Abstract

In the context of regional economic development, challenges and opportunities play a vital role in determining the direction of regional progress and growth. Obstacles include limited access to funding, inadequate infrastructure, competition with foreign products, and limited skilled human resources. These obstacles require serious attention from various parties such as the government, the private sector, and the community to find sustainable and effective solutions to overcome these problems. Key strategies include improving the quality of infrastructure, providing better access to funding, and improving education and training to support the development of skilled human resources. A focus on empowering Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), strengthening the competitiveness of local products, and innovation are crucial steps in creating a resilient regional economy. Cooperation between the government and the private sector in creating a conducive business environment is key to supporting sustainable economic growth. Amidst these obstacles, there are many opportunities that can be seized, especially by capitalizing on regional potentials such as unique natural and cultural resources. Development in sectors such as tourism and creative industries can be a key driver for regional economic growth. With the right strategy and strong cooperation between various stakeholders, the regional economy can grow rapidly and make a significant contribution to the welfare of the community, as well as becoming an important pillar for national economic development.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of such campaigns in influencing people's behaviour change. The study in this research uses the literature method. The results show that environmental campaigns on social media have significant potential to raise public awareness and drive short-term behaviour change. However, to achieve sustainable behaviour change, these campaigns must be part of a more holistic strategy, involve collaboration with various stakeholders, and be supported by relevant policies and initiatives. Abstract

Fair and humane labour protection is one of the crucial aspects in ensuring the welfare of workers in Indonesia. Policies developed through the Employment Law No. 13 of 2003 as well as the Job Creation Law, provide a legal framework that aims to ensure the fulfilment of workers' basic rights such as living wages, social security, and a safe working environment. The government has also undertaken various initiatives, including the Pre-Employment Card programme, to improve the quality of life of the workforce. However, there are still many challenges faced in implementing this policy, especially in the informal sector which has not been fully covered by social security and the imbalance in law enforcement. To overcome these obstacles, stricter law enforcement and effective supervision are needed. In addition, the active involvement of all stakeholders-government, private sector, and labour organisations-will be helpful in creating a more inclusive, fair, and safe working environment. Thus, this collaboration is expected to bring positive changes to the welfare of workers in Indonesia, guarantee their rights, and promote sustainable economic development.

Strong bilateral relations with various countries and active participation in multilateral organisations such as ASEAN, the UN, and the G20 have raised Indonesia's economic and political profile in the world.
