Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui harapan dan persepsi pengunjung terhadap kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Padang dengan metode analisis gap (2) Mengetahui klasifikasi apa saja yang dapat memuaskan kebutuhan pelayanan perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Padang dengan menggunakan metode Kano (3) Untuk mengetahui atribut yang diproleh untuk diperbaiki kualitas pelayanan pada perpustakaan Universitas Negri Padang dengan menggunakan Metode Quality Function Deployment. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengintegrasikan libqual dan kano ke dalam Quality Function Deplyoment. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi untuk perpustakaan UNP (1) memberikan pelatihan terhadap kemampuan dan sikap pegawai purpustakaan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pengunjung (2) Melakukan penambahan terhadap koleksi buku cetak dan jurnal dalam bentuk elektronik yang nantinya bisa di akses dengan mudah oleh pengunjung (3) melakukan penambahan terhadap sarana pencari buku seperti katalok buku dalam bentuk computer

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, apa saja faktor yang menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek konstruksi di Kota Padang, karena tingkat penyelesaian proyek di Kota Padang masih naik turun. Metode yang digunakan adalah diagram sebab dan akibat (fishbone) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa faktor utama yang menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek konstruksi, yaitu: (1) keterlambatan yang disebabkan oleh spesifikasi/perubahan desain dengan nilai bobot 0,1265, (2) cuaca dan bencana alam dengan nilai bobot 0,1144, (3) kesalahan dalam memilih metode konstruksi dengan nilai bobot 0,0912. Oleh sebab itu bagi pemilik perusahaan supaya tidak mengubah desain sewaktu-waktu/secara mendadak dengan kapasitas yang besar, karena apabila terjadi perubahan spesifikasi/desain oleh owner, hal itu tentunya membutuhkan biaya yang lebih besar dan waktu yang lebih lama

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi operasi prioritas dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing pada hotel Rangkayo Basa Kota Padang. Ini adalah penelitian deskriptif untuk menganisis pengaruh dari variabel yang ada. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengambil keputusan yang ada di Hotel Rangkayo Basa yang terdiri dari manejer hotel, kepala departemen kamar, kepala departemen makanan dan minuman, kepala departemen akuntansi, dan kepala departemen sumber daya manusia. Kerangka kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (TWOS) disajikan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan yang mempengaruhi strategi operasi dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing. Metode AHP digunakan untuk memprioritaskan strategi operasi berdasarkan hasil analisis TWOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prioritas utama strategi operasi dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing adalah mengembangkan konsep Syariah dengan bobot 0,2471 dan paling rendah adalah fasilitas dengan kapasitas yang besar dengan bobot sebesar 0,1461.

Abstract

Pencegahan Covid-19 bersumber dari self awareness dalam mengimplementasikan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Siswa belum menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan baik. Hal ini menunjukkan masih kurangnya self awareness siswa dalam penerapan pencegahan penularan Covid-19. Berbagai himpitan yang dialami siswa di era new normal belum ampuh dengan diberikan bimbingan kelompok untuk penanggulangan  hal itu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment design dengan rancangan pretest posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 467 siswa, dan diambil 20 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 10 siswa untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 10 siswa untuk kelompok kontrol. Penarikan sampel yang digunakan simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan wilcoxon signed ranks test dan kolmogorov Smirnov. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa bimbingan kelompok pendekatan Gestalt dengan teknik sosiodrama efektif untuk meningkatkan self awareness dalam pencegahan penularan Covid-19 di era new normal Kata Kunci : bimbingan kelompok, teknik sosiodrama, self awareness

Abstract

Technological developments are now increasingly sophisticated. In Indonesia, the use of the internet, especially among adolescents, is a cause for concern. One of the most accessed content is game onlines. Game onlines that contain elements of violence can have various impacts on adolescents. Starting from psychological problems such as aggressive behavior to disrupt learning outcomes. Then the role of the counsellor in reducing the influence of playing online games that contain violent content is by carrying out guidance and counseling services, namely by conducting information services, individual counseling services, group guidance services and also group counseling services. The research method used is library research using various sources such as books, articles, and journals which are information gathering tools used, both from within and outside the country. This paper describes the dangers of the influence of game onlines that contain elements of violence on adolescents. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi kini semakin canggih. Di Indonesia, penggunaan internet khususnya di kalangan remaja cukup memprihatinkan. Salah satu konten yang paling banyak diakses adalah game online. Game online yang mengandung unsur kekerasan dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak bagi remaja. Mulai dari masalah psikologis seperti perilaku agresif hingga mengganggu hasil belajar. Kemudian peran konselor dalam mengurangi pengaruh bermain game online yang mengandung konten kekerasan adalah dengan melakukan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yaitu dengan melakukan layanan informasi, layanan konseling individu, layanan bimbingan kelompok dan juga layanan konseling kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel, dan jurnal yang merupakan alat pengumpul informasi yang digunakan, baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Abstract

