This research aimed to reveal the students’ activeness in mathematics learning on algebra using Zoom. This research is included in the qualitative research category with a descriptive approach. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive methods by showing the total score, percentage, or average score of each respondent's answer. The results showed that students were very active and motivated in achieving learning goals during learning via Zoom. This research implies that virtual learning is feasible to be encouraged.

In a multicultural society, conflict and integration are a dialectical pair. Tension, or in sociological technical language is conflict, is a unity with pluralism (pluralism). The social relations that exist between interfaith people never run in a fixed state, but take place in a situation that continues to change from one time to another. This is in line with the human tendency itself which is always changing. According to the perspective of social exchange theory, the tendency of interfaith social relations that tend to keep changing is a normal phenomenon in the lives of religious people which always fluctuates, because religious people always touch, hang out and socially interact with each other. Through interaction between religious communities, each other gives meaning to the attitudes and social behavior of religious people in a dialectical manner. Religious people actively and creatively interact and respond to each other. Therefore, the social environment which consists of verbal symbols, nonverbal symbols and the physical environment greatly influences how religious people interact cross-religiously. Fluctuations in interaction between religious believers occur because they are influenced by the social environment. When the social environment is positive, the interaction between religious people takes place effectively, peacefully, tolerantly and openly. On the other hand, when the social environment is not conducive, inter-religious relations are jammed.

This research begins with the thought that successful aging and adjustment have a relationship with self-acceptance in elderly individuals. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between successfull aging and self-adjustment with the self-acceptance of retired member organizations (PWRI) of Lampung Province. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a relationship between successfull aging and old age adjustment and self-acceptance.The population in this study were members of the Republic of Indonesia Wredatama Association (PWRI) Lampung Ranting I Kedaton, Bandar Lampung city. The sampling method for this research is to use population techniques that refer to Suharsimi Arikunto's theory, that if the subject is less than 100 people, it is better to take all so that the research is a population study. The sample taken in this study were all PWRI members who held monthly meetings at the PWRI meeting hall on Landak street No. 1 Kedaton, Bandar Lampung city. The sample in this study was obtained as many as 60 members of the Republic of Indonesia Wredatama Pensioners (PWRI).The data collection method uses three scales namely self-acceptance scale, successfull aging scale and adjustment scale with likert scale model. Data collected were analyzed by two predictor regression tests with the help of SPSS 16.0 for windows.Based on the results of the data analysis above, it means that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted and it can be concluded that there is a relationship between successfull aging and adjustment of old age with self-acceptance in retirees.

Low social skills make children less able to establish good interactions and choose aggressive actions. The low attitude of social skills is that it is difficult to control oneself well, and it is difficult to empathize and it is difficult to interact with others. Social skills are skills in interacting, communicating, and cooperating between humans and other humans. Social skills are very important for every child to have to form a quality relationship with the environment, because a child who has good social skills can express or communicate ideas or ideas so that others can understand what is being conveyed. The existence of social skills in children cannot be separated from parenting patterns, one of which is democratic parenting. Democratic parenting is parenting that emphasizes the needs of children, but does not hesitate to control them.The subjects used in this study were students in grades V and VI at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Fatah, East Lampung, with a total sample of 50 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used a social skills scale consisting of 26 items ( = 0.853 ) , a democratic parenting style scale consisting of 14 items ( = 0.776 ) . The data analysis technique in this study used the Pearson product moment correlation technique.The results of data analysis obtained a value of rxy = 0.671 with a significant level of 0.000 (p > 0.005), this indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship between students’ social skills and democratic parenting of parents. The effective contribution given by the democratic parenting style variable to the social skills variable is 45.01 %.Keywords: Social Skills, Democratic Parenting, Studentss Primary School.

IInterest in organization is the existence of interest from students to participate in and choose to be active in an organization that makes a person have a tendency to pay attention to the activities of the organization he chooses based on encouragement from within. Perceptions of the organization and social motives are factors that influence the occurrence of organizational interest. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of organization and social motives with organizational interest in the ushuluddin faculty and religious studies. Researchers used quantitative research methods with precision sampling techniques and the samples in this study were 70 students who joined the Study Program Student Association (HMPS). Data collection techniques in this study used a psychological scale including a scale of organizational interest, perception of the organization and social motives. The scale of organizational interest is 21 items (α = 0.905), the perception of the organization is 21 items (α = 0.880), and the social motive is 19 items (α = 0.866). The analysis technique used is a multiple regression analysis technique assisted by the SPSS 21.0 for windows program. The analyzed data shows the results: The results showed that the value of Rx1.2.3-y = 0.542, the value of F = 13.951 on the significance of p = 0.000 and stated (p < 0.01). The results obtained that the perception of the organization and social motives provide an effective contribution of 29.4% to the dependent variable and 70.6% generated by other variables outside the study. Based on the calculation results obtained the value of rx1-y = 0.459 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between perceptions of the organization and interest in the organization. The results obtained stated that the perception variable towards the organization received an effective contribution of 16.7% to the interest in organization. Based on the calculation results obtained the value of rx2-y = 0.418 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between social motives and organizational interest. The results obtained stated that the social motive variable received an effective contribution of 12.7% to organizational interest. Traditional markets in Bandar Lampung face a decline in competitiveness due to structural, managerial, and regulatory weaknesses, especially in the face of modern retail’s rapid growth. This study aims to analyze the revitalization strategy of traditional markets through the implementation of Bandar Lampung Mayor Regulation Number 23 of 2021 and its effectiveness in supporting a competitive local economy. Employing a qualitative field research method, data were collected through interviews with key informants from the Trade Office, market traders, and community members and supported by policy documents, including national and local trade regulations. The findings reveal that revitalization efforts have not been optimal due to the limited scope of physical improvements and lack of legal enforcement. The research highlights the need for a holistic revitalization approach that integrates legal, economic, and sociological perspectives, strengthens regulatory frameworks, and empowers small traders. The study concludes that local government policies must go beyond physical infrastructure upgrades by ensuring legal certainty, participatory planning, and sustainable empowerment strategies to maintain the relevance of traditional markets in the modern economic landscape.

