Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education management in madrasas, from aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, to controlling/supervising. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive study method. The informants in the study included the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa, the teacher council, the madrasa administration section and students. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and document studies. Then, it is analyzed by sorting the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of character education management in madrasas has been carried out well in madrasas. This is a joint effort of the madrasa leadership in collaboration with the teacher council, homeroom teacher, guidance and counseling teachers in monitoring the development of student character. The concrete forms of implementation, namely (1) planning aspects, are implemented through the internalization of character values in the learning curriculum that refers to the vision, mission, and goals of the madrasa; (2) the organizing aspect, in the form of division of tasks and the provision of SK from the madrasa leadership to teachers and extracurricular trainers according to the development of students' interests and talents; (3) implementation aspects, in the form of learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom based on the integration of character values, as well as extracurricular activities in the form of developing the potential of students based on the madrasa climate with character and displaying the features of the teacher's role model for students; and (4) aspects of control/supervision, cooperation between internal and external parties of the madrasa (surrounding community) in monitoring the development of student character, both in class and outside the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of the 2013 curriculum development in increasing the effectiveness of learning at the Al Hidayah CK Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Medan Polonia District. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. In gathering this information, the researcher will carry out observations and interviews with the head of the Madrasah, deputy head of the Madrasah for Curriculum, and teachers and other parties concerned with this research. The results of the research concluded that the madrasa head's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum is already running, but the weakness lies in the teachers and parents of the students, because teachers have not thoroughly reflected the 2013 curriculum in the classroom as a result, this has an impact on the effectiveness of learning using the 2013 curriculum. It is difficult to develop the 2013 curriculum. , and in terms of assessment, it is not very effective, where the 2013 curriculum is thematic, the final results of the report cards are per field of study. In conclusion, the madrasa head's policy is not in line with the teacher's wishes, or the teacher does not respond to the policies set by the madrasa head. This has an impact on ineffective coordination between an organization within an educational institution so that the problem of who regulates and who is regulated is unclear, so that it becomes The strength of this research is to understand the direction of the Al Hidayah CK Medan Polonia madrasah

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan motivasi kerja dengan disiplin kerja guru (2) hubungan interaksi interpersonal dengan disiplin kerja guru (3 hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan interaksi interpersonal Mempengaruhi disiplin kerja guru. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 132 guru. Kuesioner model skala Likert digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, dan rumus korelasi product-moment digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel, sedangkan disiplin kerja guru dan beberapa faktor digabungkan untuk menentukan derajat hubungan antar variabel tersebut. seperti motivasi kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal. Relevansi digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan disiplin kerja guru; 2) adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara interaksi interpersonal dengan disiplin kerja guru (3) adanya hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara motivasi kerja dengan interaksi interpersonal.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Bagaimana efektivitas kinerja staf administrasi di sekolah MTsS Tarbiyah Auladil Muslimin Terkait Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis.Administrasi sebagai suatu kegiatan bersama terdapat dimana-mana selama ada manusia yang hidup dan bekerjasama dalam kelompok organisasi tertentu. Administrasi memegang peran penting dalam organisasi manapun hal ini karena sesungguhnya di kantor hanya ada dua urusan, administrasi terdapat peran penting baik itu formal maupun informal yang mempunyai proses kerjasama dua orang atau lebih dengan menggunakan sumber daya kependidikan yang tersedia dan yang dapat diakses untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara berdaya guna dan berhasil guna, MTsS Tarbiyah Auladil Muslimin baik khusus atau pun umum bidang administrasinya staf atau tenaga pendidikan selalu siap dan bisa menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang terjadi dengan cara memanajemen administrasi dengan baik didalam kegiatan nya dengan sebagaimana yang sudah direncanakan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the non-academic achievements obtained by students, existing extracurricular activities, the strategies implemented by madrasah heads to improve students' non-academic achievements, the constraints of madrasah heads in implementing strategies, and the achievements of extracurricular activities in improving students' non-academic achievements at MTs Negeri 3 Medan. This research uses a qualitative type of research with a case study approach conducted in a natural, holistic and in-depth setting. The research subjects were school principals, teachers/extracurricular activity coaches, students, and extracurricular activity coaches. