are different processes of women's political leadership demonstrated by each party leader. This is known from the patterns and interactions carried out to achieve the goals set with the power held as party leaders. In addition, several main factors were found that most dominant influence women's leadership in political parties, namely: 1) Culture and traditions that influence public perception, 2) Women's resource capacity in building political networks, 3) Political Party Support. All of these are the main factors that determine the success of women in exercising their power as leaders.

Abstract

Sirah Nabawiyyah has an important position in the viewpoint of Indonesian Muslim scholars, unfortunately specific works of the Prophet biography are rarely found in Indonesia. As a well-known interpreter of the Qur'an, M. Quraish Shihab has a historiographical work entitled Membaca Sirah Nabi Muhammad Saw dalam Sorotan al-Qur’an dan Hadis-Hadis Shahih that discusses critically about the figure of the Prophet. This library research with historical method analyzes the background of writing, sources of writing, and historical explanations contained in his work. Finally it was concluded that the book was written in accordance with the need of Indonesian Muslims to discuss the history of the Prophet Muhammad critically. The references consist of the Qur'an, the Prophet traditions, the books of Sirah Nabawiyyah, and other relevant books. Because it was written by a commentator of the Qur'an, the verses of the Qur'an are not only quoted with textual translations, but are accompanied by in-depth explanations so that its historical explanations are almost similar to interpretations of the Qur'an. It is able to explain in detail the life of the Prophet with critical analysis and illustrative pictures. In addition, its explanations greatly emphasize the humanity of the Holy Prophet. Therefore this work is not excessive in displaying the Prophet miracles or extraordinary things.

Abstract

Dirasah islamiyah khususnya dibidang keilmuan tafsir mengalami kemujuan dan berkembang seiring dengan pola kehidupan yang kian modern, salah satu topik yang menjadi perbincangan yaitu kesetaraan gender. Posisi perempuan yang selalu dikaitkan dengan lingkungan domestik semata, hal ini seolah menjadi kewajiban agama yang harus dilaksanakan sebagaimana wajibnya mengerjakan kewajiban yang dianggap berdosa jika ditinggalkan. Sementara posisi laki-laki sering dikaitkan dengan lingkungan publik yang bebas mengembangkan dan mengasah minat dan bakat untuk berkembang menjadi manusia yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini sesuai dengan kegelisahan para kaum wanita yang menawarkan model pembacaan baru terhadap pemikiran dalam memahami konsep feminisme yang digagas oleh M.Quraish Shihab dalam Tafsīr al-Mishbāh. yang memiliki pemahaman bagaimana merasionalkan tentang perbedaan Qudrati dan persamaam hak Gender,  serta memahami makna feminisme dan menganalisis secara epistemologi hermeneutis model pemikiran M.Quraish Shihab tentang Feminisme. Hasil penelitian ini memberi simpulan tenang adanya ruang kesejajaran antara laki laki dan perempuan dalam memperoleh hak dalam kehidupan, dari mulai hak pendidikan, politik, juga agama. perbedaan biologis bukan menjadi alasan untuk membedakan hak dan juga kewajiban,  perbedaan jenis kelamin antara laki-laki dan permpuan memang sudah menjadi kodrat yang termaktub dalam al-Quran namun Tidak menjadi perbedaan terhadap potensi yang diberikan Allah kepada manusia.

Abstract

The age of marriage regulated in the Law states that the age allowed for marriage is 19 years for both men and women. In the current context, this age is considered quite ideal. However it will raise problems if the marriage is done too young, especially health problems. Other factors can be in the form of psychological problems, education, economy and others. This study uses a qualitative method of library research with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This approach is used for various research procedures that are systematic by examining and reviewing the literature. The theory used as an analytical knife is the maqashid syari'ah theory, and at the end of the analysis this study uses deductive logic thinking. The results of the study show that the age limit for marriage in Indonesia is regulated in Law no. 6 of 2019 in article 7 paragraph (1). When viewed from the perspective of maqasid al-shari'ah, the most important thing in terms of the age limit of marriage is benefit associated with al-kulliyyatu al-khamsah, when viewed from the five main elements of maqasid al-shari'ah, then hifdh nasl is not only about caring for offspring, not  merely obtaining offspring from a legal marriage relationship, but maintaining these offspring as healthy and quality offspring.

Abstract

This research aimed to reveal the students’ activeness in mathematics learning on algebra using Zoom. This research is included in the qualitative research category with a descriptive approach. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive methods by showing the total score, percentage, or average score of each respondent's answer. The results showed that students were very active and motivated in achieving learning goals during learning via Zoom. This research implies that virtual learning is feasible to be encouraged.

Abstract

In a multicultural society, conflict and integration are a dialectical pair. Tension, or in sociological technical language is conflict, is a unity with pluralism (pluralism). The social relations that exist between interfaith people never run in a fixed state, but take place in a situation that continues to change from one time to another. This is in line with the human tendency itself which is always changing. According to the perspective of social exchange theory, the tendency of interfaith social relations that tend to keep changing is a normal phenomenon in the lives of religious people which always fluctuates, because religious people always touch, hang out and socially interact with each other. Through interaction between religious communities, each other gives meaning to the attitudes and social behavior of religious people in a dialectical manner. Religious people actively and creatively interact and respond to each other. Therefore, the social environment which consists of verbal symbols, nonverbal symbols and the physical environment greatly influences how religious people interact cross-religiously. Fluctuations in interaction between religious believers occur because they are influenced by the social environment. When the social environment is positive, the interaction between religious people takes place effectively, peacefully, tolerantly and openly. On the other hand, when the social environment is not conducive, inter-religious relations are jammed.

Abstract

This research begins with the thought that successful aging and adjustment have a relationship with self-acceptance in elderly individuals. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between successfull aging and self-adjustment with the self-acceptance of retired member organizations (PWRI) of Lampung Province. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a relationship between successfull aging and old age adjustment and self-acceptance.The population in this study were members of the Republic of Indonesia Wredatama Association (PWRI) Lampung Ranting I Kedaton, Bandar Lampung city. The sampling method for this research is to use population techniques that refer to Suharsimi Arikunto's theory, that if the subject is less than 100 people, it is better to take all so that the research is a population study. The sample taken in this study were all PWRI members who held monthly meetings at the PWRI meeting hall on Landak street No. 1 Kedaton, Bandar Lampung city. The sample in this study was obtained as many as 60 members of the Republic of Indonesia Wredatama Pensioners (PWRI).The data collection method uses three scales namely self-acceptance scale, successfull aging scale and adjustment scale with likert scale model. Data collected were analyzed by two predictor regression tests with the help of SPSS 16.0 for windows.Based on the results of the data analysis above, it means that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted and it can be concluded that there is a relationship between successfull aging and adjustment of old age with self-acceptance in retirees.