This study analyzes the problems related to the existence of Lampung Sebatin Indigenous Marriages. Where the Lampung indigenous people Sebatin started a new life order in marriage combining custom and Islamic law. Marriage is divided into two ways, namely Nyakak/ Jujokh and Semanda marriages. The traditional marriage procedures have values and norms or rules. The problem in this research is how the practice of marriage and how the description of the relationship between customary law and Islamic law as well as positive law in Indonesia in the marriage of the indigenous community of Lampung Sebatin. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about: first, the practice of marriage traditional Lampung Sebatin procedures; and Second, positive law and Islamic law in the traditional marriage customs of Lampung Sebatin. This study uses the qualitative research method with a sociological legal approach that focuses on the process of implementing marriage based on Islamic law and customary law with predetermined objectives. The research data were obtained using the interview method conducted on the object of research or respondents. The findings of this study indicate that first, the practice of marriage traditional Lampung Sebatin in its implementation uses Islamic law, but there are several processions such as pre-marriage and after-marriage. Marriage Lampung traditional customs are Sebatin divided into two, namely Nyakak/ Jujokh and Semanda with the traditional stages before, the implementation customary stages and the customary stages after marriage and the pattern of settling after marriage. Second, the law of marriage in the teachings of the Islamic religion with the law on marriage, in the procedure of marriage, in Nyakak/ Jujokh and Semanda is general it can be said that line, in practice it is in accordance with the basis and reference, namely the law on marriage is al-Quran, al-Sunnah, Qaidah Fighiyah and Consensus (Ijma) of Muslims in Indonesia.Keywords: Marriage, Tradition, Lampung, Sebatin, Islamic Law

Kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis merupakan salah satu kemampuan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Kemampuan ini meminta siswa untuk mampu menuangkan gagasan dan ide-ide yang mereka miliki dalam bentuk tulisan. Kemampuan ini dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik siswa yaitu ketahanan dalam menghadapi sebuah kesulitan. Soal literasi matematika dianggap mampu membantu menggali informasi terkait kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis siswa SMP tipe camper dalam menyelesaikan soal literasi matematika. Penelitian dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu: 1) pemilihan kelas subjek penelitian; 2) pengembangan instrumen dan validasi; 3) pemberian angket Adversity Response Profile (ARP) dan soal tipe literasi matematika kepada siswa; 4) reduksi data; 5) analisis data dan penyajian data, serta; 6) penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif dengan berpedoman pada indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematika tulis. Subjek penelitian adalah 26 siswa SMP kelas XI yang selanjutnya hanya dipilih empat orang untuk dianalisis jawabannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa camper dikategorikan sudah baik dan memenuhi hampir seluruh indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis, namun masih terdapat kekurangan seperti masih adanya kesalahan penggunaan simbol matematika dan ketidaklengkapan penulisan keterangan.

Digitalisasi dalam pembelajaran terus berkembang pada era sekarang ini. Kemampuan guru dalam penyusunan asesmen dan analisanya berbasis digital sangat diperlukan. Salah satu alat evalusi yang dapat menjangkau perkembangan mutakhir yaitu asesmen berbasis gamifikasi. Gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Agar instrumen yang disusun mengukur sesuatu tujuan yang akan diukur, maka diperlukan validitas instrumen. Untuk menguji validitas instrument test yang berbasis digital perlu digunakan aplikasi program. Tujuan pengabdian ini melakukan pelatihan kepada guru SD tentang penyusunan asesmen berbasis gamifikasi dan validitas instrument dengan pemodelan Rusch. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini penyiapan bahan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, peserta praktek melakukan penyusunan asesmen berbasis gamifikasi, monitoring dan pendampingan, serta analisa validitas soal evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian guru-guru sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, melakukan tanya jawab tentang materi pelatihan, dapat melakukan praktek penyusunan contoh asesmen berbasis gamifikasi yaitu Aplikasi Kahoot! dan Quizizz serta analisa validitasnya. Kelancaran dari pelatihan ini didukung adanya fasilitas yang memadai akan tetapi jaringan yang terkadang kurang stabil dapat menjadi factor penghambat. Kemampuan menyusun asesmen berbasis gamifikasi serta analisanya berbasis digital adalah salah satu upaya yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru abad 21.

In making a decision, the Religious Court Judge should have certain considerations in deciding the hadhanah case accompanied by dwangsom. The cumulative hadhanah divorce suit accompanied by the dwangsom determination has been granted by the panel of judges in case Number 792/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Kla. This type of research is library research, namely legal research conducted by means of literature study. By using primary legal materials in the form of Decision on Case Number: 792/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Kla, secondary legal materials in the form of documents related to the research, and tertiary legal materials as a complement. Data management techniques through several stages, namely data examination (editing), data marking (coding), data reconstruction (reconstructing), and data systematization (systematizing). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Decision Number: 792 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PA.Kla concerning Dwangsom in Divorce Cases of Hadhanah Compulsion Lawsuits shows that there will be a Contribution of Dwangsom as a manifestation of the values of welfare and justice in the Renewal of Islamic Family Law in Indonesia. Because in cases of child custody, children as objects of lawsuits cannot be executed on the grounds that the child's position is different from property or objects. Thus, the hadhonah lawsuit accompanied by dwangsom in Decision Number: 792 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PA.Kla is an effort to prevent harm and injustice to the defendant not to hand over the child.