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Interactive Analysis Model from Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Research data validity techniques are credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability.The research results obtained are: 1) Students' non-academic achievements come from extracurricular activities that students participate in, including scouts, paskibra, tahfiz, youth scientific work, mujawwad, dance and futsal. 2) The extracurricular activities at MTs Negeri 3 Medan are futsal, paskibra, scouts, KIR, UKS, dance, mujawwad, PIS, band/music, and tahfiz. 3) The strategy implemented by the madrasa head is: selecting competent trainers, determining a good extracurricular schedule, facilities and infrastructure, funding, motivation for students, and evaluation. 4) The obstacles faced by madrasa heads are from the financial side, in terms of time to take part in events or competitions and in terms of when taking part in events that are far away, they have to add supervisor/teacher personnel. 5) Achievement of extracurricular activities is seen from the achievements obtained by students while participating in extracurricular activities, where the non-academic achievements achieved by MTs Negeri 3 Medan students who take part in extracurricular activities have reached the point of participating in and winning national scale events or competitions. Apart from that, the achievements of extracurricular activities can be seen from the impact on the members who take part in them, namely deepening and expanding students' knowledge regarding the extracurricular activities they participate in and succeeding in building students' personalities with strong and independent characters.Thus, the strategy implemented by the head of the madrasa to improve the non-academic achievements of MTs Negeri 3 Medan students through extracurricular activities has been able to provide various achievements in various events or competitions not only between schools or between districts/cities but on a national scale. There are only a few obstacles that need to be addressed by the school, namely from a financial perspective, in terms of time and in terms of distance to participate in events or competitions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh self regulation terhadap pemilihan karir Siswa kelas X di SMA Setia Budi Abadi Perbaungan dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Siswa Kelas X di SMA Setia Budi Abadi Perbaungan yang berjumlah 318 siswa dan teknik dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validasi dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Self Regulation berpengaruh terhadap Pemilihan karir siswa di SMA Setia Budi Abadi Perbaungan. Besarnya pengaruh Self Regulation terhadap Pemilihan karir siswa di SMA Setia Budi Abadi Perbaungan sebesar39,7% dan 60,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan pedoman interpretasi jika rhitung > rtabel maka ada hubungan yang signifikan. Pada hasil perhitungan diketahui angka indeks korelasi (rxy sebesar rhitung > rtabel yaitu 0,630**) maka dapat diketahui terdapat korelasi pengaruh yang signifikan antara Self Regulation terhadap Pemilihan karir siswa dalam bentuk positif, maknanya semakin tinggi pengaruh Self Regulation maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat Pemilihan karir siswa. Jika dilihat dari tabel pedoman interpretasi product moment dapat disimpulkan bahwa 0,630** terletak diantara (0.60-0.799) yaitu variabel X dan Y terdapat korelasi yang kuat atau tinggi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Self Regulation memiliki pengaruh terhadap pemilihan karir siswa kelas X di SMA Setia Budi Perbaungan. Artinya apabila siswa memiliki pengaturan diri yang baik akan meningkatkan peluang siswa tersebut dalam memilih atau menentukan karirnya di masa medatang.