Abstract

Curriculum management is one of the aspects that influence the success of learning in national education. In addition, the curriculum is a learning program system to achieve institutional goals in educational institutions, so that the curriculum plays an important role in creating quality of schools. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research, in which the researcher departs from the field to make intensive observations. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. To analyze the data, the writer uses descriptive qualitative analysis, namely describing and interpreting existing data to describe reality according to the actual phenomenon. The results of this study are that the SMK Marhas Margahayu in improving the quality of education has carried out Planning, Implementation and Evaluation. As a guiding tool in carrying out activities in the school environment.

Abstract

With a collaborative approach, innovative entrepreneurial development planning can be carried out, the approach in this research uses a qualitative approach and the research method used is an analytical descriptive method. The data collection techniques in this study were through interviews, documentation and observations carried out in order to find out the planning, implementation, assessment, and results of entrepreneurship learning in the C package education program at PKBM An-nur Ibun, Bandung Regency. In the planning stage, the determination of learning objectives that are in accordance with the objectives is carried out, the implementation of learning using a group strategy, assessment is carried out to prove that students have entrepreneurial abilities with criteria of at least 90% of citizens learning to complete participating in entrepreneurship learning programs, and at least 70% of graduates are able to entrepreneurship / strive to be independent. The learning results show that more residents learn to pursue Package C who have a behavioral attitude, knowledge as entrepreneurs. PKBM An-nur Ibun Bandung Regency is expected to continue to be a reference and pilot for the improvement of community learning activity centers (PKBM) in various aspects, especially in providing non-formal educational facilities for residents, by optimizing learning facilities such as the procurement of study groups, skills education, job training, women's empowerment, and the provision of facilities for residents who do not receive formal education or drop out of school.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies. The data sources used are primary and secondary. As a result of the Planning research, SMP Plus Al-Aitaam has carried out a planning process in the development of information system resources by determining the needs of developing a system including preparing computer hardware, software, databases, procedures, and officers. The planning for the development of information system resources at Al-Aitam Plus Junior High School was drawn up at the beginning of the school year involving the principal, teachers, treasurer and committee. Planning sources of financing for system development by allocating activity funds through the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS). Organizing the development of information system resources at SMP Plus Al-Aitaam is carried out by forming a school development team (TPS) that has the responsibility of developing information system resources in schools. The selection of TPS is selected based on the ability to master ICT. The implementation of the development of information system resources at SMP Plus Al-Aitaam is only carried out by providing understanding and motivating the use of existing system resources and not creating new systems due to limited funds and human resources. Supervision and Evaluation is carried out by the principal and the school development team (TPS) either directly or through a written report. Evaluation and monitoring are carried out using various methods, ranging from forming an evaluation team, in person, teacher board meetings, meetings of all school residents or coordination meetings.

Abstract

This research is based on the ability of qualified school principals to improve the quality and progress of schools. The existence of good principal management can make the school a conducive organizational climate. A conducive organizational climate certainly requires a strong role for the principal in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising its management. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze principal management related to planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in creating a conducive organizational climate in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Observations, interviews and documentation were used as data collection techniques in this study. Analysis of the data in this study through steps including data collection, data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions. The research results obtained are the ability of the principal's management in planning a conducive organizational climate at SDN Rancamanyar 01. The ability of the principal's management in organizing a conducive organizational climate at SDN Rancamanyar 01 is in accordance with applicable procedures. In addition, the ability of the principal's management in implementing a conducive organizational climate has been going well and the ability of the principal's management in supervision to create a conducive organizational climate by conducting monitoring and evaluation has also been carried out well. From this, it can be concluded that the management of the school principal can be stated that the head of SDN Rancamanyar 01 has been able to create a conducive organizational climate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan sistem manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Angkasa Margahyu Kabupaten Bandung Dengan sub fokus meliputi : (1) perencanaan strategi kepala sekolah, (2) pelaksanaan strategi kepala sekolah (3) implikasi dari strategi kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Data-data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dari teknik tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data, keabsahan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah telah menggunakan prinsip- prinsip dari sistem manajemen. Adapun prinsip yang dimaksud yaitu perbaikan terus menerus dan berkelanjutan, fokus pada kegiatan dan keterlibatan total. Adapun indikatornya yaitu berkaitan dengan perbaikan terus menerus meliputi perbaikan kualitas dan kompetensi. Kata Kunci: Strategi; Prestasi, EkstaKurikuler

