Stunting di Indonesia kategori tinggi (24,4 persen), padahal batas maksimal WHO terhadap stunting di suatu negara adalah 20 persen. Penyebab stunting bersifat multifaktoral. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mengakibatkan kejadian stunting yaitu sosial budaya daerah setempat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran faktor sosial budaya yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting. Metode literatur review dengan pencarian artikel pada database elektronik yaitu google scholar, research gate, dan PubMed/Medline. Pencarian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kata kunci “stunting”, “faktor sosial budaya”, “ibu”. Analisis yang dilakukan penulis dari 8 artikel yang relevan dengantujuan penelitian. Dari studi literature menunjukan bahwa aspek sosial budaya dan dan faktor budaya stempat disuatu masyarakat mempengaruhi asupan gizi anggota keluarga, secara tidak langsung akan berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting. Seorang konselor dituntut untuk menggali informasi yang lebih terpercaya dan langsung dari sumbernya yakni melalui perangkat adat yang telah tersistem dalam masyarakat untuk menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, nilai-nilai budaya, serta sikap yang ideal dengan layanan imformasi khususnya penururan/ pencegahan stunting

Setiap orang harus bisa membaca, terutama siswa, guru, dan orang lain yang kehidupan sehari-harinya berhubungan dengan buku. Pelajaran membaca pemahaman diajarkan di kelas IV, V, dan VI sekolah dasar. Siswa membutuhkan cara-cara untuk belajar membaca pemahaman sehingga mereka dapat memahami bacaan dengan mudah. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan teknik guru mungkin mempekerjakan untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan pemahaman membaca. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Guru akan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa dengan memanfaatkan strategi pembelajaran membaca pemahaman di sekolah dasar. Guru dapat menggunakan banyak taktik pembelajaran yang diperlukan.

Schools must make programs where educational programs are able to foster students to face the times. For this reason, counseling teachers also have a role in managing educational programs, especially in the field of guidance and counseling. Guidance and counseling management are all efforts or methods used to optimally utilize all components or resources (manpower, funds, facilities/infrastructure) and information systems in the form of a set of guidance data to provide guidance and counseling services in order to achieve goals. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of BK teachers in managing the guidance and counseling program in schools. This research method uses a literature study. The results showed that the counseling guidance teacher had an important role in designing the management of the counseling guidance program. To design the program, it is necessary to have the competence and qualifications of BK teachers. The most urgent thing in making management is that BK teachers need to carry out assessments on students. If the assessment is correct, the counseling guidance program is also good.

The success of education in schools is largely determined by the expertise and managerial abilities of the principal. No exception managing the ability of educators and education in schools will be directly proportional to the success of schools in carrying out their programs. In this context, guidance and counseling management (BK) is important to be developed to give birth to students with noble character or character. Character education is strongly influenced by a character environment as well. Therefore, the creation of a conducive environment with the application of appropriate guidance and counseling management will have a significant effect on improving the quality of students in absorbing moral values both inside and outside the school. Character education that must be developed in schools knows no time limit because it is a lifelong process. In addition to schools, the existence of families and communities is also important in the process of internalizing character formation.

Management is an effort or action to achieve goals through individual collaboration with groups with the support of other sources or facilities. Then in guidance and counseling there is also management, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling commonly called POAC. Which in POAC counseling affects the services to be carried out. If the POAC is carried out optimally, it will create an effective guidance and counseling service. Vice versa. If the POAC is not optimal, it will be difficult to create an effective service.

The preparation of the BK program is not an easy thing. The preparation of the BK program must be carried out in a systematic way that is planned, implemented, and evaluated. This BK program is the responsibility of a counselor to carry out his work professionally at a school level. For this reason, in this study, we will discuss how to prepare the BK program at the high school level. The research method used is to be able to answer existing problems by conducting a literature study or literature review by collecting data from scientific works, both books and other scientific works. While the results of the study indicate that the BK program is prepared by each supervising teacher which is an integral part of the entire school program. This program activity contains the elements contained in various provisions regarding the implementation of guidance and counseling and is oriented towards achieving the goals of guidance and counseling activities in schools, in Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014 concerning Guidance and Counseling in Basic Education and Secondary Education Article 8 paragraph 2 explains that the management mechanism as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a is the steps in the management of the Guidance and Counseling program in the education unit which includes steps: needs analysis, planning, implementing, evaluating, reporting, and following up on program development.

Assessment is an important step in the management of Guidance and Counseling (BK). Without an assessment it is impossible for us to know and identify the success of the implementation of the planned guidance program. Assessment of the guidance program is an attempt to assess the extent to which the implementation of the program has achieved the stated goals. In other words, the success of the program in achieving goals is a condition to be seen through assessment activities. Assessment of guidance and counseling service activities in schools is all efforts, actions or processes to determine the degree of quality progress of activities related to the implementation of guidance and counseling programs in schools by refers to certain criteria or benchmarks in accordance with the program being implemented

The provisions related to supervisors have been regulated in several government regulations. The term supervision in some foreign literature can at least be understood in the context of: (1) inspection, (2) control, and (3) supervision. The three terms above have different meanings. Inspection has the essence of building legal compliance, namely compliance with binding laws and institutional regulations. The duties and responsibilities of supervisors in the field of guidance and counseling refer to (Depdiknas, 2009 which refers to PP No. 74 of 2008). Improving the ability of BK teachers in utilizing the learning environment and improving the ability of BK teachers in preparing and implementing BK programs in schools is one of the objectives of supervision. The elements of supervision are education supervisors, academic and managerial supervision, professional development supervisors, and supporting supervisors. The problem that we often encounter is that there are still many school/madrasah supervisors who do not know and understand the role they must play and the functions they carry out. For this reason, an effort or solution that must be done immediately is that the government should review the performance of school supervisors objectively, then supervisors should be encouraged to take part in supervisory exercises carried out by the government or related agencies in order to know the development of information and improve the competence of a supervisor.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas pengembangan LKPD dengan model Project Based Learning. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model penelitian 4-D yaitu define, design, development, dan disseminate. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validasi. LKPD divalidasi oleh satu orang ahli didaktik, isi dan tampilan dan satu orang ahli bahasa. Pada tahap validasi LKPD dengan model project based learning memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dengan persentase rata-rata 80,26 % dengan rincian pada aspek didaktik, isi dan tampilan 78.33 % dan aspek bahasa 87,5 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD pada materi pengumpulan dan penyajian data menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar.Kata Kunci: Validitas, LKPD, Project Based Learning

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui harapan dan persepsi pengunjung terhadap kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Padang dengan metode analisis gap (2) Mengetahui klasifikasi apa saja yang dapat memuaskan kebutuhan pelayanan perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Padang dengan menggunakan metode Kano (3) Untuk mengetahui atribut yang diproleh untuk diperbaiki kualitas pelayanan pada perpustakaan Universitas Negri Padang dengan menggunakan Metode Quality Function Deployment. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengintegrasikan libqual dan kano ke dalam Quality Function Deplyoment.
