The purpose of this study was to analyze the reasons why female civil servants were prohibited from becoming second, third and fourth wives based on Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990; and to analyze based on Islamic family law against the prohibition of female civil servants to become second, third and fourth wives based on Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990. The results of this study are the Prohibition of Women Civil Servants from becoming the third and fourth second wife is a preventive measure to prevent women who are civil servants from disputes in the family, prevent women from psychological pressure caused by polygamy has an impact on changing attitudes so that can interfere with their performance as a civil servant, to prevent children from psychological pressure that results in children's future growth, and protect the rights of wives and children regarding civilization in the event of a divorce in a polygamous marriage which can harm a woman with a civil servant status and result in imperfect rights support the child. This study aims to examine Al-Thabaâ€™thabaÃ 's thoughts on Mut'ah marriage and its relevance to family law in Indonesia. This research is a type of library research by descriptive-analytical approach. The primary data in this study are the Qur'an, Hadith, books by Al-Thabaâ€™thabaÃ, the 1945 Constitution, Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning National Marriage Law, PP. Number 9 of 1975 as the implementing regulation of Law no. 1974, and INPRES No.1/1991 on the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). This study uses deductive thinking techniques and the data analysis uses maqashid sharia theory. The results show that Al-Thabaâ€™thabaÃ 's thoughts on the permissibility of Mut'ah Marriages are not relevant to the purpose of marriage and the purpose of making legislation. As the purpose of making the law is the value of justice, usefulness, and legal certainty, besides the law is also made to create benefit in society. Al-Thabaâ€™thabaÃâ€™s thought regarding Mut'ah Marriage must be rejected because it violates the values of the legal objectives, namely justice, benefit, and legal certainty, and also harms the values of benefit. To provide firmness to prohibit the practice of mut'ah marriage in Indonesia, it is necessary to amend Article 2 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage to "a legal marriage is carried out following their respective religions and registered following the legislation. invitation".

Mediasi merupakan proses penyelesaian sengketa melalui proses perundingan ataumufakat para pihak dengan dibantu oleh mediator yang tidak memiliki kewenanganmemutus atau memaksakan sebuah penyelesaian. Dalam realitasnya pemberlakuanmediasi masih kurang begitu efektif dalam penyelesaian perkara, terbukti darisedikitnya perkara yang berhasil diselesaikan dengan mediasi. Tercatat hanya 2 perkara perceraian yang berhasil dimediasi pada Pengadilan Agama Krui pada tahun 2019 dan Tahun 2020. Oleh sebab itu pembahasana efektivitas mediasi serta peran hakim mediator sebagai upaya meminimalisir perceraian menarik untuk diteliti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mediasi belum efektif yang disebabkan oleh pelbagai faktor serta peran mediator yang kurang maksimal akibat dualisme fungsi, yaitu selain menjadi mediator juga merangkap menjadi hakim. Untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan mediasi diperlukan mediator non hakim atau mediator bersertifikasi

Metacognition is one aspect that supports individual success in solving mathematical proof problems because using metacognition when solving problems will produce effective results. This research aims to collect information about students' metacognition in solving mathematical proof problems. This research applies a qualitative escriptive approach. There were 30 Mathematics Education students involved in this research from Universitas Negeri Malang. The way to obtain data in this research uses a mathematical proof test and interviews. The results obtained from this research reveal that the metacognition experienced by students consists of awareness, regulation, and evaluation. However, the metacognitive activities of the first student were different from other students. This is because each individual’s metacognition is different even though both have the same problem-solving abilities.

Strengthening religious moderation is a strategic issue in Islamic boarding school education amidst the increasing challenges of exclusive and extreme religiosity. Islamic boarding schools play a crucial role in instilling balanced, just, and tolerant Islamic values through distinctive educational traditions. Therefore, fostering moderate religious values as a central focus in religious life is crucial, especially for the younger generation living in a heterogeneous society. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical approach. The research locations included An-Noor and An-Nahl Islamic Boarding Schools in Bandar Lampung. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that strengthening religious moderation effectively occurs through a holistic, integrative, and experience-based pedagogical process. The values of tawassuṭ, tawāzun, tasāmuḥ, and al-‘adl are internalized through dialogic learning, the exemplary behavior of kiai and ustaz, and the daily culture of students. Religious moderation is not positioned as an external ideology, but rather as an actualization of classical Islamic values that have theological legitimacy in the concept of ummatan wasaṭan and the principle of justice in the Qur'an. The integration of cognitive, affective, and practical approaches encourages the transformation of students' character toward a reflective, inclusive, and socially responsible religious attitude.