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher's interest in the Islamic Personal Development program at SMP IT Al-Hijrah which in fact is the flagship program of the JSIT curriculum (Integrated Islamic School Network) which is able to shape students' Islamic personalities. The purpose of this study is to identify the management of the Islamic Personal Development program in shaping the morals of students in SMP IT Al-Hijrah starting from the planning, organizing, implementing and supervision stages. The method used in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are (1) BPI program planning in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah including setting goals, forming organizational structures and tasks, schedules, materials as well as grouping students and assessments. (2) The organization of the BPI program is carried out by forming an organizational structure along with its role. (3) The implementation of the BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) Program in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah is carried out in groups in accordance with BPI rules every Monday from 07.00-10.00 WIB. (4) Supervision of the BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) program in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah is carried out by monitoring, reporting, follow-up, assessment and evaluation. Based on the findings of the research above, the Management of the Islamic Personal Development Program in shaping the morals of students at Al-Hijrah IT Junior High School is that it has succeeded in shaping the morals of students but has not been maximized. Factors that influence the inadequacy of this program are Human Resources or BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) Coaches that do not yet fully exist, lack of parental control at home, lack of innovation or new ideas in BPI management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the tahfiz program is run at SDIT Anak Sholeh in Hinai District, Langkat Regency, with the goal of raising the standard of Islamic education. Data is gathered by observation, interviews, and documentation studies using a qualitative, descriptive methodology. Teachers who teach the Tahfiz of the Qur'an, as well as the head of the madrasa and the deputy head for curriculum, served as research subjects. According to the research findings, improving the quality of madrasas necessitates paying attention to the extracurricular activities of students, the performance of madrasa heads, and the availability of suitable facilities and infrastructure. governance over finances for instruction, scheduling, and buildings and infrastructure are additional essential tools for the madrasa head's effective governance. Madrasah quality assurance initiatives include supporting teacher career progression, raising graduation rates, and assessing education reports. In summary, this study highlights the importance of madrasa heads focusing on critical elements such extracurricular activities, teacher competency, facilities and infrastructure, and performance in order to improve the caliber of madrasas. Additionally essential to raising the caliber of Islamic education at SDIT Anak Sholeh are efficient control and quality assurance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujun untuk dapat melihat peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam mengembangkan perannya sebagai teladan untuk membentuk siswa yang berakhlakul kharimah, untuk mengetahui tentang tindakan guru BK dalam membentuk siswa Ber-Akhlakul Karimah dan untuk mengetahui tentang tingkat ketercapaian siswa Ber-Akhlakul Karimah melalui layanan konseling individual. Jenis penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, yaitu bentuk penelitian yang bertujuan mengungkapkan fakta yang ada dalam beberapa anggota masyarakat pada perilakunya dan kenyataan sekitar dimana objek dalam penelitian ialah guru bimbingan konseling dan siswa kelas X Man 2 model medan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi wawancara dan studi dokumen. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 2 Model Medan. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa seorang guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam membentuk akhlak peserta didik yang baik ialah diberikan dengan cara memberikan perhatian, dorongan, dan penghargaan. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam pembentukan akhlaq adalah adanya peran orang tua, minat dan keinginan siswa, dan adanya peran dari pihak sekolah Hasil daril penelitian ini ialah Peran guru BK dalam membentuk siswa ber-Akhlakul karimah yaitu, guru BK melatih siswa untuk bersikap baik kepada sesama, disiplin terhadap peraturan-peraturan di sekolah, bertegur sapa dan senyum dengan semua orang yang di jumpai di lingkungan sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. kedua, sebelum memberikan segala hal kepada siswa guru BK terlebih dahulu memperbaiki/mengkoreksi diri sendiri untuk selalu bersikap baik dan berkata sopan agar menjadi contoh yang baik bagi siswa-siswi nya. Dan yang ketiga, guru BK selalu memberikan bimbingan dan arahan kepada siswa agar selalu melakukan hal-hal yang baik, memberikan motivasi-motivasi agar siswa semangat melakukan hal-hal yang positif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's academic supervision and teacher performance satisfaction on improving the pedagogic competence of teachers in PAB schools, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method involving teachers. The data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used instrument validity and instrument reliability. The results of hypothesis testing have a positive and high relationship between the principal's academic supervision and teacher job satisfaction together with the teacher's pedagogic competence. The magnitude of the effect is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 0.431, meaning that the principal's academic supervision and teacher job satisfaction together have an influence on the teacher's pedagogic competence of 43.1% and the remaining 56.9% is determined by other factors. The results of simple regression analysis show the equation = 32.725 + 0.190X1 + 0.567X2.