Smartphones are a form of technology that is becoming an everyday necessity for all individuals across all age groups, and phubbing stands for phone snubbing, defined as the behavior of ignoring other people during social interactions and instead focusing on the phone. This study aims to see how problematic smartphone use can trigger phubbing behavior caused by a lack of self-control so that it can increase phubbing behavior. This research method uses a type of library research that contains reviews, summaries, and thoughts on phubbing problems in students at school, which aims to reveal various theories relevant to the problems being faced as material for discussion of research findings. The results of this study reveal a relationship between the level of self-control and phubbing behavior, meaning that students with a higher level of self-control tend to exhibit lower phubbing behavior. Further research is likely to examine the relationship between self-control and phubbing behavior in students at school

Abstract

Social studies learning is a lesson in people's lives that can be used as a source of social life for the benefit of learning by using social science concepts. The first reason underlying this is because of the empirical background. Students in the class are in the early age range who still see everything as a whole so that their learning still depends on concrete objects and the experiences they experience. The second reason, namely the implementation of learning in SD which is separate for each subject will result in less developing children to think holistically. The third reason is that there are problems in the early and high grades. In addition, the approach or learning method used by teachers tends to emphasize the use of the lecture method and skills in using technology that are not optimal as learning tools or media in class, thus making learning monotonous and students bored and there is still a lack of research being conducted. The aim is to determine the quality of social studies learning for fifth grade students at SDN 15 Patamuan by applying the webbed-type thematic learning model assisted by motion media technology, knowing the quality of social studies learning for fifth grade students at SDN 15 Patamuan by applying the webbed-type thematic learning model assisted by technology without using motion media and can determine the differences in the quality of social studies learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine bullying tendencies among students in Indonesia. A sample of 689 male and female students was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through the Bullying Behavior Tendency Scale (BBTS), which consisted of 45 questions using a Likert scale, and were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the bullying tendencies were in a low category. However, it was discovered that 32.08, 4.06, and 0.87% of students were in the moderate, high, and very high categories, respectively. Additionally, it was observed that there are significant differences in bullying behavior between male and female students. These results provide a basis for understanding the role of school counseling services in reducing bullying behavior which is prevalent and can cause trauma. Therefore, it is essential to implement preventive programs to address the tendencies of some students engaging in this act at school.

Abstract

Career maturity includes things that cannot be separated in the development stage. students who do not have career maturity will cause obstacles in the development process. Low career maturity results in doubts in determining a career, including both in determining employment and education. Students with a healthy self-concept will have career maturity or career goals. Students who receive family support will have positive thoughts even in difficult situations until they reach career maturity. The family has an important role in providing support for family members, including in terms of increasing understanding of their careers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-concept and family support on students' career maturity. The type of research used is library research, collecting data using books, journals and research sources related to the relationship between self-concept and family support on student career maturity. In order for students to achieve career maturity, the counseling teacher or counselor has the role of providing counseling service assistance that suits the needs of students. Abstrak: Kematangan karir termasuk hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam tahap perkembangan. siswa yang tidak memiliki kematangan karir akan menimbulkan hambatan dalam proses perkembangannya. Kematangan karir yang rendah mengakibatkan keraguan dalam menentukan karir, termasuk juga dalam menentukan pekerjaan maupun pendidikan. Siswa dengan konsep diri yang sehat akan memiliki kematangan karir atau tujuan karir. Siswa yang mendapat dukungan keluarga akan memiliki pikiran positif meskipun dalam situasi yang sulit hingga mencapai kematangan karir. Keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan dukungan bagi anggota keluarganya, termasuk dalam hal meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap karirnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara konsep diri dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan buku-buku, jurnal dan sumber-sumber penelitian yang berkaitan dengan hubungan konsep diri dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kematangan karir siswa. Agar siswa dapat mencapai kematangan karir, maka guru BK atau konselor berperan memberikan bantuan layanan konseling yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Kata kunci: Konsep Diri, Dukungan Keluarga, Kematangan Karir.

Abstract

The success of implementing guidance and counseling in schools is highly dependent on the collaboration carried out by the guidance and counseling teacher or counselor and the assistance and support of all parties in the school, such as subject teachers, homeroom teachers, education staff, vice principals, and heads of school administrators. and school manager. As a leader and manager, school principals are required to be able to carry out their roles, responsibilities and functions, especially in carrying out guidance and counseling in schools properly so that the implementation of guidance and counseling can be carried out optimally. In other words, the good or bad quality of all service programs in schools and the counselor's image depend on how the leader or manager plays his role appropriately. The method used in this research is the library research method (literary research).