This article aims to analyze how high school students experience and manifest Random Similarity Effect (RSE) in understanding probability material as a specific form of representative bias. RSE refers to the tendency of students to choose patterns that appear intuitively random even though mathematically all possibilities have equal probability. This study uses an explicit cognitive theoretical approach, focusing on the thinking process and the emergence of cognitive bias. The subjects of the study were 36 students of class XD at SMAN 1 Turen. Data were collected by giving probability problems designed to trigger RSE bias, followed by in-depth interviews with four selected subjects. The analysis was carried out using an indicator rubric to classify students' level of understanding into three levels. The results showed that two subjects were at Level 2 (explicitly affected by RSE), one subject at Level 1 (correct answer without conceptual understanding), and one subject reached Level 0 (understanding the concept of probability logically and free from intuitive bias). These results indicate that most students are still trapped in intuitive reasoning, emphasizing the importance of a teaching approach that encourages reflective thinking and deep understanding of the concept of probability.

This research applies a qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this research is to describe students' problem-solving abilities in solving the PISA test based on each type of learning style, namely visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. The students involved in this research were 35 students, class X from SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwaru, Tulungagung. The method of obtaining data was by using students’ answer sheets and interview results. The results obtained from this research indicate that students carry out Polya steps when solving the PISA test. Based on the characteristics of learning styles, it shows that (1) a student with a visual learning style finds it easier to write than to tell when solving the test and uses previously seen methods, (2) a student with an auditory learning style is good at speaking and able to understand information by listening to explanations from other people, and (3) a student with a kinesthetic learning style is used to practicing directly without being connected to what has previously been seen and heard. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to each type of student learning style to achieve learning goals effectively and well.

The lecture on algebra has not involved students in working together. Thus, one effort that can be done is implementing the jigsaw cooperative learning model. This study aims to describe the student collaboration activities in the introduction to algebra course using the jigsaw cooperative learning. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The subjects were 32 first semester students of 2019 who were enrolled in the introduction to algebra course in the Mathematics Education Study Program, FMIPA, Universitas Negeri Malang. The instrument in this study was an observation sheet of student activities, and the supporting data were the results of individual exercises. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that student collaboration activities in the jigsaw cooperative learning in the introduction to algebra course were very good, as indicated by the average score of students in completing individual exercise problems was 90. Thus, it can be concluded that the selection of an appropriate learning model can enhance student collaboration in learning abstract mathematical concepts.

Patient safety is a key indicator of healthcare quality and is the responsibility of all healthcare workers, particularly nurses as caregivers who interact directly and continuously with patients. Adverse events such as medication errors, patient falls, and healthcare-associated infections remain common, demonstrating the need for effective risk management implementation in nursing services. This study aims to analyze the role of risk management in nursing services and its relationship to improving patient safety. The study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The subjects were nurses working in nursing service units, using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that measured risk management implementation and patient safety levels. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate methods. The results showed that most nurses implemented moderate to high levels of risk management. Bivariate analysis demonstrated a significant relationship between risk management and patient safety. Furthermore, multivariate analysis demonstrated that risk management was the dominant factor influencing patient safety after controlling for other variables such as education and length of service. These findings confirm that systematic risk management implementation, supported by a strong safety culture and organizational commitment, can significantly improve patient safety. Therefore, the integration of risk management into nursing practice needs to be continuously strengthened through ongoing training, clear policies, and a non-punitive incident reporting system to continuously improve the quality of nursing care and patient safety

Dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang baik diperlukan aparat yang memiliki mobilitas tinggi untuk berkerja dengan penuh kesadaran. Salah satu abdi masyarakat adalah pegawai negeri sipil. Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) bagaimana upaya pimpinan (camat) dalam meningkatkan kinerja aparat pemerintah pada Kantor Camat Sukarame?; (2) apa faktor-faktor pedukung dan penghambat upaya pimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Sukarame ?.