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendapatkan gambaran tentang Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Lulusan di Sekolah Menengah Atas, pada aspek : (1) Perencanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS), (2) Pengorganisasian Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS), (3) Pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS), dan (4) Evaluasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metodenya menggunakan metode deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui Observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, dengan subjek penelitian Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, dan Guru. Lokasi penelitian di SMA Al Qona’ah Baleendah Kecamatan Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SMA Al Qona’ah Baleendah dilakukan dengan rapat bersama seluruh warga sekolah. (2) Teknik pengorganisasian Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) berdasarkan kepada standar yang diprioritaskan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. (3) Pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman RKAS dan RAPBS serta dibuatkan laporan pertanggungjawaban setiap bulannya. (4) evaluasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) secara intern dan ekstern.

Abstract

Tujuan penilitan ini untuk mengetahui bagaiaman manajemen kepala sekolah sebagai agen perubahan dalam mewujudkan moderasi beragama di SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Huda Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Huda telah mewujudkan moderasi beragama secara implisit dan efektif dengan cara membuat program yaitu (1) Teacher Day (pengajian khusus guru-guru),(2) kelas Tahsin, (3) Keputrian. Bentuk manajemen yang digunakan SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Huda dalam mewujudkan moderasi beragama yakni Perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengendalian. Kata Kunci:. Abstract

Research on charismatic leadership KH. Zezen Zainal Abidin Bazul Asyhab in building the Qoryah Mubarokah Association (IQOMAH) association is a research related to the ability of leaders to influence others towards a better and life. Based on the data obtained, the focus of the Iqomah program is the enforcement of Islamic law in the field of Worship, named as the practice of the Islamic Pillars correctly and earnestly. The research includes the type of field research (field research) with qualitative methods. Based on this method, facts were found in the field, using observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation of Iqomah's programs and policies. The first conclusion is that charismatic leadership is the ability of leaders to influence members in particular and society in general to achieve the vision and mission of a leader. Second, based on the study’s results, there are characteristics and indicators of charitable leadership in the figure of KH. Zezen Zainal Abidin Bazul Asyhab. Third, the continuity and consistency of educational programs at Iqomah Nusantara as proof of the influence of KH. Zezen Zainal Abidin Bazul Asyhab is a charismatic leader, even though he has passed away.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the academic supervision of Principals in Vocational High Schools in improving the performance of vocational teachers, specifically this study wants to find out the problems and efforts of the academic division in improving teacher performance in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, following up, and problems and solutions. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study method of data collection and analysis techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation study with trianguals. As a source of research data refers to the principal, teachers, students, education staff, people parents and supervisor of the Vocational High School of Bekasi city. The results of the study are a mapping of the performance of vocational teachers from the implementation of the school principal's academic supervision program, which has a clear direction towards positive change for all vocational teacher activities in learning that have a simultaneous impact on teacher performance and improvement of the quality of vocational high school education in Bekasi city. Thus the researcher recommends that the principal as a leader in the school can continue to develop teacher competencies given the rapid changes in science and technology followed by the labor market in the business and industrial world. And the output is the concept of the principal's academic supervision model for vocational teachers.

Abstract

Pengangguran di Kota Bandung masih tinggi yang menyebabkan masyarakat krang mampu dan kurang berdaya. Kewirausaahn dan kemandirian yang merupakan suatu rangkaian pengetahuan yang diperlukan bagi seseorang untuk menumbuhkan kemandirian peserta didik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran gambaran dan menelaah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian, permasalahan solusi dalam kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan di Lembaga kursis dn pelatihan. Hasil penelitian lembaga kursus dan pealtihan telah menerapkan manajemen pelatihan dengan baik dengan di dukung instruktut yang kompeten dan sarana yang memadai dan sebagai penghambat antara lain: peserta keluar saat pelatihan dan mahalnya harga-harga kosmetik sebagai solusi melakukan pendekatan secara personal memberikan motivasi memfasilitasi dengan kosmetik. Kesimpulan pelatihan kewirausahaan tata rias pengantin dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian dilakukan dengan manajemen yang baik dan mampu menumbuhkan kemandiriandalam membuka usaha dan hisup lebih sejahtera. Rekomendasi pemangku kebijakan perlu meningkatkan koordinasi dan sinkronisasi dan lembaga tingkatan tata kelola yang professional dan sebaiknya diadakan penelitian lebih komprehensif.
